I have given my device for repair in a nokia care centre in abohar, punjab which was having a problem of charging jack and black screen on 7/01/2019. They gave me an estimated time of 15 days. But i have not received my device till date as 23 days passed and still the company is asking for one more week from last three weeks and did not update me about any progress. The nokia care is a bit stringent in nature.

    I am complaining about the nokia service centre as they promised me to repair my phone by the given time period but they told me that they called me to approve the startup for the repair process, but i didn't recieved any call from them and now they are saying that the process will take more days than they told me to repair it. And also they didn't order the required part for the device that i told them to order as soon as possible. I didn't expect this from nokia india. (Sai solutions nokia, south extension, new delhi)

    Hotspot and WiFi cant be open when i try to open hotspot and WiFi it automatically gets shut in my nokia 5.1 plus i have updated to pie android 9 .

      I have purchased handset nokia 3-black-ds_ts-1032_2/16gb on dated 10.02.2018 from kesari mobile point, vidhyadhar nagar vide invoice no. 7409. The problem occurs in the handset for draining of battery. I have approached to the service centre at jaipur on dated 16.01.2019. They have prepared job sheet no.[protected]/190116/004. But after elapsing almost 15 days, no response have been given to me. When i contacted at the centre, always heard the same reply that your work is to be done with in 2-3 days. Please check the complaint and arrange to solve the problem immediately.

      Sir if I capture any screenshot then after 4 to 5 days, photo which was captured by me was get damaged automatically means photo blurred totally and I can not see anything in photo.

      I think there is a problem in hooglephoto app because if I open photo with the help of hooglephoto app which was inbuilt in Nokia...then photo get blurred and if I open same photo with file manager then there is no problem in photo

        I bought nokia 6.1 plus before 5 months and got problem with charging jack so i submitted my mobile to your one store suggested by your nokia care application 12 days before. Still now they not provided my mobile to me. Is this your service takes that much time?
        Please do fast processing with your system.

        I submitted my mobile nokia 6.1 plus black with 4 gb ram 64gb rom on 18 jan 2019 to your care tirupati cellular near pimpri chinchwad new town still now no reply from them.
        Please proceed my request to help me.

        I get charging issue, when i used to charge its suddenly stop current and afterwards runs as usual. I very feel unsatisfactory for me because no such long time to purchase . Mobile Charging slot not working properly .

          Please resolve my issue i have take a nokia 6.1 device i am facing lots of issue with device some application not work, camera not work properly, fingers print reader not work properly, hanging issue charging issue many other issue.
          I submit my device in nokia when they open device lots of dust in come front camera picture quality blurry service center issue is that like don't have a part submit ur device for one month minimum i am visit two times but still facing issue with device...

            I submitted my nokia 5.1 plus to a service centre, named as sai solutions, at kotla mubarakpur, new delhi-110003. The submission date is 11/01/19, the target delivery date is 22/01/19; i went there on the given date. The lady at the service centre made an excuse we don't have parts, we will give you by 27/01/19. I called that lady again; she said we will give your mobile by 3/02/19. Now, i am suffering, my work is suffering. I want my mobile. The job sheet no:[protected]/190111/013. It"s 15 days. They doing all this because my mobile is under warranty. Never buy a nokia product again.

              I have purchesed a nokia 7 plus on[protected]. Unfortunately i have got into an accident and the screen broke as a consequence. As the product was still on waranty, i took the phone to the nokia authorised centre at kottayam, kerala, india (Tba rd, kodimatha, kottayam, kerala 68600) and got the screen replaced paying the full amount.
              Due to highly irresponsible handling of the phone, when they glued the screen back to the body, it left had a small gap between the screen panel and the body, resulting in dust entering the insides of the phone and the front cam is full of it, leaving it absolutely useless.
              Then i took the phone back today, after 2 month, as tings was only getting worse. When i reached there, they said that my phone was serviced by the previous owner of this dealership and they cannot take responsibility for any error from their part. Then he directed me to another centre in kottayam (Flex mobiles, authorised nokia care, tb road kottayam), which was nearby, but received the same reply.
              Both the service centres declened service to a product under warranty, for a problem that came solely because the company authorised centre had the phone handled by people who had absolutely no regard for the product or the customer.
              I would like to get this issue resolved, as i am not intrested to carry a phone with a front camera, that became useless after the company authorised centre did a bad job to it.

                I bought a Nokia 6.1 plus set on 29th October of 2018 now just within three months there had been issue with my handset. I am a resident of Malda town in West Bengal, India. So, I went to the Nokia service centre in my town. They examined the phone and told that there is a problem with the chsarging board they gave me a waiting time of 10 days which ends today so i called them now they are informing me that the work has not been done yet they are demanding one more week. What kind of service is this?? First of all the I am facing problem with the set in only three months still I kept my patience now the service centre is not giving proper service. Please do something or give me money back. These are the documents regarding the issue.

