I submitted my mobile on 15 september 2018 (Complaint no : 566275) for battery and volume button issue. Its now 17 days still not get. I called customer care 5-6 time every one is giving same answer "you have to wait". Senior also not taking call. If you are not able to deliver parts on time then why you guys open service center and customer care.
3rd class service provided by service center and customer care. I will not buy any nokia mobile

    So Nokia and Flipkart,

    Iam writing this to you people so that you both understand a customers frustration after paying for a faulty component you have sold me in so called “Flash Sale”

    First of all I’ll give you the details:

    So I have bought Nokia 6.1 plus through a flash sale on 13/9/2018. And I have recieved the device on 15th of September. And the device was ok when I have recieved it externally and it got turned on perfectly. And after 9 time the device got turned off automatically and never came back to life after that. Even the device doesn’t turn back on after charging for several hours. So I first contacted flipkart and they have told me that I have cald them after 10 days so they are not responsible for the issue after 10 days, practically they never cared after the product is sold!. So my next only option is to contact Nokia customer care, I contacted them and they told me something and I have tried it but no use so they asked me to bring the device to a nearby service Centre. So I brought the device to a Nokia authorized service Centre in Bangalore and they have not asked me anything they took my device and gave me a job sheet and told me that they will contact me before 7:30pm today. But in half an hour time I recieved a call from the service Centre and told me that the device has some liquid damage which is totally unacceptable. But I went back and they showed me something inside the device which they call it as a liquid damage and also told me that it will not cover under warranty! Great . So when I gave my device to them the representative recieved my device in a perfect condition and even the protective film around the device was removed by her, I think she can testify it. So Nokia and Flipkart tell me why the hell should I pay for something which I haven’t even aware of . Either Flipkart or Nokia have sold me a faulty device with a liquid damage on it and you people are framing the customers for the mistake. I have found several users with liquid damage as the issue so this is premeditated and you people are responsible for the issue not me. This is the first time I’m receiving a faulty component from Flipkart and Nokia this is unaaceptable that a reputed companies comeback to market is through cheap strategy and faulty devices . I regret buying device ma from HMDGLOBAL . And Iam not willing to pay for the faulty repairs so I demand a new device or my money back or you should pay for the services.

    If you could prove that I have done the liquid damage to the device I’ll be happy to pay for it but the device is barely used and I have not exposed the device to any liquid. So tell me what should I do ? And what guarantee you both giant companies can provide me that you have not sold a component with liquid damage in it ?

      Dear team,

      Hai this is Rajababu from bhimavaram working as a HARDWARE ENGINEER @ Sony logged a call on 4-9-2018 at vijayawada with job no[protected]/180904/014 for my NOKIA 1 mobile. they checked the mobile and confirmed the motherboard and ordered. after completion of one month also my mobile is not repaired they are saying that the mother board is not yet received. this all i came to know today after visiting the service center. my warranty is gone for one month loss who is gonna give back that, these service people dint even intimated about the delay of the part and they are saying that the call is still open sir we will be waiting for part for the next 10 days. If this is the service u people u gonna give i advice to my all well known people not to buy NOKIA.

      please reply as soon as possible i will be visiting the BIG C mobile store to intimate the same to them because i purchased the mobile over there.

On 16th sep 2018 but today oct 1st. Still their side no calls and while i called they are not responding my calls. Plz help me on this. Myno.[protected].         Till not resolved. Still they are not delivered my mobile.

        Order placed on september 1st. nokia 6.1 plus. cancelled the order on sptember 8th. still no status of refund. order number is 27963.
        order placed to bangalore. if problem doesnt solve today im sure i will take legal actions against u and ur fraud company

          I booked my phone on 27-08-18 on www.nokia.com. After booking it mentioned the expected dispatch date as[protected] and was expected to be delivered within 3-4 days.
          On 5-9-2018, I called the logistics partner 'Delhivery' to track my shipment. I got a response telling that they have not received any mail regarding the shipment nor about the pickup.
          I called the Nokia customer care and got to know that the shipment is stuck due to technical issue. I called them everyday but the issue remained unsolved.
          After losing hope of getting my shipment, I started processing for cancellation. I tried but after several attempts on[protected], the Nokia customer care raised the ticket for cancellation but didn't provide any ticket number.
          Now recently the Nokia customer care executive Mr. Shrijit and Lokesh informed me about sending bank tracking details for credited my shipment amount in my account.
          There is no reply or message from the team till now
          Please help me as I am 16000 down and I haven't even received the shipment. It has been almost a month dealing with this situation and nothing is moving forward.

            I was the biggest fan of nokia. But now i am very disappointed with my mobile. I can't install very simple apps like uc browser. Error occurs repeatedly while updating my mobile.               Bought nokia 3 on july month beginning for my father. No issues in beginning stages. After oreo update. Charge draining problem arrived. With nokia support chat, uninstalled all 3rd party apps, and did factory reset in that device, but still. After charging 💯 percentage. Leaving mobile for 3 hours without usage. Charge is getting reduced to 75percent.
              Please resolve this issue get me idea to go back back to old os.
              Need new update in os were charge draining problem will not be there

                I was booked a nokia 6.1 plus on 20th sept 2018 at 12.15 pm and on the same day i tried to cancel the order within 4 hrs after booking, but on nokia web page i found "cancel order" button was disabled and i could not able to cancel the order on web page. So i called customer support for cancellation on same time within 4 hrs after booking. They have taken my complaint and given a ticket number 551465. Whenever i call to customer support i got the feedback that order is in cancellation list and i will get the confirmation within 24 hrs. Every day i call to support and end up with same feedback. These 24 hrs are still not finished?
                Today is 8th day and same feedback from customer care.

