Sub: Legal Notice.

I have been instructed by Sh. Bimal Gupta S/o Sh. Bimal Gupta, Set No. 3, Building No. 38, Middle Bazar, Shimla-1 (H.P.) (hereinafter referred to as my client), to serve upon you this notice to the following effect:-
1. That my client in order to have a good Mobile Cell phone and after going through the advertisement made by you addressee No.3 through Media, visited the authorised dealer of you, addressee No.1 and on 30.9.2010 and you addressee No.1 shown N97 Mobile Cell phone by projecting the same to be one of the best Cell Phones having longer battery life and other latest features. As such, my client believing the said representations of addressee No.1 to be true, purchased a mobile phone being Nokia N97, EMI/MEI No. [protected] for a consideration of Rs. 31,300/- (Rs. Thirty One Thousand Three Hundred only) from the show room of addressee No. 1 (i.e. M/s Gainda mull Hemraj, The Mall, Shimla) vide bill CA1-39210 dated 30/9/2009.
2. The mobile purchased from addressee No.1 started giving problems after few days from its purchase. The Mobile started giving problems to my client while putting on the mobile for charging it started taking a long time i.e. ten hours to get fully charged and battery of mobile used to become hot. The mobile also used to get hanged a number of times while using the phone i.e. while receiving and making the calls.
3. That it is also important to mention that the mobile set of my client used get hot while kept in pocket during day time and thereafter resulting of discharge of battery all of the sudden making the set dead. Not only this vibration mode of the mobile was also not functional right from the very beginning.
4. That the aforesaid problems were brought to the notice to the representative of your company who is always present in the shop of addressee No.1 and advised my client to visit the Nokia care centre for upgrading the software by posing that the problem in the set is due the old version of software. The set as such was even taken to Nokia care centre at The Mall Shimla. Who upgraded the software version but when my client used the phone after the upgradation of software the problem remained as it was earlier.
5. That again my client reported the problem to the representative of the Nokia available in the showroom of the addressee No. 1. He again assured the proper functioning of the set after changing the setting of the mobile set and informing that the problem stands rectified. But in vain.
6. That recently because of inherent defects in the mobile set in question it started giving charging problem as despite putting the same for charging for hours together but it failed to charge the battery at all. When this problem was brought to the notice of your representative in the shop of addressee no. 1 he again advised to take the mobile set to Nokia Care Center. On his advice the set was again taken to addressee No.2 on 18.9.2010 and respondent No.2 after preliminary examination of the set asked my client to leave the set as it will take one or two days to set it right. The Mobile in question of my client was thereafter retained by addressee No.2 vide job sheet No.6617 and my client was asked to collect the same on 20.9.2010. On 20.9.2010 when my client visited addressee No.2 the M.set was given to my client with the understanding that everything has been set right and now there will be no problem. On this assurances, more particularly, in view of the fact that addressee No.2 is one of the authorised/approved Care Centres of addressee No.3 must be expert in the field, more client took the Mobile Set. However, when my client again put the mobile phone for charging, my client was shocked to see that the same problem persisted. As such, my client once again immediately informed addressee No.2 on[protected] about the same and thereafter on 22.9.2010 my client once again visited addressee No.2 on which date addressee No.2 again took the Mobile Set back of my client vide job sheet No.6691 and informed my client that the set has to be sent to company for replacement under Warranty.
7. That it is pertinent to mention that my client being professional had stored contacts and details of his clients in the said phone, which could not kept due to the defect in the mobile set being dead. In these circumstances, my client has left with no option but to purchase another set of Noika Make, being Nokia E-72, vide retail invoice No. CAI 39006 dated 23.9.2010 for a sum of Rs.16600/- from addressee No.1 so that his clients should not face any difficulties in contacting my client.
8. That it appears that your product i.e. Nokia N-97 purchased by my client was having inherent manufacturing defect from day one, but the said fact was deliberately concealed by the representative of you addressee No.3 available in the shop of addressee No.1, when the problem was brought to his notice at the first instance. Even thereafter, addressee No.2 tried to conceal this fact after uploading the software twice, rather they represented that the problem in the set was because of software only.
9. That because of defective set sold to my client my client faced great hardship inasmuch as under the mitigating and forced circumstances he had left with no option but to spend extra money of Rs.16600/-.
10. That my client is a professional and for want of mobile he is facing a great inconvenience in doing his day to day work and as such forced to purchase a new Mobile set, as stated above. As such, you addressees, have opted unfair trade practices including extortion of money on account of acts of omissions and commissions on part of you addressee No.3, my client has suffered mental agony and pain notice and for that purpose my client restricted its claim to Rs.20,000/-, besides burdening extra burden of Rs.16,600/- for purchase of a new Mobile.
I, therefore, by way of this notice call upon you, all addressees, to refund the actual amount of Rs.31,300/- for purchase of N-97, which was taken by addressee No.2 for replacement. Besides this on account of mental agony suffered by my client my client is entitled to Rs.20,000/- as also cost of Rs.16,600/-, which my client has to spent for purchase of new mobile set, and to pay Rs.1100/- as costs of this notice i.e. Rs.69000/- within 15 days from the date of receipt of this notice, failing which my client shall be constrained to take appropriate legal proceedings against all you addresses in the Court/Forum having the competent jurisdiction and in that eventuality, my client will claim the actual losses which my client has suffered for want of Cell Phone besides compensation on account of mental agony and harassment and all such proceedings, if initiated will be at your costs and risks. Copy of this notice retained.

