Hi Sir

Domestic Connection CA Number 7110403 Consumer Number[protected],
Consumer Id MAD/CA12045/268512. We were wrongly billed for 3325 Unit consumption for August 2018.

We are having this connection from 2010 and have never consumed more than 200 unit but August 2018 bill was shocking 3325 Units.

We are retired and senior citizen, visited NBPDCL office Madhubani met with JE Revenue, RO and submitted application also lodged a complaint on NBPDCL website Complain number [protected] but nothing has happened sofar and we have not received correct bill for August 2018.

We have not delayed bill payment in 8 years till july bill is paid but August 2018 bill is shocking for 25041 rupees.

We have checked with them they said meter has jumped in August due to fault so its NBPDCL responsibility to correct the bill for technical fault in meter.

We are retired and have not any source of income please suggest what to do further, we are unable to pay that incorrect huge bill due to meter reading jump .

If you see our record of 8 years unit consumption was not ever more than 200 units.

Please Help.

          Dear sir,

          Last month there was a due bill for inr 4317 which i paid on 24/7/2018 and this month august 2018 i received bill inr 6023 and from last one year facing same issue but we are ignoring but now it is too much and not bearable, as i have at my house only one freez, one water motor and few lights which also not using continue because my family members are not leaving at this house, very few times or occasionally we are going at our permanent house.
          So requested to please look in to the matter on high priority basis and arrange to solve the issue so that we can continue to avail electric facility otherwise we have only option to disconnect the line, as we think that there is some problem in meter or there is problem of the guy who comes to take the meter reading or somebody playing with my meter.
          As most of our villagers and neighbors who complete residing with his family and using all the facility of electric supply and getting every month bill like inr 150 to 400 maximum.
          For more you can check my last one year record from your system.

          We look forward from your end and seeking your kind support on above issue.

            Dear Sir,
            Please find attached electric bill for the month of August 2018 for my home which is horrible as last month 24/7/18 we clear our all out standing bill which was 4317 inr and for one month (August 2018) i recive bill inr 6023.
            from last one year we are facing high bill and meter reading problem as we would like to state that at my home only one freez, one water motor and few lights are available even my family members are not leaving at home continuously there they always leave other places.
            so requested to please look in to the matter seriously and priority basis and arrange to solve the issue from your end at earliest as we think that there is some problem of meter or the guy who comes to collect the meter reading or some body playing with meter, now we do not have any faith on the meter so we have only one option to disconnect the power from my home permanently and proceed further.

                Sir here is a huge problem of electricity, there is almostly power cut in our village and also trasformer failure betwee two to three month and here's lot problem about here the fuse flies very often from the transformer.                 महोदय पुरे दिन जो लापरवाही करता ही है परन्तु शाम से रात्रि के सोते समय तक लाईट ना के बराबर देती है सर स्थिति पिछले डेढ़ सालों से जस के तस है आवेदन निवेदन के बाद भी कोई सकारात्मक पहल नही कि गयी है उम्मीद है कि ये शिकायत के बाद system कि नींद खुले और एक बेहतर बिजली व्यवस्था प्रदान हो।

                      Sir in past 1 or 2 months the power cut problem has become very common
                      From last week everyday from 9pm to 11.30 power cut is occurring this affect much on daily routines and our child's learning is also affected please resolve this issue as fast as possible because we are middle class people our inverter is also not capable to handle long powercuts

                      In our village there is no power supply for the last four days. There has been a dispute between some of the villagers and technicians from the electricity board. The technicians have filed police complaints in the near by police station. We hope the legal process takes its course and the guilty is punished. In the meanwhile, our whole village is in complete darkness because of the mistakes, if any, of a few people. This seems punishing the entire population for the alleged mistakes of a few, even before any judgement has been pronounced by any honourable court.
                      We, therefore, request you to kindly take a note of this and get the issue resolved.

                          I am a resident of sunkorthu, madhopur village. For the past 10 days electricity supply is with very low voltage. Fans and lights do not work fans are just revolving with no speed. Calls to electricity office does not get answered. /we spoke to the mechanics of the area but nothing was done. The supply from the transformer to the poles in our area runs through thick growth of trees and bamboo trees leaning on the naked wire. We have made several complaints for change of naked wire to covered wire which may be about 400 to 500 meters only but no response till date.
                          I would along witnh the consumers of our area request the concerned authority to give instructions to solve our low voltage problem on urgent basis.

