08-May-18 - I purchased Nokia 7 Plus phone from Nokia India website on 8th May with order number 6548

11-May-18 - It was delivered but having manufacturing / hardware defect which I highlighted to Nokia support chat on same day. Nokia chat support advsised to contact Nokia care (service centre). I visited Nokia care at Faridabad NIT. After basic check they advised to contact Nokia phone customer support as phone was purchased from Nokia Website because Nokia have 10 days replacement guarantee
.
16-May - Nokia customer care support logged complaint # 319482 and asked me to provide video of the issue with handset. On same day I provided the evidence

18-May - Got response that first level check has been passed and logistic department will arrange device pickup for replacement.
22-May -Nokia 7 Plus Phone (including all accessories) was picked on 22nd May 2018 from my residence

From 24-May to 7 June 18, I am keep asking to update and share the delivery date but they are keep asking 2-3 days.

In emails and on phone I was keep asking them to keep the phone with them and return my money back but they told that NOKIA do not have any refund policy but never share SLA (service level agreement) with seller or timeline for replacement.

Thankyou for your action. But Nokia Care is not responding any of the email. On phone support they have one standard tag line "wait for 2-3 days"
Can you forward the case to Nokia Management / senior staff so that they understand the Customer value and take care of the Brand Value.

    I bought a cell phone nokia 8 from your online site before 2 month ago... And now it's half screen automatcly black. Before it's work properly no complaints... Pls do something fast because my all important data is in phone my all work is block without phone... Exchange the phone or return the phone...

    I have a nokia x2-00 which is not working from past 2 weeks and when i went to the nokia service center they said they can't repair my mobile you should go to other local repair center..now i am really getting upset from their behavior..i want to resolve my problem.
    I had already claimed of this phone. But some after week problem is same. It means display touch is inside already break and overheating is very so much. Last Time my same as about it.so please give me permanent solution. And I m not using all day bkz I already working job. So not using in office place. So please hope u understand this situation.
    I have received Faulty item received with Speaker/Ringer problem from amazon.in. Nobody is entertaining for the complaint. Kindly replace the item or process my refund. Invoice attached.

      I bought nokia 7 plus worth rupees 25999 on 1st of may, 2018. It has already developed a dead pixel on the screen. I want proper resolution to this problem. Why such an expensive device won't have any qc! Please take proper steps against this company. I am very much disappointed by this event. Now for their hardwate issue, i need to spend 500 ruppes to commute to service centre. I want proper response for this harrassment.

        Hi,

        I bought a new nokia 5 on 29 march 2018 from sri ram mobiles, court rd, vettunimadam, nagercoil, tamil nadu 629001.

        The phone started to malfunction from the start itself, however i updated the software through wi-fi and continued to use it with minor glitches.

        Then i sent it to service centre (Apn plaza, opposite hindu college road, chettikulam junction nagercoil tamil nadu 629001) on 02 may 2018 for fixing software issues.

        It has been 1 month today and phone not returned yet. The service centre personnel are not answering my phone call. Upon visiting the service centre they say that the 'mother board' has to be replaced and has not arrived yet.

        Poor service and poor customer grievance readdressal.

          Description: I have visited to gallary for resolve issue. but they said this issue will not solve due to this software issue

Nothing repair that mobile. How much days that phone repair. The center poor work i want imedeatly my phone. The service center telling that parts delay. Come to center. Nokia company too bad service.

            I have a NOkia 2 Phone, I have Repared it three time from service center but even then its not work properly. they always update its software and dont give me a satisfication answer please try to solve my this problem,

              On may 6th 2018 i bought nokia 7 plus from amazon.in. Within 20 days its phone receiver is not working. I went to nokia service centre for repairing where they asked to submit the phone for 10 days to repair. If nokia service centre asked 10 days to repair a simple problem they should provide a spare handset
              I want the replacement of this faulty device or refund of the money

                I purchased a nokia 7 plus mobile from amazon on 2-5-18 and on 15-5-18 the loudspeaker of mobile was not working than i submitted my phone at star communication (530_433527) on same day they have given a target date of repair that was 25-5-18 but till now there is no action has been taken on my product i m facing so many problem plz resolve my issue as soon as possible

                  I a nokia 3310 few days ago from flipkart. But flipkart sell me totally duplicate product. It's totally shameful and they are putting your company's reputation in hell from doing this type of cheating... So please do some effective against this crime... And i'm going to sue flipkart in consumer court if they don't give me a refund for this duplicate product.

                    I have shop for nokia 6.1 via nokia online mobile shop. On 6th april 2018. As they delivered me the defective handset/used handset. So i can call 11-12th april 2018 for replacement so they agree but they can continue making me fools in number of mails that for return pickup but not their relevant depptt take any responsibility of all that just makin me fools that wait 24-48 hr. As this now after a one month item was picked up on 8-9th may 2018.
                    So now they agree with replacement but i have already left that place. But now after number of frustration and inconvenience from their team in replacement i did not longer want any type replacement from them. As i want refund my money back to me.
                    Pls help me to refund my money back now they making fool me on the shake of replacement policy.

                      New Nokia company, HMD Global (www.nokia.com) are clearly a very mismanaged company. Customer support on chat, overcall, over Email; all provide different comments which are contradictory and not in sync at all.

                      I purchased Nokia 7 Plus from their official website, where I put different Shipping and Billing address. They end up in sending the mobile device to billing address instead of shipping one and in result courier team cancelled the delivery and returned the device back to Nokia.