                This is the worst experience with nokia and so called hmd global.
                I am expecting some feedback on my order on mail or on phone which is not getting from nokia/hmdglobal.

                Kindly look into the matter seriously..

                  Nokia dont have customer empathy at all. I thought if i ordered it from offical store then i would gt a quality checked product from nokia directly but i got defective unit and they made me to travl 30 km to validate my concern evn after providing them a visul proof on same day delivery that too after 6 days when i called them for an update they told me to get this done from service center that too under 10 days return policies. After all this drama they approved my return request but now after revese pick up they dont hav clue where the product is... Everyday they are tellin me we are codinatin now they hav launced nokia 5.1+ they would provide me rpalcmnt next year it seems whn noki6.1+ got outdated. Nokia usig there brand heritage to boil egg on cutomer head. They think we all customer are fraud but they are actually doin fraudlent activities

                    I purchased nokia 6.1 plus phone through nokia offical site and i recieved it 31aug... Next day heating problem generated.. Maine return request dala but koi reply ni aya... Jst long process k baad 25aug ko mera pickup hua and they said ki refund policy ni h replace hoga.. Jabki site m mention hai ki 10 days return policy... What is this??? Kuch bhi likhte h well i want to my refund... Another is that they dont change my shipping address they said y policy bhi ni h... Please collect my complaint immediate and resovle it please...

                      My Nokia mobile phone stopped working with in 3 months of purchase. The nokia customer care people took my complaint and said that they will replace with in 48 hours. But its been 22 days since I raised the complaint. I dint get the phone.I called 6 times the customer care. They are still saying to wait evwn furrher without giving any solution. I am asking them to connect to their supervisors. They are saying its not posible. I also asked to let me know the status. They are saying we are escallating the issue. This is the samething happening from 22 days. I visited the nokia customer sevice cente. They said that the nokia basic phones cannot be servicef. They will only be replaced. Even they are not helping mevsolving the issue

                            New purchase handset speaker not working, after recognize this problem I visited to respected shop where from I purchase the mobile but they can't do anything and suggested to me to visit nearby Service Center. When I visited to nearby service center those service center was closed. After two days I again visited to service center and register my complaint about my handset, but they told me to register my complaint to NOKIA customer care, so I call NOKIA service center but they told me, your replacement time period is laps so we can't replace your mobile. But what is our fault this time period is not mention in any where and service center was also closed for days i.e. 17th September & 18th September. So what should I do. I am not response for all about. There for I complaint to Consumer Forum for these mentally harassment from NOKIA Customer Care. My Complaint No. is 930538 in Consumer Forum.

                              We need a update regarding this freezing screen issue
                              This issue arises from many months from the june month
                              This makes worst experiencing phone
                              We spent 26k which is not a less money
                              So if you are not responding regarding this we won't support you to suggest other to buy this hmd global phones

                                Sir, i took the nokia 6.1 handset in june 2018, which has imei no-[protected]. Two months after the charging problem began. After that i visited the nokia service center and there i was given the phone to change the data cable and i came back. My phone was not checked there. After that i went to the nokia service center again, my phone was submitted and after 15 days my mobile was given to me and it was said that your phone is now completely cured. I came back with a call. After that, the charging problem in my mobile was just fine. After that i went back to nokia care then there i was told that i had checked your phone and then how can i get a problem again and i was returned from there. Then i got complaint in the consumer forum and i have been told that you should mail to the nokia company and enter your problem in it and also enter your consumer complaint number.

                                So you request that my problem be eliminated as soon as possible and that my mobile can be completely fixed or replaced by new ones.

                                  I want to complain to the company regarding their worst model nokia6. It has been only 10 months since i have brought the new phone from online as it was the new launch so it was only available online. It hangs numerous times in a day. It has a worst battery backup as one can ever thought.. The full charged battery just lasts for about 7 hours. Not only this it takes more then 3 hours to fully charge the battery. The third problem in ths set is there is a line flickering on the display. And the most annoying problem is the temperature of the handset rises to 47℃ celsius. It gets heated to unbearable temperature. Which is very dangerous as it spreads highly toxic rays. Which harms the individual. So i want the company to just exchange the handset. Otherwise i will be going to the consumer court.

                                    Hi team,

                                    My phone imei number [protected] was picked on 05th september for replacement due to issue with battery and display. But after 17 days, still no replacement done yet.

                                    I called the customer care and they also not sure when the phone will be replaced and delivered. Not sure why if its a replacement of phone, its taking so much time.

                                    Due to this issue, i have to use a inefficient phone for last 17 days.

                                    Please look into this and get my phone replaced as soon as possible.