    Dear Sir,

    I had purchased Nokia Handset (Model Name - N79,IMEI NUMBER– [protected], INSTRUMENT TYPE-PHONE, TECHNOLOGY TYPE- 3G) on 28.11.2009 from MOBILE STORE, HALDWANI, UTTRAKHAND.

    After four months of purchase, the handset is showing frequently the display problem. This handset has been sent more than three times to Nokia service centre,one time at haldwani and three times in delhi (Dexters Mobile Care),but the problem still persists. Here I would like to mention that this service centre is very far from the place where I stay. It’s really problematic and very tiring for me to go to the shop after the regular work. For my project work,I heavely depend on my mobile. For this problem with my mobile my work is also getting affected.

    Due to repetition of this problem, I request you to kindly change the present handset with a new one for your customer satisfaction.

    I hope this letter will be addressed promptly and my problem will be resolved within 7 days of time span.
    In case it is not resolved within a week’s time, please mention whom shall I contact next for getting an early solution.

    Nokia N79 — Replacement of handset

    Respected Sir,

    I have given my nokia n79 handset to the malleswaram nokia care bangalore on 21st of may'09. They asked me to come to the care saying that my handset is ready but when i went there i saw it it has not been repaired. They did this with me thrice and after that they told me they cannot repair my handset so they will replace my handset. After one and half months time they give me a handset which was of different color and it looked awful. I asked them to give me a handset of the color which i had and they told it will take a weeks time. Now its more than 2 months time but still they are not giving my handset back. They are just delaying it by saying something or the other. I have talked with nokia customer care regarding this and launched a complain regarding the same but all went in vain. They are also not taking it seriously. I have bought the handset on 31st dec '09 for Rs. 20, 000 and I have used the handset not more than 2 months as i have faced many problems with the handset and given to two ohter nokia cares in bangalore before giving to malleswaram.
    Please help me regarding this. I will be highly obliged to you if you take an action against them as soon as possible.

    nokia/N79-1 — replacement of mobile

    dear sir,
    I have purchased nokia N79-1 mobile on[protected] having batch no [protected] ,which in not properly functing .the same was inspected at jaipur costemercare office and,it was informed by them,that there is some problem in its hardware and it could not be reparied at jaipur office. The jobsheet no is[protected]/091027/13 dated[protected].the jaipur ofiice also informed that the mobila has beeh sent to Delhi office for repairing.
    sir i purchased this mobile with the faith that Nokia is no 1 in mobile product,but i was wrong ,our priduct are not so reliable,i paid my hard earn money and i want full value of the same. I reqest you, pelese replace the same with the new one rather than its repairing.

