Consumer no. [protected], I am not getting any bill and also not get any sms regarding my electricity bill that's why i am facing problem to paid my bill, so please solve as soon as possible my problem. My consumer no. is [protected] and my register mobile no. is [protected].
Sir, I am subodh kumar chaudhary from chanakya colony, hajipur. I donot get any electricity bills from some months . I am going to electricity office three times but no action should be taken about it . So i request u to do something to solve my problem.

      My area is near saraswati vidya mandir high school, hospital road, sitamarhi, 843302, in this area electric wire are drawn on the pole but electricity supply is not yet started as transformer is not available. Right now we are taking supply from pani tank but there we are facing voltage issue. No one is taking action on supplying electricity on drawn wire since last 6 months

          Inform you that my bill normally of ₹500 to 700 but in month of july my bill rises to₹1813. So i am not satisfied with it
          Please resolve this i am unable to pay it
          Check my previous record i never got such bill. It sounds not good. Approx 100 unit my bill comes it is not satisfactory. My consumption is not much.

          We are getting frequently power cut in our village..I complaint so many times but getting no response. The service of nbpdcl became worse in my village .

          We don't recieve electricity bill per month..it's been approx six months we dint received electricity bill ...if we will not receive electricity bill per month .then how we will submit the bill

            It is extremely surprising to receive electricity bill for rs. For the month, the meter reading was taken hypothetical basis for which i have been penalized for no fault of mine. I would request you to arrange rising of fresh electricity bill for the month of 2019 taking into account the consumption of electricity on average basis for the last six month.

                I am an electricity consumer of nbpdcl, containing consumer no. [protected]. It seems that my meter is not working properly. The last
                Five months' bills are rs. 204.00, rs. 240.00, rs. 256.00, rs. 540.00 and rs. 888.00. The bills are in increasing order. This proves that the meter is defective. I consume almost same amount of electricity energy but the meter is showing a large difference. The meter is totally defective or the reading is very fast.
                Please get the meter checked soon so that the meter may provide correct reading. For this i shall be ever obliged to you.

                  Sir i am a normal consumer in dumra. My merry reading is very high that causes excess electricity bill. I don't use much electricity but it shows very excess. (Meter is not working and wrong bill) so please resolve this problem. I am anayalizing it for more than march -2018, but it does not resolve till now.

Previous meter reading was taken on 12 jun 19 and present reading is taken on 14 aug 19 skipping the month of july. Because of this the consumption exceeded 500 units.                         Sir my meter was burn last 6 month back but sill not replaced if we asked to replace the meter our village line man ask for 2500 rs why I should be pay we r all ready paying meter rent per month... Sir how many year be have to wait for replacement the meter after mail you updated problem resolve how without checking, in my village for fixing meter he take money then he fixed meter... And all r supporting him full corrupted... All seniors are involved with him so plz check it and give proper solution as soon as possible I m getting per month min 700 rs without using electricity..                         In my area voltage is very low. I complained many times but no problem is solved. The voltage is low that even water moter is not working. We have to bring water from handpump. in this hot summer fan is not running, we are in trouble. Please help.

                          I am Bhaskar Jha S/o Shri Lila Kant Jha, we have a meter wide consumer no- [protected] at our rural home vellage.
                          We are living at Delhi and our rural house is in Locked condition from Oct 2018.

                          There were no uses of Electricity at our rural home. Its meter reading below 10 units every month, But from FEB 2019 we have noticed that our meter giving wrong readings near abount 300 units and more than 300 units ever month. its consumption shown dramatically very high,

                          We are trying giving many written complaint at Madhubani Office as well as
                          talk to JE Rajnangar also, but there is no concrete solutions given.

                          I really shocked to see such a huge Meter Readings of electricity bill, when there is no use of electricity consumption.

                          We have every time paid our bills online by NBPDCL application. but due to this misshapen we have stopped paid bill from Feb 2019.

                          Please do the needful to resolve this problem as earliest and give us the correct bills according to my uses.

                            Dear sir/madam,
                            In our rural society we are getting very less electricity i. E.in 24 hrs only 10-15 hrs we are having electricity and it is coming and going randomly. We are facing problem of summer hot temperature. I am as a student of ca can't study properly, can't rest, and this problem makes me far away from my dream. I would request you to make a schedule of cutting electricity so that we can manage to study properly and look into the matter of my area problem.

                            Same in the near city area like patna, samastipur, muzzafferpur they are getting proper electricity i. E in 24hrs they get 20-23 hrs... By seeing and realizing this we are getting as equal to city area (Unevenly distribution of electricity). Also there's less consumption than city area.

                            I request you please look into this matter.

I recently of electricity bill of 51417 inr which is not reasonable as i paid paid all due on time and as per the previous bill. Please look into this issue and try to resolve it.                                     विषय - हाइटेंसन (11000) विधुत सप्लाइ बंद करने के संबंध में।
                                    महाशय
                                    निवेदन है कि टाटा टेलकम टावर में 11000v विधुत कि सप्लाई टावर के लिए किया गया है
                                    जो लगभग एक बर्ष से बंद है।इसका देख-रेख करने वाला कोई नहीं है।इस बंद परे टावर में विधुत सप्लाई मकान से सटे (काफी नजदिक)होने के कारण हमेशा जान-माल का खतरा बना रहता है।जिसकी शिकायत हमेशा विधुत सहायक अभियन्ता nbpdcl रामदयालू मुजफ्फरपुर को करते आ रहें हैं।परन्तु अभी तक इसपर कोई कर्यवाही नही हुआ है।
                                    अत: श्रीमान से निवेदन है कि अपने स्तर से कार्यवाही करने कि कृपा कि जाय।

In july bill are showing present reading 7171 on[protected] and previous month reading 7171 on[protected]. How it is possible. It is not happen first time. It happened multipal time.                                         Power supply is stop in one phase in rambag chauri nahar road near khadinhandar durga fidder jila school mandir muzaffarpur 842002.

                                        Every after two or three days phase phuse is blast. Please resolve permanent solution in this types of problem.
                                        Please solve my problem in few hour. Please change tranfermar. Load is more but transfermer power is low.
