I bought a Nokia E71 Phone on 16th August 2010 from The Mobile Store, Madhapur, Hyderabad. After using 2 days i have a weired problem with menu key. There was some problem with my handset (Nokia 2700) and i took my mobile repair center on 29th July 2010.
The guys from Nokia Care said that, your handset has sum major problem so it may take upto a week for delivery of handset.
So, i called them after a week and they answered same that it may take few more days.
So finally i get my handset back on 14th August but again, it wasn't repaired either. Problem was same....

i have purchsed one nokia 3110 mobile phone from the retailer in dewas (08/02/09) but their mobile get damaged withing the guirenty period, and now their centers are denying from the repairing their phone.
the prize of the phone on the time of purchase was Rs.4600.
now the phone is useless.
