    myself Sachin Upadhyay resident of Pakrihar west Champaran bihar, my father is a consumer of your company and his consumer no. is BT51947 including approx 50 registered consumer in our village my village is situated at NH-28B on the way of Bettiah-Lauriya main road. Transmission line from transformer to our houses is about 35-36 years old and it is in very critical condition and expired. Any time major miss happening will be done by old and expired OHE. With this old OHE is a big hurdle in smooth supply of electricity and it is cause of OHE sparks and voltage fluctuation.
    Sir, please look into the matter as urgent basis then we prevent major blow.

          Respected Sir, I am very fed up with my electricity bill due to incorrect bill and meter reading. According to the bill month of October 2015, Meter reader noted 1194 (which is wrong) and bill amount is Rs.1915. According to my current meter reading is 416. Please also find the attached scanned copy of my application and photo of current meter reading submitted in the month of October 2015 for your kind reference. We have already submitted the complaint wrong meter reading mentioned in the bill for October 2015. Since last one month’s there are wrong bill is generated. My bill has not been posted so far. When I go to the SUBDIVISION OFFICE (POWER), BANIYAPUR, Office person never cooperate with the loyal consumers, they tells us to go here and there. Please lodge this complains against the servicemen who provided this type of shameful services to the consumers. Consumer name-Istekhar Ahmad Consumer ID-CW99566 Account No-3 Meter No- 426930 In view of above, it is again requested to please look into the matter and take the necessary action accordingly for correction in the bill.                 Dear Sir, I pay my electric bill online thru NBPSCL portal as bill of Sept 2015 my previous reading is 1958 as mention in bill ID56413979 I received my bill on sep15 in bill my reading mention 2431as bill ID 56413979 after receiving my bill I pay mentioned amount receipt no NB[protected] after payment I check my electric meter on 19 Oct 2015 my reading is 2211 I submit to complain in NBPSCL portal my complain no is [protected] dated 19/10/2015.I receive continue same reading but different amount from last three month Sept 2015 bill ID 56413979 reading 2431 payable up to 26/9/15 amount INR 2712, Oct 2015 bill ID 59351461 reading 2431 payable up to 27/10/15 amount INR 1098.71, November 2015 bill ID 62489283 reading 2431 payable up to 29/11/2015 amount INR 2241.33.til yet bills are not corrected and complain not rectified I’m not able to pay incorrect bills amount till my current reading not updated and my advance payment not adjust will my bill.                   Sir i clear the bill of the month of august but augest bill add up and give in the month september and i also clear the bill but today bill of october month and also add all the from previous 2 month. At office i declare my bill to the officer but it should not be minus the bill which should paid in the last two month. They will add the bill with the interest so what will do. Again and again the mistry is repeated then how could i clear that problem. Sir please i m middle class person solve the problem. And also i forward this letter to the chief minister of bihar and prime minister of india for my regards it should be solve. It will grateful to you.                       In the month of august 2015 electricity board gave us a wrong and unnecessary metre reading d electricity bill.the bill which we provided by the North bihar electricity board in august is totally fake because in any condition we can't consume that amount of electricity.so kindly re-check my metre reading and the bill, and produce me the fresh bill with the actual reading so that I can pay the bill on time.otherwise I will not pay the dam bill. Kindly grant my above mentioned.

Sinha having Consumer id- BEG/7604884/BP-672 & Account No[protected] Electric supply division- Begusarai, Sub-division- Begusarai want to say that in March 2015 my electric bill is 298 rupees. but From april to july 2015 my electric bill is 20405.00 rupees. How it is possible??. till now my present metre reading is 3634 kwh. i have already complain to Begusarai office, but there are no any response. after several reminders this is not correct. May i know what is the reason behind that?? I Have already attached the electric bill copy & METRE reading pic. So, plz do the needful action to correct the bill from April 2015 to july 2015. Sir i riquaste to you please intervention on in and provide me electricity. I was complaint about it in some other governmental office but not any hearing from there .dear sir i was complaint hear befor and you mark on my complaent as resolve but actually my complaint is not resolve. some electricity branch officer come at my home for visit only but he do not provied me electricity . please sir i kindly request to you please take any proper action on my complaint.                             dear sir, I have received my wrong bill on august 2014 . I had complain on its tollfree no [protected] but it doesnot work..my previous complain no is NB/A/671 its was about wrong miter reading.itwas 316 unit in place of only 27 unit.

                              A column should be inserted for the last payment and date made by customer in the bill. This will help customer specially online users to confirm whether last paid amount has been adjusted or not.

                              Kindly note that an amount of rs. 171 / - paid on line on 02 may seems not adjusted in my july bill. The same has been included as arrears in the bill generated on 09 july 15. Kindly do the needful.

                                    Dear Sir I have paid full amount of Bill ID 43301606 dated 15.05.2015 for the month of April 2015 amounting to Rs. 3107/- including arrear of Rs. 2883.20/- on 06 June 2015 Vide Receipt no. NB[protected]. But new bill for the month of May 2015(Bill ID 46230108; dated 15.06.2015) shows arrear of Rs. 3106.65 again. It seems that my arrear has not been adjusted while I have paid the same in my previous bill. Kindly look into matter and issue a fresh bill excluding the arrear.                                         I am dilip Kumar jha. First I received the bill ST137527 & then I made payment online whatever the bill approximate 2700rs. After payment company send the bill again my name same but ST no changed. On this bill consumer no- ST136721 and Bill approximate up to 3000rs.then I made a complain to SDO rohit kaushik Bairgania, he received the complaint and told me on April bill your paid money bill be detected and your ST no will be 136721. but I received April bill my paid money has not detected and Bill approximate up to 3350rs. and I checked another ST137527 on my name same again but their money detected and now bill is 350rs. So please rectify my problem, i[censored] cannot rectify, then stop this ST136721. My ST137527 should be and I will be make payment on St 137527.
