I bought a Nokia 5 mobile phone on 27th April 2018 from M/S Bhajanlals, Shillong. After 2 months the set developed some problem as it was not displaying anything. I took the set to M/S Bhajanlal's. They told me to Nokia service center. As advised I went to Nokia Service Center at Shillong & handed over the set to them. After more than 1 month my set was returned to me & when enquired they told me that they have changed the mother board. But to my astonishment I found that neither I can make any call from the mobile nor I any call can be received. So I took the mobile to M/s Bhajanlal's. They also tried several times but the problem remains. M/s Bhajanlal's advised me to leave the set with them & they will try to replace it. But they can not assure me when I will get back my set.
I do not understand why I am make to run here & there for the hard earned money I expended to get a mobile set. That also a Nokia Mobile which we know is a reputed organisation. My money is blocked for no fault of mine & how long it will be blocked nobody knows. This is really pathetic that I made to suffer without any fault of mine.
Can you please look into the matter & let me know when I will get my mobile. Otherwise can I get back my money?

    I have ordered nokia 6.1 plus mobile phone on nokia official website and i cancelled the order on the same day (28-aug-2018), till now the amount has not been refunded to my credit card.

    Order numbers: #22779 and #22761

    The toll free number for customer contact is not working out and the chat also not responding properly,

    Totally the payment gateway is very worst. I struggling whether they refund the money or not

    I have received the email stating that the refund has been processed with the refund reference number from payment- report@ payu.in
    Nokia India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    EMI [protected] phone switch off automatically even I do hard reset it not on. I already gone service centre but they makes excuses and update software instead of doing by saying mobile is good now.
    I HAVE VISITED SERVICE CENTRE ON 3rd AUGUST and 23rd AUGUST 2018

      I purchased a nokia 6.1 plus on 26/08/2018 and it was delivered to me on 4/09/2018 a defective handset. I. E. Microphone not working and want a replacement.
      Nokia customer care are not paying any attention to my problem, instead they keep saying reboot the device, factory data reset etc but nothing happens.
      So request them to replace the device as it was a pre-defect.

        Respected sir/madam,
        I am mr. Digambar bhiva kharat,
        Resided at padegaon farm,
        Taluka: phaltan, district : satara.
        I have bought 'nokia 6.1' from unique services (Mobile no [protected])
        At nira, taluka: purandar,
        District: pune on 24 this may 2018.
        From the beginning, this phone has incurred a lot of technical difficulties.
        Several times we have complained to 'unique services' about this technical issues. I can't use & enjoy my own phone due to this frequent technical faults.
        Pls do me a favour & take this issue in account. Sorry for inconvenience if any.

          I have made payment for the pre order of nokia 6.1 plus mobile phone but my order is not booked or being processed by the nokia india site. My payment transaction id is[protected] and order date is[protected]:01:57. Payment was done using payu for the mobile phone as mentioned above. Kindly book my order for the phone or return the entire money paid to account no - [protected].

          I got this phone on 3rd Sep 2018. This phone is amazing lookwise but takes a lot of time is charging.
          Voice is the main problem. You can't hear others voice properly and other person cannot listen to you properly.
          Customer support asks to make a Video or Photo of it. Do you think it is possible?

            For nokia1 jio give 2 more back cover but same thing when buy local store from "the cell story"address 261;rajdanga, nabapally kasba. kol-107.ph no [protected]/[protected], they are not give extra back cover.when say about it they also deny for it.i want to know actual fact about it.back cover available or not.pls responce.

                Hi team,

                I purchased nokia 7 plus from your official site on 9 may 2018. At that time, there was an offer going on your site that if you payed by icici credit card or debit card then you are eligible for 10% cash back. The cash back will be credited with 3 months and now it happened more than 4 months and am still chasing your customer support team. I filled multiple times case i'd for requesting cash back but didn't get any satisfactory resolution. My latest case i'd is 495542 and it's was pending since 10 days but didn't get any response. Today they told me that you are not eligible for cash back because payu team didn't capture code at transaction time.

                Order no - 6848

                Your support team disconnect my call and didn't listen to me. I fed up from your team for chasing my issue.

                Who is responsible for this and what is my fault for not getting cash back.

