Is this a joke?
How come a brand like nokia overlooked this kind of a bug.
I spend about 30k on this device and this is what i get?
Please fix this bug immediately. This is bad customer experience. If you can't fix please take my device back and give my money so that i can switch to oneplus6 which i guess is much better than nokia. I think i've made a bad choice by trusting a good old brand like nokia. I feel disheartened by the fact that nokia has lost its touch. Fix this asap. Don't send me any automated email. Fix it. Reclaim the lost trust.

    They are trying to scam people by telling about things that are not even faulty with the phone.
    I wanted to repair my charging port which would cost 1500. The guy at the reception said he will have to replace back panel too for 3000. When i refused for back panel replacement he said that it will take him 1 week to repair my phone and i have to leave my phone with him for no reason

      Hi,

      I have given my nokia 6.1 plus to service center for changing the lcd because in that showing a yellow spot in the screen. I have given my phone on 1 december 2018 but still, i have not to get my phone back. I have mailed to nokia hmdglobal also but they said only you will get back your phone soon. They don't help on this also. I am really very disappointed with nokia (Hmdglobal) service.

        My nokia 6 has back button problem.. Nokia care told that it will take 5days to solve and cost will be 2200rs.. Now its been 35 days.. They told that they are unable to solve.. So i told me to return that with the given condition.. But when the return my phone is not turning on.. I told them to solve that problem. And now after been 24hrs they dont contact with me.. My handset is there..

          I have submitted my phone on[protected] since it had problems with Mic. Its been a month my device is not repaired and now they are replacing my phone. Its really annoying to visit service centre and they ask me to call customer care because as per them @nokia is not delivering the parts. The customer executives and the service centre people are very rude and they don't have any clue when they will repair my device.

          Should have gone for #nokia phone.

            Dear concerns,

            This is to share the pathetic quality delivered by nokia. I have bought nokia 5.1 plus which i have received approximately 15 days back and order was placed on3rd december 2018. Now, suddenly from yesterday evening phone has stopped showing anything on screen. It's ringing and its on but i am not able to see anything on screen. Sometime it starts calling on random numbers and even i am not able to see which numbers its dialing.

            Now, i have spent 11000 rupees and not able to use the phone.

            Request you to suggest how to proceed ahead to get the replacement for this phone.

              Writing this to you with a lot of frustration on your service.

              It is taking to much time for charge the battery. So i have contacted support through the chat and they asked me to do the factory reset. But after that also my issue stil not solved. So they asked me to go to nearest nokia care and i have visited secunderabad nokia care.

              So they said it is because of base board issue and it will take 15days to replace it. And they are asking me to keep the phone there, and that is not possible i don't have another phone to use this 15 days and it is very frustrating for me as i have brought this new phone and facing issue with in this much time.

              After purchasing a phone and i need to surrender this for 15 days for getting repaired.

              Why they need me to surrender my phone for 15 days to repair, if they are not having the stock then they can order the part and let me know when it is available for repair.

              Nokia 5.1 plus screen goes black but phone is in on condition. Phone is just 10 days old. I can't access anything in the phone.

                I bought my phone (Nokia 6.1 plus) on 10th october 2018, and after 2 months my phone got some minor issue (Problem in the charging jack) with it because of which i have submitted my phone to the nearest nokia care branch of sonipat, haryana, 131001 on 5th december 2018, and they promised to give my phone back to me on 12th december 2018 but they didn't give that back to me and they requested me to wait for 2 days and will get my phone back but then also they are saying that the part isn't available after that also they asked me to wait till 19th december 2018 and they said that ill get my phone on 19th but on 19th also i didn't get my phone and on 19th they told me that the part of my phone isn't available till now and the company will replace my phone and give it to me in 1 week but today also they are saying that the replacement of my phone hasn't come.
                I am totally fed up with the service provided to me by the nokia care to me as they are also not responding well to me. They are not giving the proper response to me they use to say that talk to our senior and there senior says that talk to my senior or complaint on the toll-free number and on tollfree number also they are not giving the proper response to me, even nokia is not giving the proper response of my mail too as i have sent my complaint via mail also.
                Now i got my old phone back from the care on the basis that i will be informed after the replacement will come but now also i am not feeling that ill get my replacement.
                It's my request to you that do the needful to me, i am currently facing a problem with myself that i am not having a phone from last 21 days as they didn't give me any spare phone to me also.
                Currently, i am pursuing in btech and use to have work from my phone only and from the past 20 days my exams are going on and i can't get my notes also as i am not having the phone.

