Listen, i have issue from january and i can't leave phone for 15 days. Previous i make complaint but no response. Nokia worst company totally disgusting. I never say anyonr to buy this disgusting phone and your service i also disgusting, company representative never no how to talk, and you are expecting to archive good success in market. Worst servive

    Hello sir,

    I would like to bring to your notice that service provided by nokia care bhubaneswar, janpath road is very disgusting.
    We have ordered for nokia 6 plus glass/screen for which i have paid 3k advance. The advance was paid on 4th march. They informed that we will be receiving the product within 7 days.
    But we didn't get any response. When we contacted them, they told it will take another week, like dat it's already been 1 month and they are not doing refund as well. Nowadays they are not receiving the call as well.

      Sir,
      On 31st of october 2018 i have purchased nokia 6.1 from sachdeva communications ghaziabad. Here i am writing to inform you that from the day one i have discovered that it creating several problems as it's receiver is not working properly auto wi-fi disconnect loudspeaker earphone automatically switch off and on i have visited to the service centre 7 times six times the people have changed its receiver and one time it's earphone the problem is still same..

      I have clmplaint it in to the consumer court. My complain number is 1174740

        I buy nokia 6.1 plus 1 month ago but now this phone is very problem to charging phone is not charge i nokia care in pune nul stop but she do hard reset phone 2 time my own mobile shop ik how to repair but ph in warranty i think i'm stupid i buy nokia n this service centre service not good. That problem not solved i never buy nokia again and i never sale nokia again do the action this service centre and solve my problem in my family 3 phone is nokia. That problem is not solve so i go that service centre and crack my 3 phone in ur service centre

          Mobile can't charge properly and charging socket is very loose, due to this the charging takes hours to full charge, charging is very slowly. I am already visited muvattupuzha nokia service centre but they tell minimum 2 weeks for solving the issue, i have no other mobile phone for use, i just want to solve this case within 2 or 3 days, i wish a good response from nokia, thank u

            About 15 days a problem generated of charging. I have visited your allahabad service center he has not ready to repair this handset.

              I am a customer of nokia 6.1 plus. I am facing issues with my charging port and when i visited the service centre they ask me to submit my phone for at least 15 days as i cannot submit my phone because my work depends on it i demanded for a spare phone but they denied my request and when i asked him to order a spare part by noting down my required details they denied again as according to their policies i need to submit my phone.
              These are the first customer service policies i have ever seen and i request to those who read this that either improve your customer service policies or you will be losing the customers.
              To the people who are reading this question i recommend not to buy nokia as nobody is sitting there for the breakdown of your phone.

              I am facing the problem with my 4 months old device of Nokia 6.1 Plus of Charging Slot. The charging Pin became loose and not able to properly connect with the charger. Never expected hardware problem with Nokia device.

                Sir, i have submitted my 6.1plus for replacement of charging port. Today it's 20th day but their is no information about when it will ready for me to use

                Why we buy phone for use it or for put it in the care canter...

                I can't do my works...

                Very worst service is going now a days...
                How we recommend nokia with this type of bad service..

                Please solve my issues as fast as you can
                And let me know.

                Otherwise i have to take a new phone to do my works and i have to go consumer court...

                  I have purchased Nokia 6 in September 2017 in Amazon India website. From the very beginning it stated giving trouble. I have trusted only the brand name Nokia. Within the warranty period of one year, the phone gave a lot of problems and the Nokia care, (Raj Communication) No.6A, Ave Mariya complex, Near Ramanathan Hospital, V.O.C.Nagar, Thanjavur, Tamilnadu rectified the repairs at free of cost. But they did not returned my phone on the assured date. After completion of one year, they started charges for repair. In March 2019, the mobile was hanged. I have approached the Nokia care and they charged Rs.300 for change of software. On the day itself it started different troubles. Again I approached the Nokia care. They are trying to learn from my mobile. They changed the inbuilt batter. They informed that the sensor system is not working. They tried some sensor system, but so far not suited. They gave so many time and date for returned my mobile, but failed to fulfill their assurances. While asking with the staff, many revealed that, they are not associated with Nokia care. In the same shop, they also running MI and Microsoft service centres also.I don't know how much they likely to charge for replacement of sensor panel. This Nokia 6 is the worst mobile I have used so far. I decided not to go for any Nokia product and not to recommend Nokia to anyone. If anyone asked my suggestion, I will discourage them from purchase of Nokia product.

                    Very disappointed with my nokia 8 scirocco. I purchased it just two months ago its screen got ruptured and ur service centre is asking me to pay 22000 to get it replaced. What a rubbish!
                    I[censored] will not peep into my matter, i have to go to consumer court.
                    Please let me know how could i get replaced my screen, that i could recommend the product to others.

