Nokia India — Warranty service not provided | |||||
Sir, I have purchased nokia mobile phone in aug, 15 for rs 2650/-. Now, phone is not working. It becomes very hot when i try to charge it. And as soon as i disconnect phone from charger it get switched off. Today, i contacted auth. Service center of nokia in sakarpur, delhi near hira sweat. They said that you have got repaired your phone at unauthorized place so its warranty has been ended. They refused to repair phone under warranty scheme and asked for charge of rs 1600 for repair of phone. However, i have never got repaired my phone at any shop. Imei no is 368619/06/831322/6 & 368619/06/831322/3. Please look into matter and say them to repair my phone free of cost as it is in warranty period as per sale terms of nokia.