    Nokia N79 — Replacement

    Dear sir,

    I had purchased a New Nokia N79 on dated 04/07/2009 from M/s. Explore, M.I. Road, Jaipur vide Bill No. BRFP/CM/2716 for Rs. 17,460/-.

    It started giving trouble and its hardware is not working. Jaipur (Rajasthan) Nokia Care at New Sanganer Road has sent it to Noida Centre vide Job No.[protected]/091027/13 Dated 27/10/2009.

    I want the REPLACEMENT Of the same with a new Set at earliest.

    .Dear sir,

    I had purchased a New Nokia N79 on dated 28/09/2009from M/s. sky line comminication vide Invoice No. 5370 for Rs. 14600/-.

    It started giving trouble and its hardware is not working. Nokia Care at kalighat branch has sent it to kolkata Centre vide Job No.[protected]/09111/3 Dated 16/11/2009.

    I want the REPLACEMENT Of the same with a new Set at earliest.

    nokia : model n79 — No replacement for defective piece.

    i bought a nokia nokia n 79 on 8th jan 2010 from ghumar mandi, ludhiana
    i got a defected piece, which the camera was not functioning.
    i gave it for repairs to nokia care centre on 16 jan.
    which i was supposed 2 collect in evending tha same day.
    as they were not able to repair the phone.
    n wanted the phone to undergo more repairs which will take another 15 days.

    i dnt think so i need to wait for more than the days i hv bought the fone.
    i need a replacement as i got the defected piece.
    i subbmited the phone within 1 week.

    i hv everything original, with bill dated on 8jan2010.

    Hello,
    The N79 is a very buggy phone from the firmware to the hardware. I myself being an N79 customer can tell this. Listen my phone developed a blank screen problem. I took it to Nokia Care, they told me my warranty is void as there is liquid in my device. I was shocked as there has been no water spill to my phone. I took my phone back.

    I sent a notice to Nokia head office about my issue requesting for replacement or i will sue them and will approach media. And after 4 days they replied and told they will replace my phone. The next day i was given a brand new sealed N79 from Nokia care. You can do the same.
    I agree with your complaint, You said that you were given a replacement of the mobile, was the price of the moblie given to you was comparitive to the mobile what you have actually purchased..

      dear sir i purchased nokia 6303 mobile in december 2009.it waz very good.i lyked its functions as well as camera.i had a problem wid this set in feb 2010 and i gave it to nokia care for repairing.aftr few dayz they gave me back.it worked properly.just 15 dayz before i had a problem wid receiving calls and i gave it back to nokia care.yesterday dey cald me and said dat my cel has been repaired.wen i received my cel i found that the company has sent me a new model ie NOKIA 6303i classic which has more functions dan nokia 6303 but i want my old set back i didnt lyk dat new set at all.plz sir give me new set of nokia 6303.i vl b highly thankful to u......................i dnt lyk dat cell at all i vl b waiting for ur reply plz do a favour for me.i m using products of nokia frm the last 10 years plz dnt disappoint me sir plz do reply ...................

      Hi, I have submitted my Nokia C2-03 mobile in Nokia care for repairing (IMEI No. [protected]) (job sheet No.[protected]/120605/28). But My problem was not resolved by nokia care service center and I am 3 time visit same problem in nokia service center (Service Cennter name- MAA COMMUNICATION 13 SHANKAR VIHAR, OPP. METRO PILLAR NO.72 VIKAS MARG DELHI-110092)I very lost west a time so plz requested them to send my cell to Nokia company and plz change the my cell because this is not proper working i am very furs-ted this cell plz solve the my problem as soon as

        i devender sharma had purchase a NOKIA HANDSET 2690 ON 25-jul-2010 from delhi and after that near about two months there is no battery backup in the set which i have reported to the nokia care lajpat nagar 3-4 times and they kept my set near about 1 month from the date of purchase of mobile which is only two months , i m so frustrated and no positive response is given to me from the nokia executives , so plz suggest what to do.

