I ordered a repair for my Nokia 5.1 plus mobile. Following are the order details:

I received my order today but it was damaged and all the accessories were missing. Also, the delivery guy didn't hold up for us to check the set. He said that checking has to be done afterward.

    Dear sir, i buyed, a nokia handset, which has become biggest mistake of my life. I buyer the mobile on october and 6 months has passed, i am having issues in charging as we all know the handset has a one year warranty, i visited service centre, they promised to repair it within a week but they didn’t. After 1 month i complained it to nokia customer service. I raise the issue on their toll free number with mr abhijeet verma, a conference call is connected to william mobile clinic (Mizoram, aizawl) in which the dealer clearly told that nokia is not providing them with required parts due to which they are unable to repair my mobile. Since it is nearly 1 month passed, and no resolution is provided to me, by the customer service team, they has just apologised for the same and promised me to send a new phone for their faults. The same has also not be done as their promise. So i like to draw your attention in this regard, that nokia india is doing service fraud and will request everyone in india to not buy a nokia phone. Because you are not going to get any warranty.

      myself prashant panpaliya
      i purchase your nokia 6 handset somewhere about 1 years ago
      but after purchasing only i am facing so many problem in your handset like 1)my voice not hearing to another person on phone
      2) heating problem
      3) charging problem
      i manage all this till one year but now my phone batter discharge soon within 1 hr so i sent my nokia phone to nokia care amravati maharashtra care
      i have given my handset 17 days before till problem has not sort out ..
      i used to go everyday there they are saying same answer everyday that your mobile has not repair yet now..
      i have give sum of 1250 rupees to them ..
      pls take a note of it.. do something

        I have given my mobile to solve charging port for my Nokia 7 Plus mobile on
        3 -June 2019 to Flex Nokia service center Marathalli, Bangalore. To solve a small and common charging port issue customer care representative said they will need 1 month time, and if i have any concern i need to talk to Nokia customer care.

        By providing such a long resolution time even for smaller issue, its looks clear that Nokia MD as an company don't want there customer to use there company service. If Nokia service center will ask for long resolution time like 30 days then obviously customer will prefer private servicing which will take less resolution time.

          Nokia 3.1 plus.. I have complaint about my mobile. This model not working properly. This model touching problem, hanging problem and also Mike problem. Touching problem means when I working on mobile that time not touching properly and when I'm doing lock and again open lock then working. Give me good service... I'm trusting on Nokia brand. don't make bad image.

            Hello, i have purchased nokia 5.1 on 31 April 19, after 13 day i got speaker issues and when sent to customer service centre at hisar haryana .. They said there is speaker problem and it will come under warranty.
            It was a shocker for me as they were too adamant and

            This is utterly rude and unprofessional behavior.

              Sir,
              I have serviced my phone before 1 year in an authorized service centre in Pondicherry.They changed my display.
              When I am again trying to change the display, service centre is informing me that the display is been put by a third party seller.
              The service centre has been closed before 6 months due to fraudulent services.please take necessary action.

                The technician people are not good enough to do the service
                When ever we raise a request for service.. Instead of solving the issue in the water purifier... There are creating more problems
                I have raised a complaint stating water is tasteless and warm water...

                The person came after two days i raised the complaint
                Instead of solving the issue he did some service and went... Within a hour the water stated to leak from inside the purifier
                Again i called the same guy... Then he did something and went...
                When i onn the water purifier... It was more then 45 mins the water was not filling but the outlet water was continuously flowing and also the leakage didn't stop...

                This is not the first time... Everything u call these technicians.. This is the problem we are facings

                There are not here to help us... There are here to create more problems..

                If we are raising the request again... Same old thing we will receive the message that the person will come today.. But again he will take his own time.. Every now and then he will call and will confirm the time but will never turn up... Once they come again same thing

                It is really a metal torture from these people
                If we call the customer care.. They will just raise the request.. But not proper action is taken

                    Body - i bought nokia 6.1+ from nokia.com on 13 december 18. From then i am facing constant problems in the handset like battery discharging on connecting charger automatically power off lag and hang issues, but nokia didn't cooperated me as i am calling them from 2nd day of buying. Now they didn't took the concern into account and i invested 1000₹ in repair and planning to invest 1600₹ again in the handset. They handed me crap piece of handset. I feel so cheated. Please help me i[censored] can.

                      My phone suddenly got off, i visited to nokia service centre situated at sodala, jaipur (Rajasthan) (India). At service centre they asked me for 5000 rupees to get my screen repaired first than they will work on my real issue. I told then my phones screen was broken 2 months ago, and there were just two scratches but screen was working fine. But the person at service centre refuse to repair it untill i pay for screen combo i. E. 5000 rupees. Than i went to a local mobile repairer where he told me than motherboard has crashed.

