    I chander pal sagar Ihad a mobile of Nokia N-70M (black) IMEI No 358080/01/231205/4. I got tehnical proboems in my mobile and still it was under warranty. So I gave it to the Nokia care for servicing at TELESPHERE SCO No. 385, Sector 8 Panchkula. On date 11/09/2008. J0ob Sheet No.[protected]/080911/7. first they gave me 15 days time for servicing andstill I have not got my mobile. And Second J0ob Sheet No.[protected]/080928/17. on dt 28/09/2008 and I talk to Nokia Clustomer Care No. 30303838. on dated 24/10/2008 Complaint No. 2-3GEQJN. I talk to Nokia Clustomer Care No. 30303838. on dated 06/11/2008. he told me that your mobile is ready to deliver on dated 18/11/2008. i call to Nokia Clustomer Care No. 30303838. on dated 18/11/2008 he told me your mobile will be ready and sent to TELESPHERE SCO No. 385, Sector 8 Panchkula. On date 18/11/2008. I was goes to Nokia care sector 8 panchkula in their office she told me you come on dated 25/11/2008. to receive your mobile. Again I went to Nokia care sector 8 panchkula on dated 25/11/2008. She told me your mobile is not found in our office.

    The Nokia care sector 8 panchkula has caused great harassment, ninconvenience, m mental torture, agony and suffering to tyhe Complainant duet to negligecel deficiency in Services.

    AFTER TWO MONTHS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MOBILE RETURN DULY RECTIFIED DEFECT/REPAIR

      screen blank, hanging
      I bought my handset on 20-03-08.But within 2 days of purchase it started creating problem it screen gone completely blank n it start hanging also.I gave it to nokia care for replacement but they refused sayin that its not under company's policy.They tried to repair it but it started creating...at that date my handset is in repairing condition. So i suffering many problem with mentaly pain.
      Please i requiest to gtven another phone or money
      I brought Nokia 5610 last year 1st week of April for Rs.12.500 and today all of sudden the navigation keys are not working, Took the complaint to nokia care center and they say the inner cable is been damaged and they don't have any stock to replace it. Asked for 15 days time to repair it. when i asked about the cost the service center Manager said Rs.[protected] approx.

      Cable cost Rs 2750 its ridiculous. I request the concern authorities to take necessary steps to stop these menace and take action against the Nokia Care Center who loots/cheats the consumers who do not know much.

        I want to replace the mobile set as the battery gets low and the network is very poor. The problem is the I had purchased on 17.11.08 and i don't have the mobile set box.

        I purchased Nokia 2626 Black, IMEI [protected] Battery No.[protected] on 07/2/2009 from your authorized dealer M/s Shree Riddhi Siddhi at shop no. 43 Kesar Residency SectorNo.3 Charkope Market Kandivali (w) Mumbai 400067. the problem came in handset within 2 months, I went to your Nokia care center at CELLUER WORLD, 8&10 Rameshwar Tower, Shimpoli Road, Next to Gokhale School, Borivali (w) Mumbai 4000092. in the month of APR 2009 and handset give for repairing. the after 10-15 days recd handset & again same problem in the month of Jun 2009.again I went to Nokia care center at chirabazar - Mumbai. I recd handset after 15 days. Then again same problem came in handset in the month of JUL 2009. the i decided gone to direct authorized dealer shop & i demand i wont replace handset but they told to me we can't replace because Nokia company not give replace to us. This was answer from ur dealer. Then I again gone to Nokia care center at Borivali- Mumbai again told whole story about this handset problem. I demand I wont replace handset. But I recd call from your care center at Borivali - Mumbai regarding your handset repaired please come & collect. I received repaired handset on 08/08/2009 at 3.45 pm and after 2 days came same problem.What is this ?? Why purchase handset from Nokia Company ??? within 6 months problem came four (4) times & your care centre lying with you 10-15 days. How handle co-ordination, problem without mobile. One time purchase assets for some life time for self .Again & again we will purchase handset for your business .

