Full original body housing replacement of nokia 7 plus...

My mobile has scrached on back side panel and back camera glass looks ugly and it's protective copper layer also changed into white colour.. And all four sides of edges are scrached while i was driving unfortunately it has dropped.. Mobile is fine condition but the problem is all scratches on body housing... Lcd screen display is fine because of its covered with protective glass.. Now i just want to replace full body housing rather than buying a new mobile...

So for that i went to customer service center in kadapa in andrapradedh... They called to their nearest nokia service centre.. Anantapur in andrapradedh, they said that previously we were order nokia 7 plus still 25days it's is not dispatched to our end.. Once that complaint has resolved after i will go for order of body housing for nokia 7 plus.. What kind of answer is this...

I just brought 4months ago on 29th july 2018...
Now i need to service... Nokia india will have to take seriously and send it's parts to their service centres... Or else exchange it as a new phone..

It has physically damaged.. Payable service i know.. Even i am ready to pay for parts.. But the thing is un availability of parts at nokia service centres. Or atleast take a action and kindly send full original body housing with back camera glass and side keys.. Then i feel happy..

    I bought Nokia 6.1 plus through flipkart on 14 Oct 18. The charging adapter was faulty from the box. I raised a jobsheet with Nokia service center. The target date was 30 Nov 18 for new charging adapter. Now it's been over 2 months, I am still do not have the adapter. Also, When contacted Nokia customer care I am getting false commitments. There is a case raised at Nokia still no response.

    I also, requested them that if the charging adapter can't be replaced then they should replace the entire box, so that I have a working device along with working charger, as the device is in warranty.

      Poor build quality and my phone have charging problem i bought it 1 month ago then go to nokia care they said they charge 2250 for it. Then what is warranty. They is not breakage u can check in photo. Worst mobile company, bad service, not loyal to customer and worst care service they treat with people like animals, nokia phone have poor quality.

        Incident - my newly brought mobile phone (Less than 24 hrs), slid through my hands. Height is less than a 1 feet. Then the mobile screen broke down. It should not happen. The height is less. Also the mobile fall slowly, not thrown. It just slid from my hands. The display quality is bad.

        Resolution - i want refund or the new phone with better display quality.

          Sir i recently purchased nokia 2 mobile set from sirhind road patiala. Twice time i was faced the problem in the set in which speaker not work proper and i submitted my mobile set in the nokia care centre (Patiala) near dav school, for repairing twice time and after this harseement a new issue occurred in the mobile set in which my first sim is not working and i again visit the nokia care centre for this concern but your nokia exceutive mr sandeep kumar misbehave with me and collected my mobile set with out any updation that who much time he need for repairing. Now i want immediate action and resolution for this concern. Otherwise i shared my whole harseement story with my social friends. Sir at the end i request you please don't spoil the nokia image and not appoint such type of executive which spoil the nokia image and my father also having nokia 3310 and my all details regarding my mobile attached with this mail.             I have purchased nokia 6.1 plus from nokia.com. When i received it, fingerprint scan is not working. Went to service center to get it verified and returned it back to nokia. When nokia generated new order for me, i have contacted support chat team and cross verified that whether i can cancel the order or not. As per the technician's update i have cancelled the order within 4 hours.

            Received cancellation confirmation email (Oct 25th, 2018) from "[protected]@nokiaphones.com" stating that i will receive my refund within a week time. Today it's dec 7th, 2018 no refund is received in my credit card. No matter how many emails or calls i do it. Customer support team says that they do not have refund policy only replacement policy. I have taken screenshots of chat conversation of support team and email that i got from noika both confirms that i'll get my money back. But so far nothing happened. Please help me...

            I had replaced my nokia 5 screen which later turn out to be faulty when complained about it the service centre guy kept the phone and asked to come after a week. Its been more than 3 weeks not service centre guy is making excuse for everyday and giving future date. Can this issue be resolved.

