I am your existing customer, my name is ram vinod thakur, my customer id is [protected], sir we all family members live in kolkata or our house is locked, we live in very few in villages, we live out more. So how this can possible 1523rs 3months of bill has come, yesterday i visit in your mohammadpur office and and i ask why have my excess bill amount come, she told me if you used or not useed you will have to pay 2units of daily, i want to know from you it's a compulsory or mandatory. If i do not use even then i still have to pay. Pls look the matter and resolved it as soon as possible. It's a humble request to you..
Due to this reason i did not pay the bill. End of this month we will go again in kolkata so resolved my matter is priority basis.