                  My newly bought nokia 7 plus handset got me in trouble. I put it to charging and in morning i found that its power and volume keys stopped working and sometimes they work and sometimes they dont. That is y my phone went in safe mode automatically. I went to nearest nokia care center in mhapsa, goa. I sat there for 4 hours they opened phone and told that they will replace those keys which needed to be ordered. They said i will get back that phone in a week. Now that i call them every day they say that keys havent been delivered yet. It has been almost two weeks and they say we will call u when we do it. Few things-
                  1) there job sheet is joke, no nokia sign on it and it looks suspicious.
                  2) apparently they offer service to lenovo and oppo and other devices too, i saw that while i was there. May be which is why they are
                  Delaying over nokia users service.
                  3) they dont give reliable answers to customers.
                  4) they are doing some sort of buisiness with other mobiles shopkeepers too, which i saw.'

                  This care service in goa is a shame for nokia. Worst service.

                      I purchase nokia 6 after few days i have facing very bad kind of problems in your phone this is my hard working money and i totally waist of my whole money in your phone 1st problems is charging problem, and hanging problem i was going to the service center again &again but they are not fixing my problems so i beg you please i want replace from your side other wise i will sue your company.

                        I had book nokia 6.1 plus black on 4th sep.
                        Order id : 30104
                        Every day i am calling to customer care but they don't bother about my problem.
                        They already committed your phone will be shipment on 6th of sep. But today 7th is over now.

                        As discussed mr devesh from customer support he is not giving phone to even senior manager as he telling like senior team is not available.

                        If your not commited to the customer then what is doing senior's

                        Is this the giving service from nokia?

                        Please do asap for deliver my phone.

                          I have ordered nokia 6.1 plus from nokia.com on 31 august 2018, i was login in with my facebook account ie: [protected]@gmail.com. Payment was successfully debited from my bank account ie: jammu and kashmir bank but my order was not placed. When i contact to nokia support they say that they cant find my order. If the order was not placed then i should get the refund for the payment i made ie rs.15999 but i still didn't get any refund. I again try to contact the nokia support but they didn't reply to my email. I can also provide my bank account statement if needed. My contact number is [protected]

                            I ordered the product from nokia.com/phones on 6th september 2018. I wanted to cancel the product on 7th september 2018. But there is no cancellation option on the website nor the customer care are helping me to cancel the product. I have done a online payment. So, they are not refunding the product amount. I'm helpless right now no call back from there side. It's even written on there seller policy before getting shipped of the product i can cancel/make changes to my order

                              Hello,
                              I am big fan of nokia since starting. Great chears to nokia! I have recently purchased my nokia s5 on 19th feb on my mom's birthday. I got the first complaint of touch issue on 21st aug still my phone is in under warranty but they charged 1250 to replace the parts.
                              Still the issue is not resolved and they refuse to repairs it again.
                              Please do help and guide me what to do.

                                I have ordered Nokia 6.1 Plus on 1st Sep, 2018 and my Order Number is 27312. I have spoken to Nokia Customer Care twice, on 4th and 6th Sep, asking for update. Both the times i got update that with 24hrs i will get AWS tracking details i.e., Delivery tracking number. But no use, i had to call to them and dropped multiple mails asking for details but of no use.

                                Can you let me know, how can i file a case for the above.

                                    Iv'e placed an nokia 6.1 plus order from Nokia shop website on 1st september with my credit card, i have received payment conformation and order number to my mail. And after placing the order from nokia shop website, they displayed a message that ill receive my shipment and delivery conformation to my mail and via sms on 6th september i.e today. I did not receive any conformation or message regarding shipment even though i contacted there customer support, nokia india twitter and facebook, but i did not receive any satisfactory reply regarding delivery of my product . As per there rule they should start shipment today and send information to me.

                                      Sir, i bought nokia 6, after a few days (10) of buying this, it started showing problem, its speaker not working somehow it resolved by nokia care which is the worst care of india, nokia care services so poor, i recently facing a problem that is my phone’s 3 button, these are back key, middle touch and clear key not working and our nokia care mechanic not resolving my problem, i daily go there and when not get solution then come back to home, it is happening last 20-25 day, but they are not resolving it, so what i do. I am so irritate and harrased by them, i want to go through court, is it right to go to court. Nokia care panchkula never have parts of phones they are making a fuss and also waisting the time of nokia and customers. So please improve your services. And at last nokia care is the worst care of india because they are harassing me. I am so angry that i can...? That care persons.

                                        I had ordered the new nokia 6.1 plus on the nokia site on the 01st of september 2018, but till today i have not got any updates on the order (Order no. 26829) or its dispatch dates. I am wondering what happened to my order and should i cancel the order or is my money gone down the drain. I have raised the issue with their support team, but that is pathetic as the company itself. They said they themselves are not sure about what happened to the order.

                                        Nokia you should be ashamed of launching a product like this and that too on your own web site. Shows poorly on your company.
