when i see the bill, i found that you have add privious bill amount in current bill.

North Bihar Power Distribution Company [NBPDCL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I pay my bill ( fabruary to november ) 491 rupies for 10 months. But now i recieve my december's 2017 bill which is 1250 rupies for only 1 month. How it is possible ???.
I think they don't minus my previous bill payment in this bill. Or msy be falls reading or meter fault. Mt meter no. Is 4995636.
