I am very frustrated by nokia service. First of all customer satisfaction is zero 0. You don't reply mail to you. Nokia now is not same as it was earlier. Now service is very poor. I went to your service center in sector 22 chandigarh they refuse to taking without any meaning. They says screen of mobile can be cracked when they will open mobile. So this should be nokia's problem. Why we suffer from that. And when nokia 7plus sale was started. You had some offers with that like cashback on icici card. I was purchased it in may month and it has been two to three month and still did not get cashback. When i contact to nokia customer care. They just give me sweet balls and says that. It will be come till 15 august and today is 15 august still waiting. I will suggest to people don't buy nokia phone. I think nokia should not be in india and harrassed to people.

    आपसे मेरा निवेदन की में nokia का ही ग्राहक हुँ।मेरे मोबाइल का modal no. Nokia 5 ta-1053 ds, sku:12nd1821a01, sim1 imei: [protected], sim2 imei:[protected] हैं मेने अपने मोबाइल को एक ही परेशानी के कारण 5 बार service सेंटर में दिया 2/07/2018 को देने पर मेरे मोबाइल को रिसेट कर के दे दिया गया 4 को जाने पर android ka 8.1.0 change कर के 8.0.0 डाल दिया फिर भी कुछ नही हु फिर मेरा मोबाइल6/07/2018 से 28 तक रखा गया और फिर मुझे मेरे मोबाइल वापस मिला फिर भी मेरा मोबाइल ठीक नही हु same problems 30/07/2018 ko मेने फिर से अपना मोबाइल दिया 30/07/2018 से 14/08/2018 तक मेरा मोबाइल रखा गया लेकिन मेरा मोबाइल अभी भी सही नही हो पाया हैं इस लिया मुझे मेरा मोबाइल replies कर के दीजिये।कृपया मेरे परेसानी का निवारण करें।

      I submitted my phone nokia 7 plus in maximum services, fateh nagar delhi on 1st aug/18 and still not got repaired. From 10 days they are saying me that there is part in motherboard which will be replaced and it has been dispatched from the company, but not received so i ask you what kind of services are you providing us it is taking 14 days for you to repair a phone. I dont have a spare smart phone and i am a college student, there are many work which is to be done by me but i am unable to do because of your services.

      Problems in phone :
      1. There is an issue in head jack coming from after i bought it, after i plug in my earphone there is no sign of head jack there and sound comes out of loud speaker and when i remove it sign of head jack pops up and no sound comes out of the phone. Video has been submitted as proof.

      2. On aug 1, i restarted my phone and it got freezed when nokia sign comes and it starts heating up, no buttons were working and then i submitted it to service center on that day and still no sign of progress. Video has been submitted as proof

      I want you to fix the problem as i am suffering due to this or either replace the phone with a new one as there are many problems coming up with the time which one cannot expect after buying a phone of 26k.

        If i open the menu it's not opening the menu correctly it didn't swipe to the menu it open the desktop apps.
        If i write something in keyboard it writes one alphabet double time in the keyboard, and its left side is not working correctly.
        And i have gone to customer care center so many times but they didn't repair my phone and they have kept the phone for 15 days and they have put dent on my phone...
        And i am gone to the customer care center like 10 times, they do some software update but the phone is not working properly...

          Problem: Network connectivity issue, Fingerprint sensor not working, Earpiece audio poor, internet working 2G,
          They have braked screen while opening and still not resolve the issue, if i ask we need 15 days time to resolve problem, nobody is there responsible in their office, pls suggest me whom i will ask about this issue, I raised complaint nokia care also on 7th 2pm still im not any call from Nokia.

            My moms phone is not getting charged after just purchased a month ago and the service centre care has took before 1 week of this complaint i'm giving.. Saying that it will take another month.. They didnt order other equipment till today.. And the care number isnt working even universal care number. When i went to service centre also their reciveing every way rude.
            Nokia India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            Product i.e. NOKIA 6 is under warranty period but nokia care centre in jaipur deny to repair it and said that phone was contact with liquid. Sir phone never contact with any water or liquid. I request to care centre but they deny.

              I have purchased phone - nokia 6.1 on purchasing date - may 2018 and i am facing two problems in the phone
              Proboem1. Charger pin is not going into charging jack of phone till full depth and hence no charging although it is showing charging sign on the screen
              Occurrence - 07.08.2018
              Problem 2- phone is getting hang sometime and camera operation also hangs sometime.
              Action required - repair

                I have purchased nokia6.1 on 16th april2018 but within 1month it start charging problem i have give it to nokia care on 20th june2018. But today when i called them they r saying that parts are not available... Mother board will be changed. So if the mother board is going to change than why will u not replace my phn... Its under gurrenty period.. This problem is not in my phn only there are soo many people who are there facing this type of prob.. So basically your nokia 6 series is faulty...

                Pls replace my phn... Other wise i have to take ligal action on company.

                After checking in the center many systems stopped working. Just like the second speaker did not make a mesh. The network is not coming.One touch botton near fingerprint sensor not working. Please take this issue seriously. I am facing a lot of trouble.

                  Dear team,
                  I purchased nokia 1 on 15th july 2018 but after 5 days only it started hanging badly. As the executive told its expandable memory upto 128 gb we purchased 64 gb memory card which was only available. Now after asking 2 times to them to move files to sd card and make sd card as internal memory... First time the executive said done but it was not actually... Again we went to get the settings... That time whole reliance digital at habsiguda hyderabad was unable to do the settings and saying it will be like that... U only downloaded extra apps... Even though i downloaded only daily required apps that should also come in sd card otherwise what is the use of purchasing sd card. That nokia executive (Ganesh) was such a fool. Now i want solution as soon as possible or refund.