        ALREDAY HANDSET 4TH TIMES FOR REPAIRE SENT TO HEAD OFFICE . I called to Nokia care centre at Borivali & they said your hand set sent to head office for sawp. I am not received any call or reply from nokia centre . The Job Sheet No.[protected]/090821/21 dated 21/08/2009.
        Please give me New Handset against this Handset.

        Please look into the matter & do the needful.
        If you wont any clarification please call me back on [protected] at Mumbai

              I am shocked to bring to your knowledge that I have purchased the above-noted set on 8th Nov 08 which is defective & Hangs when ever call comes or calls are made.The phone also hangs & restarts anytime. Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

              I dont have the first jobsheet number (Dated 11th-Nov-08)as same was retained by Nokia care & was not given to me in return.

              Now I am fully dissatisfy with the services and need to get my Phone Replaced, or my amount with the suitable interest rate and compensation, else I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986.

              I seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to his deficiency in services and inconvenience faced due to no availability of my Phone for almost one month.

                I HAVE PURCHASED YOUR NOKIA PHONE 5310 XPRESS MUSIC IN THE MONTH OF OCTOBER 2008.

                NOKIA 5310 — battery backup

                I purchased a nokia 5310 from sudiksha show room. there is battry back up mentioned on the mobile box is 18 hrs but in practicaly it gives only 8 hrs back up.
                I purchased nokia 5310 only because of battry backup of 18 hrs.

                Regret to inform you that i purchased a hand set Nokia 5310 from M/S NEW LIFE ELECTRONICS, Aligarh, Uttarpradesh(Phone No.[protected]) vide bill No.596 dtd.3.5.2008 and set started giving problem of battery back up, I requested in your Nokia Care situated in Mangalam Complex, Samad Road, Aligarh (Phone No[protected]but it is very surprised that instead of solving the customer problem their reply was in misbehaving manner, finally they refused to attend my problem by saying that they never insisted me to purchase Nokia hand set it is my wish.The person whom i contacted in Nokia Care is Mr.Vibek and Mr.Anshu Gaud.If we customer get such type of reply from your Nokia Care I don't think we will go further for Nokia product.                   This is to Inform you that i bought a Nokia 5220 Express Music Phone from Sector-5, Dwarka Location.
                  Mr. Ashu, Who sold me the phone said this phone is a good phone and has no issues.But the day i bought the Phone, my problems started so i went and informed him about the same. On the Next day it started giving me problem. He asked me that if it gives furhter Problem and let me know.
                  so after using the cell phone for a month it was showing a white screen. As he sold an additional warranty pack for the phone so on 5th November 2008 i submitted the phone at HOTSPOT sector-5. Still i am waiting my phone to be repaired and still i have not received any call from them.Please do the needful for the same.

                    helllo according to neha i think she is right i also submit my mobile for repair at nokia care jodhpur sardarpura there's also the same guy amit pareek repairemen actually when i got back my mobile after being few days i been to nokia mobiles store for to not clearing sound there they told me that your have missing some orignal parts i said him i just gave my mobile to nokia care for repaire and they ok and tell me the truth that he stallen the orignal parts and fix the duplicate and cheap discustting ...

                      Sub: - Failure to provide after sales Services.

                      Sir,

                      I had purchased Nokia Mobile of make 3110 classic from the authorized dealer M/s Total Recall, 18th June Road, Panaji, on payment of Rs.6, 900/- through my personal savings, so that I can get good quality mobile worthwhile to expenditure incurred with additional features like Camera, Video, Radio, Music player with extended memory etc. Basically the said mobile was purchased, so that I can enjoy my leisure time during long journey everyday. During first six months there was no problem to the set purchased, however on passage of time it created problems such as Camera on standby mode, hanging problems etc. These problems initially were taken care off by the authorized Nokia Care Centre at Ponda under warranty period and later on one occasion at M/s Comlink Synergies Pvt. Ltd., 3, Gomes Building, Opposite Hotel Delmon, Panaji Goa, Authorised Nokia care centre by payment of Rs.160/- plus Sales Tax as applicable .

