Hi,

I gave my nokia 6 in service centre date[protected].

At secunderabad branch, hyderabad. Regarding to touch keys issue and speaker issue on may 12 but there is no proper response, every time i call them they ask me to contact after ten days (Happens twice), facing a worst experience with service center

I was stick with nokia from long time ago and i didn't expect from nokia that they are so irresponsible with customers and i am facing so much trouble without my mobile from last few weeks..

I need to know the proper date when will i get my handset?

      I booked nokia 7plus on may21st (Order number 8451). Till now no information on when product will be delivered to me. Called customer care multiple times, but they were not able to provide and eta on this. Unfortunately i can't wait on this further as i need a cell phone very badly. Would like to cancel the order and move to some other option. Requesting you to cancel the booking and get my money back as early as possible

          I am an owner of nokia 5 (2 gb ram version) from the month of october, 2017.
          I rarely play any kind of games and such applications in my mobile.
          I generally use my mobile for calling and using whats-app and facebook.
          From the last 1 month i only get a battery back up of 3 hours (Screen on time) when my battery drains from 100 to 0% battery charge.
          It was up-to 6 hours in the first 3-4 months from purchase.
          I am facing great trouble in using this product.

            I had given my Nokia 6 to Nokia care center alappuzha 3 weeks before to change my phone's display.They haven't given my phone yet.They agreed to give my phone last saturday.Bt they haven't.They are not answering my call.I have been calling them for the last two working days but they don't answer.I didn't expects this from Nokia.So bad servicing.When I enquired about the center, I got bad feedbacks.They provides worst service.So I bought my phone back.

                I have purchased one nokia lumia 925 during the year 2013. But the mobile switch off and did not respond even after charge. I submit it at nokia care bhubaneswr, odisha for repair. But they returned with suggetion for replacement of motherboard and company now stop supply of this model motherboard. I think it is not solution of my mobile problem which i have purchased about rs40, 000/-. Let me advice what to do at this stage.

                  I have one nokia lumia 925 mobile. I submit it nokia care at bhubaneswar, odisha for repair as it was out of order. But they returned it with a suggetion for replacement of motherboard and company now not supply motherboard. So it is not repairable. I never expect such type of service from nokia care. I have purchased it paying rs40000/- during the year 2014. How could i throw this set for non supply of motherboard by company. Please solve my problem.

                  I did not get my phone from nokia service centre in muvatupha.it was just a speak complaint.i Submit my phone there in 12/05/2018.

                    Hlooo.. Am from kotkapura dist. Faridkot punjab... Am using nokia 6.. My phon receiver was not working properly.. I gave it for repair in faridkot care centre.. An employee named vicky was handling my case.. He promised me to return my phone after 3 days.. N thn after 3 days.. I call him.. He always delayed n many of times he didnt pick my call.. He treated me rudely.. Thn i personly went to care centre.. N i saw him ignoring my call.. Thn i talked to his boss... N he made excuses.. I was infomed to get phone after 3 days.. But due to this irresponsible emloyee.. I got my phone after 10 days... Please take action against him... N please give me feedback about this case

                    Nokia 3 has a battery charging issue and very randomly the phone will be dead all of a sudden. At instances the charging will be very slow than the usual speed.
                    I am facing the issue before the warranty period which is just a month valid yet. Request you to replace the product with a new one.

                      I have purchased nokia 6 via flip cart in mar'18 and it ran good for some days

                      After releasing update 8.1.0 we had updated same and now the problem is that the ringtone which plays for an incoming call is ringing at the least volume after setting higher. Also when try to increasing the volume it is not increasing till the restart. Kindly suggest the solution of it we purchased nokia by the brand name and trust hope the trust will be continue.

