All o[censored]s have been worried about electricity for the last one year, on low low voltage. Sometimes the low voltage comes that something does not move, such a fast voltage fan tv refrigerator or anything else burns. We are very much worried about this. We request you to fix it as soon as possible.

This is very sad moment for us in fitter no:- 4 Naya tola Bazitpur location, some unauthorised person came and cut the Electric wire for all consumer that is more than 30 consumers, This is totally holiganism act, due to this all people are in trouble whole night because of very hot season.
Humble request you to take an action upon this type of act which can lead a very bad moment in our society....

Some staff come to do repair work in connection to cable wiring but because thier careless attitude they do not finish their work.
In fact from last 15days they are doing repair work and everytime they left with some unfinished work....

there is no one living in this house[for which wrong bill keep coming]and main switch is also shut down. in one month i receive wrong bill and complaint about it to the concerned official . he assured me that correction would be done, but no correction has me made. I kept waiting for it, and 3 months passed and bill keep increasing[wrong] .

My electricity meter number is 3928467. every month north bihar power distribution company ltd. sending me two electricity bill whose meter number is the same. but consumer id and bill number is different. first bill number is [protected] and second bill number is[protected]. we are already deposit some amount against bill number [protected] so you are requested to please do correction in your electricity...

I beg to say that about the above subject i have connected electricity dated 08/06/2018 in my govt house the month of july bill is 485/- and august 813/- i have got after that in november 2018 the bill is 12799/- for the reform of that bill i have not only given the application dated 16/11/2018 but also take meter testing sleep also in 590. But my bill has not been improved
I therefore request you kindly take attention...

I regularly submit my due bill, as per i received the bill. Last month my meter changed and suddenly i received the bill of amount 55000rs. I also have last 5-6 bill and i clear my all bill. And always getting no dues. Receipt. But in a month i received 55000, and when i complaint to sdo, he tells me that this is your due amount. I show him all my previous no dues receipt....

With due respect i would like say that the power supply in my village genharpur which is in bihar is suffering insufficient supply of electricity. Because of this our electrical appliance is not working properly for eg. Fan, motor, fridge etc.
We suffer a lot due to low power supply and we look forward that you will look into this matter as soon as possible. And sir please look in this matter we are suffering alot.
