I take my phone to service centre (Manav communication 2530, lower ground hundson line, kingsway camp, gtb nagar new delhi-110009).
They checked my phone and said that your phone have these problems - (Keys not working and battery drain too fast) beside this my phone is in working condition.. But after 1month when i go pick my phone they said that your phone have some major problems like liquid problem. But they checkedphone while submitted there is no such issue. They asked me to subbmite 4520 rs to resolve myphone problem. They all doing such a fraud.
Sir i request to take some action against the service centre. And resolve my problem.

    R/sir,
    My phone is getting heated during charging, when i contacted to service centre, they told that it is common process. If phone heated during its working (With no charging), it is allowed to heat upto 48 degree celcius, if it crosses 49 degree celcius, then only there is problem and company will help, otherwise not. Is this information true, pl. Help.
    Nokia India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I'm facing many issues after brought this mobile

    1) After update android 9, mobile is continuously setting to vibration mode it is very irritating to use it I can't able to change the mode.

    2) now the mobile is not accessing the network properly.

    I'm very disappointed on this model plz debug the issue as soon as possible.

      3. Despite of repeated requests to nokia (The merchant website), payu (Money transaction site) and pnb (The concerned bank), the money has not been credited to my account yet.

          Product u have send me is not correct. I have order for nokia 1100 white and white colour. But u have send me black colour handset and not having proper charger and head phone. Please refund, I am having dissapointed about u r product. Don't do like this..

            Hello, am using nokia 6.1plus, am facing some problem with my new nokia 6.1plus.. It doesn't have some basic necessary security features.. It can be easily put into flight mode or even switch off the mobile even when the screen has been locked by password.. If we lost the mobile or stolen by someone then it can be easily switched off or put into flight mode.. How can nokia can neglect this basic features.. I hereby request nokia team to realese the new update to solve this problem at the earliest.

              I want to block my nokia x2 mobile because it was stolen someone on 16/10/2018. My lost mobile imei no is-[protected]. I want to block my nokia mobile of misuse. Please block my nokia x2 mobile so i can prevent of misuse my mobile. Another my lost nokia mobile imei no is-[protected].               I bought a Nokia 6.1 plus in Flipkart on October 12th.Its automatically generate heat I can't use my mobile because of this heating problem.I have already rise a complaint to Nokia support.there is no proper response for me.I lost my money because of this mobile.

                1. Nokia received from amazon on 8th nov. 2017
                2. The handset was defective, given at service center (K r k solutions, munnekolala, bangalore-560037) for repairing headset audio
                Jack on 25 nov 2017. But by mistake they have replaced screen and back panel with some other defective old set having lot of scratches and they agreed to replace with originals
                3. 21st dec2017.: they replace with both the defective parts (Not seems to be original) but created new problem of touch screen, which was not working properly (Automatically touch screen was working). Again they kept the set for mother board issue and agreed to replace the set with new one
                4. 3rd jan 2018 : we received a set (Not new) but an assembled one with different imei number and back panel logo also different from original. They came night 10.30 handed over the set left the place without taking the service job sheet (From 25th nov to jan 3rd 2018 the serving center kept the phone with them)
                5. After that we continuously tried noika care by phone and mail to resolve the issue but nothing is materialized till today
                6. And again in sept 2018 screen of the set started coming out, approached same service center and rectified the issue but developed new problems, like 1) low ring volume 2) proximity is not working properly 3) finger scanning device not working properly and battery is not getting charge

                7. Till today the hand set is with service center only
                8. We have wasted a lot of money, time and energy towards this but not received any acceptable/ favorable action from noika or from their service centre

