Hello Nokia, I ordered Nokia 6.1 Plus from Flipkart and i got defective product from Flipkart. I file exchange request but the flipkart take time for that and today is the 3rd day of file the complaint but there is no proper response by the flipkart. I am an student and the 16, 000/- is big amount for me and i have only one cell phone which is defective so I packed it with original accessories and waiting for flipkart process but i guess they cant provide me any solution. Thats why i am filing my complaint here. Please help me out the 16, 000/- was my 9 months savings please save my money. Thank You

    I m a very old customer of nokia brand n this is my 10 nokia phone i bought my nokia 6.1 phone from last month n i need to return it back because i m truly fed-up by the performance of my phone... It is consistently hang n i m not at all use it properly n m very much disappointed by this... Pls suggest me what can i do??? I strongly saying that i m not comfortable by this product performance... Pls do the needful asap.

      I have a nokia 6 purchasing last year now on 04 october 2018 it complete 1 year now problem is screen fade no any breakage, no any water problem. I go in faridabad nokia service centre but he said we cant repair you give 4800 then i only repair he said clearly i cnt repair this in guarantee.
      Please help me i cnt afford this

        Sir,
        My apathy of nokia 6 reveal the number of times i visited your customer centre at appasons in kannur 670001.

        1... Misplaced the delivery note.
        2... Job #[protected]/171226/006 dt. 26-12-17
        3.. Job #... Do.../180228/010 dt. 28-02-17
        4.. Job #... Do.../180906/001 dt.06-09-18

        Visited four times to your service centre, first it was complete black out, second it was display flickering, third again display flickering and the recent fourth totally dead.

        Moreover the charging of battery takes whopping 3+ hours.

        Fed up with unit, could you please help in replace the same or get back the money.

          Its battery takes too much to charge and battery drainage is very fast after using 8 months i replace the battery but
          Still problem is remain same. From the begining i'm facing this problem worst quality didn't expected from nokia and very poor service also provided by service centers i gave my mobile to replace the battery they guys returned mobile after so many follow ups in 15days

            I have brought nokia 6.1 plus in the first sale of flipkart (30th aug) and got delivered on 1st sept, but yesterday (On 16th sept) my phone's display suddenly got dimmed and everything was dull... Display became irresponsive. I contacted nearest service centre and they said since this mobile is new in the market so they dont have the display to replace. What should i do? Can anybody here help me?

              I have ordered a nokia 6.1 plus on aug 30th and while delivery i refused to accept (Sep 2nd) and returned since i had some money issues. The product also reached the seller on sep 13th and till now did not got my refund on credit card.

              My order no: 25559

              Contacted the customer care for 10 to 15 times but just saying it will be resolved within 24 hours. But nothing happemed.. Resolve as soon as possible

                  I have already registered the following complaint on https://www.nokia.com, on 11th sept 2018. But until now no any action is taken.

                  Sir/madam,

                  First of all, i want to thank you for providing such a nice mobile phone in the past. I still possess a nokia n8 and i am highly satisfied with the same. Then i waited long for your android phone but then i had to purchase moto g3 in february 2016 as there was no android mobile from nokia by that time. Now only my moto g3 has got a little issue of fast discharging. And i heard a lot about nokia 6.1 plus. I purchased it as i was already a fan of nokia.

                  But, believe me, it's speaker quality is very poor; and as suggested by you (I raised a return request on nokia.com in less than 24 hours on 11th sept 2018 and in response, i was suggested to follow some instructions), i tried to do all the steps but there is no change. Then i searched for some videos on youtube and found that almost every person is talking negatively about its speaker and battery.

                  You know, that i have reported in less than 24 hours that its speaker and battery both are not good, especially the speaker's volume is very low during calls, i have tried calling in speaker mode as well as in normal mode; in both the cases, the sound quality is simply intolerable. I can't use the phone except inside the house where i prefer to use the landline. See, i have purchased it because of my past faith that nokia phone must be good and in case of any problems they have mentioned to take it back.

                  One more thing, do you think that you have earned from me whatever you could for my whole life; now you don't want that i should ever think of nokia. See i teach people from all walks of life right from school students to ias, ips officers, lawyers, engineers, doctors, managers (I have attached a photograph of my class). Don't you think that it will be quite harmful for your organization if you simply don't take your mobile back and give the refunds? I have purchased hundreds of items from amazon, but have never faced a single time any such problem that i had to write such a letter to them for creating returns. That's why they grow; don't you believe that one customer lost may be a loss of many hundreds. If i circulate one whatsapp message to all my students about the same, can you imagine what may be the impact?

                  See i am a busy person, i can't visit your service center (As suggested by your team). Simply take the phone back and give refunds.

                  With the latest Android 8.0 software update my Nokia8 battery is draining heavily with no usage. Earlier it used to drain around 2% in standby for 8hrs, now its draining 20% in standby. In normal usage mode its very pathetic, I had keep it charged ON. Please give the fiz for this ASAP.

                    Dear sir/madam,

                    My son in law gave me a nokia 3 mobile last year. He purchased it at uae. It was functioning well for the past 11 months. Then a problem started. Even a 100% charged battery at night becomes zero percent in the early morning.

                    I met the service center at madurai, tamilnadu, india.

                    They said that nokia -3 does not support version 8 and asked me to bring the mobile after having a back up of all contacts.. When i gave the mobile after backing up the contacts, the service people said that to change the version to 7 a sum of rs. 470 would be charged i argued that the fault is not mine and if the version is not supported by nokia 3 then that is the manufacturer's defect which must be solved by the manufacturer without collecting the charge.

