I have nokia 2.1 purchased on 13th september, 2018. It is in waranty and giving issue. The issue is when the mobile is switched on and pluged in charging... It doesn't charge and when switched off and pluged in it get started charging. I just take my mobile to vasai nokia service center. They took 4days and told me that some liquid has gone inside the charger pin. I just asked them then "how my mobile is getting charged when switched off?"....

I, reshma v ukarde, submitted nokia 8 handset within warrany period at krishna electronics service centre, authorised nokia care centre at thane vide jobsheet no[protected]/190404/009 dated 04.04.2019. My phone display was not working and was facing an issue in connecting to wifi along with difficulty in downloading an app. At first i was informed that problem will be resolved within a week but now 22 days passed, no information is available...

Complaint about loose charging port which is getting difficulty in charging the mobile. I visited the authorized customer care center everest mobicare near tipu sultan masjid kolkata-700013;they are asking for money to repair the handset even if my mobile is only 6 months old & is under warranty period by telling the handset is physical damage for just a scratch on back panel of mobile....

My phone's headphone jack got loose. And my phone is warranty. So my phone's headphone jack should be fixed under warranty. But nokia care laxmi nagar making false claims and giving false excuses saying my phone gets out of warranty.
Nokia care (Laxmi nagar) is saying "only manufacturing defect" should be taken care o[censored]nder warranty and nothing. I am being devoid of claiming my warranty...

Last year I had purchased a Nokia 6.1 plus phone and it was working flawlessly. Couple of days back my phone hanged and switched off by itself.

I went to the Nokia Lucknow Service center [Aryans Communications, Shop No. 7, UGF, Vaishali Arcade, 6 Park Road, beside State Bank of India, Hazratganj Lucknow] and handed over the phone for repairing. However after 1 day they called me and told me something about presence of liquid...

I bought this product nokia 6.1 plus in november this phone worked good for 2 months but after that notch part screen has not started working due to that all notification panels are not coming down and today half of the screen stopped working, sometimes phone automatically start working without any touch and jack is also not working
Plzz help me out of this...

In the 10 months i have purchased this mobile, it has been with the customer centre for almost 2 months. Several damages with the charging and display units of phone, still there is no proper response regarding the utility of phone.

I aravindh rajeev user of nokia 8 set was filing this complaint to get some solutions for the problems that i face while using this phone. My phone is going continuous restart while using it.. I don't know why it's like that.. It's too irritating and i can't even use that phone properly... Pls take some necessary steps to solve my problem and consider this as a serious issue...

I've contacted support over phone who dodged my every question and tried to get rid of me by asking me to contact amazon to fix it.

I purchased a Nokia 8 on 22/04/2018.On 19/09/2018 my headphone went soundless which was replaced on 20/09/2018. The same day i deposited my handset as camera was giving problem.On 11/03/2019 i again deposited my phone to service center as half of my display got hazy 1st the called me up and said my mother board was faulty then they said no sir your display is faulty & we have replaced it . I lodge a complain regarding my nokia 105 feature phone on 13 feb 19. That is under warranty. My phone was pick up on 07 mar 19. Phone also received by nokia customer care. But after that no response from customer care. I have call customer care many times. Nokia care personal said that after 2 & 3 days ur phone will be dispatched. Still i m facing these problems. Sir i am very sad to purchase nokia 5.1 plus mobile because your mobile nokia 5.1 plus is not compatible with truecaller app and not compatible with call recording app and not compatible with whatsapp messenger because it doesn't show number of notification only show dot...

I have purchased a Nokia 6.1 Plus on 23.10.2018, I am facing a charging issue now. Due to this I visited to "Rajalakshmi Electro Vision" (an authorized Nokia service center for Ballari City) on 15.04.2019. They said sub-board need to be changed but stock not available. Even though I have warranty service for my mobile haven't been made. Hence I request to take necessary action....

I have purchased Nokia 7.1 mobile. Within two months it gave a complaint. When doing WhatsApp video calls my audio is not audible to others. We have given to Nokia customer care they have kept it for 1 week by saying spare part is not available. They returned to me but same issue. Waste of time. They don't know the service. No use of buying this product. So guys don't buy this waste product....

I am using nokia 7 plus phone and its 7 months old. Last month i started facing issue in charging.

At first i went to service center, the service person told there is some dust particles and fixed it on the spot by blowing air in the ports and handed over it to me. Also, told me issue is resolved.

I bought a phone on very unfortunate day of my life from flipkart big billion day sale. It was defective phone and its exchanged with another defective phone by flipkart. I raised a complait but nothing happened due to their policies and best technical (Uneducated and unskilled) staff.

Then we approached nokia care centre and they repaired it for time being and now its been 6 months and phone is totally damaged internally....