                      About 15 days later subsequent upon the mobile shown to above service centre, it developed further problems and said model remained unlocked. Due to this problem I had produced the said mobile at the Authorized Nokia care centre as stated above. They opened the mobile before me and said that Joystick of the mobile is not working and hence the set will be repaired at their own level as the warranty period is expired. They further informed that an amount of Rs.380 plus Sales Tax as applicable will be charged on repairs and issued service sheet bearing No.[protected]/080929/28 dated 29/Sep/2008. Thereafter I had visited 2 to 3 times at the said Nokia care center but the mobile was not repaired by them. On 3rd October 2008, at 5.40 p.m. the office bearers of the Service centre gave me a call and informed that it is not possible to repair the said mobile as there is Short Circuit. On the same day I visited the Service Centre to collect my handset and requested them to give me the detail report on the defects occurred to the hand set. In this context the Office bearers informed me to come on the next day to collect the mobile and the report as the Manager was not available in the office on that day. Next day I went and spent nearly 45 minutes for Handset and the report and after reminding 2 to 3 times, the Manager came down and gave me the report. She took my signatures on the report before I read the contents on the same and returned the handset. I was surprised on reading the report wherein it had stated that the mobile was not repaired due to liquid damaged. The reason stated in the report is very silly as neither the office bearer/Technician nor myself had detected the liquid when the set was given for repairs at the initial stage, these facts were not mentioned on the service card sheet and only informed me that Joystick is not working. Secondly while giving telephonic message and before asking for report they had informed me that the said mobile can’t be repaired due to short circuit. Thirdly, there is no possibility of entering the liquid in the set as I had taken necessary precaution by covering the set in plastic as well as leather covers.

                      I was further surprised when I was switching on my mobile set it is observed that the set was not getting on. I was disappointed with this newly occurred additional problem as earlier problem was unsolved . Thus the very purpose of repairing the Handset at your Authorized Service Center was defeated despite of my personal efforts thereby causing monitory loss to the extent of Rs.7000/- and above.

                      Therefore, it is earnest request at your good self to look into the matter and repair the set at your level or otherwise replace it with alternate set. This request was made because set was damaged immediately after warranty period and your authorized Nokia care center is unable to repair the set.

                      In view of the above my intention is to get Mobile set repaired or otherwise replace because every company either electronic, mechanical etc. is having strong after sales service network in order to provide service to the defective instruments beyond its warranty period.

                      If my grievances remain unsolved, it will constrain me to take an appropriate action for redresal of my grievances and also to spread awareness campaign against the company amongst the General Public.

                      Nokia Handset 3110 Classic — handset Functionality failure

                      Hi,
                      I have purchased Nokia handset (Model -3110 Classic) at 28 May 2007.
                      Within the Warranty period I have faced to many problems as Auto restart, automatically switch off, Sim card failure, No range & disconnect while calling, same sim card & memory card was working properly in another handsets while it was showing failure in my handset.
                      Within this warranty year (till one month to go to complete warranty) I send my handset four times to Nokia Customer care. Now after warranty period company will obviously charge me for the same failure. So what shall I do?
                      This is to your notice that I have been used customer service for 4 times within the purchasing.
                      As it was under Warranty Company has repaired handset free. But what’s next?
                      Isn’t it the failure product? What is the reliability of Product?

                      We customer believes the quality & service of the Nokia, But what I can say now when the new product has to be sent for repairing 4 times within the year.