              I want to know the current status of the job sheet, since the Nokia 6.1 plus was bought through Flipkart on 21.10.18 and within 11 days it had a network problem, so I contact Flipkart to replace my new mobile, but they refused to replace and also told to contact Nokia service, I put a job sheet on 3.11.18, ( enclosed)and the target delivery date is 10.11.18, but till now I didn't get my mobile, so I contact Flipkart so many times to revert my money back, and also contact Nokia so many times to send the parts or otherwise swap it and give the new mobile, so I request you to give me a solution imediatey

                I visited service centre for the problems that i was facing like
                1-battery drainage
                2-charging time increased
                3-no updates
                4-wifi not working
                I was on android 9.0 pie 1 september security patch.
                I visited service centre for this for the 5 time. They again installed the os
                And currently i m on android 8.1 oreo may security patch still my problem are not solved
                Whenever i check for the updates it shows me that u r phone is up to date.
                Service centre is not able to slove my problem
                I would request nokia to give me replacement of my nokia 7 plus.
                My problem is not solved and company is just avoiding me from 5 months

                  Nokia 5.1 plus display get blanked suddenly and made me to go to service center for just one month old mobile.
                  Its screen shows shivering effect when we plug in the ear phone.
                  And your site says type many no. Of words to get your problem resolved
                  You should understand the seriousness of the topic of just one line long.
                  My uncles 6.1 plus is also having screen related issue.
                  All nokia mobiles all hell to purchase now

                    Dear team,

                    I bought nokia[3310] a box piece on 08th may 2018 through amazon from the seller appario retail private ltd, anajaneya infrastructure project no 38 & 39, soukya road, kacherakanahalli, hoskore taluka, bangalroe rural district, bnagalore karnataka 560067.

                    This phone is stopped functioning from last 1 month. Issue is the screen was stuck in one position and later it was stopped functioning at all.

                    Try no: 1
                    To report this i searched amazon team in online, in which the efforts were in vain as no such platform or a team is available to register the compliant.

                    Try no: 2

                    Later, i visited near nokia service centre in malleswaram bangalore, where i was told that, there is no service for feature phone models 3310 or so. And it was told go for replacement as it was within the warranty date.

                    Next, luckily i found a number in the invoice for return/placement policy. When i called for 1st time i was assured by nokia to pick the device with 48 hours which was 17th nov 2018. Today 30th nov, still pick up guy is yet to reach.

                    Surprisingly i was told that, the mobile will be picked on the condition if box and accessories available. As matter of fact, i've been cheated by nokia ltd for the selling the faulty device and now i'm looking forward for the replacement/the cost of device. Just because i do not have the box or accessories, denying the replacement is utter policy and against the right for replacement. I condemn and raise the object for such policy.

                      I wish to complain about my nokia 6.1 mobile phone, color : blue, imei/serial no [protected], product code 22pl2l20013 that i purchased on 22th august 2018 in rs.16980/-.

                      I am complaining because i’m very much dissatisfied with this product.

                      I got a problem within 3 months only of "no display" so i went nokia care "z plus mobile gallery, shop no 8, patel shopping center, near [censored]al circle, bharuch, gujarat. They taken in their custody and given jobsheet (Jobsheetnumber[protected]/181122/002).

                      After 2 days new problem, i got a call that your phone motherboard dead due to water damage, and it will not be cover in warranty so it will be chargeable to resolve problem, but reality is that there is no water problem in that phone. Please trust on this and they simply sent email that your case has been closed. This was very shocking to see their email. Job sheet and invoice attaching for your ready reference.

                      This is not the first time i purchased nokia product and phone, since last 12 years i trust blindly on nokia phones when nokia 5110, 1100, 331., 3315, 3610 others models when was in there good time, but this type of sudden problemand service i never face in my life in nokia product. I have now feelings that i did mistake this time to buy nokia mobile although local mobile vendors not prefer your phone and even suggesting not to buy.

                      I am a salaried person and its purchased on 06 emi so i cannot effort now new mobile or repair cost since my phone is under warranty.

                      I need to resolve in free of cost since its factory problem, phone is not damaged, not water gone inside nothing.. Its suddenly got a problem.

                      In today’s trend of apple, samsung, oppo and vivo i purchased nokia mobile because of trust only, and sake of this trust you have to resolve my problem free of cost for company goodwill and maintain the faith of customers.

                        I had bought a Nokia set Nokia 105 SS from Amazon on 31 Aug 2018. The set started to give troubles and ended up with no charging and was not working. A complaint was registered with Nokia customer care with complaint no as 602390 and 621976 dated 23 Oct . However despite repeated complaints and their promise to replace the set post pick up through blue dart they are not addressing the complaint .
                        The inconvenience is due to unprofessional behaviour of the company. Please look into the matter and revert at the earliest.

                        I upgraded 8.1 orio to 9.0 pie...
                        After upgradation uses of 4 hours my Nokia 6.1 Plus got automatically switched off... And was not
                        able to turn on...
                        So tell me ..
                        Is this serious problem or should I exchange my phone with new Nokia 6.1 plus.
                        I used this device for 8 days. And found A problem...

