Dear Team,
I have Purchased new NOKIA 5.1 PLUS, On October 2018. & Within 3 months it was defected (Ear Speaker is not working) on 15.01.2019.
So I have Submitted my Devise to NOKIA Service Center-Surat On 16.01.2019. they are told that we need to replace the device mother board, And it will be taken 1 week.

But, Still I have not received any confirmation for My Device.
Every 2 days i am calling service Center, but every time they are saying that
"spare part is not available & we don't have any confirmation, when it will be available"
Finally I have called NOKIA Customer care Number On 29.01.2019 & 31.01.2019. They are also told that " Don't bother about it, your device will be received as early as Possible."
But they are also failed to provide the current status of my Device.

Dear Team, I am very very Un Happy with you, As a Nokia Customer,
I am Using Only NoKIA devices from Last 12 years (NOKIA-1100 to LUMIA-540)
As a trusted customer I am not expecting these type of service form NOKIA.
Already 16 days gone, I have not received any confirmation about my device.
I am not waiting any more, So Please Replace the Device.
Nokia India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by sagarkondle STILL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MOBILE, AFTER 30 DAYS TO SUBMISSION OF MY DEVICE.
NOW I CANT WAIT FOR A MORE HOUR. SO I WANT MY MONEY BACK...WITH INTEREST.
I am looking forward a quick solution on the same bcoz its brand new piece.
