I have bought a nokia phone after few days o[censored]se the phone charging port not working properly while checking with service centre they said that moisture were in the port.. It was an unsatisfied answer for me.. While checking in internet i found many of them using the same model face the same problem.. I lost trust on nokia.. Here after i will not buy nokia phones..

    I have purchased Nokia 6.1plus on october 24 the after using 3 months it has a problem in Charging port when I visit service center which is 25km far from my city on March 16th.

    They took my mobile and check it and returned to me ans said "it has a port issue we have to replace the board but right now we dont have the spare part you can call after two weeks once we receive will replace that I give you "

    Im calling them regularly and asking about the spare part. After that they said it will take another week.. After one week thy said two days. after two days they said another two weeks
    again after10 days took devise said again3 days to get serviced.

    And now they arer saying that We will not service your mobile do what ever you want.

    What I have to do now?

    Also my complaint number is 909242
    Since last three months the issue is there not solved the case.

      And i will i can also spread the negativity against nokia

        Please solve my issue. Where to go and whome to ask.

          I started facing charging problems on my nokia 6.1 plus phone within 6 months of buying the phone. I submitted my phone to the care centre at saachi services (552_465550), bangalore branch on 19th april. After some days i went to service center, service center said like this they would need to send the phone to the company and they would replace the phone. However i did not hear back anything from them. I have been without a phone for two weeks. I have went to service center many times but i didn't get any proper response from the service center. Sometimes they are saying it will be delivered in few days but no information. I think nokia is manufacturing new phone and they will deliver the new phone.

            Sir i got a message at march month, david walter, london, nokia london [protected]@outlook.com. Message is this. I am the prize winner at nokia 2019. Prize items 3, 95000 and laptop, nokia mobile. Then david walter will arrive delhi airport in india, and if i will pay the 13999, then i will get the prize. This true or false, i am confused, please answer me.

              I started facing charging problems on my nokia 6.1 plus phone within 6 months of buying the phone. Got worst experience.
              I submitted my phone to the care centre at hadapsar, pune branch on 20th april but still have'nt got my phone back. I got a call from the care centre couple of days back saying it cannot be repaired and they would need to send the phone to the company and they would replace the phone. However i did not hear back anything from them. I have been without a phone for around 12 days now. I asked them for a refund instead as i don't trust the phone's quality now as one of my friend also faced the same charging problem. I would either like to get a refund or some better model phone now.

              This is the worst experience that I got.
              I still have'nt received my phone.
              My phone is still with Nokia care centre at Hadapsar.
              It has been more than 20days that I'm without a phone.
              Is my Complaint going to be addressed?

                I have submitted my phone to nokia care udaipur rajasthan having touch issues on 23 april 2019. They opened the device and checked it then created the jobsheet. After that, they told me that it will take up to 15 days so i picked up my phone from them because i have to leave for gandhinagar. At gandhinagar gujrat nokia care on 27 april 2019, the person again opened my phone, checkedand told me that 4 screws are missing,, the antenna is damaged in the inner side and a small dent is on the other side of the phone and refused to repair it in warranty.
                I have called nokia care helpline but they are blaming me that i have opened it and made the damage. My phone is in warranty period then why would i have opened it?. I can not see inside my phone to see screws missing and damages made by your service center

                  I am Nokia 5.1 User,
                  Purchase date:[protected]

                  On 28th April 2019 from morning it self my Nokia 5.1 device started weird behavior on screen Red Color lines appear and screen frequently started vibration.

                  I have showed this to Nokia customer care Bharuch area they said its physical damage, but my phone not at all fall and there is no water touch also.

                  as per Nokia policy its not cover under warranty

                  Please help me to get this fix as its not at all my Fault
                  It Company fault who make such device.
                  Just because of company fault I have to pay 4000/-

                  It will break my trust if my issue not resolve

                  I need new display of my phone

                    I have nokia 2.1 purchased on 13th september, 2018. It is in waranty and giving issue. The issue is when the mobile is switched on and pluged in charging... It doesn't charge and when switched off and pluged in it get started charging. I just take my mobile to vasai nokia service center. They took 4days and told me that some liquid has gone inside the charger pin. I just asked them then "how my mobile is getting charged when switched off?". They were speechless and the technician started arguing with me and told me that 880 rupees would be charged to make the mobile. When i told him that it is in waranty he just then started arguing with me using bad words. I was thinking nokia is the best brand but today it just changed my mind. From today i will never suggest anyone to buy nokia.
                    Please help me!

                      I, reshma v ukarde, submitted nokia 8 handset within warrany period at krishna electronics service centre, authorised nokia care centre at thane vide jobsheet no[protected]/190404/009 dated 04.04.2019. My phone display was not working and was facing an issue in connecting to wifi along with difficulty in downloading an app. At first i was informed that problem will be resolved within a week but now 22 days passed, no information is available regarding resolution of the matter.