        Nokia — batteryy loss

        i purchased nokia cell 5610
        aftera few weeks the cell display had got some complaints
        and i give my cell for service in nokia care bangalore
        the staffs of NOKIA COSTUMER CARE TOLD ME TO COME AFTER 10 working days.after 10 working days i went to the shop
        they gived my cell back
        but they didin give my cell battery
        and the staffs are not good in behaving to the coustmers.

        Trackon courier is very worst . The are taking more than a week to deliver the courier and there is no proper response when we ask them..
        Millennium motor (Hero Honda) show room in Bangalore service is very worst. If we giving bike for free service after 1 or 2 days if you feel not getting more millage small issue if you go back and ask them to check it they will not do it at that time. We need to go there between 10AM to 11AM only on week days. They will not do it on Saturday and Sunday. This is very small issue they can solve it with in 5 min and the service engineer is not behaving properly with customer.
        I asked them how it’s possible to come between 10 AM to 11 AM. I want to go to office. Today (Saturday) I will wait for some more time pls., do it today or else I will come tomorrow.
        But they said we will not do it Saturday and Sunday you will come week days. Take leave and come.
        My question is why they are accepting every day in case of service why are they are not solving in case of small complaint.

        I purchased new cell for me nokia 2690 from Ahuja Electronics, Ludhiana....bill no-10184..DATED 7 AUGUST , 2010.with IMEI NO...[protected]. ...I got my mobile damaged with RAIN WATER and when i went to nokia care centre which is at Fountain chowk, ludhiana, they told me that it will take rs - 250 for its service and rs-850 for its repair and will take 3 days to repair the mobile and when i went after 3 days there to get my mobile back , then one of the employee working there named" Ankit Devay" told me to put my mobile in the dustbin ................... see how misbehaved that employee show to me...actually theY totally damaged my mobile ....after that i thought to get my mobile repaired from somewhere outside and my mobile again start working but lost its 3 functions that were damaged by the nokia care centre employees ...but that guy from which i get my mobile repaired told me that that nokia care centre employees has heat the ica of the mobile too much and thats why now the mobile has lost its functioning of bluetooth, memory card holder and radio......now i want to get my mobile repaired as there is 1 year guarantee and warantee........................hope for a favourable response............PLEASE SOLVE THIS PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE ........U CAN CONTACT ME AT ...[protected]......thanx.....

          nokia care very very bad service

          I went to nokia care centre on 08/9/10 for software update . and mobile is ded in my phone. at nokia care mobile Phone Sumited 09/09/2010, IMEI NO. - [protected],Nokia Service centre Infocare services, 1st Floor, Vaibhav Complex, Maruti Puram Gate, Near Faizabad road, Lucknow - Ph[protected], mobile summit 09/09/10 . in my phone. they said to come after 15days and when i went after 1 week they said come again after 1 week . what a mess...... i bough m... what is the problems Sir mobile phone is not a recived .............. ok .... I have a complaint customer care and upbhokta forum ok ...

            sir,
            hi, this is anant patel from ghaziabad. I want to inform you that some priority dealers of nokia takes more price at the name of nokia priority dealer.
            i bought a new cellphone nokia c3 from a nokia priority dealer at shipra mall, ghaziabad named ARENA MOBILE HUT,shop no 32,1st floor,shipra mall,indirapuram,ghaziabad. i went to buy this handset from there and ask the price of the cellphone. He told me Rs.7000 and gave me the handset at Rs.6900.
            He told me that the price at nokia priority dealers are same allover india,so i bought the phone without any bargaining. But next day i saw the same set at another priority dealer at ghaziabad at Rs.6500,i shoked that he was cheating at the name of a wellknown company nokia.
            So,i am requesting you to take an strict action against the dealer and let my extra money back.

            Nokia — regarding price rate of c3 in India

            Respected Sir,
            All Nokia priority dealer selling C3 at 6900 or about 6700, which is too much from its original cost in INDIA as mentioned by you. Actually, they are all cheating us.

