Sir,
we have purchase NOKIA 6 mobile 0n 07 dec. 2017 from Citizen shop raipur, Invioce no 3614 at the rate of 14, 999.00 Rs.
On 29 April 2019, mobile fall down by hand and display and battery cover damage (as per Nokia service center statement)
On 30 April 2019, we have change the display and battery cover through Nokia service center Shyam Incorporation at the amount of 6500.00 Rs.(Invoice No LM0050 )
After Two days mobile automatically shut down and we can try to start than after few secound (about 10 Secound) again shut down.
we have again go to Nokia service center Shyam Incorporation but his engineer team statement mobile mother board may be damage and the repairing cost is about 12000.00.
Sir I want to say if i pay total 12000.00+6500.00=18500.00 then why not we have purchase a new mobile other than Nokia.
If my mobile not repaired then i request you please refund my amount 6500.00 because after two days mobile create problem.
I hope you and your team take a action in behalf of mine and your service centre
so, the reputed company nokia not loses faith to customer.

    Would like to just telling that i am fed up with nokia services, i have purchased my nokia 6.1 plus mobile around 6 months ago. I have to submit my phone with service center for two times for the same reason charging problem.

    Almost 10 days gone but service center and care center told to wait as part is not available with company, you have to wait till part available

      Whille i gave my nokia c1 mobile as the sim card outer part jammed in the slot, they said sim slot is to be replaced andcharged rs.1500/- for the same and gave the phone in such a way that battery contact lost and with poor signals of tower. Went four times with the same complaint but got vexed as they know how to spoil mobiles and not rectification. Such useless and fot for nothing staff are there in nokia service centre marthali branch. The earlier staff were good and efficient but the present staff are simply useless worst and fit for nothing. They come wale away time till lunch have lunch and just spend spoiling phones to the utmost dissatisfaction of customers. The worst. My sincere advice to customers please donot step into marthali service centre

        call waiting not active

        I got nokia 8.1, there is problwm with call waiting, when i am in one call.. I am not able receive any deep sound or notification of other calls at the same time. I activated the call waiting in call setting option still it remains the same. I checked with my network provider. They informed it is mobile problem. Kindly help in solving this issue because i am missing the calls...

        Nokia is not able to provide support to its customers. I purchased a nokia 3310 last year which is in warranty now and has malfunctioned. I have called nokia support several times and every time they provide me fake assurances that it will be picked up and will be replaced. I am very much disappointed with this because its been 12 days and nothing has been done despite calling nokia customer support several times. I hope someone will look into this and get it resolved. Reference number : 1012230.

          I have nokia 7 plus and its not getting charged and its still under warranty and i have submitted my phone to nokia service center in locality on 6/05/2015 and they sent my phone to bangalore for further management of my phone but still they didn't return my phone and its already 15 days over.. The people in customer care not responding to me properly..

              There is a sound issue in Nokia earphones I purchased, the sound quality is really bad. Company is saying to give pictures and videos but this cannot be shown in the video or in pictures as it is a sound issue.

              I have tried with multiple devices and the sound quality is really bad and poor.

              As I have initiated a refund they are refusing to take the earphones back.

              I have mailed and called many times to the Nokia Customer Support but no action is taken.

              There is a 10 days replacement guarantee on the product and on the first day itself, I have initiated a refund.

              Please help to solve this issue. This is really bad from the company Nokia.

                Hi arun here, i took a nokia 7 plus before 6 months for 26000/- and i have a charging problem and i have given to nokia care malleshwaram bangalore its 14 days i m not getting any response to my product and they promised to deliver me in 3 days with extra charge of rs 1500 and till now i didt get my product job sheet no[protected]/190507/001 my mobile number [protected], email id [protected]@gmail.com

                  This is to keep inform you that i had submitted my nokia 6.1 plus on 13th april 2019 for charging & battery which was minor issue but i still not received any positive response from your side.
                  Every time i need to followup with your team and nokia care but not helping me by saying parts not available & when i ask which parts you need or not available in nokia gallery then everytime changed reason by stating technical issue call after 48 hour & when i called after 48 hours same thing happened.

                  I want to upgrade my warranty or exchange my mobile immediately, now one month i kept my cell phone in nokia service center bcoz of non availability of small parts but still my phone was working...

                  This kind of service can upset customers.

                    I have purchased nokia 6.1 plus four months ago from nokia web store[ digi life distribution & marketing services ltd. New delhi.110036 (Xld3)] but suddenly i have started facing charging issues so i submitted it to my nearest nokia care one month back but still now am waiting for the device whenver i visit the service centre i got the info. The device would come soon and whenever i communicated to the company executives through live chat they don't provide any correct information regarding the problem or the possible date of getting back my phone not only that the toll free customer care no.[protected] is not a valid number. Several times i have tried to contact through airtel and vodafone connection but i got the same answer that "the number you have diales is invalid, please check the number you have dialed"... Now i am thinking it was really a big mistake purchasing nokia phone.

