My name is vishnu mohan, one week before i bought your new model nokia 6.1 from reliance mobile store fathima nagar pune (Pin:411040).
The performance of the phone was very very poor it doesn't have a good battery backup, it always hang i don't know what software it is... I'm hearing ad feeling this first time just after one week it is hanging...
You people are advertising on zeiss camera... Ad quality... It's also very poor when we click a photo it will show the pic was taken by when we take it back... The pictures is not their, what i want to say is it's delaying for 5-6sec, poor performance by nokia team ad software technicians, i personally never tell any one to buy nokia mob because of poor performance.
Tell me how can i sort my problem, tell me the solutions, because i spend 16999 rupees for this rubbish peace of mobile.
Nokia team break our trust on nokia.

    I purchased nokia 6 on november 2017 with in 1 month i faced issues with the softkeys so i gave the mobile for service after 1week i received the mobile angin with in 1 month i faced the same problem and gave the mobile for repair to the service center again on march 27 and they repaired my mobile and gave within a week same issues happened, this happening in a routine manner (Given 7 times for service for same issue) and till now issue is not resolved so i've asked for a replacement till now i've not received my mobile or any replacement. This is a worst experience.

    Im also not getting proper response to my complaint.

      Hi team i purchase Nokia 1, 3 days before on 20 april 2018, with the name of brand NOKIA .. its a default phone. There is a chraging issue, i am not using data on that phone then to its coming 100 % to 0 % in 1, 2 hours.now i will never ever buy nokia and i will not recommend to anyone.

        I bought a new nokia 6 in fabuary month 2018 and face the problem in very next month in the display and in all other features . After depositing the mobile to the service center it took more then 2 months to solve the problem.they give me a new phone and after using it for 7 days this one also got stopped.and now it is also working.after going to service center they told me that it will take nearly again2 months to get the work done

          Hi,

          i have purchase one Nokia 5 phone from Rahul communication Indira market Mandi Himachal Pradesh in Jan.2018 but one day Apr. 2018 we do the video call in my home then suddenly the phone is stooped he says me your picture shown black but in few seconds phone display off and not restart again, when we discussed this with shopkeeper he says you can go are center this is not our responsibility, when we give it in care center he says it is not repaired if you want to repair this then we will repaired but warranty is close for next time, so request to you please help me on this because i am a middle class person and not by phone in every three or five month

            My nokia 3 mobile is not charging above 85%.. Its software complaint.. When i format my device.. Then sometimes its fine but... Everytime it's sticks at 85%.. And not charging above that... I have given three time my device to nokia care near my place in pathanamthitta, kerala. They've formated it and again after some days the problem is happening... I need to get my phone okay.. At anycost before my warrenty period ends... Do something...

              I bought a new Nokia handset 225 (Dual SIM, White) in Rs.3499/- online through amazon.in on 11th Nov-2017 for my old mother who cannot operate smart phone. In first week of Feb-2018 it stopped working (Screen became blank) so I complained to Amazon.in on 25.02.2018. Amazon.in asked me to take the handset to any Nokia care as it is still in warranty. So took that handset to Nokia Care where they told me to get back to seller (Amazon.in) as these basis phones are having replacement warranty and Nokia care only repair smart phones nowadays. They also given us in written (mail) for the same. When I again approached Amazon.in they again want the same declaration from Nokia Service center though I forwarded the same mail from Nokia care to Amazon.in
              Now it is not matter of just Rs 3499/- but the harassment I am facing by Amazon.in. Kindly let me know what should be my future course of action as my mother is not having any phone and she is staying at Allahabad and I am at Gurgaon.

                I am a new user of your latest nokia-8 mobile handset. I purchased the handset from bhubaneswar, odisha, just a few days before. I trusted the brand "nokia" and wanted to have this new android set after the company closed its mobile business a few years before. Considering it to be a premium segment i went for nokia-8 model as i required high battery backup and thought that the new handset will give me a very good usage experience. But, to my surprise i faced a huge setback just after a few days of purchase which damaged the emotions i had about nokia.

                I am working in banking sector at a senior level and frequently do business travels and meetings. During one meeting i tried to put my handset in vibration mode, but it did not happen. I thought this might be because of some minor issues being a new handset and being a new user. This error occurred just a few days after the purchase of handset. Then i checked it again after that and showed to a few other persons, but the error was not resolved. After a few days later, i visited the nokia care center in bhubaneswar. As it was closed, i came to the shop from where i purchased the handset. One person from nokia (Assumed) who sits there for sales tried to rectify the error. He contacted the nokia care person over phone and did factory resetting. I spent almost 2 hours in that shop, still the error was not rectified. Then, i was told to come next day with the handset. Because of my professional engagements, i could not come again. I gave it to one of my cousin who happens to be a regular buyer of mobile from that shop.

                The nokia person from that shop took the handset to nokia care center and kept it for whole day. Then, the nokia care center told that the issue can not be resolved and the mother board needs to be changed. As there was no stock the center told to come after 4 days again to for repairing. While speaking to the shop person over phone, i demanded a new handset as they sold me a faulty handset which had manufacturing defects. My demand was denied. After a long argument, then i asked for a stand-bye handset and this demand was also rejected.

                Now, i am writing this as my complain against nokia, the brand owner and hmd global, which is the exclusive licensee of nokia brand for selling me a faulty handset having manufacturing defects. Also, i would like to know why i will not get a replacement of the handset i purchased, which was defective

                By selling a defective handset, the company has damaged my emotions, wasted my work times and put me in mental stress. This breaches the consumer rights.

