I have purchased nokia 7 plus on[protected] from amazon india. On 05 june, 2018 i connected headphones that was sent with the phone & i found they were not working, then i connected some headphones to the phone, which were also not working.
Then, i restarted the phone several times & still i found same problem.
So, i decided to visit nokia service centre which is located in my area i. E "radha communication" in phase-2 mohali.
I went there & told the person at the counter about the problem i am facing with the phone, he checked & told me that we don't have file for this device so we cannot check this device, you should visit some other service centre.
I was surprised by there reply, i have purchased this mobile for rs.26000 so that i get quality product & good after sale service. But, it is opposite of that, nokia is having worst after sales service.
Now, i don't want to visit service centre again & i want my money back as this is a faulty device from nokia.
If money back is not possible i want my phone to be swapped with new phone.
Please help me on this.
