I have provide my mobile at the service center at poovath international at kochi (pt usha road, Behind maharajas college ground ernakulam) on 18/04/2019. It was said that my battery has died and they would fix it within 2 days. Even though I had emergency, I left the phone to be repaired.
On April 20, when I visited them, they said they had shipped it over to nokia, even without my consent, since they had shortage of parts and would be resolved soon.
Now, today is 13/05/2019, till now I have not received my phone, in the meanwhile I have contacted them countless times. All the time given a different excuse. Saying that Parts are very low, I would get the phone replaced. On the last 2 calls they even said the replacement phone has come and when I visit to collect my phone, they say they will give it the next day.
What is going on, this is the extend of my patience and I have been humiliated and does not even want to ask anymore, I will be approaching the consumer forum with a legal complaint about nokia.