                  I wanted to exchange my samsung j7 prime which has been with me about 2 years.
                  .. First mistake of the day recently we went to your new poorvika show room opened in ttk road, alwarpet chennai. Tamilnadu. Walked in to exchange and buy a mi note 5 pro and while doing so there were absolutely no customers in the showroom by 7.30 pm on 1/11/2018.
                  3 sales promoters surrounded and tried to help as we were discussing about exchange and payment mode. Few more customers walked in and all three left us in lurch and a new guy (Mr. Kiran raj) came to attend us and tried to dissuade us buying mi and promoted nokia 6.10 (Must be nokia promoter in the showroom). Infact i even asked him if he was a sales promoter for nokia for which he denied.
                  .. Second mistake for the day as been committed by us
                  He explained us about the product in detail and its superior, quality and services than other brands and explained us about the camera features, like, pic in pic and video in video so on and we were impressed and decided to go for it. For 16500.
                  He agreed to help us in transfer of data from old to new phone as it was a exchange.
                  Third mistake of the day, my daughter joined us after work by 9.30pm and they sold her a samsung - wireless head set for 2499
                  By the time we did all the transfer of data it was around 11.45, we reached home by 1 am. And had very late dinner and charged the phone in switched off mode for the first time for 100% as suggested and advised by the salesman. Next day to my surprise (Second day) the phone was discharged in 3.50 hrs and again i charged it full 100% which lasted only about 4 hrs and then complained to the poorvika showroom. They asked me to update all software patches and then see a full movie without wi fi and then check the duration of the battery. Same thing was done and still found the same problem. So went to poorvika for 3rd time and they said, new software 9.10 has been released on 3/11/2018 and asked me to update and then check for improved battery life and better features. And asked me to observe again for a day or else we can visit the rocky agency authorised services agency of nokia in peters road, gopalapuram.
                  On the same day i went to nokia showroom in peters road around 6.45 pm and was denied an entry by them as they were closed by 6.30 pm they said they had customers waiting inside already and by the time they finish it might take 8.30pm and hence not taking/allowing any new customers. I wonder what kind of strict customer services policy and how many customers had problems with their nokia phones? The same was conveyed to poorvika sales man and he asked us to go to velachery services centre on monday.
                  Today (05/11/2018) i visited the rocky agency at 10am, the watch man refused parking for customers and hence had to look out for parking outside. After parking i came inside the service center and until 10.15am no staff had come to office and after checking with the assistant who was cleaning said anytime the staff would come. When they close the office before the customer visiting time, i think they need to start the office ontime.
                  I narrated my problem to the service technician
                  Insufficient battery life as 3 to 4 hours was not accepted by any standard,
                  And their was a display in the mobile saying, battery overheated. Stop charging from 100% till it reaches almost 50% even when you are not charging? Please note the mobile was not in the charging mode but still we had this message on the display.
                  They said this was basically a hardware and manufacturing parts maul function and they said it need to be given to them and they will flash and check for hardware or software and they agreed and said the latest update 9.10 is not available or reached them and hence they well load only with earlier version and if given back i need to upgrade again only on wi-fi not on mobile data, which i am well aware and told them.
                  The service technician said that i have to take a backup of my data’s and come and hand over the phone to them to check the problem.
                  So i went to poorvika again and they tried to take a back of my data’s from nokia 6.1. They could not take a back up nor transfer the data’s to another phone. After 3-4hrs they were able to share certain photos and contacts only. I had to forgo all my details, chats and message for the mistake i made of buying the nokia6.1. Again i went to the rocky agency and told them the new problem which arised then. One problem or the other was arising on the new brand phone. The branch manager mr. Shabeer did not bother to come and address the customer initially. Later he came out and said he will look into the same and rectify the issue.
                  How do you expect a customer to take back a faulty brand new mobile which we have not even used for full five minutes. I am refusing to take the same mobile even though you might have rectified the issue. I request you to kindly arrange for dap for which mr. Shabeer refused and said it is only five days old. But i am aware that the company policy is to change the fault product within 14 days if fault found and accepted by the service technician.
                  Evening went back to the rocky agency to find the status of my mobile and they said they had handed my mobile to the showroom sales man after installing the old software itself. We went back to poorvika and the branch manager said its has been asked to return to nokia showroom as the problem is still yet to be solved as per customers complaint. The rocky agency and poorvika wanted to analyse the product efficiency and then handover the same it seems. Mr. Shabeer confirmed that he spoke to the manager (At 9.00p. M) and they have confirmed that the mobile is with poorvika only. But i have been mislead saying that the phone is with rocky agency. Can the same be clarified why was i been cheated? Please let me know as a customer i been played between the manufacturer and reseller at whose cost, me customer @ cost?
                  Customers be aware of nokia and such resellers like poorvika who takes customers for a raid and suck our hard earned money and make millions!!.
                  I was about to buy a nokia sirocco which was rs.47000 and the cost went down to rs.36500.00 and lucky me i was not such a sucker and now after what i have gone through even if it was offered at nokia 6.10 price of rs.16500.00 i will/would think twice before buying nokia phone.
                  Never buy a nokia product and suffer like me?

                  I have bought toughen glass, for samsung s9+ it was replaced 3 times due to fault or not done properly
                  I have 3 products bought from them and all three are defective? I had been visiting the showroom since 1 nov 2018 every day and had problem with the products and the branch manager has not come forward and speak to us, till yesterday i went and spoke to him and was very detached and not co operative and very rude??

