Charger not working properly. Today i handed over my nokia 2 mobile bought on 16.2.2018, to find the fault of charging to vee tee communications, keelkattalai, authorised service centre for nokia. Customer care executive abdul rahman attended and seemed that not having enough experience to understand the customer needs and giving improper replies regarding warranty of the mobile. I have not used the warranty till today. Without asking the bill from me he told a service charge of rs. 1200 for replacing the connecting female point in the mobile. Water got logged inside was the reason told by him. Water was never kept near my mobile. 18.2.2019 is the delivery time. Hope you will take the necessary action immediately on this and the repair should be put in the warranty only. If not accepted we will stop purchasing anymore. My Nokia 6.1 plus has loose charging problem & Nokia care taking minimum 15 days to solve this problem.