                      Dear sir, i am very disappoint to write this mail, sir last month near about jan end i have given my phone nokia 6 to repair my phones charging scoket. Its warantee got over so i paid 2000 rupee but when i got my phone back it contain several small black spot and huge white spot, they told me that it was already like that now i[censored] have to change it u have to pay for combo, sir i was using it and i know it was never like that, dear sir i am huge fan of nokia, plz dont let it me i was,
                      Sir please kindly help me out of it i am belonging to middle class family cant even affort combo no i very disappointed with it.
                      Dont let me loose my trust from nokia sir. Please help

                        I have bought nokia 7 plus on aug 4th 2018. It is still under warranty.. Around october 2018, i have realised that the battery started to drain out rapidly and getting extremely heated (More than 48 degrees as per nokia my phone app) and physically too the piece is so heated that it is humanly untouchable.. Gave at the authorised service centres thrice (Once in bangalore in october) and twice in hyderabad (Once in january and once in march). Everytime they said it could be software issue and fixed something but the issue was not resolved... On march 12 the when i gave at hyderabad delight solutions authorised service centre, they kept the mobile for a good 10 days and replaced battery.. When i went to collect, i found the issue not resolved.. When i spoke to the nokia service guys they said that he issue is resolved and they can do nothing else.. I have a audio recording that they can do nothing.. I have a snapshot too where the temperature is 48 degrees.. And nokia says there is no replacement policy.. This is highly unprofessional when a faulty piece got delivered and had to run to service centre thrice and service centre guys are arrogant.. I feel that 26 thousand rupees have gone into gutter just in 6 months.

                            I have purchased nokia 5.1 plus on december and having the issue of charging port since then i had visited nokia service center and got my port replaced and still the problem arises the same if nokia thinks we are stupid then ypu guyz are wrong this time you have messed with wrong guy i am filing a consumer court complaint against nokia of frauding and looting 10k for a cheap quality product and nearly no service at all. If i didn't get a replace of this product then you are in serious trouble

                              Dear sir/ madam,
                              I, anjali nadkarni, had purchased a handset nokia1 on 5/09/18. It went completely dead yesterday. Today when i took the handset to the service center in pimpri, your representative told me that it would not be treated under warranty as the cover has a crack. I don't understand has the exterior look of the handset got any connection with the interior problem? Not once did i ask for any treatment for the crack on the cover or a dent on the handset.

                              The person told me that because of the crack on the handset, the case would not be submitted under warranty. I have never heard any such kind of protocol with any other mobile companies. Moreover, i had gone to the center somewhere around 5.00pm. By the time my case paper was ready it was 5.30 pm.. So the person did not entertain me saying that 6pm is the closing time.. So my problem would be dealt with only on friday. Also, i had requested him for any spare handset as i don;t have any other medium of communication. For which again he denied saying that, had it not been 5.30pm he would have given a spare handset.

                              I want a fair practice. Merely having a crack on the handset do not justify it from not being under warranty. Its a sincere request to give justice to my case.

                                I purchased a nokia 6.1 plus in december 2018.in february i started to face charging issues as the phone usb jack was not responding to the charger when plugged in. at first i was not able to find a nokia service centre in my locality. so i had to wait a month to move to my home town and finally manage to get an appointment at the service centre number 675_433527. i was first informed that the spare part was available and my phone would be repaired immediately but was then misguided and asked to drop my phone for the service as the spare was not available. i asked them to get my phone repaired on/before 23/03/2019 as i will not be available after that but i am still not getting any positive response from them.
                                Nokia service is worst of all the brands i have used. they are not customer friendly and i am suffering from the past one month due to your product and official dont seem to care a bit.
                                I insist you guys to please take some serious concern over this as you might loose a dedicated customer of yours.

                                  Sir i have given my mobile at your service center named swetha communications in karimnagar the staff member mani deep has called now and said that sir we have unfortunately given another mobile your mobile is here, as i have given complaint yesterday as that they called and giving me my mobile, sir if i don't have any knowledge about giving complaint, then your representative will giving bad service to customer so kindly requesting you cancel their authorization service center and immediately take action on them as they are creating problems to customer as well as they are collapsing your good will

                                    Sir i have given my mobile in nokia care in karimnagar, telangana, service center name is swetha communication, here the technician is not good as he not giving our mobiles in given condition, they are taking out some of the objects from mobile they giving in dead state, hence the customer has getting trouble by this type of fraud management, i am requesting you to cancle their authorized service center with nokia because public are facing problems by this kind of worker and managment

                                        Hello, my nokia 8.1 is start now thanks to customer care but it is still not ok, the screen automatic turn on, even i have turn off all the notification setting, ambient display everything but this phone creates too much problem and the battery goes down in just under 24 hours even in power saver mode, sometime wifi don't work and sometime bluetooth don't work and sometime both where on automatically. I am really tired of this phone, functions where work according them not me, this phone hangs alot, sir this is my request please change this phone, its only two month old and i am facing problem from the beginning, i have send you many messages but there is no response, once i got a call but what happened with that guy i don't know, please its a very warm request to nokia please change my phone sir i don't want any refund or something i just want to exchange with another one, this phone hardware have some issues which i don't know, and these issues are not done by me. Please its a request sir change this phone sir its a 27k phone which i bought on emi, how painfull is this, if you guys take care of your customer then please take care of my device.
