1. Head piece not working
2. Patches on screen
3. Touch not proper
4. Finger print sensor not working
5. Phone crashing every time camera opens
6. Have to restart every time phone hangs. These were the initial issues. Issues started within a month of purchase. Took about 2 weeks to fix this through service centre. Problems started recurring within one month period of service.1. Head piece not working
2. Sensor not detecting. These are the present issues.
Nokia India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Your service has been worst in recent days. i have nokia 7.1 and its charging port aint working. service center is asking for 30 days to repair my phone. its just 28 days old. what am i suppose to do now? you aint even replying on mail. I am from Noida. Customer service centre guy is saying that company ain't issuing parts. Kindly help me.

    I have purchased nokia 6.1 plus from spice communication gurgaon sec 31.
    After three days there is a problem within listen to the sender's voice. When going to the service centre, they told there is problem software. They update the software and told the problem was solved, but after 10 min problem remain the same. Again we went to the shopkeeper and asked to change this phone with a new one, but he refuses to do that.
    I m totally unsatisfied service provides by nokia

      Charger not working properly. Today i handed over my nokia 2 mobile bought on 16.2.2018, to find the fault of charging to vee tee communications, keelkattalai, authorised service centre for nokia. Customer care executive abdul rahman attended and seemed that not having enough experience to understand the customer needs and giving improper replies regarding warranty of the mobile. I have not used the warranty till today. Without asking the bill from me he told a service charge of rs. 1200 for replacing the connecting female point in the mobile. Water got logged inside was the reason told by him. Water was never kept near my mobile. 18.2.2019 is the delivery time. Hope you will take the necessary action immediately on this and the repair should be put in the warranty only. If not accepted we will stop purchasing anymore. We know nokia products but after sales service is poor.

      I have purchased Nokia 6.1+ TA-1083 mobile from online portal and within 4 month its get completely dead. now I have given my handset to service center for repair Job sheet no[protected]/190209/002 dated 09.02.2018.

      I am looking forward a quick solution on the same bcoz its brand new piece.
      My Nokia 6.1 plus has loose charging problem & Nokia care taking minimum 15 days to solve this problem.
      In xiomi care taking only 2-3 days for solving this type problems.why Nokia care service is so slow?

        New nokia 6.1 purchased on 4/12/18, 20:07:40, from poorvika mobiles private limited tambaram, inv. No:gsi/west/26695, got reduced volume issue.

        On enquired with nokia service eachankadu junction, keelkattalai, chennai-60017. Checked and replied the spare speaker got failed and not available in hand and ask me to wait for 10 days to get the spare. Is it the system not having such basic spares and asked the supplier to wait for 10 days to resolve?
        I already gave my details for my above phone details with this service center on 15/2/19 evening around 5-6 hrs. Kindly intimate the arrival of problematic spare to resolve my phone issue.

        Sir I submitted my nokia 5.1 plus on 2nd of January for repair in your service centre at indore. But it's february 11(30 days more than their deadline) and they still yelling like it's pending to repair due to parts unavailability.

          I had bought nokia 6.1plus in september and in january it started giving charging issue.. I gave it in mysore service center on jan 22nd 2019. They told they need to replace motherboard. It's 13feb and still i have not got my phone. If i call they tell thurday u will get ur phone.. If i call on thursday they say u will get on saturday. I never thought nokia service is this worst.. Check about this.

            Dear sir/madam,
            I had recently purchased nokia 5.1 plus smartphone on[protected], which is in warranty period. This phone is neither starting nor reset by choosing all available options.
            I had reported the same problem with nokia service centre, karol bagh, new delhi. As per the service engineer, motherboard is dead and advised me to wait till 7-10 days. But, i have urgent need of mobile. I can't wait for long period. My work will be suffered badly.
            We have purchase of nokia phone only brand name this brand is no any problem but this phone 1 month problem software and hardware this phone is motherboard problem.

            Therefore, i request you to only for replace the smartphone immediately not for respire. Kindly guide to proceed the request on priority basis.