                  Supreme court should ban such comanies like, nokia hmd global and poorvikia who are exploiting customers and making millions as profits and cheating customers by selling defective customers makeing r& d and learn from the mistakes and improve the products with customers time and money??

And asked me to observe again for a day OR ELSE WE CAN VISIT THE Rocky Agency Authorised Services agency of NOKIA in PETERS Road, Gopalapuram .
                    On the same day I went to NOKIA showroom in Peters Road around 6.45 PM and was denied an entry by them as they were closed by 6.30 PM They said they had customers waiting inside already and by the time they finish it might take 8.30pm and hence not taking/allowing any new Customers. I wonder what kind of strict customer services policy and how many customers had problems with their NOKIA Phones ? the same was conveyed to POORVIKA Sales man and he asked us to go to Velachery Services centre on Monday.

                    Customers be aware of NOKIA AND SUCH resellers like POORVIKA who takes customers for a raid and suck our hard earned money and make millions !!.
                    I was about to buy a NOKIA sirocco Which was Rs.47000 and the cost went down to Rs.36500 .00 and lucky me I was not such a sucker and now after what I have gone through even if it was offered at NOKIA 6.10 Price of Rs.16500.00 I will/would think twice before buying Nokia Phone .
                    NEVER BUY A NOKIA PRODUCT AND SUFFER LIKE ME?

                      Hi this bharath. I purchased the nokia 5.1 mobile yesterday in bajaj electronics at vanasthlipuram branch hyderabad this mobile was damage so please replace the mobile. I went to nokia service centre solve the problem those people are saying you go bajaj electronics ask the store incharge. This service are not good i am so disappointed

                        I bought nokia 3310 4 months back but last month my phone was not charging i went to the shop keeper where i bought the phone he said it wont be repaired in service centre we have to send it to company but after one month he said it wont be repaired neither exchange now for me its total loss of money though i opt to buy reputed brand nokia leaving other brands what should i do now

                          I bought a new NOKIA 6.1 PLUS on 30.08.2018 through flipkart. After a month the display had a problem and the service provider assured me to give a replacement within 10 days. 3.10.2018 was the date I gave my mobile to the service care provider but till date I didn't received my mobile and the customer service is very worst to the core. Job sheet number:[protected]/181003/004. Response from the customer care provider is very poor and irrelevant. They are not at all giving respect and also no proper information about the phone. I was seriously worried about my phone. Till now I didn't get any update regarding my phone. I really get hurt and got mental stress illness due to this issue. Without mobile I can't even do my daily work and my workplace is totally depend upon mobile, my senior officers are scolding me like anything. Being a middle class person I can't afford to buy another mobile. So either i need my mobile to be returned in good condition orelse I need compensation for the loss.

                            Hi,

                            My brother had bought nokia7 plus on 31st aug. Around 19th sept the display went blank & phone stopped working. He took it to an authorized service center samvraddhi technologies. They kept it till 3rd oct & were unable to repair. He again gave it back to nokia service center in malleshwaram & today is 30th oct till date there is no solution. Its the trust invested in the brand which made my brother to opt for nokia over ten other lucrative brands offering the same specs but i feel he's lost it after seeing the after sale services & least interest shown towards the customer. However just confrim whether you guys can mend your own device or not or we lost our money and trust both.

                                Actually my handset had a problem with powerbutton, battery problem, heating problem soo i decided to give with nokia service center now its been 40 days still my handset is not handovered to me, as per the policy they said to me u will get ur phone within 15days now its been 40days still not resolved, whenever i go the only answer i get next week#totally disgusting#i ll nvr buy a nokia mobile in my life#i ll nvr repeat this mistake again to a nokia mobile phone.

                                    I have bought brand new nokia 6.1 plus, i want to change back glass as it's damage during use, i visited to near nokia service centre but not got any response from it, i am ready to expend for change back glass, even phone has heating problem, special near camera area, one of the request for nokia that phone design very good but

                                        I bought new nokia8 on 5th dec 2017 but only after using it for 3-4months i faced a display issue.
                                        I went to the nokia care center and the people there said that this problem will continue even if we repair this set because its a manufacturing defect.
                                        I still told them to repair, after a month i got my phone back but faced the display problem again after 2 months.
                                        Now i want to you to swap my set or to give my money back

                                        My phone is in warranty till 5/12/2018 after that nobody will repair and will become a waste for me

                                        I want you to look into this matter and solve the same on urgent basis