                I have been received the mobile hand set of Nokia 5233 my Order No. 15256438, Transaction No. 26451251 on 19/12/2018 but it is not in working condition. You are requested to kindly arrange to take back the same product and refund my amount immediately.
                I recently bought a nokia 6.1 plus phone and after three months o[censored]sing it I am having trouble charging it.
                It seems like the charging point is loose or something because phone is not getting charge.I have to adjust the charger to charge the phone

                  I have purchased nokia 3310 in aug 2017, now the phone is out of warranty, but im looking for service, the front & back panel is damaged, i have visited nokia service centres in mumbai but all the service provider say nokia is not giving service support to nokia 3310 handsets & no spares are provided by the company.

                  As per nokia representatives & several mails to nokia service email ids, no one is ready to give the clear cut solution for repairs of my phone 3310.

                  Nokia call center representatives say there is no service available for this 3310 solution for hand sets.

                  I want the solution from nokia, as how they can sell the units for which nokia cant give spares for at least 2 years.

                    I brought my phone 2, months ago. From the beginning there is an issue that my phone screen goes off all of a sudden. After soomany attempts to restart it it show very shadow light in the screen and touch won't work. I consulted my nokia care centre near by and they said no problem phone got stuck. And they replaced my software. Still the same issue continues. I need a solution. Either need a replacement or a solution. I don't want my mobile to go off when i need it the most. I brought nokia because of trust to the brand. Plz dnt spoil it.

                      I am regular user of nokia 8, but unfortunately i had issue with the camara and i contacted the nokia care center of rajkot (Gujarat india), but i had horrible and very humiliating experience at nokia care. The person at nokia care always telling me that the parts are about to reach for my device but still now (After one month) they didn't give my phone back after repairing. This is very time consuming for me as i am too much dependent on nokia device as my daily activity.

                      I got the first job sheet on 21/11/2018, and till now (22/12/2018) i haven't get my device back.in fact they generated another job sheet for the device yesterday this seems really frustrating to me.

                      I wanted to know the exact time frame that how much time it takes to deliver part to nokia care from nokia.

                      Kindly guide us in this matter regarding support service of nokia authorized service center.

                      Its been one month and 5 Days still I did not receive any call from Nokia Care Center and asking me to wait another 10 days to repair my device.
                      It was already month past to repair the device still they are asking me for another 10 days. I don't understand what is the exact time period to repair any device at Nokia Care.

                          I had received the nokia 8110 phone from the nokia website. I found it to be however a inferior product, with poor keys, screen, sound, and anemic jio play store rather than the advertised kaios store. Not what i paid 5990 rupees for.

                          Everything with the phone was deficient, with apps not properly installing to not able to hear the caller on the other side. I used the product for no more 2 hours. Within 3 days i sent an email requested immediate refund for the product. However, after a dozen email, chat, and phone calls, i received nothing but dodged communications. They tell me to try a different means, call a different extension, and wait for a supervisor to call back. No response as of yet. I was sent in circles.

                          My first cellphone was a nokia from 20 years ago. As one of the strongest brands in the world, i always had respect for the company until now. Why? Not because i received a bad product. That can be forgiven. But because of the most disrespectful customer experience i had in several years. Hmd global and nokia india are companies operating at the extremes of sketchy behavior and i feel their entire customer service department and customer policies should be replaced.. They should look at amazon as an example of what good customer service is. Until this matter is resolved, i will share what i can to make sure other consumers aren't deceived by this company, and do what i can to get my money back.

I will pursue all legal and social media channels till this is resolved and Nokia / HMD Global Customer Service is held accountable for sketchy policies. Thus, I ask you to immediately resolve this issue and we can close this matter as quickly as possible.