                        I purchased the phone 10 months back. My phone is still in warranty. Now i have black dot in display and the same is spreading day by day. When i contact the service centre they said it's a internal problem and the same cannot be cleared in warranty. I have purchased this for rs 45000. There is not even a scratch in the screen. But the service person is saying internal damage. I want this to be cleared in warranty. Please reply and accept and clear the phone in warranty period.

                          Service centre is refusing to accept to replace the defected screen they are saying it's internal defect.but I don't have a single scratch in my screen.then how it become internal defect.they are saying i[censored] hard press the screen it can create a internal defect.then what is the quality of screen they are using.i have never used the phone hardly.no response from customer care.please take action on this kind of false commitments and ruthless policies.

                            I purchased the nokia 8.1 on february 19.. From the time of purchase till now i have the call waiting problem i. E when i am in one call i am not getting any notification regarding other person call me.. I checked with my network provider... They were like this is phone problem, we cant help with that.. I checked the call settings.. It is appearing as call waiting on.. Still i am not receiving any notification.. This is creating me so much problem kindly help

                              Worst service ever i faced in nokia service centre. My phone charging port got loose n connect disconnect problem internally and the port got damage due to the overheat of the phone. My phone comes under 5 months warranty.. Then i gone to your nokia service centre. The executive replied me that my phone got liquid damage.. I ask how you judge.. They replied see the port.. I ask for proof how you found liquid in my charging port. Where the detector detect the liquid thet replied i saw the water in my charging port. I replied i dont dip in water.. They replied the probablity of liquid through your sweat... Great...😂😂😂they replied a single drop of liquid damage my charging port of my phone.. Very worst service.. I want action against this worst service. Otherwise i will take hard action against your service.. I will complain in consumer forum...

                                I have purchased nokia 7 plus in july 2018 and on 11 may 2019 mobiles charging soket got malfunctioned and on that same day i have submitted the mobile to service center.
                                Till date i have not received my mobile i very frustrated by their service. Till date nokia making me fool also my mobile is under warranty then also they are not giving any value to my time and money i went 5 times to service center but no solution provided. Please look into this

                                  Hello, i have purchased nokia 7+ 10months back, recently 2 months back i got charging issues and when sent to customer service centre at udaipur. Rajasthan.. They said there is charginng socket is damaged and it will not come under warranty.
                                  It was a shocker for me as they were too adamant loud and harsh and asked me to take back mobile as i insisted on warranty which is there.
                                  After 20 days of keeping phone with them now they say that charging socket is not available with company and the phone is unrepairable.
                                  This is utterly rude and unprofessional behavior.
                                  I purchased phone at 25000 cost and now just for a small charging socket issue they are harsh and are not repairing it.
                                  Kindly look into the matter urgently and revert with 1 day or else i will go to consumer court and all net forums and raise and viral the issue everywhere.

                                      This is in regards to my repair order #[protected] registered online via nokia portal https://nokia.ebuilder.com/auto/repair

                                      I am worried about my phone as its nearing 1 month and there has been no proper update form nokia team about the service of the phone. Also, there is no direct number to contact the service center also.

                                      The product has already been collected from your logistics partner ecom express on 4th may 2019 and the status shows that it has been delivered to flextronics technologies pvt. Ltd., bangalore on 7th may 2019

                                        I had bought nokia 7 plus in august 2018 and within 3 months screen freezing started
                                        But with that problem i tried to using phone and again one more issue came ie charging port not working.
                                        Then i submitted my phone to nokia service center on 4 may 2019 and they had given me date of return 22 may 2019.
                                        And after wasting weeks time they came back to me saying your phones part is not available. And they can only give me different phone that is nokia 7.1 which is having less configuration and price of phone is almost 10k lesser than mine.

                                        So denied saying that either you repair my phone or you give me better one.. I suggested them to give me 8.1 bcz specification was somewhat same.

                                        Then i kept on chasing them almost 3 weeks.
                                        And always they replied saying you call after 48..
                                        Calling after 72 hours again they replied same. And its almost month has passed still no solution and all of sudden in last week i got call from nokia service center saying we can offer you 8.1. And i agreed upon it and then almost after week no response from them and i again i called them they said still they have not received any update from company and they asked me to call company.. Then i called customer care they said call us in the evening.. Service centers of nokia and customer care are not having any coordination between them.

                                        I seriously dont know when they are resolving this issue.. I even know after this post theie auto responder will reply to this message.

                                        Still i have not told whole story..
