    My nokia 5 s switching off from the beginning of the purchase and now it started to give a problem that it only charges when it's is in switched off mode now i want to change or get ride of this issues please do something. If the issue didn't solve please get back my device and provide me new device. As my warrenty is still on line. And it's a manufacturing defect. It's nokia's responsibility to change and give it back a new device

      Madam/ dear sir,
      I had purchased a nokia 6 mobile on 3rd febraury, 2018 from the above mentioned store. Within 6 months of purchase, i have been continuously facing the following issues:
      1. Cannot make outgoing calls using sim-1, error message “mobile network not available” pops up.
      2. The phone gets switched off suddenly.
      3. Frequent application crashes.
      4. Phone hangs up.
      5. No incoming smss.
      Within 6 months of purchase, i have got 7-8 jobsheets in the nokia service centre located in 107, 1st floor, orchid plaza, near platform 1, duttapada road, off s. V. Road, borivali (West), mumbai – 400092. The service centre has tried the following ways to resolve the above issues:
      1. Reinstall the system oreo 8.0 twice
      2. Blocked the system updates.
      3. Degraded the system from oreo 8.0 to noughat and blocked the system updates.
      4. Reinstalled oreo 8.0
      5. Replaced the motherboard
      6. Reinstalled oreo 8.0
      All the above have failed to resolve the issues.
      I had put written requests to both nokia and the dealer (Vijay sales) for replacing the phone. However, till date, i have not got any satisfactory and positive reply.
      All these have resulted a lump sum amount of loss in my time, energy and patience. I hope my issue is serious enough to get a phone replacement. Kindly help me out in the same.

        I'm prabhat ghosh, sr manager of bank of baroda. I have purchased nokia 6.1 ds (4gb) [protected] from anandamela parcus road, gt road, purba barddhaman, wb 713101, service ph no [protected] bearing invoice no. Pr/gst/3252 dated 12.06.2018 of rs 18, 400/-. My mobile is not charging up so i have submitted mobile nearest service center at rajnandini telecom, gt road, muchi para, burdwan, wb 713101, m - [protected] on 11.08.18. And they assured me the set will be return within 7 to 10 days. But after elapse of 16 days they have given excuse parts is not available so they are unable to give back my set. My question is how many days it will take to repair my mobile. If you have some internal issues then kindly replace my mobile. I know nokia is one of the reputed brand name in india as well as global. So kindly considered me for replacing as im facing a lot of problem without mobile in office as well as my personal life.

          I bought nokia 8 on 14th oct 2017 from greatway trading co., chandigarh and one month ago its back camera started giving me problem as its back camera started vibrating and making photos blurred.
          Since it was under warranty, i took it to sector 22 customer care service center where they told me that they need to make the os update as it might be the case. After they did it, it was still not working and asked me to keep my phone with them so that they can investigate it and depending upon it will order the defected product from the distributor without any substitute phone provided to me. After 2 weeks also they told me that they will be updating me regarding the status of the product but there was never a single call from there side. All the efforts were made from my side only as all calls were made by me and i even visited them with no luck and i decided not to proceed with them after getting harassed by those guys. Even there customer representatives were worst and didn't know how to deal with customer.
          After that i took the phone to another service center i. E. Radha communications, phase-2, mohali on 17th august in a hope that they will help me out in this case. They investigated my phone and told me that its back camera needs to be replaced. They ruined my phone as they have removed the original pasting from the phone and gave me job sheet[protected]/180817/004 (Image attached) and its delivery date was on 22nd august 2018. There was no update from these guys as well. After calling them on 24th august, they told me that the camera is still under order and is not yet delivered. I told them i will be lodging a case against them in consumer court since they are harassing their customers. On 25th i again called them to get the update but there was no luck. He called me back and told me that there is nothing they can do as distributor is not sending the material and phone will get replaced. They told me to give the phone back to the retailer from where i originally bought it and asked them to replace it without giving me any written consent. I took the original bill along with device, box, charger and headphones to the retailer but they refused to replace it and told me that it is something needs to be done at customer center. Now i am very frustrated with this situation since they misguided me. My business has been affected since i was not having my phone with me and now after getting the phone from them the screen is also not fitted properly. I am attaching original bill, job sheet and picture of my device. I need immediate response on this otherwise i will be lodging the case against you and concerned people in consumer court.

