If i put a mobile in charger it is showing charge but the charging not happen. I went the nokia service center (1/401, first floor, anna avenue, 200ft road, kovilambakkam, landmark : eachankadu junction, ambal nagar, keelkattalai, chennai, tamil nadu 600129)
They said it is charge receiver problem. For the repair of mobile it will take 15 days.in service center they don't have parts of the mobile. Within 4 months i am facing problems like that once the warranty completed how many problems i am going to face. Kindly help me to problem asap. Charging problem within 4 months

    I bought nokia 5.1 plus just 2 months before. After pie update sound settings was not working. Next day itself i went to nokia service centre (Rocky agency, chennai) for this issue. They are told within one day we will fix it. Today is 15 days over, but till now no response from nokia service center. They are not attending my call. No response. Very very worst. Please take actions or replace my phone.

      Hi,
      This is about my nokia 7 plus, within 6 months it has too many issues like overheating, lags, system ui issues, charging issues, tried changing the cable twice, then the service center said charging sub board is faulty, have kept my phone since 10 days, still no reply or contact, what i have i got after buying a premium phone costing at 26000. A pathetic service

        Bought a new nokia 6.1 plus. On the 1st december, 19. Motherboard got damaged on the 27th december, 19 ansd it is with the service centre since then. I was supposed to get it on the 11th of january. Have not been even alloted any phone to use. I need my phone replaced at the earliest. Nokia sucks. Also please hire some better staff. Highly rude &unprofessional they are.

          Nokia 6.1 plus charging issues is one of the most common problem for all nokia 6.1 plus users, this is my mistake to trust the brand nokia. I had completely pissed off with nokia services and quality of the phone. You would have shut down the operations instead of making customers suffer. I had written an email with problem and i did not get any reply. Service centres do not have any idea how to resolve the problem and instead they are asking to submit the phone until they got spare part. This is ridiculous, what we need to use in those days, does nokia provide another alternative to all of its customers. Seems, many of nokia 6.1 plus customers have the same problem with the charging port. Kindly handle the issue on case by case manner or else we go for social media campaign and court.

            Hi,

            Here i sachin vijay sawant comments on nokia care's (Ghatkopar west, mumbai – 400 086) careless approach on their customers one like me. I unluckily own a nokia's 6 mobile having imei no.: [protected] and serial no.: plegar[protected] with touchscreen trouble as well screen auto mirroring which shown in attach photo and option & back key auto work issue. I approached them two times.in last week when my uncle visit to same care they attended by cco. That time all condition of mobile check by them and they says that there is chance of problem regards software, so brought your backup. But i didn’t have back up so didn’t submit my handset. The handset was still in warranty period which consider upto 12th march 2018. Yesterday i go for same issue at same service center. After checking the mobile by cco not by any engineer they told me that your mobile not consider in warranty. I asked them why no warranty consider? And they reply me due to dents and scratches on rear. There will be dent on right of the bottom on rear. I attach photo of my handset. I attach all kinds of photo and all view of my handset here. Please check it. Is the dent or scratches on rear avoided the warranty of my handset?

            I ask for available technical person to chat with me but the second cco which didn’t attend me argue on the same and rudely behavior with me and told me go to other service center. When i asking for company policy for same, she change her words to there is internal damage on screen, which is not damage that shows scratches. When i asking to show the damage they just orally says you didn’t show this because you are customer. Also patch on display. When i asking to show them the patch they didn’t show damage or any patch on display, just orally say. When i argue with them they say that let they check without any job sheet, if display properly removes then they consider warranty. If display damage by them during opening then i will pay for the display which costing around 5000/-. How i can gives them handset without any paper. They didn’t provided any acknowledgement to me then how i can submit my handset. Is this is the policy of nokia care to earn money from customer?

            I also see that for other customer having some problem, the engineer works on motherboard without any safety glows and other safety equipment. They travel motherboard from engineer end to cco without any esg and safety precaution to show motherboard condition to customer. Is this kind of work done by all nokia care?

            The service provided by nokia care is too much poor. Is this kind of behavior for customer is good? This is the service provided by nokia care? I am so much frustrated by this kind of service provided by your side.

              Dear all,

              I am ashamed that i have choosen nokia first time and suffering just because of nokia handset only as i am using nokia 6.1 plus and in just 2 months it is not being charge.

              However i have visited your perfect solution point (Services center in najafgarh delhi) and after taking 3 hrs they said that sorry the part is not available we will get it delivered within one week.

              Today its 15 days over i am using ordinary phone and almost lost all my mails what's app messanger and noika is not able to give me the services.

              I wonder that it's a most common part of a phone that should be available all the time at all service centres.

              If it wont be available please let us know so that i can through my phone in a dustbin and buy another brand.

              Please advise immediately.

                Hi nokia,
                I was fan of your devices, so purchased new 6.1 plus. I agree phone is good, but it seems that phone screen quality is weak/poor. It brakes down for simple fall, even any other brand mobile screen never break for simple fall. I was changing my pant and phone falled from my wallet. Other brand phones will never break. I have no words for this. Not happy with product now. Please do what you can do for this.

