I would like to press a compliant regarding your nokia care at guntur. I purchased a nokia 5 on 03.12.2017, now 2 days my nokia 5 touch not working properly. I was going to care, there is no technician available to receive the phone for repairing.

Suggestion: if you release cell phone you satisfy to consumer with best service.

    I received damaged nokia 6.1 plus from company (Directly ordered with nokia). Phone is physically damaged from front side (Top and bottom) and complain raised to nokia within 24 hours of receiving the mobile. For information sim is also not inserted in phone and plastic on phone is still not received,

    Images of damaged phone shared already. Yet to hear back from nokia on when can i get the refund or brand new phone replacement (Same specification).

      I bought the new nokia 6.1+ and it is said that, it have the gorilla glass protection for it. Within one month, it fell on my shoes and the whole display is broken. I am surprised that, the mobile dint even fall on the ground or any rough surface for the display to crack into pieces.

      Really disappointed with the quality of the display and the "gorilla glass"..

      It will cost me around 9k to repair this.. Terrible.

        I gave my mobile on 01/10/2018 at your authorised Nokia service centre in Rudrapur but I have not found my mobile yet. On daily ask, the answer is that the parts are not available right now. Want to know how much time it takes to get the parts available or it is the carelessness of the service centre.

        So please suggest me.

          I got the new Nokia 7 plus on 22nd May and was under a very good impression, until there was a headphone port issue and later the port stopped working, I spoke to customer support through chat, Nokia provides a support app for chatting... and the guy was so terrible he did not even ask me my issue properly and asked me to go to a nokia service center but because I was very busy I couldn't go as I was under the impression that I have a year warranty but today on 9th October I came to the service center and now they without even checking the phone properly are saying that it's something I have done something has went inside and thats why it will not be fixed under warranty, pathetic thing the executive at the desk said was...sir if you had come a bit earlier we could have done something but now I we can't fix it under warranty. What does that even mean ?? Bringing it earlier and being is after doesn't Change the solution...and I have looked over forums and many other Nokia 7 plus users are facing the same problem they should know about this already I am very disappointed...I thought nokia has made a come back finally..but the customer support is not even able to tell me the price they would charge me to fix this.

          I had cancelled order on Nokia official site and I have not received my refund it's been more than seven days.I have to make other payments too it seems like Nokia is not going to return my money.
          Dear team I purchased nokia 3310 from dubai activation date of 22/11/2017 now cannot on i want replacement when phone in warranty and brand same then why you are not accepted replacement

            It has been 40 days still the hand set has not retured every they say software problem, hardware problem, latest battry problem, othen then this i think their no any other parts inside the mobile,

              I had purchased nokia n8 cell phone from croma juhu at mumbai on 3rd september 2018. Nokia 8 was adviced by croma sales team.

              After 15 days itself i. E. On 18th september night, suddenly the phone stopped working. There was no display to be seen. Even the alarm that i had set up could not be stopped. It was a nightmare time at me. When i approached croma they referred me to nokia service center located at andheri east.

              Nokia service centre team asked us for around 10 to 12 days to repair the phone. Since then i am chasing croma team as well nokia service centre but unable to get any responsible answer from them. Nokia service centre is saying that the parts are not available and croma team is saying that nokia sales team is not responding.

              I had purchased nokia handset only relying upon the credibility of nokia team as in past we have all used nokia handsets but feel very sorry on being cheated by such a reputed company.

              Nether the croma team nor the nokia service centre team is being responsible in this manner.

              I am sure that when the parts are not available than how would the phone work thereafter.

              I am forced to go to consumer court in this matter.

              On 2 nd october i booked nokia 6.1 plus phone on nokia wedsite but still till now there is no news from the nokia service as i track the ordered iteam it still shows nothing on tracking status i called up like 4 times till now and customer care is not picking the phone.what to do help me out plz!!!

                Dear sir,

                I have purchased nokia 3310, on amazon in the month of feb2018. The phone had multiple issues since july2018 and now the phone is dead. I called the nokia customer care[protected] on 10thjuly2018, they said they would pickup of the device but till date the device is not collected. When ever i call them they have a standard statement that they will arrange the pickup of the device which is totally false. When i ask them to transfer the call to supervisor or next level manager they kept me on hold for 45mins and 55mins and disconnect the call, when i question them why is it taking that long they say their supervisors are busy on other calls. I finally reached to their busy supervisor over the call, he said he would he said he would arrange the pick up of the device in 3days which never happend as usual, the device is not picked up till date, to look at the genunity of this complaint the call is recorded under the ticket no. 517925, the agents talk to the me very sarcastically repeating the same sentence again and again frustrating the customer, i found the information the company that is supporting nokia call centre is gmd global.

                Firstly i don't understand why a company like nokia does not have a service centre for featured phones, secondly, does the call center that they have appointed follow standard proceedures norms laid by the government to help the consumers, many question should be addressed by nokia for such failure in their service delivery system.

                  Ur product nokia 6.1 plus is a cheap product due to keeping up in pocket the touch got cracked and heated the phone and the service centre is directly saying to change the display and touch worth rs 8000 so bad performance unsatisfied with ur product i've purchased the phone on 6th september and this issues are coming so why can i buy this phone if it was not safety...