                      Subject: Problems faced after buying a Nokia handset.Model No-5610d-1

                      I bought a Nokia Handset model number- 5601d-1 and IMEI number- [protected] on 21/04/2008 .
                      Since that very day I am facing the problem of low audibility. I tried to get the same repaired at one of the authorized centers for Nokia but to no success.
                      Nokia care job no[protected]/080526/1 dated 26 may 2008.
                      The problem still persists. Even when the mode is changed to loud speaker, incoming voice is faint.
                      I have checked other sets of the same series and make. There was no audibility issue with them.
                      Request you to provide a resolution for the same ASAP.

                      Looking forward for an early revert on the same,

                      1) Low audibility
                      2) No option to stop the audio or video only pause and come out from there
                      3) Ringing volume also not satisfactory
                      4) Not satisfactory behavior from The Mobile Store & Nokia Care also. According to them, this is a manufacturing problem.

                      i had bought my mobile nokia 3110c on 28th oct 2008 .my set nokia 3110 c ihas started giving me problems from end of 3rd mth ..Problems like calculate disappearing, auto switch off on, camera pictures faults, nokia games fault, and like ths many more problems...                       When I try to access tones or files from either the phone memory or the card, it tells me the file is corrupted and it power off.

That the deponent is not indulged in unfair trade practice or deficient in service towards the complainant thus the deponent is not liable for any claims & compensations, if there is any deficiency provided after sales service only OP’s No. 2 to 4 are liable to pay claims and compensations to the complainant.

I deposited the handset on 30/06/09 till now the set is still under repairing .i have contected nokia care many times but never got setisfectory answer from any nokia care personnel. should i go to consumer court ?

                      I have a Nokia 7310 handset, bought on 7th of February, 2009. It started showing keypad problems from the early months of July. Then from the month of December my handset had numerous trips to the Nokia Care, but they were not really able to repair my mobile well. It was having the same problem at an interval of 2 days after getting repaired. But still my keypad problem exists.
                      In view of above, I request you to take note of my online complain and look into the following:
                      1) My guarantee period is valid till 6th of February 2010, therefore, I have the right to get it repaired without any cost within a period of 1 year from date of purchase.
                      That condition is being violated by the Company.
                      2) If they fail to repair my handset , the same should be replaced by a handset of equal value.

                        I'm very disturbed due to non action on my complain to NOKIA. My grievance is that no action has been taken in spite of repeated complains & numerous visits to the vendor & customer care office against BLACK line appearance on the LCD screen of my Nokia 5310 which under is under guarantee period.                         Nokia — Non responsiveness from customer care

                        I had given my phone for repair at "M/s Maa Communication, Delhi" on 9th August 2010. However repeatedly the phone was returned to me without rectifying the problem and the same was retured for the 5th time to them on 21st August. Since then I am continuously being told that it would take 2-3 days for rectification.

                        I have been calling your customer care vide complaint number 1-[protected] since 27th August but unfortunately the responce from them is also very poor. Your service centre once says that the delay is due to non approval of estimate from the customer and another time says that spare part is not available (has to be repaired free due to bounce case). The only responce I get is that your centralised customer care can only contact and take feedback from Nokia Care centre.

                        On my last conversation with centralised customer care on 2nd September it was told that the phone shall be ready by 4th and I could collect the same. However on 3rd when I reported that they are still asking for 3-4 days, I got a feed back that in your database it was mentioned it will take 2-3 days and not date of 4th was mentioned. Unfortunately that I do not have any written record but you are requested to please check the voice recording.

                        Further none of my requests for talking to any senior have been entertained. The only thing that was told was that I visit Nokia care once again on 6th and if phone is not ready by then they shall talk to the nokia care but there is no action plan for complaint redressal.

                        I am sorry to say that, the market leader has become so indifferent to customer problems and has no escalation mechanism in place.

                        I hope this mail atleast helps and righ peaople are able to help me on the issue.

                            I received sms message from bsnl to send sms for act joke for which rs.15 will be charged monthly and will receive two jokes a day. i did it. I am getting hindi jokes and unable to follow. while activating it did not ask for language. also it sends only one joke it seems several times i contacted [protected] and unable to contact office. I tried 1500 and they insist on contacting this number only. I asked for website to complain. They refuse to tell. acidentally if found this site and effecting complaint.