                          I had purchased nokia 5.1 plus mobile through flip cart on 28.10.2018 and found that camera is not working and i chased flip cart for replacement but it is not replaced by flip cart and finally said that you may repaired this set from nokia service center. Finally i submitted my mobile to nokia service center with job-sheet number[protected]/181117/008 on dated 17.11.2018 and found that the mother board and camera is defective.
                          I am very sorry to inform you that still after an interval of 12 days it is not repaired and i am facing huge problem without mobile.
                          Kindly resolve the issue asap.

                          I Purchase nokia 5.1 plus i have many time complaint but no satisfied reply i want replace mobile due to battery issue battery back only 4 to 5 hour after dead flipkart provides a engineers but no solution engineers says that battery is ok but i am using this mobile battery are very weak so please change my mobile i want only change i believe nokia brand but no satisfied this brand please resolve. i am using engineers only time pass they are only use flight mode and take 15 mint video recording then consumed 7% this calculation is very bad 15x 4 =60 mint
                          60 mint in 28 % battery consumed 4 hour x=28% battery = 112 % consumed. so please make fast decision and return my payment. and what use of 2nd back camera what is purpose

                            Last moth i bought a nokia 7.1 phone for rs 26, 600. My friends suggested few other phones for the same price range, but still i bought the phone because i believed in nokia's comeback, which i regret big time. Well coming to the problems. With in 1 week the phone started showing glitches. Then later on there was some problem with the speaker i couldn't make calls without an earphone. I went to the service centre at trivandrum, had to keep the phone there for more than a week because they said since it is a new model the spares aren' t readily available. Then i got the phone back, now its a week after the speaker incident, the phone has started glitches again, now i cant answer incoming calls and the phones keeps on restarting when i make calls. Seriously i'm too disappointed with this model. I may never opt for another nokia phone again. And i am thinking about filing a compliant in the consumer court.

                              Nokia cheated with us about the zeiss optics. I have bought nokia 6.1 just because of zeiss optics despite having the large ugly bazzels. But the picture quality is so low that i cannot even post it to facebook, instagram, its totally unusuable. I have paid 16, 500 rupees for 32gb variant and now i feel cheated with nokia. They are just marketing their phones with zeiss optics but its only a gimmik. I will complain to consumer forrum for false marketing promise of nokia6.1 and i want refund for this crap phone. Also fingerprint reader doesnot working by any means.

                                They sent this to jaipur for repearing after 15 days i went there and they said it will take time beacouse they don't have parts.

                                  This is regarding the replacement of a phone issue i am having. I have called up many times and have been doing so since 2nd nov, on the very day had been told that the new phone will be given in next 7 days. So far i have not been given a new phone. I have heard that nokia is such a good brand with a great service. Having been in this situation makes me doubt the service by nokia.

                                    I was facing some download mode problem with my nokia 8 mobile. I gave it to indore service center as they said some software issue. But even after 7 days i have not got a satisfactory answer from them.. My phone is under warranty and i told them to replace the handset if problem persists.. I am facing lot of problems without phone. Please look into the matter at the earliest.. Thank you

                                      I Submitted My NOKIA 5 Black to Nokia Authorised Service Centre [AIKON Technologies] in Panchkula Sector 11, SCO 38. As it has Audio jack problem with Audio Jack.

                                      They Guys committed me around 20 to 25 days Max to get phone repair from Nokia as it was under warranty. I called them on the 27th day and they are again demanding one more week to get it done without any suitable reason.

                                      I have a problem with Nokia as I have purchased my handset from them so they should have a given link to their website so that customer can track for their phone how much time it will take to deliver.

                                        I take my phone to service centre (Manav communication 2530, lower ground hundson line, kingsway camp, gtb nagar new delhi-110009).
                                        They checked my phone and said that your phone have these problems - (Keys not working and battery drain too fast) beside this my phone is in working condition.. But after 1month when i go pick my phone they said that your phone have some major problems like liquid problem. But they checkedphone while submitted there is no such issue. They asked me to subbmite 4520 rs to resolve myphone problem. They all doing such a fraud.
                                        Sir i request to take some action against the service centre. And resolve my problem.

                                        I got email from nokia that I'm Lucky winner 2018 and winning prize money is of 790000 this email is from nokia uk is it fraud