                    Then they said that the mobile was purchased at uae and in india to attend manufacturer's fault i have to pay money. I think that nolkia is a mnc and for any problem of the products manufactured by them at any place in the world mus be solved by them only. And they started to say that the mobile was purchased on 5-9-2017 and it was brought to them on 6-9-2018. So warranty period expired and labour charges must be given. I told them if version supporting by an instrument fails that is not the fault of the customer and it is the fault of the manufacturer. But they compulsorily charged rs. 470/- from me to change the version from 8 to version 7.1.1.

                    Is charging for the manufacturers defect is correct? I request a favourable reply from you. They also said that the warranty will not be applicable in india for an instrument purchased at uae and moreover the warranty period is over. I have brought the problem to their knowledge well before the expiry of warranty but i have given the instrument for service on expiry of warranty.

                    Once again i told them that non supporting of a version does not come under warranty.

                    I request you to kindly take proper action and to refund the labour charges collected from me.

                      I brought nokia 5 in september last year but from the last two months my phone start heating up by which my phones battery drains very fast yesterday i went to one of your service centre for the problem as my phone is still in the warranty. They told me the phone is water logged and does not stand in warranty i explained them may be this is due to moisture as my phone heats up which may cause moisture but they refuse my sayings and told me to come on monday after they discuss the matter with the company

                        Have bought nokia 5.1 in sep 10 2018 and there is a problem of phone hanging too much. I am totally fed up with this mobile. Battery discharging to early and play store handing to much. All the time system uai stops working. Even my old grand galaxy grand is working better than this. Kindly suggest me what to do. I have purchased this mobile on the name of nokia and totally cheated by this company. Worst phone ever... They r not replacing phone as per there 14 days replacement policy. Akriti manager of mehta watch company dehradun care centre says that this is general thing. Hahaha.. Please don't buy nokia if the service manger is saying these words.

                              I have pre-ordered nokia 6.1 plus on 3rd september and i received the product on 10th september. After checking the product i have identified the damage in the product and requested the return on the same day. It's been almost 5 days no response from them. Also whenever i called or email them, only one answer they will write back to me like below.

                              "dear uttam,

                              We value the importance of your concern and regret the inconvenience caused to you.

                              In response to your concern regarding nokia 6.1 plus, we would like to inform you that your concern has been already forwarded to our relevant department and they are working on your complain. As soon as they get any update for your device they shall get back to you soon. Further, we apologize for the inconvenience and also appreciate your patience and cooperation.

                              Same story they are telling from past 5 days. I have paid money and am not using my mobile at all.

So that you can skip the date when you are updating. Because i had given complaint on September 14th and now today is 18th. I need a new mobile and take this mobile back. Else it will be really not good and i need to go further as you guys know.

                                I had placed an online pre-order for two Nokia 6.1 Plus on August 28, 2018 the delivery for which would start on August 31.
                                After a week, I noticed in one of the Nokia Community forum that Nokia had started delivery to orders that were placed after August 28, 2018. That is when I started contacting them to get a firm date on the delivery. The customer service have refused to provide me a firm response. All they say is that it will be delivered when it is available. I have asked them to refund my money if they cant provide an assurance which has also been refused.
                                My order number is 22840 and the date of purchase is 28th August 2018. All I want now is my money to be refunded.

                                  I have ordered nokia 6.1 plus mobile phone on nokia official website and i cancelled the order on the same day (28-aug-2018), till now the amount has not been refunded to my credit card.

                                  Order ID is also not received yet but payment EMI deducted from my SBI Credit Card.

                                  The toll free number for customer contact is not working out

                                  Raised complaint many times. I am keep on dialing the customer care team, they are responding the same story everyday.

                                  Mail Support and the chat also not responding properly,

                                  Totally their ecommerce service is very worst. I struggling whether they refund the money or not.

                                    I purchased a nokia 6.1 plus on 28th august 2018 that was delivered to me on 3rd september 2018. There was some issue with handset one is non working of finger print sensor and second is too much heating in handset. I mailed to nokia support regarding this and they suggest me to do some steps to check issue. I checked them but issue remained same after steps then i reply them but after that i didnt receive any reply on mail so i called on toll free number [protected] and describe them my issue. Team suggest me to go to nearby service center and get the device checked by service center executive. I did the same on 8th september 2018 and he also verify with customer support [protected] that the issue persisting even after software update at service center by nokia team and device needs to be replaced. Nokia support team gave me complaint number 518050 and assured me that in 24 hours your handset will be picked up and you will get a new device. Its 5 days now and no one support me regarding this issue.

                                      I have nokia 8.1.0 version i brought this product 9 months ago in the starting day on words i am facing issue with this product, while charging my phone is getting heat and hanging so i was visited to dealer and given my phone for service and i was mansion this issue so they returned my mobile after 1week and they did some work as well and after that they informed me there is some water but i didn't use my mobile for 1week as well after that i was changed my city and i left that mobile like that only so recently i visited to any other dealers and he's informed me some is changed parts or else it's manfucurting defect so what can i do i speded 12, 000 on this product and i didn't use this product for 1 month also people are tursting on this product and purchasing but i am feeling that they are cheated me i want replacement of my mobile other wise i i'll procced to consumer court

                                        I have nokia 2, having imei [protected] of jeevantosh kumar. Yesterday i receive my phone from nokia service center muzaffarpur (Bihar) after 20 days. It was working well at that time but after 2hrs same problem started. (1) no network in mobile. (2) mobile automatically get off. Sir it was my 4th complain. I am very disappointed from services of nokia care.