                      I have provide my mobile at the service center at poovath international at kochi (pt usha road, Behind maharajas college ground ernakulam) on 18/04/2019. It was said that my battery has died and they would fix it within 2 days. Even though I had emergency, I left the phone to be repaired.

                      On April 20, when I visited them, they said they had shipped it over to nokia, even without my consent, since they had shortage of parts and would be resolved soon.

                      Now, today is 13/05/2019, till now I have not received my phone, in the meanwhile I have contacted them countless times. All the time given a different excuse. Saying that Parts are very low, I would get the phone replaced. On the last 2 calls they even said the replacement phone has come and when I visit to collect my phone, they say they will give it the next day.

                      What is going on, this is the extend of my patience and I have been humiliated and does not even want to ask anymore, I will be approaching the consumer forum with a legal complaint about nokia.

                      Whenever i use this mobil from the buttom side its too hot and if I'm not use this bettery is too weak like if i have 70% bettery in mobil and I'm not use this mobil only for one hour it's automatically 30% remain

                        Phone's charging port was damaged, the people at the service centre said i will get my phone back in next 3-4 days. I gave it on 27th april, i was promised i will get it back by 30th april. I've been calling them since, every time i contact them, they say the part is not recieved yet, it's on the way, i'll get it in another two days.
                        Since then, it's been more than 15 days, and still when i called them, they asked me to wait for another 2 days.
                        Worst service on their part.
                        I've been working without phone for more than 2 weeks now. This company has the worst service ever.

                          I'm repenting on the day i bought nokia's phone

                          *there was a charging port issue in my phone, for which the phone was completed 15 days in the service center
                          *the service center executive is saying that the parts were not dispach from the company
                          *no update or tracking report from the company are being given me
                          *other chinese companies provide better service than you

                          Now you answer me :-
                          (1) do you think a customer's phone is so worthless for him

                          (2) if you keep a customer's phone for so long, you do not think he should be given a standby phone

                          (3) should i consider service to nokia phone as worst

                            I have given my new nokia 7 plus mobile for service at nokia service centre hanmakonda, warangal. People at service centre are delaying the process since 20 days. They are saying spare parts haven't arrived yet. This is not at all good on their part. So, iam here to file complaint against nokia service centre, hanmakonda, Warangal. Please take necessary action against them as soon as possible. Because not only me, there are several customers who suffer this kind of problem. Nokia care must know that if there is no proper service then why the hell are launching these many devices. Shame on nokia services

                              I have purchased a new nokia 3 phone on 1.04.2019 from agnicom communications kolkata 72, email... Agnicom. Vsnl.com, vide their cash memo no 3425 and phone imei no [protected].
                              Form day 1 the charging and power backup is problematic, since i am in sales and tour is my job, i could manage time and went to the shop on 30th april, they checked the problem and redirected me to nokia service center. Next day i went there, everest mobicare, chandni area, ms. Mampi, and they took 4 hours and serviced the phone, but the problem still not resolved, next day i traveled to indonesia and yesterday only i came back.
                              Is this nokia quality and service? Now please guide me what to do? Did i commit a mistake buying a nokia product?

                                I purchased a nokia mobile from xperia mobiles, pathanamthitta, kerala. On 26.03.2019 (Model name - nokia 1 d5) now iam facing a display error in my phone. I reached nokia service center for this complaint on 07.05.2019 morning 10am. They ask me to wait until 3 hours, i agreed and give my phone for service check. After 3 hour i went to service center for my mobile. Now they are saying they will not provide warranty for this mobile. I asked about my warranty period. But they will not corporate with me for this. They are trying to prove some unwanted excuse for this. So kindly requesting to do the needful for this.

                                  I would like to intimate you that, i have purchase a new nokia 105 model no mobile phone from kolkata on dated 03/04/2019.
                                  But my new mobile is not working on dated 04/05/2019. Im visit your nokia care near ultadanga kolkata for check and rectification. But that guess not checking my mobile phone problems, he/she told me go to where you purchase this mobile he is responsible for repairing or exchange the mobile, still that seller guy not taken any action.

                                    My phone charigng port got damaged and i've givrn it for repair.
                                    They promosed to give on 30th apri. But they havn't given it till today and they keep saying next day.

                                    I contacted nokia customer care several times, but no use. They are also keep saying i will get status within 48 hours, but already one week over and i didnt get any call till now. They are not even taking responsibility of anything and they are not even ready to escalate my issue.

                                    I've been using mobiles for past 13 years and first time i became phone less just because i purchaded nokia

                                      I have bought a nokia phone after few days o[censored]se the phone charging port not working properly while checking with service centre they said that moisture were in the port.. It was an unsatisfied answer for me.. While checking in internet i found many of them using the same model face the same problem.. I lost trust on nokia.. Here after i will not buy nokia phones..
