Dear nokia, i am shailendra yadav and my nokia 8.1 is totally a dead phone today your customer service agents are telling me that this is cause of water damage and we can't do anything. I don't know how to tell them that i didn't do anything with my phone, nobody gona believe me, i don't know that how can amazon sold a defective product and this is also truth that if the phone is defective they don't sell it. But some problems is definitely in that phone while production and the engineers didn't caught that problem and they release that product, but in all this process what is my mistake, everybody is right on there place but i am also right on my place. I think nokia is not like past company, you broke my confidence on you. I bought that phone on emi and now i have to pay money for dead phone. If you guys are really genuine then please do a genuine justice with me. I am attaching a pic of nokia 8.1 downloaded image, my phone is in service center with no use.

    We purchased mobile on nokia portal. I'm not able to download invoice from portal as it is coming invoice is not available.

    Even i escalated to nokia care in call / mail many times, still invoice is not received. As per process invoice should send to customer on the day of mobile delivery. It has been 13 days now after mobile delivered and invoice is not shared to customer nor available in portal for download.

      Hi team,

      We have purchased the nokia 6.1 plus.
      As per the specifications mentioned by nokia, it has corning gorilla glass 3 but it is not as expected.
      The screen got broke when it falls from height of 3 meters.
      It is under warranty
      I recommended many of my friends to buy nokia. I thought it would be like the original which is back now.
      But my expectations are dropped now due to this poor quality of the gorilla glass.

        I have tried multiple carriers in India, whenever I put a sim in the first slot it never works . The second sim slot is working just fine .
        Please either it is some sort of settings or what please help me replace my device or repair. And there is no Nokia care centre here in India . I m stuck with such a expensive mobile .

          Today my nokia 8.1 has stopped working after 2 months o[censored]se. My phone is dead it is not even charging. What happens with my phone i don't know please nokia do something. I have spent 27k on this phone not for only 2 month. One day before it stop working suddenly, it switched of automatically, i didn't receive any technical error or message, i tried it to charge but it is not showing any charging indication or not even starting with power button i have tried allot.

            Sir i purchase new nokia 3.1 plus phone at[protected] by flipcard with details

            From day first this phone started drop calling.. I connect call it cuts it self within 5, 10 and 12 second and so on. Then i done software at janak communication [565_433527] faridabad, haryana-121001. Then it work well for some 3.5 months only. And now again its happens hang, i submitted my phone again at same care at 5th march 2019, they did not gave me any loaner. They said it would be repair within 3-4 days, but not done, so many times i called them, replied part is in transit at friday, at saturday, and now at monday they repeated the same line it is in transit... Why r u making fool?
            Nokia phone is very bad i hate this brand now, would not recommend any one.
            In last i want my phone back.

              The phone's not getting charged. There's something wrong with the port. I have tried different wires. First, i thought the wire got loose but now i have realized that there is some problem with the port only. Facing a lot of problems because of that. Also, there is something wrong with their website. One will never understand how to register a complaint on it.

                  As vapi is an industrial hub, lots of gases which are harmful to a human being and environment is emitted then the prescribed limit allowed to industries. This has leaded to nausea feeling, giddiness, and also reduces life expectancy of a person.

                  This emission of gases is for the whole day. I request you to check each industry's limit to emit the gases along with height of the chimney that whether it is meeting the minimum standard height. And also check with the timing of emitting the gases.

                    I have recently updated my nokia 6 with the provided android pie update. Because of which my os got corrupted. I have visited nokia centre and installed software for 650 rs. When tried to install update again i end up with same situation again. I have paid for software installation due to this poor software update. I need the update to be rectified or i need reimbursement of 650 which i have paid for software.

                      Good evening sir, sir i had purchased nokia 3.1 plus mobile on 2nd march 2019. This mobile working well for 2 day after that this mobile not working caller id not visible only i hear ring tone. To answer i had to go to missed calls list.

                      2. When go to any option the screen is getting dark not going to next screen. I brought nokia as brand, but not at the mark within two days i feel very bad to select this there are many mobiles with best options at low cost.

