I have brought nokia 5 (3 gb0) from shop on 27.01.2018 because of the brand name i am expecting the same quality but i got very bad experience from your product on 31.03.2018. Just escaped from the horrible situation of the mobile getting blast.
I am holding phone in my hand and suddenly i experienced the rays and unusual vibration from the mobile. I immediately switched off phone to avoid the accident.

I request you to please change my headset.

I submitted my nokia 8 to nokia store in pune (Bm gadget services pvt. Ltd.) and they are saying that a part is missing. The job number is "mj 10" and i had submitted the mobile on 24/02/2018. I was facing issues with the wifi and mobile network as it was not working. I am not able to even turn the wifi and mobile data on, and the mobile did not detect any sim card

Since then i have received no call back or support back from the store. Later when i contacted them, they started arguing that should not even have taken the mobile as it some missing component on motherboard and they did a favor on me.

Firstly, ensure that you have competent people providing help and support, if you want to continue with your business.
Secondly, i doubt the skills the store has, because if the component was missing then how was the mobile working for nearly 7 weeks and how did it stopped suddenly.
If there was a component missing then i need an explanation as why did a defective piece pass the qc and why was it sold to me?

I feel like i made a mistake by buying a mobile from nokia, since it is not even 2 months and i am facing these issues such early on. I am definitely going to share my feedback with others and advice not to buy mobiles from nokia.
I need resolution to this issue asap. If not i want a refund in the amount of the money i paid for the mobile as i am not taking back a defective piece.

My nokia ticket number is 244590 and my job sheet no. Is 6120.
I gave my phone on 17/3/18. And they said that they will give back on 21/3/18.
But still i didn’t get my phone back. I call to nokia costumer care number they said wait for 48 hours.
I did that also 48 hours means 2 days but for novia 48 hours is 4 to 5 days but still i didn’t get any response.
Then they said they will give me on 31 march and now they are telling your phone is not ready till yet.

I have never seen this type of worst care center ever I bought a Nokia 6 mobile I didn't even used it for 2 months it's started giving trouble the touch keys are not working so I went to the Nokia care center in begumpet they made me to wait for 1 1/2 hour and told me to come the next day evening and on that day when I called them they told me it will take 10 days after four days I contacted them again they are telling me the same story that it will take 10 more days they even scolding and giving me the rude answers that we told you to wait for 10 days but you are calling me and asking for mobile if you want take the mobile without repairing and go but if you want your mobile phone get repaired wait for our call whenever we tell you to take come and take away your phone but don't frustrate on us they are giving me this type of answers one of the worst service center

I have nokia smart phone. Since the day of buying i have been experiencing very bad working by the phone. Nokia service center nalgonda has worst service (Both product and customer). Very very disappointed. Kindly take necessary action. The phone gets stuck every time. Service people say it is a software problem. They do not attend to the problem. The phone is sold by ta magnet mobiles.

I brought nokia 3 on 07 sep 2017 after three months yellow shades are seen on both sides of the screen. I gone to nokia care kollam. They did some repair and tell me display is not avalible, and call them after week then come. Thereafter i call them several time they are not even attending my call, after their repair phone has heating problem also, please find solutions for this, or replace my phone

My display and touch broken of nokia6 in december. I paid around ₹5300 to nokia centre at neelam chowk, faridabad for new display. But the centre didn't properly attached. Light showing from the corners. I visited 3 times in last three months to resolve the problem but the centre didn't work properly. Till now problem is not solved. I am not happy with the service provided by service centre. Kindly please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

I bought a nokia 6 mobile. And within 15 days speaker not working, so i visited nokia care and submit the mobile but no response. Always saying parts are not available and date to be extended. Also customer care talking with many times but any not response by cutomer care and nokia care. So please i requested to you please resolve the issue and then otherwise replace the my mobile phone nokia 6.
So very very bad service of nokia care and nokia customer care.

Around 4 o' clock when i used camera of my phone it was displaying a message that ur camera is not working... After an hour when i pressed switch off button.. My phone started blinking.. And its touch was not working how ever its sensor was working but it ws not able to open it.. I hv shut it down bt still it is not working.. I have tried to reset it.. But nothing has happened to its problem.. Plz give solution asap..

Mera nam ramesh melage hai mai nokia 5 liya hai mobile ohhhhh mobile lete 15 deen me hi charge pin ka problems chalu huwa costumer care wale 3 bar mera mobile kholkar repair kiya feer bhi problems sol nhi hai aadhi to care wale mera mobile ka problems ko car nhi kar rahe hai aadhi mai kiske pas jau duplicate mobile bana kar mere paise duba deeye bahot kharab hai nokia company muje re fund chaiye...?