                Almost 48 hours passed still no proper response from Nokia. So, I just lodged a complaint against Nokia mentioning all the information also I sincerely mentioned that Nokia is selling those products in market of which parts are not available. What a degradation of Nokia. Thank you...

Get disappointed immediately after receiving the phone as I found out a crack on the rear camera Contacted many times to Flipkart- declined to replace with other piece/ model..This is a manufacturing defect which is going to be proved as Nokia's brand image denter Request to replace the set for maintaining our loyality to Nokia .

                      I have purchased nokia 6.1 mobile imei no[protected] and [protected] on the date 09/05/2018. And my mobile is facing too much issues and also i have visited so many times to nokia mobile service centre address-1st floor, vaibhav complex, faizabad rd, maruti puram, rabindra palli colony, lucknow, uttar pradesh 226016.
                      Issue :- 1. Calling volume is very low.
                      2. Usb port not working.
                      For calling volume issue i have visited two times and it works good 02 to 03 weeks and after that i am getting same problem.

                          Hi,
                          On 23rd of november i had placed an order on flipkart for nokia 6.1 plus. But now i am facing an issue with charging the device, it is not getting charged properly. For this issue i contacted with flipkart they told to call nokia only. Nokia people are saying it is the device charging port issue so it will take 15 to 20 day to make it work. As it is very necessary i can't wait for 15-20 days. And it's hardly one month or more and this issue i am facing. I didn't expect this form nokia. Now when i am facing issues nokia care even there they are not willing to help me. Simply they told now you leave when that charging part will come we will inform you. They didn't give me any receipt also. Can you please help me to resolve this.

                                  I bought nokia 5.1plus on 08/12/2018. After a week screen becomes black. When someone is calling me it will be ringing but nothing can be show on the screen than i gave to your service centre (In ludhiana). They told me there is a software issue. They reload the software then its working properly. Now today it again happened the screen again become black nothing is shown on the screen. Just in a 42 days (Approx) i will be gone to the service centre twice. I don't need this type of handset which needed to reload software twice in a month. I want to refund my money.

                                      I am using the mobile of above details which is in warranty period. But it is having some charging issue so i have submitted my mobile to the nokia care twice first it is returned in 36 hour without resolving the problem and second time i have submitted it on 8th jan 2019 and till date it is not returned me. I am having lot of trouble due to lack of efficiency and sincerity.

                                        This is to bring your kind attention that i, arun kumar own nokia 6.1 plus device. Few times back, i was experiencing difficulty in my handset. The problem with the device was - one side no headset audio and no incoming voice data can be saved h/s rcvd w/0 sim and mmc minor scratch on panel. So, i visited the nokia service centre at delhi on 14 dec, 2018. On reaching, the service centre i was told it will take one week for parts to arrive and they promised me, i will receive the phone after repairment on 29 dec, 2018.

                                        Not able to receive my handset on time, i called at the service centre on 5 jan, 2019 and i was told i will receive it by evening. But, again i faced disappointment. I called them again on 6 jan, 2019 and this time i was told it will take 48 hours to complete the repair process and i will get my phone on 8 jan, 2019. When i visited the centre on 8 jan my handset was not yet ready. This was seriously very much annoying to call them again and again and still face disappointment. Finally, i thought of contacting nokia customer care team and they promised me i will receive my handset in 48 hours i. E., on 10 jan, 2019. When i called them for checking the status of my phone they blamed at nokia for not transporting them parts of my handset.

                                        Thereafter, i mailed to nokia customer care. They replied me telling they will look after the matter but there was still no further response. When i visited the care centre they told me, i will finally get my handset on 18 jan, 2019. But, yet there is nothing i have got.

                                        I can't understand what kind of service is this and such negligence of customer's request is highly disappointing. Further, neither the service center nor the nokia team is ready to answer me on this matter. Their response is very much frustrating. It had been just two months i had bought this phone and in the warranty period of one year, customer care had took my phone for straight one month. Truly, frustrated and annoyed by such a brand like nokia. Nokia was one of the most reliable mobile device manufacturers.

                                        It's my request to you that do the needful to me; i am in a great trouble because of my handset issue. I am a working person and all of my work needs to be done on mobile phone. Help me get my phone repaired or i would request you to replace my handset with a fresh device. It had been more than 25 days, i am without my phone. Please look into this issue, nokia care is very irresponsible. Customers deserve better service.