          3% customer satisfaction rating shows their credibility towards their work. Good work NOKIA INDIA.. You are openly looting the customers.
          I had preordered nokia 6.1 plus from their site on 21 aug. But i never received any confirmation or order no. The PayU gateway have sent the transaction details but nokia customer support keeps replying that the complaint has been forwarded to relevant department every time i ask them. Very poor customer service.

              Dear,

              I have submitted my cellphone to nokia care center and now they guyz are not responding me over the call or direct visit.

              Submitted my cell on dated[protected] and they're asked me that time that issue will be resolve as under 5 days but now it's almost 10 days passed away and still they asking me to wait until the cellphone get repaired, they can't give me assurance for the same.

              I've visited there due to a hanging problem / a bit of water it consumed but cellphone is working very fine which i show them at that time and i don't know what they guyz did with it and asking for 2682+svc tax as a repairing charges + 180+svc tax service charges. I failed to understand that why they replaced the display if it's working fine only a small crack they showing me on display.

              However that's not a big issue but it has to be repaired within tat if i still ready to pay.

                  I had purchased Nokia 1 phone on 15/7/18 and within use of few weeks it got switched off. I took it to Nokia service center they said phone is already tampered and damage do not come within warranty. According to their technician phone has already been opened but in reality it was never opened before by anyone. I said give me in writing what you are saying but they denied. And they are asking 4500 rs for changing mother board . And the phone cost is 5000 rs.

                      I was go yesterday your service centre. My phone is in warranty and your service centre said that your phone is liquid damage but other service centre said that your phone is not liquid damage. It's a pasting of phone folder and the litmus paper purely showing white
                      But now the other service centre is saying that i am unable to make this phone in warranty because other service centre upload a liquid damage details

                        Dear concern,

                        I have logged a complaint against nokia 5 handset a few days earlier but still waiting for response. As i have given my handset to be repaired in your authorized service station named hi tech communication at faizabad before more than 20 days. He is telling that the parts of handset which have to change is not getting provided by company, he'll be able to repair set after getting availability of the parts. As i have said in my earlier complaint that there is manufacturing defect in set and it's touch start to works automatically and get ganged after it.

                        Please take it priority & resolve the issue.

                            I purchased nokia 7 plus just 3 months ago & in warranty as of now.

                            The charging cable heated up & color of charging connector changed due to excessive heating. I visited nokia service center & they just mention its liquid damage without any testing. Than asked me to pay rs 350 for checking. I contacted customer care of nokia & shared with them the service coupon & recording while i was in service center. But nokia customer care also did not take any action on same.

                            I am unable to attach my recorded conversation & service request due to limitation of size. Pls have a look on same & help me in this regard.

                              हैं मेने अपने मोबाइल को एक ही परेशानी के कारण 5 बार service सेंटर में दिया 2/07/2018 को देने पर मेरे मोबाइल को रिसेट कर के दे दिया गया 4 को जाने पर android ka 8.1.0 change कर के 8.0.0 डाल दिया फिर भी कुछ नही हु फिर मेरा मोबाइल6/07/2018 से 28 तक रखा गया और फिर मुझे मेरे मोबाइल वापस मिला फिर भी मेरा मोबाइल ठीक नही हु same problems 30/07/2018 ko मेने फिर से अपना मोबाइल दिया 30/07/2018 से 14/08/2018 तक मेरा मोबाइल रखा गया लेकिन मेरा मोबाइल अभी भी सही नही हो पाया हैं 16/08/2018 को मेने अपना मोबाइल फिर से दिया हैं कृपया इस लिया मुझे मेरा मोबाइल replies कर के दीजिये में अपना नया बिल भेज रहा हु।

                              I visited Mastermind service center for nokia6 touch panel replacement and deposited 1000 advance on 19.07.18
                              But still now I have not received touch panel for replacement. Please do needful as such type of service is frustrating me about Nokia.