                  I bought a "nokia mobile phone 8110 black" from lulu connect at edappally lulu mall, cochin, kerala on 02.01.2019. After 8 days the loudspeaker of the phone had an error that the sound is very low. I went to the store i bought the phone and as they directed i went to "poovath international" which is an authorised nokia service centre located in 1st floor, kunjalus place, p. T. Usha rod, opposite maharaja's college stadium, cochin on 11.01.2019. They said me that you will get the replaced phone and as they said they will give a letter to submit in the store for replacement, as they said i waited for 3 hours there and after 3 hours, they said to me that "till now the approval has not came yet fro the company", and i said them that i will come and collect the letter tomorrow. But after 1 hour they called me and said me that they were not approved because my name is not mentioned in the bill from the store. I did a mistake that i have purchased a nokia mobile. Even the company doesnt know the value of a customer and there time. I am filing this complaint here because, i have a faith on the company will solve this issue right now. Now i dont need replaced nokia phone. I just need my money back and my phone is with the nokia authorised service centre. Kindly do the needful at the earliest. If no action has been initiated, i am supposed to file the case in consumer court.

                    I am the ardent beleiver of Nokia quality phone hence purchased Nokia 5.1 plus under invoice no.FAB35Q[protected] Dt. 24.10.18 thru Flipkart. Get disappointed. immediately after purchasing as the phone screen automatically get blackened during operation. Contacted many times to Flipkart- declined to replace with other piece/ model..This is a manufacturing defect which is going to be proved as Nokia's brand image denter. Considering the complaints genuinity ( enclosed Tax Invoice)- Request to replace the set for maintaining our loyality to Nokia .

                      I bought nokia 6.1 plus 3 months back with back shockproof cover and screen guard. Still it developed crack at bottom left due to poor build quality. Service centre reffered to was nightmare. I want replacement. I am very frustrated. It is shameful for any mnc which is rebuilding itself. I am administration officer in lic of india and knows the value of service.

                            I bought a mobile phone in august and within 4 months it's charging port is not working
                            Than i gave for repairing at nokia care centre mumbai, prabhadevi on 24th decemberthey told they will repair and give back phone on 10th january
                            But on 11th also they have not repaired a phone and inspite of repeated calling nobody will answer a call
                            Very disappointed with service and products

                              I am facing this problem of phone not detecting the sim. I chatted with nokia care during the week of 17th december 2018 - you will have the chat details. I was instructed to try out a few reset steps which i tried but the problem remained. I visited the authorized nokia care centre (Ss technologies) in gurgaon and submitted my phone on 22nd december 2018 (Job sheet no[protected]/181222/008). However, they informed me that the imei nos have got corrupted because i tried the reset options and hence its not covered under warranty. On 29th december 2018, i called up nokia support on[protected] and explained the case. I also got the nokia support executive speak to the engineer from the authorized nokia care centre (Ss technologies) in gurgaon. My case was registered on 29th december and i was told i will get an update in 48 hrs. I am yet to get any updates. I called up nokia support on[protected] once again on 5th jan 2019 (Today) and again they told me i will get the revert in 48 hrs. Not sure what is going on and when can i have my phone fixed. This is creating inconvenience to me - never expected when i made the decision to buy a nokia over all other options.

                                Nokia 6.1 plus handset having issue with using bsnl 3g internet, as suggested by nokia chat representative i have approached to nokia service center and they degraded my phone to lower android version but effect of the same is found, after that i contacted bsnl they aslo replaced my sim cards 3 times but same problem arrives, it is like manufacturing defects / errors, but now nokia telling that its bsnl problem and bsnl telling that its nokia problem, what i can i do at this stage,

                                  U have nokia 6.1 plus. I purchased it frim flipkart 2 months ago.. Very bad experience.. Didn't expect this from nokia. Cell phone heats at very high intensity. Feel like its about to explode.. Very poor battery backup i have to charge phone 3-4 times a day. No response from nokia service centre.. No response from nokia customer care.. They don't pick call.. They dont give attention to my complaints

                                    Sim card tray found broken. Approached local care center at trivandrum 20 days back. The man in-charge told me that I had to pay for the service to which I had to agree. Please note that the device is under warranty. Even after this, He did not give me a sim tray saying that he was a expecting the courier from Nokia. i am yet to get a replacement till date. Nowadays he is not even attending the phoneq calls. Nokia helpline and chat support are not helping. Unable to use mobile

                                      I own a nokia 7 plus device. Recently, i had been experiencing difficulties regarding the microphone of my device. So, i decided to visit the service center. On reaching the service center, i was told by one of the executives that it would take about one for the microphone to arrive the service center and it would be better if i come next week. Following the advice, i again visited the service center after a week and on reaching the service center, the same executive again told me that the microphone has not yet arrived and that it might take another week for the part to arrive. I again visited the service center and this time the service center executive told me that the microphone has arrived and they will be able to repair the phone in just a few hours. I returned after few hours, and the service center executive told me that there was further issue in my device and that some more parts might be required to cater this issue. After all this, they told me that it might take another next week for the same to be repaired. Finally, i thought of contacting the nokia service team and even after telling them my issue, there was no response from the nokia team as well. It's been more than 10 days and i haven't yet received my phone.
                                      I can't understand what kind of service is this and such negligence of customer's request is highly disappointing. Further, neither the service center nor the nokia team is ready to answer me on this matter.

                                        Is this a joke?
                                        How come a brand like nokia overlooked this kind of a bug.
                                        I spend about 30k on this device and this is what i get?
                                        Please fix this bug immediately. This is bad customer experience. If you can't fix please take my device back and give my money so that i can switch to oneplus6 which i guess is much better than nokia. I think i've made a bad choice by trusting a good old brand like nokia. I feel disheartened by the fact that nokia has lost its touch. Fix this asap. Don't send me any automated email. Fix it. Reclaim the lost trust.