            Kindly take some serious actions regarding them by sending them correct price list, rather post pamphlet to them so that one could not be cheated

            I also agree here, I bought it the first day itself for Rs. 6, 800 only after bargaining a lot and on the next day I could find it selling for Rs. 6, 350. This has anyways made me suggest to people not to buy phones from Nokia Priority Stores.

              We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased the above music set on 06 july 2009, which is infested with certain technical problems. The Memory Card datas are vanishing automatically. when i open the meory card it shows the memory card is not formatted. Then after removing and reputting it, the memory space also did not show.. The phone also hangs. last week i gave my mobile to Tiruchengode and Erode Nokia care centre (TNGST No.:[protected] and CST No. 883181). They change the IC and they charged Rs.500. Till now my hand set is in problem. i kindly request you to take necessary action and give me a sucession. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

                Dear sir,
                I recently purchased a Nokia 6700 slide from a Nokia priority dealer located at High Street Phoenix, Lower Parel, Mumbai, three months back. Recently it started showing a zigzag line on the screen all of a sudden. I went to the customer care center where they told me that this defect is not covered in the warranty and told me I would be charged for repairing it even though my phone was within the warranty period and this screen display error was a manufacturing defect on their part. The customer care staff were very rude and in-cooperative.
                I would request you to look in the matter and provide me with justice.

                    I purchase my Nokia X3 on 05/09/2010 from Nokia Priority Dealer (Air Connect, Bangalore), within 2 days i come to know that there is problem in camera, i went to that shop again i tell them about camera problem, so want to check my cell but the battery was completely low, though last night i charge it completely, they ask me to keep cell in charging for 6 hour because it's a new mobile. that time i don't know that there is battery problem also. they replace my mobile because of camera problem, but they not replace battery and memory card. within 1 week i come to know that my cell have Zero battery backup, again i went to shop where i purchase this mobile but they said i have to go Nokia Service Center.

                    I went to Nokia Service Center (Star Electronics), they kept my mobile for 1 day & said there is Software problem in my mobile. After servicing problem was same. After 4 days i again went to Nokia Service Center (Star Electronics) they replace my battery and ask me to keep mobile in charging for 8 hour for 3 Days because it's a new battery, but after 4 days my the situation is still same.

                    I am struggling with this mobile like any thing. Now i don't know what to do, I can't struggle with this Zero Battery backup mobile. Can you please help me, can i get my money back. Pls contact me at smile.[protected]@gmail.com

                      From last few days, I was facing problem with the hands-free of my Nokia X6 which I bought just 3 months ago. On my first visit to Nokia care, they told me that I need to bring the bill. On my second visit to Nokia care, they told me that I need to mention battery number, charger no. and paste some C-sticker that is pasted on the box of X6. In spite of getting compeletely frustrated, I visited them again as it is nearest to the place where I work. When I went to them the third time today i.e. on Sep 28, 2010 somehow they agreed to submit my handsfree. When they submitted my handsfree, I also mentioned a little problem that I was facing with my phone. They told me that I should reinstall the firmware (Operating system). Since they told me that they have the latest software, I submitted my phone with them. On submission, they told me that I can get back my phone in the evening by 6 P.M. but at around 4 P.M. I received a call from them that accidently my phone has got dead and it will now take one week to get it working again but they will provide me a replacement phone. The replacement phone they were providing was Nokia 7610. Now, my X6 had all my contact numbers and important data. I had made back up of this data which I could restore on it once I get my X6 back. But that back up can not be restored on 7610.

                      Therefore, now I am completely screwed by these people and I have no choice to but to live without my data, contacts and music for one whole week. Looks like my Rs 15,600 which I have spent on X6 have compeletely gone waste.

                      i have nokia c-7 which is in warranty till[protected]. i had taken it to your service centre service and commmunication solutions situated in A-180 1 st floor sukhdev nagar market kotla mubarakpur on saturday[protected]. upon thorogh inspection they told my wife Mrs Anurada mathur firstly that they would repair it only on saturday in warranty and was after her life to purchase extended warranty. today i went there after taking backup of phone data and they told me that my phone would be repaired with payment and not in warranty.although i told them that this phone is not being exposed to moisture or water. they try to force people to buy extended warranty. i also have E-5 purchase on same date and after few months of purchase they were also forcing us for extended warranty. your system shows c7 as in warranty but my E-5 as out of warranty.