                      I am a hardcore customer of nokia but such a lethargic attitude in dealing with customers is not acceptable. Request you to intervene and help in the matter.

                        Complaint about loose charging port which is getting difficulty in charging the mobile. I visited the authorized customer care center everest mobicare near tipu sultan masjid kolkata-700013;they are asking for money to repair the handset even if my mobile is only 6 months old & is under warranty period by telling the handset is physical damage for just a scratch on back panel of mobile.

                          On dtd. 06..03.19 i had purchased a nokia mobile hand set as per the below details given.

                          1. Make — nokia

                          2. Model — 6.1 plus

                          3. Imei — [protected]

                          4. Retailer name — fone zone

                          5. Retailer contact no — [protected]

                          6. Retailer contact e-mail — [protected]@gmail.com

                          In this context please note that from the date of purchase i am facing the following problems.

                          (A) handset auto restart — the handset automatically restarts within one minute. For that i have gone to the retailer point but the retailer ask me to go service centre. I have also gone to your authorise service centre on dt.18.04.19 which is situated at rourkela m/s payoja services, kachery road, infront of grand bazar, kachery road, rourkela. Phone no[protected], [protected]. The service people repaired the set handover to me without any job card. Again i face the same auto restart problem after 2 hour. Again self visited service centre on 22.04.19 & service people informed that the handset needs to be repaired on chargeable basis.

                          Keeping the above facts in mind it seems the set has a manufacturing defect.

                          I am enclosing herewith the job card along with the invoice copy.

                          I therefore request you to kindly return back the above set and ask your retailer to give me higher model of nokia. The differential amount will be paid by me.

                          Mother board problem, company not ready to replace the phone
                          After the android 9 update the touch becomes unresponsive many times during use and make it inconvenient to use the phone and we have to lock and unlock the phone to get touch working again and thn too it happen many a times...just frustating

                            My phone's headphone jack got loose. And my phone is warranty. So my phone's headphone jack should be fixed under warranty. But nokia care laxmi nagar making false claims and giving false excuses saying my phone gets out of warranty.
                            Nokia care (Laxmi nagar) is saying "only manufacturing defect" should be taken care o[censored]nder warranty and nothing. I am being devoid of claiming my warranty

                              Last year I had purchased a Nokia 6.1 plus phone and it was working flawlessly. Couple of days back my phone hanged and switched off by itself.

                              I went to the Nokia Lucknow Service center [Aryans Communications, Shop No. 7, UGF, Vaishali Arcade, 6 Park Road, beside State Bank of India, Hazratganj Lucknow] and handed over the phone for repairing. However after 1 day they called me and told me something about presence of liquid near PCB. They have told me that I need to pay for replacing motherboard as this reason is not covered in warranty. Service center guys have also sent me mail with some pictures of PCB but by looking into them nobody can derive anything.

                              I am really surprised to hear that from a brand like nokia that I have been specifically told a reason which is not covered in warranty. I would like to confirm that this phone has been single-handedly used by me and there has been no incident of any liquid spill on my phone. I am suspecting that nokia has been trying to juice out money in name of warranties and pathetic service centers.

                              Considering the Brand NOKIA, if a my phone is under warranty I am expecting proper investigation of case and repair my phone without incurring any extra cost. All other reputed Brands follow the same procedure.

                              I called up the service center and I am repeatedly getting same response to pay for repairing my phone which is not damaged by me.

                              I am really disappointed with the service quality currently getting from nokia service center. I am expecting this to be sorted out by nokia and get my phone repaired immediately without any extra cost.

                              When I wrote this to nokia this is the irresponsible response i got from their support team:

                                  I bought this product nokia 6.1 plus in november this phone worked good for 2 months but after that notch part screen has not started working due to that all notification panels are not coming down and today half of the screen stopped working, sometimes phone automatically start working without any touch and jack is also not working

                                    In the 10 months i have purchased this mobile, it has been with the customer centre for almost 2 months. Several damages with the charging and display units of phone, still there is no proper response regarding the utility of phone.

                                    And also the rude behaviour of the service members adds to that

                                    1st problem - earpiece damage
                                    2nd problem- earphone damage
                                    3rd problem - battery problem
                                    4th problem - battery problem repeat
                                    Now the motherboard of the phone is replaced
                                    5th problem - front camera damage observed immediately after the next day the motherboard is replaced

                                      I aravindh rajeev user of nokia 8 set was filing this complaint to get some solutions for the problems that i face while using this phone. My phone is going continuous restart while using it.. I don't know why it's like that.. It's too irritating and i can't even use that phone properly...