                      Meanwhile, I asked their team for the refund. As I suspected initially when my order was shipped I asked them to re-route it cause they used the wrong address. They told me I will get the device in 1-2 working day on the rectified address. But no it was cancelled and then their customer support over the call said they will ship me another one once they received it back. Over the chat on the very same day, they told me I will not get the device at all nor any refund. Over the email, they told me that I will get the refund in 3-4 working days. then after 5 working days on asking they said to wait for some more time around 7-10 working days. However, still, I have neither my money nor my device. They have taken my hard earned money 26000 Rupees and not refunding it back.

                      Please help me in this. This is very wrong on Nokia (HMD Global) part. I have attached snapshots as proof. Have a look and see how rubbish this company is. I urge anyone who is buying Nokia devices, beware of their customer support services. If you end up getting in trouble with it I don't see you ever getting any warranty, replacement or ay help from their end.

                          I have purchase nokia 8 from kensha mobile, pune on 30th nov 2017. Imei number of the phone is [protected].
                          I have faced so many problems in this phone form date of purchase and are as follows.
                          1) the back camera of the phone stopped working all of sudden, service centre replaced the camera. After replacement camera work fine.
                          2) 2 hours later of delivery sim card detection problem arises, again went to services centre and get repair done.
                          3) two days later same problem arises along with wifi connection issue.
                          4) this time i have received the phone with doted display (Faulty) and no resolution regarding sim detection & wifi connectivity.
                          5) yesterday i have give the phone to service centre for sim detection, wifi connectivity and display dots issue, now they are saying there is a problem in motherboard and will be replaced in 12 days.
                          6) they replaced motherboard and given phone on 14.05.2018, now problem is with wifi and bluetooth.
                          7) submitted phone on 16.05.2018, job sheet no[protected]/180516/014, b m gadgets, karve road pune-maharashtra 411004.

                          Now can u please tell me why there are so many problems in this phone which is just 4 months old and i have paid almost 38000/- for this cheap phone.
                          I done want to repair my phone as this is not correct to open the phone 4 times within purchase of 4 months. Quality of the phone is certainly in question.
                          I request you to please refund my amount or replace my phone with new one within 3 working days, otherwise i have to take support of consumer court & social media in this regards.
                          Hope u can understand my problem.

                            My nokia 3 under warranty is not charging to fill 100%. It charges to 70% then it takes each hr to charge 1%.
                            To reaches to 73% from there it remains the same. At 73% it shows still requires 5 hrs to charge to full.
                            This is not the first time. I had issues regarding sudden black out of the set. I had raised these complaints in the past.
                            I need immediate results of else will approach cusumer court to resolve this issue.

                              I've submitted a Nokia 5 (Customer name- Somnath Sarkar) at Anand International on 21.05.2018 with backlight brightness problem. After 4 days, on 25.05.2018, I have been informed that the the upper portion of the LCD is damaged. I have found the LCD is not set properly, but the phone condition is found fine on the same day. In that time they did not informed me about any other damages of the phone.On the very next day I again have carried the phone, they have tried to prove that there is a scratch in the LCD with the microscope, but I could not see/ understand the scratch. Then they have assured me to send the phone for approval again and they have given me the job sheet too. But till today, 29.05.2018 still I have not get any call of approving.
                              Now, it's my demand to set my phone properly with the better and perfect condition urgently.

                                I bought nokia6 last month on april 2018. But it was stated getting heat and automatically getting switched off. After 15 or 20 day days i was subbmiteed that phone in nokia service centre. They said i will take one day and want me to come and collect next day. Next dat i have called them about 15 to 20 times after that they answered the call and said wait for more 2 days. I called them after 3 days again still it was not done. Then i spoken to customer care. They said it will take min 7 and max 15 days. Then after 15 days i have called them. They said that they are esclating the issue to higher level and want me to wait for 48 hours. After that 5 days completed i went went to nokia centre again but it was not done. And they want me to talk to customer care. And today i called to customer care and again they want me to go to nokia service centre. I am suffering this from 7th may 2018. I asked them if the instruments are not there. Replace the product.

                                      I have purchased a Nokia 8 in October 2017, I don't know what is wrong with the Device.
                                      In December 2017, somehow dust had been put in the Camera Lens, it is totally sealed pack. But still happened.
                                      Now there is new Issue I am facing, the Screen of the Device has been come up somehow! Mobile hasn't damaged any single time! but still, this is happening.

                                      I repaired it Twice at the service center!!! but getting repaired, after 2 days same happened itself!! Screen has come up itself! I am attaching the image of the same here.

                                      The thing I am facing is, I am not getting a reply from the Customer Care from last one week I think.(attaching the screenshot)

                                      I have bought Nokia 6 in Oct 2017.
                                      Just 2 months after buying the handset it started getting hanged and the operating system is working very slow. Althea applications are working very slow.j don't know why this is happening even worst brands are not getting that slow. I have restarted resettedd the handset many times as directed by customer care executive but still it happens same after few minutes.
                                      Second problem is it's getting over heated. Most of the times specially in sunny weather and during Internet using, it gets over heated. I am an electronic engineer I understand the way a gadget dissipate heat but does it needs to be that hot that you cannot hold it. Yes I repeat it gets that heated that you cannot hold it. Please help me out I have complain ed in customer care also.i am using Nokia from past 9 years. Till date I have used only Nokia sets but this is the worst situation I am in. I don't want to switch out from such trust worthy brand please helpe out.