              Everytime you try reaching nokia customer care number, they are not reachable. The settings has been done in such a way that even after you select a choice, the recording tells that since you are not selected the choice, we are disconnecting the calls.

              You will lose a loyal customer base if you do this stupidity, try learning from other phone companies. Did you not fall once out from the pinnacle and now you are trying to establish back you market - how will this irresponsible behavoir work?

              I hate self for purchasing the stupid nokia 5.1 plus phone... Its become a nightmare for me.

                I'm fazal i have purchased nokia 5.1 plus on 6th december 2018 from flipkart. My mobile faced several issues like sometimes #camera and #finger print not working properly as a major issue and many issues like battery drain and so on... I have contacted nokia care on[protected] they suggested me to get software down on nokia care. I gave my mobile to mr karthick (Cco_nokia) on monday (14/01/2019) he asked me to wait for 30mins to get my software down. After 30mins he came with a reply that my mobile is dead and it can be repaired only after 15days and he processed it. After 3 days i got a reply that your mobile will get a motherboard replacement. And added motherboard is out of stock and asked me to wait... Today (11/02/2019) till now i didnt received any response from nokia. I'm not satisfied with what all happened to me being a nokia lover faced such a terrible thing from service side. Within a month of purchase for just a software update my mobile got dead by nokia service center. So because of nokia care fault my mobile is dead. Nokia is the only responsible for what happened to. I need replacement for my mobile.

                I went for camera not working problem they made my nokia 5.1plus dead, and processed for repair. Then said me motherboard has to be replaced i asked for replacement but they disagreed for replacement. I gave a complaint on consumer complaint office in erode tamilnadu. Because of their action i got replacement.

                    I purchased nokia 6.1 plus from flipkart ordered on 22sep and received on 28sep18. Now the mobile display is misbehaving and heating more than normal mobiles do. I reached nokia service centre on 15th oct they just formatted my cell and returned back and again the issue is repeating.. I called flipkart to replace the item istead of refund. They said it's the nokia product so please speak to them.. And now i am speaking to nokia they are saying you speak to the dealer from where you ordered. The set has not even lasted for 15 days and no one is helping both of them throwing ball to each other and iam the person suffering here.. Nokia says if the product purchased from shop and it's gets any fault then they will give the replacement is the item is within 7 days.. And they are saying we have no replacement for online products. And this cell is only selling online that is only flipkart. No local shops are selling this phone.. Now what should i do. 16000 is a big amount for me and they are rolling me here and there. I requested them for a replacement but they just throwing ball to one and other.. My phone not even lasted for 15 days.. Nokia service centre is saying they will replace the display and will take around 15 to 25 days.. And what's the guarantee if the products last.. Coz within 15 days the product got defect then in future it will be more difficult. So i told them i want a replacement. And they are ignoring to replace the product saying we can't do anything you speak to the dealer from where you bought.. ☹️..
                    And then after a months ago they gave me mobile with changed display and its not like the original one... And i asked them the warranty is for 12 months and you have took 1 month in service so give me an extra month so that i can service my mobile in future if any problem raises.. But then they didn't said anything... We had a lot of hottalks and conflict between service centre and me.. They started to close the shutter for beating us.. This is the service they are giving us.. Shame on nokia. I never thought nokia will be so rude. And i suggest my every single friend and relative not to buy nokia at all.

                      नमस्कार नोकिया, आपकी सर्विस बहुत गंदी है और आप का सर्विस सेंटर तो बहुत ही ज्यादा खराब है. मैं आपके सर्विस सेंटर एसएस टेक्नो केयर जो कि गुडगांव में है जिसके मालिक का नाम आलोक श्रीवास्तव है वह एक बहुत ही घटिया और धोखेबाज इंसान हैं मेरा फोन वारंटी में होने के बाद भी उन्होंने रिपेयर नहीं किया जब मैंने उनसे कहा कि अगर आप रिपेयर नहीं कर रहे हैं तो इसका जॉब शीट बनाकर मुझे दे दे written में, तो उन्होंने मुझसे ₹410 की डिमांड की मैंने written मे लिखने के ₹410 भी दे दिए. फिर मैंने जब उनसे ₹410 की रिसीविंग बिल मांगी तो उन्होंने जॉब सीट फाड़ दी और मुझे धमकी देकर सर्विस सेंटर से जाने को कहा क्या यही सर्विस है आप लोगों की मैं पिछले 10 साल से नोकिया कस्टमर हूं मैंने कभी उम्मीद भी नहीं की थी कि मुझे इस तरह की सर्विस आप लोगों की तरफ से मिलेगी अगर मेरी समस्या का सलूशन नहीं किया गया तो मैं मोबाइल कनॉट प्लेस में जाकर बीच सड़क पर उसे तोड़ दूंगा। और जो लोग मेरे संपर्क मए है उनको नोकिआ का मोबाइल न लेन की सलाह दूँगा।