                      On my every visit i have a feeling that people there are interested in making easy money rather than proving them with service. On Saturday also your executive sitting on seat no 4 spoke in a very rude manner to my wife. this is not a professional attitude.

                      i have been a very loyal customer ok nokia and have many sets-like N-70, E-5, C-3, E-71, 6030, 6300, 6070, C-7 with me. i was shown the phone but dust can come with time. they forcibly took it a matter of water and try to repair out of warranty. my job sheet number is[protected]/120305/10, my product IMEI number is

I tried to contact the branch office and lodged the complaint two times but the satisfaction level is not up to the mark.
                          I have driven three times to the branch office and the distance is to the tune of 10 Km from one side and 60 Km for three rounds. Enough Petrol and valuable time are lost for none of my fault.

                          Nokia 6700 Slide — Defective New phone

                          I purchased a phone from Spice Telecon in Oberoi Mall and in just four days realised that the power on key was not working so I went back to the shop and they took the phone back saying they will get it repaired. I insisted that since its a new phone they should immediately replace it but they refused to do that and said it will take around 10 working days to get it repaired. Now its more than 15 days and they still havent returned the phone to me.
                          I am terribly disappointed with NOKIA and will advise people not to buy Nokia phones henceforth, because their service sucks.

                            Hi my name is Tarun for the past one month i have been trying to get my Nokia 6300 fixed from the Nokia care Guys but the guys are not well trained enough that they cannot rectify the problem in the handset.

                            It all started with the keypad not responding problem as i originally belong to Panipat (Haryana) so i submitted my mobile to Nokia Care Guys:

                            on 21 Aug 2010 i got my handset back and was charged Rs 150 for Software Upgrade which is no where near to the solution to my problem. I checked the phone again the problem was not solved these guys asked for Rs 450 and took 1 week to replace the keypad IC and gave me the handset back saying they cannot fix it it will cost me more probably i should buy a new phone .

                            THEY DID NOT PROVIDED THE BILL DESPITE OF ASKING and gave back Rs 450

                            Guys this is the response we get when we go to NOKIA CARE.

                            The Keypad problem became an intermittent issue now but two new problems started just after that
                            1. Keypad button light does not work
                            2. Mic doesn't work ( no one can hear my voice when they or i call).

                            Then i tried to approach Gurgaon Nokia Care as i am working here in Gurgaon
                            Nokia Care in Sec 14 but these guys were unable to fix the problem
                            And yes took Rs 150 for replacing a new mic
                            But still problem not solved till date.

                            I am wondering if this would be the service provided by NOKIA i will never buy a NOKIA phone
                            Currently in my family i have 4 Nokia phone as i trusted nokia

                                I am a regular user of Nokia from 2005 when I bought my first mobile N-gage, later I bought Nokia N72 in 2007. I have had many visits to Nokia Care in these years which all were quite satisfactory. All this had made me a promoter of Nokia but recently all those good things are being over shadowed by a bad incident.

