I have brought my brand new nokia 6.1plus just on 25th oct 2018. By using i have noticed that the phone is heating at basic uses.. The portion around the camera is heating more. I am working in a small firm and from that limited salary i have brought this device. I have trusted in your device than the others in market. Iam requesting you to please solve my issue under a great connsideration.

    Sir/madam, i have ordered the nokia 6.1 plus mobile from nokia offical website on[protected] time 12:13:32 and the device delivered me on 18 sep 2018 after receiving that mobile the mobile was over heating so i have called to nokia support center they have provided some troubleshoots via email after troubleshoots also the mobile overheats and again i have called to nokia support and provided the troubleshoot information to them after they requested to share the screenshot of the temperature in the nokia support app so i have shared it. After sharing the screenshot i called to nokia support center and they have requested to visit the service center but i requested to arrange a technical visit because the service center is very far away from my location nearly 60 to 70 km, but they have told that we don't have technical visit. Calling daily and daily after 14 days they have arranged me a pick up of device, the device was picked up from my location on 13-oct-2018 and it was delivered to seller on 23-oct -2018 (Nearly 2 weeks). On the 17-oct-2018 i have called to nokia support center they have told that wait for 24 hours, so i have waited and called after 24 hours to them and the same words repeated so i have requsted to transfer the call to their senior executive but they have said that senior executive are busy so they have raised a call back request for me but after 24 hours also i haven't received any call, sms or mail from their side and i have totally wasted my time by talking to them only. So again after 24 hours i called to them and i have asked that for refund of money and the agent was said that if you want refund you will get the refund if you have requested for it, so i have requested for refund (Having call record of the agent) and after 1day again i have called to nokia support center and i said that i want to known the status of refund but they have told that we don't provide any refund we will provide the replacement but i said that the refund request already taken from me but they not telling correctly so i requested transfer the call to senior executive but the same thing they have told that the seniors are busy please wait for 24 hours for call back from seniors executive officers. After 24 hours on today 23-oct-2018 i have again called to them and they have said that the device was received by the seller after 24 to 48 hours you will get any update from our side they said but i requested for refund status they have not providing the information so again the requested to transfer call to your senior executive but they have said same thing the seniors are busy

    Please i requsted to solve my issue and provide me the refund of money

      I have purchased my nokia 1 mobile phone on 5th august 2018 through amazon.. But after few days my phone started hanging n heating even after using just for 15 minutes. Even after touching it to type something keyboard doesn't appear in screen to type. It takes around 30 seconds to appear keyboard on my screen. Beside it sometimes everything bcm suddenly get disappear on my screen. I want either to change this product or refund my money.. Please help in this regards.

      Hi there, I recently purchased Nokia 5.1 plus and the bundled charger brick does not charge the device.
      I checked it with other mobiles too.
      What am I supposed to do.
      I bought it via flipkart.
      Does this issue come under warranty?
      My notification bar and invitation bar is not working after last night 12am please help 7 to 8 months to buy this phone was not working very well please

        Till now im not any help after submitting the complaint also for nokia 7 plus.
        I called the person where i purchased the phone today he said that he is not going to replace the phone on any condition.
        So my request to you is plz look into this matter as it is really getting worse
        I submitted the phone on 11/10/8 and they are calling me today for the phone

            My mobile is under the warrany . But they charged me for changing the charge board 1500 rs . They told me that your mobile has water in it . So it not charge well . So we need to change the board. Last december only i bought this mobile nokia 6 . Its only 9 months . They claim my warranty on nokia head office but they charged me 1500. I received a message of rupees 450 only. They cheated me . And then they charged everyone who wants to service there . I beleive in nokia but they do nt well .mr.Hari who worked in there he is using bad words on me through him iam disturbed .             I have buy a new nokia 6.1. Within 3-4 days the phone started to heat up and get hang simultaneously, It also showed error of camera and system ui got stopped, This were error showed. The phone battery drained fast. The speaker sound low compare to the first day speaker.