                            1. I am consumer of North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd.
                            and my consumer ID is [protected]. Wrong electric meter reading and bills made by representative of office of North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd. for the month of Apr and May 18. Both bill shows: Apr 18 current reading 140 units, previous reading 0 units. Same in May 18 also Current reading 147 units, previous reading 0 units. Bill has made of total reading of meter 140 units and 147 units in both month respectively. Already Billing amount of total meter reading 107 units has been paid in monthly bills till Mar 18.
                            2. I have approach to local authority and customer care of North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd. and lodge the complaints through NBPDCL customer care vide complaints ID:[protected] dated 06 May 18 about wrong meter reading of Bill for the month of Apr and May 18.Correction in my bill not made till date.
                            3. I have regularly contacted to customer care, local billing authority, office of AES Jaynagar, ESE Jaynagar, GM Jaynagar and EEE Madhubani. I have received too many times SMS from customer care that ‘’your problem has been resolved”. But fact is Bills not corrected till date. I have also sent complaints on E-mail ID (md.[protected]@gmail.com) of Managing Director, North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd. Dated 09 Jun 18, 30 Jun 18 and 29 Jul 18.

                              I also mailed many times but not get any proper solution.
                              I requesting please send any consurn person to check my meter reading and generate bill according to my consumption.
                              On bill written 399 units in November 17, 87 units in january 18, 100 units in Feb 18. So total approx 608 units, but my meter is showing 65KWH. And how it possible that 2 led bulb and one fan will consume 399 units in a month.

                                  I have complained several time but no response is taken. My meter is not working and i am getting average bill from last 3 months. And the bill amount is increasing day by day. My complaint no is [protected], second complain no is.[protected].

                                  Without resolving the complain the complain status turns to "problem resolved" on site. I always have to re open my complain.

                                  My consumer no is[protected]. 5th time I am raising complain for same but without resolving simply stating resolve and closed suprisingly. I do not know if they have some issue. I have paid for month of dec, jan and feb online. meter is not checked after nov. So my question is why bill generated then. And in march meter checked after 3 month then why these 3 month paid money not reduced. Does this system is working or simply fooling custermer. As I am writing it 6th time and not sure if it is closed again without resolving.

                                    Respected sir,
                                    It is to intimate that a few minutes electricity supply in ratanman babhangama village of panhas fidder of begusarai district in bihar state since 21.07.2018, i. E. Last saturday. Receiver of telephone of power house, begusarai keep away, so always received message from telephone number "customer is busy on another call, please try later.
                                    North Bihar Power Distribution Company [NBPDCL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Sir mene kai baar bill pay kiya hai but koi bhi bill mere next bill bhi deduct hoke nhi aa raha hai mera cunsumer id hai [protected]

                                    aur iski complaint mene kai baar ki lakin iska solution nhi nikla mere pass bill ka recipt slip bhi hai
                                    pls help me
                                    Sir, my consumer act no is JN/DS/337and consumer id is [protected]. My correct name is Kumar Ujjwal but it shows Kumar Vijawal in my electricity bills and the same my father's correct name is Randhir Singh but it shows Ramdhir Singh in bill due to this we often don't get electricity bill.
                                    Sir please correct this.

                                      Hello sir, i'm here to complain about electricity theft that is going on through service wire tampered groundlessly on their clay house wall where meter is fitted. They are using heater to cook as well as their whole house is in that direct connection excepting a single room since many years. When any one disconnect the wire from their meter he/she can check the supply on their un-plastered rooms where the electricity remains as it is even meter is disconnected. Their address with consumer name is : narad prasad sah, baniya toli lane, beside neotric public school, barari, bhagalpur, bihar. So i want to say that, please come and check at this address. I am sure i[censored] raid confidentially without knowing any local staff of barari you can find that theft that was maid very cleverly. I have done my duty as an proud nationalist of india. Now it's your term to take necessary action against them who are victims of harming revenue of our nation. Thanks a lot...

                                        I m Pradeep kedia from main bazar dalshingsarai.. district samastipur...block dalshingsarai...my bill of July come with wrong metre number...as my metre number is 39490999...as my bill has metre number of 39490834...I apply my complain in offline mode also...pls I request humbly to solve my problem as fast as possible...I m waiting for ur response sir ...thank u
