I would like to inform you that i am calling at gopalganj electricity office for my updated meter dp number and bill amount. But nobody take responsibility for any complaint. How we will deposit electricity bill. Also i am trying to access on online bill deposit but here also problem not showing without new dp number.
I humbly request you to kindly provide my bill amount and new dp no.

The above detailed Bills are not able to receive online. I am a NRI and my parents living at village. I doubt to receive cash against bill of my account, it has been manipulated by relevant authority with support of departmental engineer.

I have been facing issues related to wrong meter reading as meter reader has wrongly mentioned meter reading for current month, meter reader has recorded 17000 units consumed in month for 03 march, 2017 while in reality my meter has been showing...

In view of last 12 month bill statement it is seems that never be consumption unit is 250 or above. But in last three month bill reading is excess of 600 units whether it is cold weather where the consumption of electricity is less then the hot weather, so please replace my meter or repair it urgently....

Mera consumer id kg001016 hai division: khagaria, sub division: gogri-january ke baad se bill nahi aaya hai kai baar customer care (1912) se rabita kiya magar jawab sahi nahi mil saka, kai mahino se meter reading ka kaam nahi hua hai, jo is kaam ke liye depute hai uska kahna hai mere paas iske alawa aur bahut sa kaam hai, mujhe fursat nahi. I have an electricity connection consumer a/c no. Bgs/pra-85 id beg7619297. My meter as on 31/10/2015 is 260 and after then paid 40 unit per month up to 01/2017 but in the m/o 3/2017 total meter reding is 849 and only deduced previous 260 unit which is shown 31/03/2017.
Please correct my bill and inform me shortly so i paid in timely.
I always pay bill on line and record saved me. If not correct my bill...

My bill is too excess & to correct I have complaint in begusarai office & no one listening now i am tired by running in office many time . kind help me & correct my bill. so now I can deposit bill & I have deposite one amount that has not been deducted till now. So many times I have complained. They are say Ok I will do but they are not deducting....

I had always complaint to adjust my previous bill payment and give electric bills according to my new meter. but company could not do so .I had given more applications as dated 29.1.16, 27.2.16, 30.3.16, 29.6.16 and lastly 7.10.16. but official ignore these .now again request to minimise my bills .meter readers notes meter reading and given bills .my old meter removed on 22.2 16 and fixed new meter .but company official showed it 9.4.16 .in...

Today is the festival of holi. From last three days (10th March 2017) current is fluctuating like anything. Voltage is coming between 100-180. Till now in three days I did not see a proper 220 voltage. In electricity office near to college gate charitravan buxar, not a single person is available to complain.

Because of this many people's freeze TV washing machine water motor got damaged because of this current fluctuation...

Not a good service provider.
Issue - The meter is not working properly, Its reading is not correct, its not working properly, even after complaining no one is taking action to change the meter. Due to this issue each month i am getting incorrect bill and had to pay more than usual charge.
No one listens after saying anything or complaining to. It seems they are only for collecting bills on time.
