महोदय मुझे आपसे बार बार कहने में अच्छा नही लगता है एक ही बात को याद मैने आपको कई बार कह चुका हूं कि हमारे घर का मीटर जो लगा है वो किसी फैक्ट्री की तरह consuption कर रही है और मैं इस तरह से अपना बिजली बिल बढ़ते नही देख सकता एक दिन में 27- 30 यूनिट तक बिजली खपत हो रही है और यूज़ में 4 led बल्ब जलता है और 1 फैन चलता है और डेली 2घंटे मात्र tv चलता है ना फ्रिज यूज़ होता है ना मोटर तो आप ही बताइए ये बिजली कोन खपत कर रहा है आपको इस बात की जानकारी पहले भी दिया आप बस इलेक्ट्रीशियन भेज देते है और कुछ कड़ते नही सर मै आपके साथ साथ यही same मैसेज प्रधान मंत्री जी के पोर्टल पर भी लिखूंगा ओर आपका complaint का स्क्रीनशॉट भी attach करूँगा मैं आशा करता हु आप जल्द ही मीटर बदलवाए या मीटर हटाइये मेरे पास 4000 रुपये की सेविंग नही है जो हर महीने इतना आपको ही दे दु कृप्या कर मेरे पहले जैसा बिल 400-500 वाला कर दे धन्यवाद आपकी मदद की हमे सख्त जरूरत है

    Sir mera consumer no [protected] hai, main do mahine se ghar se bahar tha jiske karan average bill de diya gaya hai jo ki bahut jyada hai. Isliye mera meter reading kar ke mujhe bill diya jaye. Sir jitna jaldi hi sake meri sahayata ki jaye jisse main actual bill ka payment kar sakun. Abhi tak kabhi bhi itna jyada bill nahin aaya tha lekin jab main consume nahin kar raha tha tabhi sabse jyada bill aaya hai.

      I am abhishek srivastava and i am a electricity connection holder in muzaffarpur but there is no electricity pole near my house and due to which i have got connection from very far behind my house in between pole and my house there are few houses and people from those houses use to disturb my connection like some times they use to cut my wire, sometimes they say to remove connection as wire is crossing their private land and for that i face lots of electricity problem so kindly provide poles in my road as sharp as possible.

          I m from muzaffarpur.. I didn't live in my old house.. But electricity is available.. It's a two room house with 2 led bulbs and 2 fans.. We visit one or two time in a week.. From 2015 to 2018 bill was about 150 to 200.. After june 2018.. My meter was not working as that house remains close mostly we didn't notice. Suddenly nbpdcl starts sending bill on average about 3000 a months in 2019 i got a bill of more than 35000.. It's a fraud.. We r thinking to go for consumer forum..

            सर हमलोग सिवान जिले के अन्तर्गत बड़हरिया सबस्टेशन में पड़ने वाले खोरीपाकर जदी के निवासी तथा आसपास के कुल १००० कंजोमर को बिजली सही नहीं मिलती है।बराबर खराब हो रहती है जिसके कारण नलकूप भी नहीं चल पता है।अगर उसका रूट पक्की सड़क जो पुराने रूट के ५० मीटर बगल से है वहा से कर दिया जाए तो बराबर के लिए सुधार हो सकता है जेई तथा sdo rural se कहकर थक गए है।और बिजली के कारण सभी व्यक्तियों के अन्दर असंतोष की भावना भारी हुई है ।जो कभी भी उग्र हो सकती है। आपकी खोरिपाकर जद सरेया खुलासा जोगापुर और भोपत पुर की आमजनता।

                Meter reading has not been processed but bill has been messesed to me and bill is showing as energy consumption as 90unit but charged for 396 unit as Rs.2371 .pls resolve my problem.

                This is inform nbpdcl my ca no [protected] that i m not in my village from last 6 months but electricity bill continously came, in fact by increasing bill amount . But in actual the consumption is nil or 1 or 2 units but bill came from last 3 to 5 months is 70, 69 rupees and in Feb 2021 bill came Rs 130 and showing meter reading 232 in previous month and 232 date of meter reading but after that bill is for 50 units. How is that possible?
                There is ignorance in department..we are labour class people came here for job...and they send electricity bill without any consumption o[censored]nits...
                plz check and clear my bills. I enclosed bill

                  Sir i have done written and verbal complain for the removal of 11kv line which crosses the land. But no reply has yet been delivered regarding this. I did called on the helpline number 1912 but they said the complain can not b registered i have to give my plea to the same office. Please help me with this i will always be greatful. The line is crossing the entire colony and it is creating the risk of life on the residents. The line can b merged with other divisions with the cooperation and coordination of the local officers but no help at all is granted. I have been to every office to request but it is not possible to get any kind of help from them.

                          Dear Sir/s,

                          I have been out from my hometown and the payment is overdue. I was thinking to clear the dues and cut the electricity as we dont stay there.
                          But the problem is that i donot know what exactly is the process for this.
                          Please help me giving the process as i will be paying the overdue by online but have got no idea of how to cut the supply of electricity.

                                I have regularly complain customer care for incorrect metre reading and bill made by nbpdcl from march 2019 upto till now for ca no [protected]. I am alone and retired senior citizen live at darbhanga but also taken connection at my village. No one can live at that place but bill are coming from md at that place a single bulb is not lighten. You are requested to pl. solve my problem otherwise if it is not solve then disconnect it. I am 71 yrs old and i fed up from nbpdcl

This is the my 3rd complaint about this matter and all time found mistake from front side. One moth bill generate some of rupees 664/- when no more than250/- per month and also have no any due payment than how can generate this hug amount therefor same consumption in my house any changes. And today[protected] my mother go the electric office for asking about this amount than the some employe say to her that is you bill will be generated for 2 month. How it is possible because of i have no any due.                                       Dear sir/madam,

                                      This is to inform you that i, avadhesh prasad asthana having consumer no.[protected]. My docket no. Is 1545810 dated 26 aug 2019. Last bill deposited on 02 jun 2018 of rs 3500 with receipt no. Nbpd[protected] against meter no.036753/5-30amp. After that we received bill on 11 mar 2019 of rs 7373 with same meter no. Which is unpaid due to incorrect amount.

                                      We have received bill on 29 aug 2019 of rs 9749 having bill no.[protected] against meter no. 3576344 but the meter installed at my place is having meter no. 916090 showing reading of 78, 227 units.

                                      In our previous bill, current bill & installed meter at my premises, different meter no. Is showing, so please rectify the issue & send us correct bill with correct meter no. & amount. We are facing lot of problems due to this unwanted increased amount in our bill.

                                      We request you to kindly look into this matter & resolve this issue on priority basis, so we can pay all dues.

                                      Dear sir i belongs to gopalganj bihar no doubt light facility is too good than earlier but if there is any fault there should be information...sometimes without any information light cut off for long time so this is wrong...if there is any fault at night this will be done at night but no it will be done for morning...this is not bearable
