I ordered a nokia 6.1 plus on 1st september 2018 and they said shipping details will be provided on 6th september 2018. Today is 6th and till this time there are no whereabouts of my phone. I have paid 15999 already but i am not sure whether i will get the phone or not. I am a middle class guy my father works in a private firm we don't have extra money like this to throw away on scams. Please somebody help me i won't be able to face my father. Please i have even considered suicide as an option

    Dear Team,

    I am very much disappointed that I have to write the complaint mail regarding your service .

    I bought the Nokia 5 in the month of march 2018 and it's not been charging from last two days . So I went to your customer service center to get it checked since it is in under warranty.

    But Unfortunately They have created my false job sheet with No service coverage and mentioned the crack on the display . Though my Mobile was in good condition and During checking the phone, display of my mobile was broken by them .

    And they told me that my phone battery, charging port and display all these items will have to be replaced and you have to pay for the whole amount .

    I am really very disappointed that these people try to fool the customer and try to overcharged .

    With this kind of service facility I won't purchase the NOKIA phone in future and won't suggest to anyone too.

    I request you to once again please look into my matter and get my phone repaired Since it is still under warranty .

    It's been already five days to raise my complaint but still no action/response from Nokia side. Are you supporting your customer care center people . As They don't how to open the phone and broken my phone and raise the job sheet according to their wish . It's really pathetic

    Can I expect the response on my complaint or I assume that you have given the responsibility of customer care center to non technical persons . They even don't know how to open the phone and try to make the money from customer under warranty period too.

      I have ordered nokia 6.1 plus from nokia.com on 31 august 2018, i was login in with my facebook account ie: [protected]@gmail.com. Payment was successfully debited from my bank account ie: jammu and kashmir bank but my order was not placed. When i contact to nokia support they say that they cant find my order. If the order was not placed then i should get the refund for the payment i made ie rs.15999 but i still didn't get any refund.
      I again try to contact the nokia support but they didn't reply to my email.
      I can also provide my bank account statement if needed.

        I am just fed up of the nokia service my life biggest mistake was to purchase your company's phone from last 2 months i am facing a problem of microphone and these stupid technician are not able to solve it i request you to kindly look on this matter once i have done a doa of this phone also and if my phone is facing a problem of microphone then they are creating a new problem by themselves like audio jack or vibrator is not working in my phone they are so slow in their work i am just fed up such a stupidity by nokia never expected i'll never suggest any one to buy any of the phones of nokia

          The awb no for my order dated 25.08.2018 is[protected] for nokia 6.1 plus and the order was shipped through delhivery. Now my shipment has been returned without any valid reason and they are asking me to contact your office for further proceedings. When i contacted nokia, i got the reply "we are forwarding your concern to relevant department. They will get back to you soon." its been 10 days since i have paid the money.

            I had preordered nokia 6.1 plus on the 22 of august from their site but once i finished payment through the gateway, the amount was deducted from my account and payment gateway confirmed the transaction was suceessful. After that for dispatch details i contacted to support, they said that no order had been placed and that my issue has been escalated and payment will be given by bank.

            Bank confirmed that payment successfully executed i contacted to payu gateway also they confirmed that it is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issue. Since the said transaction is successfully processed, hence any refund/resolution will be provided by the merchant nokia.com/phones.

            Till date no proper response by nokia. No secure payment & worst service by nokia.

              I had bought a mobile set nokia 6.1 ds (4gb) set no-[protected] from anandamela parcus road purba burdwan, wb, 713101 (Gstn/uin no - 19afapc6910j1zm). Invoice number being - pr/gst/3252 dated 12.06.2018.

              After one and a half month the mobile was not getting charged thereby draining out. I have submitted the handset to the nokia customer service center at burdwan (Rajnandini telecom, muchipara, g. T. Burdwan-contact no-[protected]) on 11.08.2018 and have also escalated the issue to nokia head office. Till date they have not been able to mend my hand set. Nokia being a reputed company such faulty manufacturing of product is not expected. I am loosing my confidence on the support team here at burdwan since till date they are not in a position to mend the mobile. Under such circumstance i request the company to replace the mobile or else refund me back my invested amount so that i can buy a new hand set of any other company.

This mobile do not shown any network. When i go to nokia service center roorkee solve this problem service engineer told that this phone donot cover in free service kinldy take the necessary action

                  My mobile screen is auto working and i am unable to use this i have contacted yr service centre at wonder mall, alwar (Raj.0 they told me that yr complaint forward to ho if they give us approval then we entertain previously my complaint nor resolved by old service center for voice isue

                          I purchased Nokia 2 mobile 7 month ago and now my phone is not working (dead)
                          I reached at nokia service center Sagar, they returned my phone in working mode and after 1 hour it again not working . Again I submit my phone to service center and now thier answer is my phone wet in water motherboard got damaged and I have to pay 2300 .
                          Now the problem is ... Company giving 1 year of phone guarranty whereas 5 month remaining also phone didn't got water .
                          They told phone has a water indicated ...Like a litmus paper
                          Please help me

                            I purchased Nokia 5 which is just two months old got dead suddenly. I took it to the nearest service centre and claimed my warranty since July 10, 2018.
                            After that whenever I contact service centre they told me that the parts have not arrived yet. I also made contact with Nokia India [protected]. But till today i dont get my device back and also I'm harassed by them.

                              I have purchased Nokia 5 from Mangal sales store Haldwani Uttarakhand in the month of may 2018. But very soon it started showing problem as in the mid of the cal voice from the other side don't reach to me and my voice also don't reach to the other side. Thus I have to disconnect the call always. Again and again the problem repeats.

                                I have purchased on 16th July and i found its manufacturing defective from day 1 but due to lack of identification i delayed informing.

                                On 06 August i gave it to service center(Delight Solutions, Hyderabad with Job ID 180806/003 ) & they asked to replace display and asked max time is 14 days. now its crossed more than 25 days but they are not responding my emails and if i call they don't know when they will receive display and asking me to wait 2 weeks more.

                                I used 12days but its been in service center from one month.
                                i want replacement or refund

                                  I have pitched it on 26th nov'17. Due to sweat it was stopped to functioned. I provided it for repairing to malda nokia care centre, but again it not functioning and once again i am asking about 5500/- for repair. With this warranted period, why i have to such amount.
                                  This kind reputed co. S created such problems, whether you expect i will remain with this co. Or recommended to others for your co.'s phone further.
                                  I need kind positive support from your end.

                                      I had preordered nokia 6.1 plus on the 21 of august from their site but once i finished payment through the gateway, i received a failure message. But the amount was deducted from my account. When i contacted support, they said that no order had been placed and that my issue has been escalated. Payu gateway confirmed that the payment was successful and provided me with the transaction id. But still nokia support kept saying that the relevant department will contact me. It has been more than a week and still no proper reply. They keep asking me to wait for 2 days every time i call. Worst customer support.
                                      I want my refund.

                                        My New Nokia 6 only 4 months old and now started colour changes, overheating, Some line on display and now the touch screen not working. I can't unlock my phone. Iam 7 year experienced Nokia user and now iam disappointed!. I never seen these types of problem. I brought this Nokia 6 from Dubai and now iam settled in kerala.
