Sir in past 1 or 2 months the power cut problem has become very common
From last week everyday from 9pm to 11.30 power cut is occurring this affect much on daily routines and our child's learning is also affected please resolve this issue as fast as possible because we are middle class people our inverter is also not capable to handle long powercuts...

But billing address is wrong (Baijnathpur) plessss change my village name from baijnathpur to gamhariya. Bcouse electricity bill not comes to timely my home address. I hope you take action emidiatility.

I have complained several time but no response is taken. My meter is not working and i am getting average bill from last 3 months. And the bill amount is increasing day by day. My complaint no is [protected], second complain no is.[protected].

Without resolving the complain the complain status turns to "problem resolved" on site. I always have to re open my complain....

Hello sir, i'm here to complain about electricity theft that is going on through service wire tampered groundlessly on their clay house wall where meter is fitted. They are using heater to cook as well as their whole house is in that direct connection excepting a single room since many years. When any one disconnect the wire from their meter he/she can check the supply on their un-plastered rooms where the electricity remains as it is even...

I want to bring your concern towards my incorrect billing. Each month my maximum bill is around 800-900. But this month my bill was 2130 which is incorrect according to my load of equipment.

No one came to see my meter at my home. This incorrect billing is due to laziness of your employee.
