Sir we ordered the nokia 6.1 from the nokia website and the product was confirmed and it was cancelled and the amount was not reflected in to my credit card. After contacting the customer care they are informing that the amount will be credited in 3 to 4 days but was not received the amount after contacting multiple times they are repeating the same it will take 3 to 4 days. And it was reched 1 month but still now did not received the amount. The order number is 73233. And they gave the complaint number 344573.

    There didn't take my complaint about my mobile problem there told to me come after 20 days now what went to do
    In rajahmundry there is no responsibility about costumers...
    There are taking nonsense words about your company

      I have purchased nokia 7 plus on[protected] from amazon india. On 05 june, 2018 i connected headphones that was sent with the phone & i found they were not working, then i connected some headphones to the phone, which were also not working.
      Then, i restarted the phone several times & still i found same problem.
      So, i decided to visit nokia service centre which is located in my area i. E "radha communication" in phase-2 mohali.
      I went there & told the person at the counter about the problem i am facing with the phone, he checked & told me that we don't have file for this device so we cannot check this device, you should visit some other service centre.
      I was surprised by there reply, i have purchased this mobile for rs.26000 so that i get quality product & good after sale service. But, it is opposite of that, nokia is having worst after sales service.
      Now, i don't want to visit service centre again & i want my money back as this is a faulty device from nokia.
      If money back is not possible i want my phone to be swapped with new phone.
      Please help me on this.

        I purchased a Nokia 7 Plus worth Rs 25, 999/- from Amazon with order ID Order#[protected]. From initial days phone had jitters and stutters. No a days it frequently hangs for which only solution is to lock and Unlock the device.

        When approached the Authorized serviced center, they reset the phone, reset the software but issue still prevails. Now they are coming up with a statement that the motherboard is at fault and they need 3 months to fetch a replaced mother board and fix it.

        This issue of mine is not an individual one, I see forums where in users have raised same complaints. Yet Nokia has not done or reciprocated on any measures to fix this.

        Please ensure that such fraudulent companies are not legally dealt with from looting we peoples money.

          I have purchased a nokia - 230 mobile from krishna mobiles, stadium road, valsad, gujarat-396001 since last 6-7 months. On dt. 17/06/2018, i found that the mobile is neither charged nor 'on'. I had contact retailer but told about the bill. But unfortunately the bill with box cover misplaced due to my room shifting. Now the retailer m/s krishna mobiles, stadium road, valsad, gujarat-396001 denied me and said with out bill, i could not proceed.

            2.यह है कि आज मेरे फोन को लगभग 15दिन हो चुका है
            3.बहुत बार बात हुई पर हर बार एक ही जवाब देते हैं कि पार्ट नहीं आया
            4.ये कोई issue नही बनता की हर बार एक ही बात बोली जा रही है

              A nokia handset 6.1 was purchased by me from rahul communication mandi on 20/04/2018. On inserting the sims the set was not working and i contacted nokia care centre mandi. They told that there is a problem in mother board, pin is broken and only one sim can work. The mother board required to be replaced but despite my telephonic requests and personal visits as well they are not providing service even after the lapse of two months. Yesterday on my visit again they show me a estimate of rs.8038/- whereas the set is purchased only two months back and is with in warranty period. It shows highly deficiency in services. I am facing too much inconvenience since the date of purchase. So please take remedial steps and instruct the nokia care centre mandi h. P. To do the needful immediately without changing any cost as the handset is with in warranty period otherwise i have no option but to knock the door of law.

                My name is john, i had purchased nokia 8 ta-1004 ds in cm p_blue.
                On 22nd dec 2017.

                Now its been 5 months and with this span of time i have complained two times to nokia customer service centre, indore that my phone is not working properly, it goes on & off automatically, apart from this sim card slot is not working, and while checked with nokia service centre they said it motherboard problem.

                They denied from taking any actions.

                I want my phone to be replaced its a defective piece.

                I am attaching invoice bill with this complaint.

                  In azamgarh nokia care they damaged my display, charging pin and mic during the open of my phone. They told me that it will take 2 days to repair and but after 3 days they said for 3 more days but due to my train on next day asked them to return my phone and i thought i will take it to service centre in mumbai but in mumbai serivice centre they are saying company will not accept waranty for damage because its physical damage but madam damage is done by nokia excutive self not by me they are asking for charge.

                    I had bought a nokia six in first week of april.in the third week its display got blank while charging. I took it to registered nokia care center situated at ratu road on 30th of april.
                    They mentioned that the phone will be repaired within 10 days. But after repeated calling their was no satisfactory response from them. So, i was forced to mail you on 19th may.
                    But after mails also i don't found any steps taken from your side. So, i called on toll free no. On 28th may. That day, they had assured me that the phone will be delivered on friday i. E 1nd june for sure. But, then also no progress was seen.in frustration i visited myself to the center on 4nd of june. But, they said that they have no idea about when the will be able to change the screen. And now at 14th june they called to inform that the set contains water. I am pretty sure that they had pour water by mistake and now are trying to put it on my head.
                    I had mailed the company many times but i haven't received proper response from them yet. I simply want them to replace my phone and compensate my losses

                      Already i have launched a complain but still don't get any positive feedback from nokia company even there service provider also advise me to submit my phone to service centre why i'm giving my phone to service centre only few month old phone suddenly mute and unable to listen any tones can't use music player totally speaker dead, now request is that please replace my phone or give me my money back because i'm totally disappointed with nokia service

                        Horrible experience with nokia5 mobile!! Bought it on 26-05-18. Speaker phones, usb port, sd card not working in 15 days itself. Service centre guys refusing to do replacement...

