Dear sir / mam
I am munna prasad yadav from shobhepur.
Sir i had done application for electricity connection,
And i received my receipt and started connection on 12/12/2017.
But not yet installed meter & not get my bill.

I have uploaded receipt with this complain.

From last two month i got high electricity bill before these last 2 months i paid regularly bill which was aprox rs 400-800. But last two month it incresed very high and the consumptions are same no additional uses. My id is sw 138363.
I visited to the ectricity office last 15 days but didn't find the officer. So kindly check this..

S-sonbarsa, district-sitamarhi, pin-843317, mob.-[protected], my meter no-2401494, my meter reading going fastly without any load, so i request u sir to please concern my problem well and solve my problem rapidly and replace my meter with original meter, and also told to the mechanic do not take extra charge....

But no any necessary action has been taken yet. Kindly i request you to give correct reading of meter. Average reading is not correct. Still bill issue is not resolved . we complain through the npdcl online portal. now showing complain has already resolved while problem is still pending.
please resolve my billing problem as soon as possible my bill not generating from last one year so please do the needful.

I am a electricity connection holder, my ca no is[protected] but i have taken connection from long distance as there is no electricity polls in my road and there are many houses in between poll and my house, people always use to disturb my connection due to which i always face electricity problem so kindly provide electricity polls as sharp as possible. Sir, I have taken the connection 2 Year back my CA no is[protected]. My house is under construction still i am not start to living in that, also note that construction work are also stop from last 7 month, and 7 months back i have cleared my all dues but without using any units my bill came of Rs.5058/- and due date is 31/10/2019. I had complaint to meter reader but nothing happened so request to you kindly rectify my bill for clear the dues...

Sdo refused to order i arranged all the what ever he said. Again from two days i am running over there he didn't order. First of all he hasn't any manner and discipline. From 2months i noticed that my electronic meter's reading is not going properly as before.. So pls look into this matter and if nassasary change this meter.
Before 3 month my reading was 1290 but just after its become 1269 and next month it's shows 1270. How's it possible. My house has no telephone television and no ac no fridge... Only 2 cfl bulb so my bill can be less but reading may be desecres i don't have knowledge about that...

Dear sir my complaint no[protected] for ecs service has been resolved.
Dear sir i have been surprised when i received this sms. Because neither physical verification was done nor electric pole has been installed. Once again i would like to draw your attention on my complain.
I hope you will take necessary action to short out the issue.

bill no. [protected], Bill date : 30/09/2019

there is mentioned : Reading is last month : 837 unit, This month: 837unit

and total Consuming is: 70 unit (HOW?). but as i know it shuld be 0 (Zero).
Please check rectify.

Sir with due respect i would like to inform you that i am consumer of nbpdcl i took connection on dated cotober 2015 my meter get spoiled in short circuit. I have complained so many times but from other end no one try to respond my query. I am very disappointed.
I would highly obliged if you resolved my issue.

Sir i had cuted the receipt for electricity connection in february 2019 and meter of my office put up in frist week of september or the bill in september last came of one lakh fifty two thousand eight hundred and fourty six. How to possible sir march to sep month means 7 month bill is 1, 52, 846/- sir you tell same how it is possible...

Sir mera consumer no [protected] hai, main do mahine se ghar se bahar tha jiske karan average bill de diya gaya hai jo ki bahut jyada hai. Isliye mera meter reading kar ke mujhe bill diya jaye. Sir jitna jaldi hi sake meri sahayata ki jaye jisse main actual bill ka payment kar sakun. Abhi tak kabhi bhi itna jyada bill nahin aaya tha lekin jab main consume nahin kar raha tha tabhi sabse jyada bill aaya hai....