              Since 24/7/2018 i have buy this nokia 7 plus & within one week it started hanging,
              No app was responding, i showed to the service center they assured me that after doing software the phone will work properly nut still the same problem appear and now the new problem is the phone is not ringing means the sound raise up and slow down, this is what you provide the service after knowing the problem i sent the phone to the store where i purchased it at thane (Nagrik beauty palace) near station and still no response from them. This is a very behaviour towards the customer i dont know anything but i want the replacement of it & i'm very disappointed after buying this phone. Many of my work are pending plz sort it as today only on urgent basis

              I gave my mobile to servivecenter m/s MM electronics kanpur & they promise to inform the problem by call but after 3 days I have not any fespond & service no not pickefup afyer several calls very bad service

                I had recently purchased a nokia 7 from darrang cycle, tezpur, sonitpur assam on 19/06/2018.. Product serial no.- [protected] / 86.
                I had financed it with hdfc ergo general insurance co. Ltd. And got the extended warranty insurance done with them.
                After sometime my sim goy stuck and i couldn't open the sim tray, so i approached them and they sent the mobile to "system solution", tezpur for repair. I was initially asked to pay 1600/- for the repair, but finally they settled for 1000/-.
                Now, first of all, i would like to know whether they should have been charging me for this (Since it is under warranty period)
                If yes, then for such a small repair, don't you think they have charged me too much and exploited my situation.
                I would request you to look into the matter and take necessary action against your service centres which are actually taking undue advantage of customers like us.

                  I bought nokia mobile (Model no. 3310 ds) on 25.05.2018 worth rs. 3250/- from future talk, shop no. G-9, savitri market, sector - 18 noida, 201301.
                  Now, few days back i was facing some problem in its keypad. To resolving this issue, i visited nokia care (B-82, b block, sector 2, noida, uttar pradesh 201301) for replacing/ repairing of my handset but they have suggested me to contact with the retailer from where you get this handset they will change it.

                  After words, i went back to the retailer shop and the owner of the shop has checked my handset suggested me to leave your handset and bill for checking this handset from our nokia distributer.

                  Now, retailer had replied me that this handset will not be changed because a sticker which was on the battery of my nokia handset (3310 ds) has been removed.

                  In view of above, it is here to inform that i did not show my handset to any local dealer or any mobile engineer. The retailer had taken over my handset (Charger + headphone) and bill on 09.10.2018 after checking it all and receiving of the same has also given to me.

                  As i bought this handset on 25.05.2018 (Just five month before), which is still in warranty period. It is therefore requesting you to get replace my handset as early as possible.

                  I hope, my problem will be resolved soon.

                    Almost 3 years they are telling the pf is being transfered to rpfc. They are not accepting withdrawl or transfer until that is being transferred to rpfc. I am loosing interest on my amount. Excelityglobal with whom i am interacting and the pf was with the trust. They are not providing any details also why it is taking so long. I have all the interaction emails.

                    Please help me in resolving this case. Let me know what further step i can take. Almost my 8 years savings is blocked and not getting any interest from 5 years.

                    Appreciate you quick guidance or help

                      Hi sir/madam,

                      My phone was dead for last 2 weeks, i tried charging it but it wasn't able to get powdered up!! The screen was unresponsive no matter whatever i do!! So i decided to take it to a mobile service care who are not response anything. Its not been a month since i bought my phone. I don't remember any incident where i dropped my phone in water or any physical damage, cause i was always cautious about my mobile.

                      I don't know what made my phone to be dead this early!! I need a convincing explaination for the damage that has been caused!!!

                        I updated android pie on my nokia 7 plus after that i is not working properly.
                        1. It is taking more time to unlock the phone using finger print.
                        2. Mobile became slow and some time my lock pattern will display even after disabling the feature.
                        3. After upgrade to pie internet is slow down.

                        I have sent complain to nokia but till now i did not got any response from there side.

                          Hello,
                          I purchased the nokia 6.1 plus mobile from its own nokia website and payment done on 3 sep, 2018. It reached to my place in bangalore on 9th sep, 2018.
                          But after few days it start showing display problems i. E, black lines etc on the display. So when i called nokia customer centre they just told me that plz try to restart the mobile and factory reset and it will be ok again, so i tried that but the problems started to happen again and again. So i called them again and then they filed a complain about it (But after 10 days and not before it) and i also opted for the mobile return from their website from my account. After that they say please go to their any care centre and then confirmed by their executive on the call. So i did same at kolar, karnataka care centre. But after it they say that it has been more than 10 days from purchasing i. E from 10 days so they will not take it back, so i told that there was a option to return from my account at their website, then they denied it saying that it was some tecnical issue from their website and they will not return it back (They just conned me). So i gave it back to the care centre at kolar on 27 sep, 2018. And it has been 17 days till today i. E on 14 oct, 2018.
                          And whenever i called them they just says that they dont have new display to change it and it will take more time.
                          It is very unprofessional and i just want my money back only as too much of my time is wasted. Iam also added bill and care centre reciept picture too.
                          So kindly see my case. Thanks

                          I purchased nokia 6 in month of march. i am facing some issue while using it and sound speaker is faulty recently. i submit my mobile in care on 2nd oct'18. service center is irresponsible in service and they delay in service. i am facing issue in business activity due to that.