                            Hi,
                            I am prakhar agnihotri from mumbai and i had bought a nokia 6.1 plus on 6th of september 2018, there was a defect in the charging port that grew with days and i had to submit my phone in a service center in borivali, mumbai. Now it has almost been a month and i still haven't got my repaired device back. The defected part (Charging port) is not available or so the service center people tell me. I got in touch with nokia care and also filed a complaint on 5th dec but there is no resolution to this issue yet, nokia care have been ignoring my emails and have been promising a call back within 48 hours and neither have i received any call or nor have i been updated in regards to this issue, all they say is "we will get back to you". It is really hard for me to do my day to day tasks without a smartphone and it hurts specially when you've paid so much to buy a product and cant use it. Please look into this issue, nokia care is very irresponsible and ignoring. Customers deserve better.

                              I was visited your nokia service centre - basirhat west bengal
                              On 17.12.18 at 9.30am but representative attended at 10.30am.
                              My hand set nokia-5 was taken by service engineer & kept for 3 hrs without doing any thing. At 2 pm i was told that it is sound problem take 15-20 days time.

                                I have purchased nokia 1 in big c (Medchal branch) store they opened the sealed box infront of me only after 2 hours i found touch issue in that phone and asked big c people they said go to service centre they'll give doa letter sothat we can give new piece, but service centre people said it will take 2-3 days. Nokia why dont see every piece is working properly or not before packing, and not giving a new piece instantly because i found problem within 2 hours only.

                                After Two Days Service Center people said we are unable to give DOA they said we repaired your mobile you can use, why should I use a repaired phone when I gave money for a new mobile...NOKIA cheating public by selling defect phones in offline mode. Do not buy NOKIA in offline mode.

                                  Brought nokia 6.1 plus on september 11, 2018

                                  Problem 1 - basic functionality of a phone is a mic, this elementary function is not working (I. E. The calling party is not listening my voice) for a phone worth rs. 16000. Showed it to service centers and they flashed the software more than twice and still mic not working
                                  Problem 2 - gave it for servicing on november 28, 2018 and service center is saying procuring of spare takes more time and they have not received the spare till today december 18, 2018.
                                  Problem 3 - engineers don't even know to find what the fault is and unsure whether the mic issue will be resolved if we change the spare and simply blame s/w is incompatibility and want to replace the mic with no real reason
                                  Problem 4 - nokia is not replacing the handset either.

                                    I have been facing multiple issues with my nokia 6.1 plus mobile purchased on september 2018. Details are as below :
                                    1) nokia mobile not charging - issue with charging port
                                    2) before mobile stopped charging it used to charge extremely slow - takes 6-8 hours to charge 100% which is pathetic. Had asked flipkart for replacement within 10 days but no help from flipkart.
                                    3) recently having screen blackout issue - wherein screen turns black/unresponsive suddenly. Can hear call tones and vibration but screen is just off. Need to restart mobile multiple times after which screen starts working. Facing same issue very often.
                                    4) also having issues with touch and sometimes screen touch doesn't work properly.

                                    I bought this mobile just 2 months back in september 2018 and facing so many issues. Went to service centre in bangalore and they said need we to deposit mobile for 20-25 days and so many issues can't be fixed at once as mobile i received seems to be a defective one.

                                    Therefore i request you to provide me a replacement or refund for the same as i am facing multiple issues with this mobile and mobile not at all usable.

                                    Nokia has been known for amazing hardware but not sure what went wrong with my mobile.

                                      My nokia 6.1 has got switched off all of a sudden and i have submitted my phone to geecell, kollam who claimed they are authorised personnel for nokia phone repair. They damaged my phone display which makes me ineligible for company service. Please take necessary actions to eliminate fake personnels, which will b so helpful for customers like me.

                                        As a nokia 7 plus customer, i ask you is it available or not of nokia 7 plus full original body housing with side volume keys power keys and back camera class...

                                        I just want to know how much time taken by your side to send that parts to your service centers once service centres are mailed to you for that parts...

                                        Then i will go to communications, anantapur, andrapradedh, india

                                        It's the 100km away from to me... And that is nearest and better service centre from my home town pulivendla... Next tirupati and vijayawada are there... Only for this i won't go for so long.. I just ask full original body housing replacement... Is this only i want to... So you just focus on it