                        From starting of the day the mobile is getting hear while charging. And the apps are not open fast. Its getting very slow to reaction. Its been very slow not able to use as the system is very slow kindly give me the solution from the day one i have faced the same problem i use to close all the apps then and there even after that also i have facing the problem.                           I have bought nokia 6 matte black on 6th october, imei no-[protected],
                          Product code-22pleb20007, on 10 th may my phones display black with out any accident happen, with out any thing suddenly the phones display gone totally black although the ph is in working condition like the calls and notification are coming. On 11 th of may after denial by 2 service centre (By telling me it will take 25-30 days you can check somewhere else) i finally deposit my phone for repairing at anand international (292_504886) service centre. But still now i did not get any call from them and this is so pathetic that after waiting for 2 month i bought my nokia ph as is was my trusted buddy since i use mobile phone. But if it is the condition of my 6 month old phone which suddenly stop working, it is pathetic. I want replacement or give me my money back. The trust is broken.. Sorry nokia

                            I have purchased a nokia-06 on dated 23 sep-17, since last 3 month, i am facing the problem of speaker (Loudspeaker not working), and i am continues trying to connect with nokia care raipur (Ankur computer services) for the same problem from last three month. And nokia care always replayed the same answer that we do not have the parts.

                            Kindly look into the matter and resolve the same.

                            I took my phone to the service center and told that there is a problem in this, those people did not do it properly.When my phone had a problem with the battery, what did they have to do with the software in a phone, even though those people did not fix my phone, only my phone was hit once.

                              Dear nokia if you wanna grow again in market please start your own consumer care instead of establishing third party vendor like flex
                              Flex is too much lie with consumer

                              I am amit pachghare i have facing charging issue while phone is in on condition, and at time switch off it work fine,
                              For this issue i submitted mobile phone in nokia customer care and they truly lie with me, they told me your mobile get damaged by water, i i know in this summer my mobile even not touch any water contact,
                              Consider if its water damage then how its possible to get charge in off condition,
                              After that i had have paid money for changing part, the story not end here
                              After few month again my charging issue arise and now they told me your part is damage again need to replace not this one my screen touch adhesive also removed,

                              My mobile is 2 month old and they charge me as followed
                              1) repairing charge
                              2) adhesive charge
                              3) part charge
                              4) service charge, even if in warranty period

                              And one story again i am spying this care and its found that 98% consumer are get fooled by advising water damage,

                                I have submitted my mobile nokia 6 on 13th april 2018 in one of your authorized service enter in bangalore, problem is my mobile started rebooting itself after few days its display stopped working (Blank). When i contacted service center they told since they are unable to repair from their end they i have submitted my mobile to nokia repair factory and told me to contact nokia support i have contacted a raised (#292567) an escalation as well 3 times what nokia service people saying is even after escalating thrice they have not received any update from nokia repair factory. This is not acceptable and they are telling me to wait some more time till they get response from repair factory i have waited almost 25 days still they are asking me to wait more time this is worst case of service from a reputed brand like nokia if you people not able to provide good service then why you peoples are in the market even a new brand companies giving good services and 25 days is not small time. Is this much time required to repair a mobile?? If you people not able to repair it i urge you guys refund the mobile amount i paid for you guys in purchasing your product so i will go with other brands. Because of you guys i am using a basic mobile and i my professional works are halted its affected my career and i faced lot of escalation from my company side who will pay for the loss i have faced. I can say this is worst case of service i want my amount should be refunded and i don't want to go with your brand mobile after facing all these problems.

                                    4 months since i purchased, 2 visits already to service centre. I demand a replacement immediately. Battery discharges quickly and do not switch on when we try to recharge again ending up in our visit to service centre just to switch on the mobile.                                       I ordered Nokia 6.1 32 GB phone from Nokia.com website on 26 April 2018. I received the same on 30th April. Since it was new phone, i have never seen physically. As soon as I received i felt it is too big to handle. In website it is mentioned that 10 day return policy with **. They did not mention what ** meaning in case of return policy. When I talked to customer service center, the person says that i can provide you only replacement not return. But I do not want this product and based on mentioned in Nokia.com website. I should get return this product and refund my money.

                                        My name is vishnu mohan, one week before i bought your new model nokia 6.1 from reliance mobile store fathima nagar pune (Pin:411040).
                                        The performance of the phone was very very poor it doesn't have a good battery backup, it always hang i don't know what software it is... I'm hearing ad feeling this first time just after one week it is hanging...
                                        You people are advertising on zeiss camera... Ad quality... It's also very poor when we click a photo it will show the pic was taken by when we take it back... The pictures is not their, what i want to say is it's delaying for 5-6sec, poor performance by nokia team ad software technicians, i personally never tell any one to buy nokia mob because of poor performance.
                                        Tell me how can i sort my problem, tell me the solutions, because i spend 16999 rupees for this rubbish peace of mobile.
                                        Nokia team break our trust on nokia.