                        Dear sir,

                        My son visited first time at home lucknow after getting admission at vit, vellore and gifted me a new mobile (Invoice no. Fav[protected] dated 17.12.18). I have started to use the mobile on 23.12.18 as on the same day indian railways had given me 4g jio cug sim for which i need 4g compatible phone.
                        But, since beginning i am facing a problem of frequent stopping of incoming and outgoing calls although data was working. Every time problem resolved only after doing factory reset. So i have to retrieve data all the time.

                        I have chat through nokia chat through my official email id (Mp. [protected]@gmail.com) to resolve the problem but couldn't resolved. Finally, i have depute my representative (Sh. Mukru oraon) approached on 01.02.19 to aryans communications, nokia service center, 339_504886 lucknow. They reinstall the software and handover to him.

                        Again same problem repeated and i contacted to service center on phone on same day. They told that again i have to visit service center. Today (02.02.19), i personally approached on same service center. They have checked and advised me to submit the phone for further checkup as problem repeated again and again. I submitted the phone with them and asked in evening through phone. They told me that mother board is to be replaced and they will inform whenever phone rectified.

                        Since i am suffering a lot and facing embarrassment due to not working of official cug number, i contacted service center regularly but no commitment have been received till now.
                        I request you to kindly replace my phone with new hand set urgently as i am facing a lot of problem due to non-availability of 4g supported volte phone with me. I am a government employee working in indian railways and having 4g jio sim cug connection. My job requirement is to be available on cug phone all the time. It is neither possible for me to purchase one more new mobile phone nor it seems to be justified.

                        May kindly consider my request and oblige me by replacing my hand set immediately. My phone imei no. Is [protected]. The copy of bill in favour of my son sarthak goel is attached herewith.

                        For keeping trust in online shopping, please help me.

                          I submitted my mobile at nokia care centre udhampur (Jk), they said you get your mobile by 31/01/2019, but till now i haven't received it yet. I want to tell you that my mobile is in under warranty. The issue in my mobile was audio speaker do not work properly and that audio hardware was to be replaced by them only, but they couldn't do so. They are harassing my very much. It is very much of harassment that daily i go to there office and have to listen that your mobile is not repaired. Sir i also don't have another cell phone to use. My business is at doda city (Jk) so how could i spent that my time in udhampur and because i can't use my mobile i am also getting loss of my business. I couldn't spent much time over here at udhampur.

                          That's why i want my mobile been replaced with new one from there side, that's it. I want it replaced with a fresh one sir please.

                            Recently i bought a nokia 105 and i realized that when i keep it on silent mode it rings and when i keep it on general mode it dosen't ring. Due to this issue i have missed some very important calls. Very dissatisfied. This is not what nokia is about. I have been using many phones by nokia but this is my worst experience.