                        On 2nd feb 2019, i purchased nokia 7 plus from supreme mobiles, udumalpet, tamilnadu. I am have been facing the problem for the last two months. I discussed with nokia customer care a month ago. (Complaint number 853096. Hope this complaint number will help you to understand the problem in detail). They asked me to do some changes in settings and asked to force restart my mobile. I did all the changes in settings and no improvement. Again i called two times and they asked me to different changes in settings. But, the problem not rectified. I am not satisfied with this product and want replacement or refund asap.

                          I have purchased nokia 6.1+ from flipkart and motherboard got dead after water damage which is not covered in warranty. I visited ghatkoper mumbai service center for motherboard replacement they are charging rs.15000 which is actually cost of a new nokia 6.1+ phone. They are charging very hefty amount which is very biased and unsatisfied and after several attempt for an answer i am been replied we will get back to you as soon as possible by nokia team.
                          Please help to get an reasonable answer for motherboard charges which are not acceptable to customers at such cost.

                          I called in Nokia service center and nobody is picking up the calls and even not even a single executive responding.
                          Online website nokia service number is incorrect. Fake Company.
                          I am literally very upset.
                          20000rs is not a small amount.
                          I want my refund amount at any cost otherwise i am going in consumer court.

                            I am juli kumari. I have nokia 6.1plus.
                            Suddenly after 3 months of purchase, its charger stoped working. I went to service center ss technocare. They opened my phone without my permission. And told some internal carging part is missing. But there was no damage in phone. And they are consedering it as a physical damage and charging 1000rs. My phone is in warrenty. My job sheet no. Is[protected]/190223/009.
                            Even after saying it that charging socket part it missing they have not mentioned it on job sheet. They are not replying properly and customer care of nokia is also saying, service center will see. Why should i pay for a brand new phone without any damage?? Even i have heared so many cases of same that charging socket stops working after purchasing of 2-3 months. This is manufacturing defect. Kindly help the same.

                            After registering complain here also, there is no change. Nokia service center and CUSTOMER CARE are forcing me to pay money for their fault. Even service center told we are changing our location so collect ur mobile without any repair. I asked to give this in mail, they denied. Really i am ### with nokia service..

                              I bought 5.1plus from flipkart on 2 months back. From first time it shows some error messages like system not responding. I thought it will be alright after the update of 9. But nothing happened. Now it behaves very badly. The proximity sensor,. Auto adjust brightness.. Some times brightness down and can't see anything and proximity works after a restart, but how many times i restart?
                              What will i do sir. How i solve these problems. Please return this phone and give me my cash back.. Please..
                              Or please do something urgently 🙏

                                  I've just received a message as follows and i'm sure it is part of a scam.

                                  "your number has emerged winner of rs90. Lakhs & laptop from nokia company mail your name, address, sex, age, mob no, batch no gh838qpv to [protected]@outlook.com"

                                  Some people may still fall into this trap and reveal information or subsequently even pay money for this. This needs to be looked into.

                                    Hello sir, i have bought nokia 8.1 on 6 jan 2019, and in just 2 month o[censored]se it is starting issues, may be it is a software problem or its is hardware problem i don't know, its automatically starts some time or awake screen automatically on or off functions like bluetooth or wifi and sometimes it is ok, totally i am very unsatisfied with my new handset, i have bought it from amazon on emi of 12 month, but i am very sad to see this problem, i don't want to repair it its a new handset, please i want to replace my phone with new one. I trust on thats why i didn't buy any other brand otherwise i was very close to buy oneplus6t but i choose nokia because of my favourite brand, please help me, i don't want to loose my trust from nokia.                                       I bought the nokia 8 at first itself when it got launched. Since 1year suffering with many problems and went to nokia care but the technician told to change the software and also changed for 3times but there is no betterment.
                                      He told that theres no solution for this model, better complaining and replacing is the best. Please consider this mail. Thankyou!!!

                                        1. Head piece not working
                                        2. Patches on screen
                                        3. Touch not proper
                                        4. Finger print sensor not working
                                        5. Phone crashing every time camera opens
                                        6. Have to restart every time phone hangs. These were the initial issues. Issues started within a month of purchase. Took about 2 weeks to fix this through service centre. Problems started recurring within one month period of service.1. Head piece not working
