Dear nokia if you wanna grow again in market please start your own consumer care instead of establishing third party vendor like flex
Flex is too much lie with consumer
I am amit pachghare i have facing charging issue while phone is in on condition, and at time switch off it work fine,
For this issue i submitted mobile phone in nokia customer care and they truly lie with me, they told me your mobile get damaged by water, i i know in this summer my mobile even not touch any water contact,
Consider if its water damage then how its possible to get charge in off condition,
After that i had have paid money for changing part, the story not end here
After few month again my charging issue arise and now they told me your part is damage again need to replace not this one my screen touch adhesive also removed,

My mobile is 2 month old and they charge me as followed
1) repairing charge
2) adhesive charge
3) part charge
4) service charge, even if in warranty period
And one story again i am spying this care and its found that 98% consumer are get fooled by advising water damage,
Nokia India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Problems high heat all body
Please solved this problem .