                        Could not take backup of data as usb port not working. When i showed this to service centre person he quoted "madam isme hum kuch ni kar sakte, ye apki problem h"
                        After servicing memory card slot stopped working in a day again.
                        One more issue its going on speaker mode without any prior intimation during calls.

                            I'm always using samsung series but now i tried to use nokia 8 which is very attractive but no i'm wrong no improvement in the product and i am too much disappointed only few month old nokia 8 was not working speaker now i'm handover to company and need my money back, so i request to you if don't want to make your reputation then resolve it otherwise me with 4 friends who already together will give you all model back to you and give a complain against the company who cheating with us, so expensive handset with the cheap service which is very poor.

                              I have bought nokia 8 handset 3 months ago. Prior to that, i was using one +2 handset. All o[censored]s today use various bank apps for transactions. And i was having no problems accessing to hdfc mobile banking app when i was using one +2 handset. After i switched to nokia 8, i started facing a typical problem. I could connect to hdfc banking app only 10-15 % times when i was using idea 4g sim card. Balance attempts were shear failure and the window gets flashed “sorry. We are unable to connect to the server. Try later.”. As against this, whenever i try to connect to the same app with the help of wi-fi, there has been no issue. This problem was taken up with nokia at various forums and all that i got always were the wishy-washy answers. And the concerned support people were always in great hurry to close the case rather than understanding and solving the problem. Their final answer was “this is happening due to weak signals whenever i try to connect to the hdfc mobile app”. This argument is absolutely flimsy and doesn’t hold any water since i could connect to the app using my friend’s phones or using my old one +2 phone using the same sim from the same location and the same time. This shows nokia’s scant regard customer’s grievances. If none of you have same issue then it clearly indicates that something is wrong with my handset only.
                              So such a costly phone has this deficiency and its performance is not in line with what we all historically know about nokia as a brand.

                                I have purchase nokia 8 steel mobile on date 27/10/2017. My mobile half screen does not appear suddenly on date 29/05/2018 then i have submitted my mobile on service center on date 30/05/2018 after check my mobile he was assured me your mobile is under warranty the defect is internal so we repair it free but due to unavailable of spares we have send it kolkata office it take more than 12 days. But now we have asked about my mobile the service center said me there is a physical damage for this reason you have to pay 8000/- (eight thousand )

                                  Purchased nokia 7 plus on 10th may 2018 and i was the first customer of nokia 7 plus in district anantnag jammu and kashmir. At the time of purchase mr. Ffrdous ahmed promoter (Cell number [protected]) of nokia anantnag he told me that nokia 7 plus comes with 1 year screen replacement. After 20 days on may 31 my display got damaged. I immeditely contacted mr. Firdous and asked him for the replacement. He told me he will call me back. After some time he contacted me and told me to install some application and then register u r device within 15 days from the date of purchase. I contacted nokia india customer care about this matter, they told the whole procedure. I contacted mr.. Firdous and told him that u did not give me the full information about the screen replacement, instead he misbehaved with me. Today on 4th june and was rude and one more person was there who was the service center head and who also did the same to me
                                  I told them i m going to file a complaint against both o[censored], they told me to do whatever i wanted to do and told me that they are not afraid of any one, even the ceo of nokia zonal head.

                                  His behaviour was simply pathatic
                                  I need my refund of rs. 25500
                                  And kickoff firdous (Promoter) from nokia such kind of persons are going to damage the repute of company like yours.

I also visit nokia store for free replacement of screen but they refused to replace and ask me to call customer care number and order for replacement of screen from home.                                       The display screen is suddenly not working. From yesterday. Only the bottom lights are showing. Calls are incoming but we cannot see who has called. Please suggest whom to contact and were i can get full solution for my problem.

I don't have trust on nokia gallery because last time I went to gallery for nokia E5 but they have not responded properly and took long time and also changed my mother board. so I don't trust on nokia gallery. if possible you solve my problem otherwise I move to any other branded mobile.

                                        08-May-18 - I purchased Nokia 7 Plus phone from Nokia India website on 8th May with order number 6548

                                        11-May-18 - It was delivered but having manufacturing / hardware defect which I highlighted to Nokia support chat on same day. Nokia chat support advsised to contact Nokia care (service centre). I visited Nokia care at Faridabad NIT. After basic check they advised to contact Nokia phone customer support as phone was purchased from Nokia Website because Nokia have 10 days replacement guarantee

                                        16-May - Nokia customer care support logged complaint # 319482 and asked me to provide video of the issue with handset. On same day I provided the evidence

                                        18-May - Got response that first level check has been passed and logistic department will arrange device pickup for replacement.
                                        22-May -Nokia 7 Plus Phone (including all accessories) was picked on 22nd May 2018 from my residence

                                        From 24-May to 7 June 18, I am keep asking to update and share the delivery date but they are keep asking 2-3 days.

                                        In emails and on phone I was keep asking them to keep the phone with them and return my money back but they told that NOKIA do not have any refund policy but never share SLA (service level agreement) with seller or timeline for replacement.

                                        Thankyou for your action. But Nokia Care is not responding any of the email. On phone support they have one standard tag line "wait for 2-3 days"
                                        Can you forward the case to Nokia Management / senior staff so that they understand the Customer value and take care of the Brand Value.
