I regularly submit my due bill, as per i received the bill. Last month my meter changed and suddenly i received the bill of amount 55000rs. I also have last 5-6 bill and i clear my all bill. And always getting no dues. Receipt. But in a month i received 55000, and when i complaint to sdo, he tells me that this is your due amount. I show him all my previous no dues receipt.

    With due respect i would like say that the power supply in my village genharpur which is in bihar is suffering insufficient supply of electricity. Because of this our electrical appliance is not working properly for eg. Fan, motor, fridge etc.
    We suffer a lot due to low power supply and we look forward that you will look into this matter as soon as possible. And sir please look in this matter we are suffering alot.

      I am the citizen of muzaffarpur..in my mohalla there is not single electricity pole. For that we are facing very inconvenient whole street is covered with open wires.. I had given a written application in the office but they are not taking any action...
      I therefore request you to please grant a electricity pole... For that we shall be highly obliged to you...

        I live in manganpur village, district - vaishali, feeder - bhagwanpur, i found that my present bill is overcharged. It is very shocking that when my billing is under 100 unit then however it comes for 4179, 3576, 4124, and 2872 units in a month. It is very disappointing that government persons are doing such things and harass common people. Please correct them as soon as possible otherwise we can't able to pay any amount.           Dear sir, we are in big trouble and facing the issue of continuous wrong bills from the month of january 2019 and till now. I want to say you that we rarely lives in village we are doing work outside and comes to the village for some time but then then also the have generated wrong huge amount of bills are the site of nbpdcl at every month without giving us bills physically. My average should came around rs 600 but they have generated rs huge bill and continued to do till now around rs 14000 of five months. They have also damanded the extra charges before to my father and mother who sometime live in the village and also given us warning that if we will not give them extra demanded money then they will force and cut the power supply of my house. I would also like to tell you that s. D. O of the bathnaha electricity office and his staff such as mayank sharma, ajit and the line men such as santosh and manoj is continuously involved in electricity corruption and troubling us and torturing to my family from all sides by generating the huge amount of bills without visiting my house and without giving us bills physically. Sir they have technique of doing electricity theft in my village and doing some faults in the circuit because meter is the outside of my house. This is the biggest problem of electricity theft by the concerned electricity office s. D. O (Jee) and his staffs and the biggest problem of large wrong bills till now. Please take some legal action regarding the corrupted s. D. O and his staffs and please focus my problem and to as wherever as possible, so that my problem could be understand and my wrong bills which is being increasing day by day could by improved and i can pay the genuine bills as soon as possible sir. I also complaint before but not solved till now sir. Help us because electric office is troubling and torturing us by giving the large wrong bills every month and want to take the revenge by cutting down of our power supply of my house. Help us.               Honorable sir/madam
              I live in barmasia, near middle school, katihar (854105) bihar. Exact location is - hh23+6r on google maps.
              The problem is that the voltage supply is much less in our locality. We don't get the required voltge supply at our home. This is problem has really very bad impact like: the fans, refrigerators, coolers, bulbs, and other daily use appliances run really slow. The situation turns worse in the summers. This is really a big issue for us since we are not getting the required voltage in our homes.
              I kindly request you to focus on this issue. My humble request to sir. Please solve the issue as soon as possible.

                Sir,

                May possibly i draw your kind attention about the frequent breakdowns of electricity in this locality and the wonderful inconvenience it causes to the residents! Ours is not really a new locality. It got electricity connections many years back. It appears, even so, that the engineer in - charge from the sub-station has not correctly checked the installations and in-spite from the new wires and energy appliances used, there are failures regarding electricity several times in a day. Sometimes, the current is turned off for several hours in a very stretch.

                  It is 2nd time that an electric fire took place at my residence. Electric wire is passing from my house / shop balcony. Many electric wire are passing by my home. We have complaint to the electricity office in bettiah too but no action has been taken place. My parents are senior citizens and it is not possible for them to raise this concern again and again.

                    I hereby notified that in my area have a 32 kv transformer it supply 440 volt (Beside phase neutral supply also current)
                    And continue fluctuation of current.

                    The electricity of this area (town Thana) naka no.1 has been always disturb, the fuse always breaks due to more load on transformer than the electrician set fuse load on it.please do a permanent solution

                        I already complained about our wrong meter reading and exceeding amount of electricity bill for the months of 3 may. The officers came and investigate this matter and they foung wrong meter reading. They promise me that they will revise the bill with currect meter reading
                        As per his reading, the meter reading was 156 units as of 15 may 2019.
                        Just now i check my electric bill which not corrected and meter reading wrong too. Now current meter reading is 156 units instead of 156 units.

                            I have not got my electricity bill yet. It has been 4 years after connection.
                            I have visited many times electric department of my area for bill generation.
                            Each time they asked me to write an application. I have given them application many times. But inspite of this they are not responding.
                            Once they asked me to bring a short video of your meter. I have shown them video and they said that your application will be sent to patna. Each time they excuse with the same reason in a very harsh voice.
                            Please fix my issue.

                                      Dear Sir Due to Some Technical Problem My bill is wrong generated .My Consumer id is [protected]. so please Improve my bill Immediately as soon as possible
                                      I am consumer of federal no 4 at laheriasarai dbg, my consumer no is[protected],[protected],[protected]. We are suffering from low voltage & voltage fluctuation due to such reason we are mentally harrash & economically loss . my motor and refridgerator is damaged due to that reason so please solve our problem as early as possible .
