Respected sir's,

In would like to informed you that i am having an electricity connection vide ca no[protected]. The said connection lying disconnected since last approx 18 months due to non paid of dues.

In this rgd i had submitted a grievance on pmo portal even sent it various official of bihar govt including cmd bsphcl through mail and later a rti also filled, but all in vain and no answer has been recieved yet now.

Now i have received a bill of october 2019, showing total outstanding amount of rs 34345/- likely. Its include with a late fee/interest of rs 18320/- likely and energy charge only rs 15592/- i mean late fee /interest amount is over than actual energy charges.

It is again humbly request all of you, please waive off entire late fee/interest amount in natural justice and remaining amount i would pay immediately.

An early action in this rgd highly appreciated.

    I rajni kant ranjan s/o awadh kishor sah at priyankar (Hat tola), gram panchayat itahri dhamdaha purnea. Here more than 300 voltage is supplying, everything is burning like wire, fan bulb even stabilizer. I have called everyone like local electro fitter j e and also purnea office but they are not taking proper response only pretending. We r facing these problems 3-4 months. So please do whatever possible.

        From last two month i got high electricity bill before these last 2 months i paid regularly bill which was aprox rs 400-800. But last two month it incresed very high and the consumptions are same no additional uses. My id is sw 138363.
        I visited to the ectricity office last 15 days but didn't find the officer. So kindly check this..

              My consumer no - [protected] and myself lalan kumar singh at post - pithaura narpatganj. Since june or july of this year i am trying to understand about my bill and i have gone many times at my near electricity department which is narpatganj, forbesganj, araria. Generally they said your bill contain to much fault like lake of reading problem. Sometimes in any month i got much amount of bill and sometimes less. They said you have to change your electric meter after that we will settle your bill. I also complaint at nbpdcl tall free no but day by day i did not get any response. My bill is increasing regularly without any cause and less use of electricity. I am living in rural area and i am a farmer. I don't have enough knowledge about bill and others. Neither they give bill every months nor take reading. From top level to bottom i went and talk to them many times. Nothing is happening. They don't change my meter or always make pressure to pay bill without any proof. Kindly do something i am very helpless and i can not give bribe under there pressure.

                    Sir, I have taken the connection 2 Year back my CA no is[protected]. My house is under construction still i am not start to living in that, also note that construction work are also stop from last 7 month, and 7 months back i have cleared my all dues but without using any units my bill came of Rs.5058/- and due date is 31/10/2019. I had complaint to meter reader but nothing happened so request to you kindly rectify my bill for clear the dues if any.

                    Also note if meter is faulty then plz replace asap.

                          From 2months i noticed that my electronic meter's reading is not going properly as before.. So pls look into this matter and if nassasary change this meter.
                          Before 3 month my reading was 1290 but just after its become 1269 and next month it's shows 1270. How's it possible. My house has no telephone television and no ac no fridge... Only 2 cfl bulb so my bill can be less but reading may be desecres i don't have knowledge about that so i complaint into office but they said change your meter.

How can it is possible.so kindly solve my problem.. if you have possible please chenge my miter.

                                    सर बिजली पावर हाउस मे रहने पर भी दिन भर मे हर दस मिनट पर काट लिया जाता है।और कॉल करने पर बताया जाता है।की 33000 मे प्रॉब्लम है।सर अगर 33000 मे प्रॉब्लम होगा तो बिजली कम से कम 1 घंटा लगेगा। और बार बार बिजली काट लिया जाता है।इससे हमलोग को बहुत परेशानी होती है।

I have complained so many times but from other end no one try to respond my query. I am very disappointed.

Sir i had cuted the receipt for electricity connection in february 2019 and meter of my office put up in frist week of september or the bill in september last came of one lakh fifty two thousand eight hundred and fourty six. How to possible sir march to sep month means 7 month bill is 1, 52, 846/- sir you tell same how it is possible...