                            I have bought nokia 6.1 plus on 6th oct. It's still under nokia return policy. I have tried to contact customer service however they are not responding. I had visit service center as well they refuse to look at it.

                            Problems.

                            1. Heat alot - on a second day phone temp was more than 40.

                            2. Bluetooth connectivity not supporting blue device at all

                            3. Network issue

                            4. Hang.....

                            I bought a nokia 6.1 plus from nokia website on oct 2nd.
                            I received a damaged phone from nokia through delhivery.
                            It took almost a week to deliver this phone.
                            And i returned the phone on 12th oct morning and it is still in bangalore and doesn't reach haryana till now.
                            I asked the nokia customer care for refund of my money since i can't wait for a replaced phone.
                            I told them iam going out of station and make the refund possible.
                            But the customer care said there is no provision for any refund for the damaged phone. And their only response for past 2 days are to wait for some days.
                            I want to know why there is no refund for a damaged handset bought from nokia official website.

                              Hello team,

                              I have submitted my phone to nokia care, nokia care engineer informed that cpu (Mother board) needs to be replaced

                              For this solution they are asked for 10 to 12 days time which is not acceptable.

                              As i am using single handset, and you can understand how we can survive without smart phone for 10 to 12 days.

                              Any issue should be resolved within 24 working hours.

                              Kindly look in to this issue and get this issue resolved by 15th oct 2018.

                                I would like to bring to your notice that the nokia 6.1 black copper which i purchased on-line in august 2018 with the sim 1 imei:[protected] and sim2 imei: [protected] has stopped functioning. The mobile has lost its display since three days. Since it is in the warranty period, i request you to either replace it or repair it at the earliest.

                                  I have purchased nokia 3310, on amazon in the month of feb2018. The phone had multiple issues since july2018 and now the phone is dead. I called the nokia customer care[protected] on 10thjuly2018, they said they would pickup of the device but till date the device is not collected. When ever i call them they have a standard statement that they will arrange the pickup of the device which is totally false. When i ask them to transfer the call to supervisor or next level manager they kept me on hold for 45mins and 55mins and disconnect the call, when i question them why is it taking that long they say their supervisors are busy on other calls. I finally reached to their busy supervisor over the call, he said he would he said he would arrange the pick up of the device in 3days which never happend as usual, the device is not picked up till date, to look at the genunity of this complaint the call is recorded under the ticket no. 517925, the agents talk to the me very sarcastically repeating the same sentence again and again frustrating the customer, i found the information the company that is supporting nokia call centre is gmd global.

                                  Firstly i don't understand why a company like nokia does not have a service centre for featured phones, secondly, does the call center that they have appointed follow standard proceedures norms laid by the government to help the consumers, many question should be addressed by nokia for such failure in their service delivery system.

                                    I live in hajipur, bihar-844101... Placed my order on 4th october 2018 frm official nokia site... It was said that delivery ll b done within 6 standard days... D order was manifeted on delhivery.com on 4th october... It was offloaded thrugh air on 5th october towards patna, bihar.. Till now it is in transit in patna hub...
                                    Whenever i call their customer service they say that it will be delivered in 24 hours but no update was given after that. Dont know how many days more they will take to deliver my order...

                                      I have submitted my nokia 5 (2gb ram) to nokia authorized service center named 'the concept' on 20th of september 2018 due to some sort of display problem. Next day they gave me the jobsheet[protected]/180921/002) and told me that phone is under warranty. Target delivery written on the jobsheet is 29/09/2018. So tried to contact the service centre on the delivery date but i found their phone switched off, tried several times still their phone was switched off. So i call nokia customer care and they assured me of giving update regarding my phone within 48 hours. But nokia gave me fake promise, they didn give any information even aftr 48 hours.in the mean time i visted the service centre physically but they said that parts are in transit so they can tell when i'll get my phone instead blamed nokia's slow after sales service. So again i called nokia customer care on 9 th october 2018 they again promised me to inform me about the status of the phone. But again nokia care didn respond even after 48 hours. So again i called nokia customer care on 11th october and they promised me the same. I think nokia's 48 hours will never come. Finally today 12/10/2018 the service centre 'the concept' received my phone and said they don't have any information when they can deliver my phone. They even scold me with abusive, slang words and said talk with customer care, we are not sitting here to answer your problems. This is too much nokia. Disgusting. Nokia you really don't value your customers. Nobody is giving me any information and assurance about when i will get my phone, its 22 days now and i have no information about my phone. I have complete voice recording of the call with the very service centre, using slang words. Disgusting. Shame on you nokia.