                              I went to nokia centre dilsukhnagar they said the distributor will replace the phone piece to piece i went to distributor sri vaishnavi mobiles dilsukhnagar as they promised me to replace my phone by the given time period but they told me that white sticker is removed from your mobile which is the identification so nokia will not approve replacement it is really a very big headache to me from nokia i don't have any idea about that sticker there is nothing written instruction on nokia back sticker has automatically removed which i don't have any idea now i just want to sue you guys on this issue how come you give adds like dual camera, dual speakers, long-lasting battery in the same way you have to make sure an instruction not to remove sticker which is identification for warranty to approve for the replacement or repair process iam customer with lot of expectations for nokia my grand father using nokia my father using nokia and today iam using nokia my whole family using nokia but i never faced this type of issues
                              At any cause i want my mobile to be replaced as you guys promised if not i will take legal action against you in hyderabad jurdiction it is not about just mobile it is matter of trust and believe for a brand there are lot of people in the market believing you so don't repeat we are customers not theifs understand and proceed

                                This is a fraud Nokia service centre in Noida sector 10. Executive behave is very bad and he was shouted me when i asked for solution of my problem in my mobile. He has not registered my complaint or service request. I am very insulted by Nokia executive that day. I was very sad due to my mobile problem.
                                I never expected such type of behaviour by Nokia executive. A legal action may be taken against that Nokia service centre.
                                I hope you will take a very urgent action.

                                  Mine is nokia 5.1 plus bought in december 2018 some times screen is not working it's becoming black but calls are coming but can't lift the calls or use mobile because of screen problem very disappointed with nokia for its brand value silly problems are happening like cheap phones. After trying to restart it won't happen, after so many struggles it will restart but don't know when will it start

                                  Nokia 6.1 Plus charging jack problem, mobile deposit to service center approx 1 month ago, now mobile is at service center & they are tell us parts is not available . Complain number - 837978. NOKIA means Connecting People but here different meaning.

                                    My nokia 7 plus is stuck with the service centre from 8 months filed in consumer court the sad part is that even the advocate and the company people are not bothering to do something about it got the phone purchased from offline store reliance digital got a defective piece with a screen bent issue in the frame itself got a replacement after two days and exactly after one month it failed completely nothing was working suddenly don't know what happened but went to the service centre told me to wait till the evening till i get an update 3 days passed no call from their side and the fourth day called from my side, they told parts are not available to repair the device asked for replacement denied it promised me 12 days time to get it repaired took one month still no reply filed in the consumer court and it has been 8 months and the device with them still because i asked for a refund or a replacement because if the device keeps failing repeatedly no one will take it and that too in one month twice never faced any issue like this with other brands smartphones still no reply from the company or the service centre regarding it had submitted all the email proof and bill and service centre records no eply from the company in the court or in the service centre and the customer support sucks big time they cannot even understand simple english.

                                      I had purchased Nokia 6 before 1 year then I have a speaker problem so I went to customer care and they solve the problem but they damaged my mobile display and now till date and time they do didn't change the display and my phone warranty period is also finished. So please short out the display problem.
                                      I have called many times to customer care person and also gone to customer care but they do not reply proper and not cahnge the display becoz they have Gionee customer care service and Nokia care service centre both of common.
                                      Nokia India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Dear Team,
                                        I have Purchased new NOKIA 5.1 PLUS, On October 2018. & Within 3 months it was defected (Ear Speaker is not working) on 15.01.2019.
                                        So I have Submitted my Devise to NOKIA Service Center-Surat On 16.01.2019. they are told that we need to replace the device mother board, And it will be taken 1 week.

                                        But, Still I have not received any confirmation for My Device.
                                        Every 2 days i am calling service Center, but every time they are saying that
                                        "spare part is not available & we don't have any confirmation, when it will be available"

                                        Finally I have called NOKIA Customer care Number On 29.01.2019 & 31.01.2019. They are also told that " Don't bother about it, your device will be received as early as Possible."
                                        But they are also failed to provide the current status of my Device.

                                        COMPLAINT NO. :840605.

                                        Dear Team, I am very very Un Happy with you, As a Nokia Customer,
                                        I am Using Only NoKIA devices from Last 12 years (NOKIA-1100 to LUMIA-540)

                                        As a trusted customer I am not expecting these type of service form NOKIA.

                                        Already 16 days gone, I have not received any confirmation about my device.

                                        I am not waiting any more, So Please Replace the Device.
                                        Nokia India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        NOW I CANT WAIT FOR A MORE HOUR. SO I WANT MY MONEY BACK...WITH INTEREST.