                                -> Few weeks back my Nokia N72 screen started to have some lines and used to flickers some times.
                                -> As it was old phone I did not wanted to spend much money on it, I was waiting for C-6 to launch so that I could change my phone.
                                -> I went to Nokia Care (Mobile Care in BTM Layout 2nd Stage, Bangalore) to get it fixed for time being
                                -> I gave mobile there on Monday (20thSept2010), they told me like all other Nokia Care in India that they will check it, checking cost will be around Rs 350 and Rs 50 as the registration and if any new component will have to be put into it, they will call me ask (fair enough).
                                -> Then I got a call from Nokia care on Friday (24th Sept 2010), a girl was on other side. She told me that a new component has to be added in mobile and that will cost Rs. 450 more. I asked her will that fixed the problem? She said yes sir, we have to change display connector of the mobile. I said ok then do it. She then said that I can come and take mobile that day. I said I will come on Saturday (next day).
                                -> Next day when I went Nokia Care they handed me over mobile and I turned on the movie, it was still having lines on display. I showed the lady who was sitting on dispatched counter. She took mobile back inside and came after some time saying that “Sir its display has to be changed”. I Ask asked her how much will it cost it said Display will cost you Rs 1050 without tax. And I will have to pay whole sum of Rs 2050 for component they changed and for display.
                                -> I told the lady that why should I pay for the thing which have not solved the problem. I told her I am ready to pay for display but why for something which thinking will solve the problem but did not. See told me then I can take mobile in current state giving sum around Rs 800.
                                -> I told her that this is not right and I will not take mobile like this. They should have told me earlier only if I need to spend so much money.
                                -> Later I called Nokia Help Line number[protected], person who picked phone there told me that I should go to Nokia care and let them talk to Nokia Care representative.
                                -> I went back, this time there was a new person there (I suppose he is owner of that place). He talked to people on your help line; there were multiple calls from number [protected]. After those you’re Help Line people told me that I have to pay for money as the component they have change was a supporting component and also have to be changed.
                                -> Now that person in Nokia Care is telling, me that I have to pay Rs 2500 as display cost is Rs 1500 (check above, earlier they told me that display cost is Rs.1050), else I can take the mobile in current condition (which still has line and is still filtering) in sum around Rs 800.

                                My Question:
                                ->Now tell me why I should pay for something that did not solve my problem.
                                ->If you take your mobile to Nokia care because your mobile is not working and they told you that they have to change speaker then it will work, later when u come its not working and they now say that you have to change power button to make it work. And then ask you pay for speaker also and power button also, then how that is right.
                                ->Even if they are saying true that other component needed to change to correct display then why did not they told me earlier on call, if would have told me that it would have cost Rs 2500 I would have told them not to fix it as I want to buy new phone.
                                -> And why does after my complain charge of display increase by Rs 500. Can you people tell me what is the correct cost of N72 display?
                                ->Now I have two option either I take my phone is old state given RS 800 (I was told that this will solve the problem that’s why I agreed) or I gave Rs 2500 for both display and component which does not fix my problem.

                                This whole issue has caused me much metal problem. I feel like I have been made fool by Nokia Care and I have to spend so much money just to get my mobile back...
                                I am ready to take my mobile back in condition I was before, they can take out the component they put.

                                  This is the worst phone nokia has produced. None of d specifications mentioned r upto d mark. Camera doen't give a clarity of even 2 megapixel. Flash is too flashy it spoils d images taken. D phone takes 4-5 hrs to get charged n gets drained within 2 days. D phone reboots when u watch a video. D phone heats up aftr using for sometime. If the memory card is loaded with more than 1 g.b d phone works even slower than d bug. Camera automatically goes to standby mode. Wht else is left. I dont think anyone would buy dis phone aftr knowin all these defects. I want NOKIA to take back my phone and pay me compensation for facing all these problems.