                Request you to look into the matter and resolve accordingly at the earliest. I have attached the copy of my original invoice and service job sheet copy. The date of service request is more than one month as i was travelling and out of station for a long period due to business requirement. So, i could not visit the nokia care center.

                  I purchased a nokia 5 at 14th september 2017. Mobile was going well but from the last month it was showing a major problems like automatically swiched on off, speeker not working, got hanged etc. After that i had consulted with nokia care at bhubneswar they told me that issue has come from software. They had upgraded the software. But issue not resolved. Second time i had visited to the service centre they told us give us some time to observe and they hand over the same product with the same problem. I visited again to the service centre they told me it has some hardware problems. At this opinion i told them please do the possible. They again made me foolish. They did nothing to to solved the problem. Because its an under of warranty period. So let me suggest what shall i do?

                    Hello,
                    I am bhargav kasa. I have brought a nokia 6 in december. It was kinda bent, but i was fine with it. Recently it fell down from my hand and the inner display got spoilt. The exterior of the phone was just the same after it fell down. I gave it to one of the local shops to replace my display. And they have promised to return it in a week's time.

                    And now, it has been a month's time, and there no news about my phone. The person in the local repair stores says he has no idea when my phones gonna get repaired. Inspite of me enquiring about my phone, there was nothing done to get back my phone repaired.

                    So... Nokia?
                    Is this how you treat your customers? You ask a week's time
                    To do a second's job. And yet, the work isnt complete after a months time.
                    When am i getting my phone back? Am i getting it back or not?

                    I need a quick reply from you. Nokia.

                        I buy nokia 5 on 9.3.2018 from reliance trend durgapur and the phone becomes dead after charging within one month. I have given the phone to digitech services on 8.4.18 after talking with nokia care. But it is still one week over but service center is talking that your motherboard gone..                           On 24 march i have got my new nokia 8 screen replaced by nokia care cuttack after which they had provided me with a faulty display once again. Now that i am enquring about getting a new display changed there has been no response from them. I am being told that the screen product ain't available with them and they have ordered it but cannot confirm as to when they will receive shipment and replace my screen.

                            I have purchased nokia 6 via amazon in september and it ran good for some days, after the first release of android 8 (Oreo) update issues started like overheating, phone hang up, call drop etc and i gave the phone to service center and they told that the problem is resolved.
                            Note that they have given any info on what they did. To me it looked like factory reset.

                            After this the 8.1.0 has been released and now the problem is that the ringtone which plays for an incoming call is ringing at the least volume for maximum calls. If i do the hardware test as instructed by call centre the test are passed.

                            I have purchased 3 mobiles to my family and all of them are having the same issues.

                            Latest updated to android 8.1.0 on 01.03.2014

                            So i request to have a permanent solution for this which may be an update / patch for the software and even then if this is not solved device replacement. There are no physical damages to the phone.

                              On 11april i buy nokia 6.1 as my expectations is very high from nokia and his zeiss lens camera previous im user of lumia 730 12 th april is my birthday i gift myself the phone but on the same day i found some issue with my newly buy nokia 6.1 heating problem while charging and while using too, my phone hang 3times, and big disappointed part is camera selife camera is pathetic a big zero to nokia for his camera. Next day i visit to the shop where i buy it they told me to go to the service centre, i visit to the service centre on 13th april they told me to reinstall the software they do the same after im coming back to my home but from 13th evening im seeing my sim2 slot is not working its shows no service repeatedly change 3 sim to check if any problem on my sim but as usual no other sim working on it.
                              So the end of the day my only concern to nokia please improve your handset dont make indian public fool you're on a very higher side so your customer expectations is much higher than what you get from us.
                              Now the time im not recommended anyone to buy nokia mobile i want my refund if possible please raise do against that.
                              I hope i get justice on this matter...

                                  My nokia 6 mobile, was bought 4 months back
                                  Within 2 months o[censored]se, it suddenly got hanged.
                                  In a while the display went blank.
                                  I took it to the service center. They repaired and gave back after 3 days.
                                  But, still i observed issues in touch and display.
                                  A few hours back, the device got hanged again. Its not responding, and is heated.
                                  After getting it from the service center, i have starte facing more issues.
                                  It gets hanged every now and then. Touch screen doesnt function properly, i cant type anything.
                                  I have updated all the softwares, but no use. It seems to be problem with hardware only.
                                  Even the battery gets drained so fast. None of their promises seems to be true.
                                  I trusted nokia, they promise good products and even they deliver us, but now this is their service.
                                  I tried to contact to nokia care, but no response from them. This is cheating to your customers.
                                  Please let me know a solution to this. I am very much unsatisfied by the device.
                                  Its only been 4 months, and there are so many issues.
                                  I dont have any other phone as a replacement, i cannot give the phone at service center everytime.
                                  Please provide a feasible solution.

                                      Every time when I go to Nokia customer care service station for this complaint they just formated my phone and give it to me back they do nothing with my phone they just done factory data reset and give it back to me
                                      I think Nokia was best company for any kind of phone but I was wrong nowadays if your company do nothing for its customers so I must say sadly that Nokia's name go down .

                                        This message is to inform u sir that i have purchased a cell phone nokia 3310 it was found defected after some days of purchase. We reported the retailer he is not returning us the phone and is avoiding to talk. They are asking to talk us to several people but are not resolving our problem due to this we are facing a lot of problem and mental tension. Kindly help us to resolve my problem.