Its been only one and a half month since I have bought this Nokia 6 handset from the word go it's been providing me lots of trouble and loss as well because its keeps hanging no matter what i can't pickup phone call due to that i have suffered money loss as well which has been done and who's gonna pay for that which is ur company responsbilty to provide proper services to ur customers which i have not got so far and its just not phone call i haven't been able to use any function or app without any glitches on this phone and when i took this phone customer service center rather than providing me help and proper service the service centre head was rude to me and misbehaved with me at microsoft service center which is located right in front of tilak nagar police station and opposite haldiram ...so i want you to resolve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i will take this matter to consumer forum...

I had purchased a nokia 6 on 6 sep 2017 and after using its 6 month its start hanging and heating problem and after some time its keypad touch and home button, arrow key not working.. I submitted to nokia service center (Neil communication in noida sector 10 uttar pradesh) to solve the issue but the not give me proper response always delay.. Saying your product touch not delivered by nokia bangalore center.. Its take 25 days around... Its is worst problem facing by me... Nokia lost their customer happy experience as earlier it was.

Can nokia extend my warranty month due to delay by nokia service center
?

Apart from this also facing a problem with earphone not working properly...

What you do nokia its a bad experience with nokia totally disappointed.

Hi, i have given my charge cable for replacement on 3rd march, still the service center people are telling that the product is not available, i have called them so many times, but same answer every time. No proper date about product replacement. The replacement date they given is 10th march. I have visited store also and called them 4-5 times but still no progress. They give everytime same answer that product parcel didn't came from company.

I have submitted my phone in nokia service center on 2 feb and still waiting for the problem to be fixed. I was not expected such a bad service from nokia.

Can some one help me in getting a replacement of my phone.

I bought an nokia 5 phone from Maa Bhawani Mobiles, Rohtak Road Charkhi Dadri on 21/11/2017 for an amount of Rs. 13500/-.after three months the mobile was facing some problem in network. I have duel sim and both sim were not working. I contact nokia care and they simply factory reset my phone and returned. Next day I again contact the care center & they deposited my phone and asked me to come after 2-3 days. when I contact after 4 days they said that board has to be changed and it will take another 3-4 days. After another 5 days they explained that main board is to be replaced and it will take another 5-6 days. After 10 days I contact care center on phone they answered that my phone is repaired and ok. When i contact the center to collect my phone they asked me to sit and after 2 hours they said that phone is water damaged and could not be repaired. The phone was given to me having no display or on/off. I deposited the phone in good condition only sim are not working and all other network on wifi was working in good condition. after one month and after changing main board it is not possible for me to enter their center and put water in my phone. they refused to repair of replace my phone.

Order no.[protected] as per my order, product nokia 1600 mobile phone was delivered yesterday. Today we put on charge with the charger supplied by you. We connected the charger to the handset. Then as soon as we switched on the electricity button, it made the blast sound and the lights, fans. Etc. Went off. We tried again and again 3 times and every time the lights and
Fans went off. We ca nnot charge the handset, with the result we cannot use the mobile phone. Either the handset is defective or the charger is defective. Please arrange to collect back the defective product and replace it with the new one.

On 15 feb. 2018 i had purchased nokia 8 from sunny electronics, kolhar bk. Tal rahata dist. Ahmednagar. On 13 march 2018, about 2:00pm to 2:30 pm, i was seating in my ac cabin (Temperature was around 19 to 24 dg. Cel. My phone was on my desk, after 15 mins. When i picked my phone it was observed that half display was not working, which was covered with multi coloured dots, then on 14th march i submitted my phone to shree maungiri electronics (822_504867), sangamner, then it was forwarded to nasik for repair, today i got call from nokia care sangamner ur phone is out of warranty n due to liquid its happened.

Dear sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model nokia 6 edition for service in warranty to care point care point lucknow at nokia care centre it's set r heating too much but
They care centre will be not respond they ignore my complain or problem. From there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem a days after receiving that. And in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises. On april 8march. My set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money. Now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month
I am really frustrated to hear excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in mobile phones. But sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic... What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due latter

I purchased this nokia 3 on 5/8/2017
I am facing many problems while using this:
1) heats up very fast
2) whenever i charge it, it just switches off and restarts very late after so many attempts
3) apps closes automatically or hangs up
4) hangs a lot
5) i have not installed a single game but still it hangs
6) battery drains very fast
7) first we took this to karol bagh service centre and they said that they don't have the software and doesn't know anything
As it was showing battery temperature not detected and was not starting
9) 14-15 days back we took this to big nokia store and they said that they have changed the software and have changed the charging jek and didn't gave us any receipt and after returning home we saw that the condition was same
10) for students it is not a good option as we have to restart it again and again

I have purchased a nokia 6 last month. The touch pad was not working. Now the screen became completely blurred. Nokia care is charging me 2300 rupees for their worst product. Cheap product quality. And there is nothing as such warranty. Most unsatisfactory and pathetic service. Regretting as purchased this product. Seems nokia has opted the easy process of making money by looting customers, in any means, cheap product quality, denying warranty, harassing customers. Poor service.