                                  i agree very much to this point. i have taken this phone just 15 days before and from the very first day it is showing all these problems...i am going to consumer complaint office within a week if nokia care wouldn't take some action against my complaint
                                  me too have same problem. I expect nokia to call back whole Nokia X2 phones.
                                  Thats true. I feel nokia has made a wrost mobile of very low cost and want to sell with its brand name "Nokia" so that people will blindly purchase. This is not their fault. They want to earn money but we poeple always blindly beliving only brand names. Where Karbon, Micromax also providing good mobiles with same waranty period as nokia provides with low price but with more features and with good looking. I feel all should go for cheap mobile and use for few years and again change to new. For this micromax and karbon is best. Why Im telling all these, Im very upset after purchasing this stupid mobile. The price anyway is more. Im facing same problems with cheapest service and support. Please dont refer anyone for Nokia brand. This brand is becoming wrost but with high price.
                                  right now i facing a new problem with nokia x2 that is when i use to zoom on my pictures then what happen that one folder ia automatically created on my memory card and no of files made inside the folder and i have to delete that folder regularly . what should i do?
                                  Apart from other complaints, I have reception problem. After 2 weeks when I started using the phone, I will never get the range in the phone. Whoever calls my number will always hear the the number is out of coverage area. I gave the phone to the "Nokia Care" center yesterday and they said that the board is the complaint and I need to wait for 15 days to get it serviced. When asked to replace the set they asked me to go the Nokia shop where it was purchased. In the Nokia showroom they say if I had come within 7 days of purchase they could have tried to replace but nothing can be done. This is pure cheating and very soon they are going to face the customer wreath and lose the business. This is my 6th mobile device. Definitely I will never ever buy a Nokia phone and I am planning to circulate this issue with my company collegues and classmates and friends group.
                                  I bought this X2 mobile 6 months back. This model is a defective model. It has hanging problems, automatically restarts sometimes. Two days back I found the lock on the panel broken (doesnt have quality) though my mobile never fell down or slipped. I went to nokia care and they told they are not responsible for physical damages. And when I asked for the cost of the panel, it was Rs.1060. Current mobile price is Rs.5000 I guess. So I didnt want to spend such a huge amount for this and that too for a defective model. If I change the panel, the lock may again break in another 5 months. There is no quality. I atleast want Nokia to replace my panel.
                                  The hanging problem can be solved by upgrading the s/w of the phone.
                                  my nokia x2 mobile has created a temp file in my memory card. if i delete it, it 'll create the songs twice and also videos. then the flash light is worst. i hope nokia will take my phone back. PLEASE NOBODY BUY THIS PHONE.

                                    I've lost my mobile last thursday. it's NOKIA 5130 Xpress music hand set and it's a new set. Some one has taken it from temple. please help me in getting my mobile handset back. I've blocked my number temporarily. I've logged a complaint in near by police station as well. I've mobile purchase bill and IMEI Number with me. will some one help me in getting my mobile? my IMEI Number is [protected]. I've heard that mobile phones can be tracked by this IMEI number when the person who has taken ur mobile recharges for the next time. please help me.

It was lost from chennai.The complaint registered date is 31.12.09 till this day no information...please help

                                      sir i was purchased nokia 5233 in july. after one month it has a problem display i was given that nokia care center sita buldi nagpur and they were retrurned to me after 16 days, but now again it had a problem against speakers and i given tha nokia care center sitabuldi as on 23.9.10 and it was returned to me on 25.9.10. after reciveing the two or three calls same problem create so what can i do? pls took the strict action against care center buldi.

                                      pls i was unhappy from your nokia care center buldi (Milap Electronics), they wern't given the best service.

                                        PLEASE HELP!!
                                        I have been mentally harrassed by Nokia Care executives at Jail Road Franchise NET DOT SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. for a month now. I recently purchased a Nokia 5233 handset from subhash Nagar Mobile One retail shop, who have given me an old model which initially worked for a month and it was a very useless and weak battrey, which didn't last for even a day. Knowing that nokia battries are very good and long lasting i made my decision to buy a nokia product but i made a wrong decision. I have made atleast ten visits to nokia care and they first took 7 days to return a new battrey and when i received the battrey it was dead too. i have shown my battrey and phone to other mobile retailers also and have tried several methods to get it working/changed but i am feeling so helpless that after spending/saving my harde earned money i am not able to use this handset. I want strict action to be taken against NOKIA and its false service centers. They have been negligent and irresponsible all of them treating me so badly. please do something, its a request of a common man of delhi.

                                        my nokia 5233 also does not hold good even for a day i think there is a large conspiracy going on!!!now i too will go and demand a new battery from the a-holes
                                        yes i agree with u..my bettery is dead ..with nokia 5233 charger
                                        i got new piece 2days b4.

                                        i am also nt getting full-day backup