                    As i bought it 1 month ago its hanging badly and its not working. It doesnt let me use the applications or call someone. Its totally defected and costumer care is not picking any type of call or all the numbers are filled wrong. Phone is totally defected it hangs on every moment whenever i use anything. Please exchange my phone with the good one or refund my money

                      Hello this shravan i purchased nokia 3310 at as rao nagar hyderabad on[protected] i have problem with my mobile i want my betteery to replaced but the dealer is being rude and saying no warranty for battery but as per guide i have 6 months warranty for my battery pls do needful n i will lodge a complaint in consumer for being rude to me.                         Hello. I placed an order on nokia official website for nokia 6.1plus on 1 at october 2018.. Which i received my phone todayi. E on 5th october 2018. After i unboxed and switched it on i came to know that back glass cover is not even fitting properly, glue is coming out.. And phone is getting heated up. Tried callling and mailing them.. But it was of no use, there is no repsond from nokia.. I want my money back asap and please ur deivce back..

                          Hai, Am using Nokia 5. On 04/10/2018 mobile got damaged due to rain. The problem exactly appeared was, in boot loader, mobile was restarting again and again. After several time it shutdown. I putted in charge and again it starts to come as same. I searched in online a customer had dropped same problem in Nokia 6. I will attach the photocopy of that customer complaint. So today I gone to Nokia Mobile Care in R.S.Puram, Coimbatore. They opened my mobile cleaned and it starts working. Later they told your charge plot won't work because board got damaged. You need to change for 1900+300 for service. I told don't need. After 5 minutes they replied if not means you need to pay 900 for service. i told OK, then again they replied that let we change MC and see if it works means pay 1600. I told OK and they gave changing. Finally, the complaint is Service is too costly, not saying true cost, Unsatisfied service. Because after finishing they scratched my front panel inside and camera is in blur. I will attach photocopy. I request to take several steps to the shop and do favor of customers.

                            I have odered nokia 6.1 pluse in nokia official website on 28/09/2018. The amount from my bank was deducteded and i didnt get any type order conformation message. I got the transaction id no which is[protected]

                              Please note that i had complained about my nokia 6.1 plus long back, they accepted and have collected my mobile on 20/09/18. It has been delivered to the seller on 27th sept 2018. But till now i have not received any refunds. I want that they should refund as soon as possible. When i try to call the helpline numbers of nokia, they always say that you wait more.

                                I bought phone online through nokia portal. While following up with their customer care they keep disconnecting my chat conversation without consent. When i tried to reach out to phone support they were not ready to get any management person on call.

                                This is absolutely not acceptable and i like to have my order cancelled. But it seems they dont care anymore

                                  I have been facing several issue since day 1, it hangs a lot, my front facing camera has a black spot, without any damage as service centre guys have checked it, it goes away sometimes and again comes back.. This phone is extraordinarily slow, i am really fed up with this phone but no help received... Once i have submitted it in the service centre after backing up my data and they dont even provide any handset to use for that while and this is the reason i am unable to visit them again and again as it is a really big hassle to submit your phone multiple times and backing up your data... Either fix this handset or replace it.. This is the poorest investment i did

                                    I dont know why this kind of fraud happens
                                    I have orderd 5.1 plus and i got nokia c... Phone and completely packed by the delhivary
                                    And the box seal is tempor
                                    And i was shocked when i see this phone inside the box

                                    I got nokia c5_03 in the box of nokia 5.1 plus which i ordered earliar and i got product yesterday and the seal of box is tampered and the packing of box is in good condition but the box is in tamperd and pasted. Again and the phone is very old and used .
                                    Please take action against this as soon as possible

                                      As i received mobile on 30 september 2018
                                      Nokia 6.1 plus blue color.. As i found several issues in mobile... Camera quality is not good..
                                      Speaker issue : when i playing songs getting disturbance sounds in the mobile
                                      Battery backup is not there... When i see a movie, battery back up is reducing fastly...

                                      Most important problem is display...
                                      I kept my mobile aside at after noon date 1 october 2018 time 12.30pm
                                      I found a black screen on display at two place's
                                      1. At top right side corner
                                      2. Left middle of mobile..

                                      As i discussing with nokia care
                                      They are saying simply no return will accepted...
                                      Just go to local service center and clear your problem...
                                      Above conversation done through email...
                                      Customer care number is not responding, i am trying from 2 days onwards : every time saying all lines are busy..

                                      Again I got another problem ... See the screen shot it should be having black spots on left side of middle of mobile
                                      2. On top right corner, battery & tower signal not showing

                                      Main problem is I am trying to calling Nokia customer care. Not able to connect to your service..

                                      Battery is getting draining very fastly

                                        As i purchase nokia6.1 on 31st august, and found that the handset is heated upto 50 degree which is not acceptable then on the next day a submit a return request as 1st september'2018. While troubling more than a month they finally arranged a reverse pickup then now they didn't return my product they only replace it and what if i do if my handset occur same problem and they also deny to change my shipping address as i am not in my town, a request him several times but they didn't, which is not acceptable for me, it is a type of harassment, we didn't expect it from such a trustworthy brand.
