Dear sir,

You are requested to kindly provide Neutral wire from transformer to our area, NIRALA NAGAR, RATANPUR, BEGUSARAI-851101.
Due to non availibility of neutral wire voltage fluctuation is there and we are unable to use electrical equipments properly.

It is also requested to increase power supply. at present power supply is only upto 10 hrs a day.

    A few weeks back https://www.northbiharbills.org was down. Now it is backup up online but does not accept any SWxxxxx consumer number!

    I was not able to pay last month bill too as there was no bill released for April month. I checked 10 times in last 2 weeks of April. I know, this month bill will come with penalties! (Is it consumer fault?)

    What it mean? Consumers are ready to pay, authorities are not able to collect money.

    It is shame for State government that they are not able to run a simple website in the country that produces thousands of IT expert who running infrastructure worldwide.

    Finally, Shame on government!

      I am vikram kumar s/o- satya narayan prasad vill-majhouliya po-chandanpatti ps- sakra distt-muzaffarpur
      Consumer name - satya narayan prasad my connection reciept number is 34911, 32309, 457877 on 05/06/2013 but they are not adjusting the meter in our place and
      i have been already complained in Electric department many time but they are not responsing to me. And department has been FIR on this place on 09/03/2017 FIR number is ps sakra 54/17 and they are recovery the wrong fine-22196 rupees by me. Than after department is adjust the metre on 28/04/2017.

          As i complaint in nbpdcl wesite approx 100 times they just change my status of complaint from open to resolve.

          Please suggest me what are the document required to file in consumer court and what are the procedure.
          As its being a year but still faces the same issue my parents where called several times to electric office but there where no progress as they submit all the required documents. They says that its ok it will be corrected in next bill but it had not been corrected yet. Please suggest a path such that bill can be corrected.

            The above detailed Bills are not able to receive online. I am a NRI and my parents living at village. I doubt to receive cash against bill of my account, it has been manipulated by relevant authority with support of departmental engineer.

            Please provide our bills online so I could be able to deposit our bill amount directly to th NBPDCL account.

            I have submitted 1200 rupees to the board before electricity bill and when again after getting the electricity bill I went to deposit the money then they took the complete bill amount. Pls help me out in getting back my extra money deposited.
            I received my energy bill for

            consumption unit is 68 in 44 days
            Energy charge ₹ 286.50

            While energy charge should be

            68*₹3/unit= 204 as per consumption of 50 units in 30 days and 18 units in 14 days
            Sir mera naam B. K. Jha hai. Main samastipur hansa ka rahne wala hun main 08.05.2017 ko complaint no[protected] mob no 1912 par registered karwaya tha lekin abhi tak koi action nahi liyaa gaya hai. Ab to 1912 wale bhi baat nahi karte hai. Ham consumers ka koi nahi sun raha hai. Please sir ham logon ki problem ko suna jai.

              I have been facing issues related to wrong meter reading as meter reader has wrongly mentioned meter reading for current month, meter reader has recorded 17000 units consumed in month for 03 march, 2017 while in reality my meter has been showing only 16700 units consumed by the time of drafting this complaint.
              When i inquired about the same with meter reader who has not arrived for month and so for meter reading, he told me that he mistakenly reported aforementioned units consumed and asked me to cooperate while managing upcoming months. I refused to do so. Even toll free customer care number also not taking my complaint?

              Why i need to pay for units which have not been consumed by me?
              Why does not meter reader regularly come and check meters to avoid such major issues?
              As i am working professional such activities hampering my office work every now and then and afffecting my livelihood.

                In view of last 12 month bill statement it is seems that never be consumption unit is 250 or above. But in last three month bill reading is excess of 600 units whether it is cold weather where the consumption of electricity is less then the hot weather, so please replace my meter or repair it urgently.

                    Mera consumer id kg001016 hai division: khagaria, sub division: gogri-january ke baad se bill nahi aaya hai kai baar customer care (1912) se rabita kiya magar jawab sahi nahi mil saka, kai mahino se meter reading ka kaam nahi hua hai, jo is kaam ke liye depute hai uska kahna hai mere paas iske alawa aur bahut sa kaam hai, mujhe fursat nahi. Isko lekar kai consumer ne shikayet bhi ki hai magar koi sunne wala nahi.
                    Kal phir maine customer care se baat ki usne ek phone no. Diya ([protected]) ispe call karen aur apna meter no. Persent meter reading aur last payment receit no. Batayen woh bill banakar bhejdenge jab maine phone kiya to unhone doosra no. Diya ki ispe phone kijye ([protected]) phone karne pe pata chala yeh no. Band hai. Customer care ne yeh bhi bataya tha ki april se tariff badh gaya hai - february aur march ka to bill aana chahiye - ab agar 2-3 bill ek sath consumer ko diya jaye to consumer ka kiya haal hoga woh aapko bhi pata hai. Kahin aisa to nahi february se hi naye rate ka bill bheja jayega.
                    Power supply raat me kabhi kbhi hota hai, din me beeson baar bijli aati hai aur jaati hai aane par zayada zayada 5 minut aur nahi rahne ka time ghanton? Kiya yahi consumer ko suwidha mil rahi hai? ([protected]@yahoo.com)

                          I have an electricity connection consumer a/c no. Bgs/pra-85 id beg7619297. My meter as on 31/10/2015 is 260 and after then paid 40 unit per month up to 01/2017 but in the m/o 3/2017 total meter reding is 849 and only deduced previous 260 unit which is shown 31/03/2017.
                          Please correct my bill and inform me shortly so i paid in timely.
                          I always pay bill on line and record saved me. If not correct my bill than complaints in consumer forem with all avidance.

                                  I had always complaint to adjust my previous bill payment and give electric bills according to my new meter. but company could not do so .I had given more applications as dated 29.1.16, 27.2.16, 30.3.16, 29.6.16 and lastly 7.10.16. but official ignore these .now again request to minimise my bills .meter readers notes meter reading and given bills .my old meter removed on 22.2 16 and fixed new meter .but company official showed it 9.4.16 .in that months gived excess bills .

                                    Today is the festival of holi. From last three days (10th March 2017) current is fluctuating like anything. Voltage is coming between 100-180. Till now in three days I did not see a proper 220 voltage. In electricity office near to college gate charitravan buxar, not a single person is available to complain.