But after one day observation they are told the handset does'nt repaired this is handset problem.Today 21/11/2008 at the 2:00pm contact to the custemer care they are told that You must submite the handset to nokia care to send to Company for further operation, then i will submitted at the nokia care.                                   We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that I have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems i.e., the keypad is not working not even a single key, as obvious i went to the customer care in laxmi nagar opposite radhu place, delhi, India but the guy were unable to sort it out as they do not have the spares parts, they said its very common and we will replace the component free of cost as your phone is in warranty but he referred me to another customer care. The phone is still not working and the guys who have handled the phone in Laxmi Nagar as well as in Yusuf sarai, New delhi were very unprofessional not even a single engineer was there, it was looking like you guys were training new people on our handsets, the problem is now worse and as one of my friend has said that nokia dint care once you buy from them. i strongly say you need to look into the quality of you service centres and the people working there.Coming back to the main point I want replacement of cell at the earliest.

                                  I have taken cell of model E51 IN JULY 2008, after taking this mobile after six months i am getting lot of problems.when i try to use cell the keypad of mobile are not working and also opening automitcaly all the programe and then after suddenly hanged up, when i took this to customer care they were just clear the cell with brush in minute five minute i and give me back ,this situation has been occured four or five times,the customercare of baroda has not give me proper answer and my warranty piriod time has been expired wen i gone in august 2009 to the customer care they are charged me 715 rupees (rs sevan hundread and fifty) with me but still problem are not solving.please give me a proper solution to this product.i am very upset because i spend rs 11000/- to purchese the cell but not satisfied with cell and services so please help me in this regard , else replace me with new mobile.
                                  I am also facing keypad poblem with E 51. I am highly usatisfied with this version of Nokia phone. I used to be a fan of Nokia phone. But now it seems they are not manuafacturing good products. I got my keypads replaces 2 -3 times. But that solves problem only for 4 -5 weeks.
                                  Menu, call pick and digit 1, stopped working, I suppose. Then sometimes the handset starts working erratically. If I am right, then its a common problem with Nokia E series phones. This is what happened with my E 51, and this is what happened with my friend's E 71.

                                    My cell phone has been in repair since August, 2008 for 'No Outgoing Audio' problem. This hasn't been solved for till now.

                                    A couple of weeks back I was shown my phone totally scratched and bruised which I have refused to take unless it is solved for.

                                    I request you to solve for it by either replacing the handset or changing the scratched parts. Please solve for it ASAP.

                                    I am in talks with my lawyers for a possible legal action against Nokia India, Nokia Careline in Jaipur and also the preferred Nokia Vendor here. If not solved for within a weeks time you will get a Courts Notice.

                                      i bought nokia mobile model No.3110c on date 18 april 2008 from Authorised Dealer Alfa at Irla Vile Parle (W) bill no.58/18.04.08.i faced a problem last month Regarding on/off switch problem.i had to go nokia service centre at J.P.Road Andheri (W), meet to Mr.Ilyas but it is with great agony he told me i take a charge for Repair.why u coming with defected peices.i feel Mr.Ilyas doesn't know how to speak with valued customer.Dear Sir what's the Meaning of warrenty period.

                                        5610d-1 — recurring software problem

                                        i had bought this mobile worth 12000 rupees based on my pleasent usage experience with a cheaper mobile of your company. i had purchased this set in april 2008.. after around a week o[censored]sage this problem of the phone shutting down immediately after switching on started. i gave it in "nokia care" and after around a month the set was replaced. now the same problem has recurred and i am again going through the same thing. this only implies a basic design fault in the phone for which i have to suffer, as im left without a phone for days together and also i lose all the data stored in the phone. this has led to a loss of faith in your brand. i request that my phone be replaced with another model in the same price range at the earliest.