                                I have been able to send a message to the 27th of july 27th service center that i have been able to send a message to my friend, i do not know what i have said or i have been able to send my phone to 31st august for more than a month's conversation. Nokia's phone number from nokia's nokia 6 phone is up to now, and nokia's phone number is nokia's phone number.

                                Maine apna phone 27th July ko service center me diya tha pr abhi tk wo log sirf date de rhe h kal aakr le jana, do din bad le jana or abhi unhone mujhe mail kiya h ki aapka phone 31st August ko milne ki sambhawna h sab dhokhade rhe h maine ab socha h kabhi bhi nokia ka phone ni lunga ab ak saal wait kr nokia 6 liya tha maine pr ab viswas toot gya Nokia compony se bilkul hi ghatiya phone h nokia ka.

                                  I have online purchased nokia 5 having imei no [protected] in feb'18. After 5 months i am facing trouble in its touch. A touch point appears on upper left side of the display and touch starts to work automatically and finally it get hanged. Its battery back up is too poor. I complaint 2 times in local customer care hi tech communication at faizabad but they can't resolve the errors. Right now my mobile set is at above mentioned service center since 2nd aug'18. They asked me to recieve my set after 14 days. Today when i went to service center to recieve my mobile set they told that, they earlier ordered some parts required for this set, but they can't recieved yet so they can't repaired the set. They again asked me to come after a week.
                                  I have trusted on the brand and purchased mobile set but i think that this set having some manufacturing fault which appear a few month later after sales.
                                  Henceforth i'll request that either replace my set or ensure full repairing in a hi tech lab as soon as possible.

                                  Nokia 6.1 purchased by me on 2nd august 2018 & i visit to your coustumer care center on 4th aug. & after that several time i visit to your care center. my mobile is heating upto 44 to 47 digree. i am not satisfied from that. Now i am goning to take leagle action against all. this is my last affort to change my set.

                                    Replacement of defective mobile – n8 - purchased at sharjah/uae.

                                    This is to bring to your attention that my nokia - n8 (Imei. No: [protected]) was bought in sharjah/ uae in the month of sep 2017.in dec/2017 this mobile’s display got blurred and was returned to sharjah / uae for service from india.in the month of july/2018 again this display problem has occurred and it is being resent for service from india. This display recurring problem is very much disgusting to me after having paid so much money. This brings down my trust in nokia and frustrates me further. Hence i am not at all interested in dealing with this repair work anymore. This calls for replacement of a new set n8 without further delay through the dealer at sharjah/ uae.
                                    I have been always using nokia and i have never had any problem with nokia. This is the first time i am facing this problem with nokia. It would be good if you replace this defective with new set so as to restore your reputation.

                                      The nokia care is not returning my phone back, I gave my phone on 09/06/2018 to the nokia store and today its 16/08/2018. I have contacted the nokia care store many times and every time they gave me an excuse and estimated day but no action has been taken by them till date. Its not just with me they treat every consumer the same way. I even contacted the Nokia company on their provided customer care number i.e[protected]. The response was encouraged with silly excuses, even after so many times i have contacted them i see no action was taken, no notification was sent.

                                        Sir/madam,

                                        I have an issue with Nokia 150ds battery which is draining completely within 6 hrs even of no using it. Later I got replaced request, got the replaced mobile after 15 days. Again I am facing the same issue and raised complaint on Friday 08/10 and it was told like on Monday device will get picked up 08/13, but no mail no response.again when I called today 08/16 again new request was raised for pick up on 08/17.it was really irritating response from Nokia support customer executives and not considering customer issues seriously. Case#46625. Please treat this issue on high priority