                    My phone hang problem specially while incoming call. And some time display light not on at the time of incoming call. Sir it is relevant to mention here that I was updated my phone software in care two times but the problem is still same.
                    My Nokia 6. Mobile spekar is not working more than time I already contact customer care is repair my mobile bus still facing problem and Mobile is very slow and hang problem facing please if possible replacement my mobile.

                      I am gonna complain about your company's customer service centre. I brought the new nokia 7 plus 25 days ago. My nokia 7 plus handset camera was not working, i went to your centre they said to wait outside for 2 hours. After that wait. I was informed that there is a liquid in your phone from nowhere?? Is it your company's strategy for earning money? They were asking me to bought new motherboard worth 20, 000. Am i that stupid?? Please contact me or do reply to this! I am having a lot of things to tell you about your staff at noida centre. Please please do reply me as soon as possible.

                        I just baught a nokia 8 worth 29k 15 days back with my hard earned money. This device is not working fine in its 1st month. I mean how could you do this to your customers. Its camera is not working properly, giving problem each time.
                        I think its going as a bad idea for you guys to start with headsets again.
                        But smhow you got d profit coz of the brand name.
                        Kudos to the business taikooons.
                        But as it is pinching me alot of spending this much money on this device.. That would be a great help, if you could get in touch and return my money back.

                          I have purchased this handset in august 2017 and in just a year it had gone for 4 times in service center. What is this? If the device has this much bugs why i am not getting replacement???

                            I have given my phone to NOKIA SERVICE CENTER OF BURDWAN TOWN WHICH IS RAJNANDINI TELECOM ON 19/07/2018. I had issues with my navigation light. They said it would take about a week to determine the problem. I went again on 25/07/2018 to see if the problem of my phone is solved or not. But to my surprise they said there is a liquid damage through the charging port and hence the repair would not be under warranty. And they said they would charge around ₹1500 for getting it fixed. As I didn't have a spare phone to use I said I would do it afterwards just return me the phone. On hearing that they said they don't have the phone and they have sent the phone to some place else and it would require time to get it back. But earlier they said they would send the phone to the company as they don't have the permission to open the phone.
                            Finally I received my phone today but it seems it's not my phone. There are cracks on the side of the glass. The fingerprint scanner has scratches. There are glues coming out from all over the body. Inside the display there are glue marks. The earpiece is smaller than it was in the original.
                            The whole phone parts are changed it seems.
                            Take the required action as quickly as possible

                              My Nokia 6 phone under warranty had an unexplainable display issue which required it to get replaced.
                              As it was covered under warranty, I had contacted their customer support and they directed me to give the phone for repair at their "authorized service partner" - Delight Solutions (Secunderabad, Telangana).
                              I was promised that the repair will be fixed within 10 days, but it has been a month till now. I'm unable to reach the service center through any means of contact. They recognize my number and cut my call, avoid my mails. I don't have any update on the repair.
                              I sought to Nokia customer care for help, they initially seemed to be responsive for a couple of days, and said they'll take up the issue on priority with the service center. But then for the next 2 weeks they also decided to ignore all my mails. They refuse to provide any mechanism of escalation.
                              It has been a full month now, and i don't even know if my phone is in safe hands anymore or has already be sold of to someone else.

                                I have ordered the nokia 7 plus on 10th jul from https://www.nokia.com/en_in/phones/all-phones and money was deducted from my account on same day and was deposited in nokia nominated account number on 12th jul from payu. Till today i have not received the product and also no response on the refund status of money.
                                Do let me know when i ll be receiving the refund of my money.

                                  It always makes lots of confusion to connect with other device. Mostly when i transfer the data... Other mobiles are not confusing but this useless nokia itself a confused phone...
                                  Sorry i am using this and got fed up...
                                  Nokia android totally a waste product.
                                  I will suggest others not to buy nokia.
                                  Why nokia has been using such android... Without making it easy.
                                  Samsung... Gionee... Mi... Vivo... Appo..
                                  Are quite easy to operate and don't confuse the customers... But nokia really disturbs mu mind.

                                    How will you feel when you get a same product under replacement and every time its defective... Nokia will give you this pleasure... Try new nokia 7 plus... Never hoped this kind of product annd service from you guys... First i ordered nokia 7 plus on amazon.in and they provided the phone with defective charger... And the replaced product with defective screen... And then i decided to buy this phone from croma... Thinking online platfrom may not be a good platform to buy... And guess what my third phone has shon hardware failure just after use of 6 hours... Nokia has lost imaage in my mind... Its not the same brand which we liked years ago... Thank you nokia for the worst experience of buying your phone.

                                      Myself is ajin das. L. Bought a new nokia 6.1 ds on 11/06/2018 from mobile king, ernakulam, india. Within 30 days o[censored]sage it got complaint and gave it in authorized nokia service centre on 16/07/2018 and after a week they told that mother board is complaint and has to be replaced. Service centre promised to give the phone after changing the mother board yesterday even though i asked them to replace the phone with a new one. Today when i called the service centre are asking for 10 more days to change the mother board as spare is not available. Its the nokia company's fault and its clear that it is manufacturing defect. Trusting nokia - brand name has put me in trouble. I have paid money from my pocket and was able to use the phone for only 20 days. Now i have waited for 12 days for getting it repaired and i cant wait for 10 more days as requested by the service centre. I kindly request the company to replace the mobile with a new one at the earliest. Why should i suffer due to the manufacturing defect???

                                        I've purchased nokia 7 plus and after two months only i started having issues with charging and battery. On 4th july 2018 i have submitted my mobile to service centre and since then they are not able to get my mobile repaired and since last few days they are not answering to my calls as well whenever i try to reach out to them to get update on the status. This i the worst service i could have imagined. I tried to reach out the customer support of nokia as well but as usual they also seems to be not interested in providing any assistance or reply.
