Not a good service provider.
Issue - The meter is not working properly, Its reading is not correct, its not working properly, even after complaining no one is taking action to change the meter. Due to this issue each month i am getting incorrect bill and had to pay more than usual charge.
No one listens after saying anything or complaining to. It seems they are only for collecting bills on time.

My account no. is - 32703.my meter has burnt since last year i have complained in office and also through online twice. But there is no action taken and wrong bill came at regular basis. This is not my problem many people in chhapra suffering from this so i tend to acknowledge you about electricity department of chhapra take required action.
There is big fault in north bihar power distribution company limited bill(nbpdcl).
I pay my bill ( fabruary to november ) 491 rupies for 10 months. But now i recieve my december's 2017 bill which is 1250 rupies for only 1 month. How it is possible ???.
I think they don't minus my previous bill payment in this bill. Or msy be falls reading or meter fault. Mt meter no. Is 4995636.

    there are 4 transformer in my village but one transformer which is instaled at chamrhiya has much consumer.that, swhy every day we are facing load shedding problem due to overloading on that transformer.already we had given written complaint toSDO office gangwara with 181 consumer signature on 7th febnyn 2017.but till date no body came to solve our problem.any one can help us????just devide consumer load equally on all 4 transformer.we all will be thankful to you if matter is solved.

      Aapne Oct ka bill 2 DEC ko paid kiya tha isiliye Nov ke bill me jodkar aa gaya hai. Yadi aap kisi bill ko 30 tarik tak paid karte hai tabhi vo deduct dikhata hai, likin bill paid ho gaya hota hai.
      Chuki aapne 22 DEC ko Oct Nov ka bill 206 fir paid kar diya hai, aapke khata me 104 ka paid balance jama rah gaya hai aur aapke DEC bill se 104 deduct ho ke hi bill aayega.

        This is big issue. But this department not working properly .

          Sir, i am rag ranjan. my home electricity connection is on my mother's name renu devi. consumer id is drr6439729my address is vill-haripatti, division-darbhanga (rural), sub-division-darbhanga (rural), section-bahadurpur, post-laheriasari, district-darbhanga (bihar). we recieve the wrong bill of rs1178 per month from june 2016 on the basis of wrong 410 unit. when i complain to nbpdcl they informed me that it is due to mistake of average billing bt dnt resolve problem. please help to solve this. thanks.

              Everyday there is fault of Fuse blown, phase broken. Power supply is very poor. No use ...
              Several complaints made to install separate transformers in 3 areas.
              No progress is made.

                I am Rajdeep Sikdar Grand Son of Late Dr. B. N. Sikdar. There is huge mistake in north Bihar North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd Bill no[protected]. My Contact no [protected]. I requested for bill raise because last four month I do not received my electric bill. But when I receive my electric bill there is huge mistake on bill. My average unit usage reading is min. 35 to max 160. However I received unbelievable bill reading on april 5581, May 2392, June 756, July 1116. My total due is 64092.00 which are not correct. I am request you to please recheck the bill and send me correct bill.

                I appreciate if you send me correct bill before payment due date.

                          Dear Sir/Ma'm,
                          I am consumer of NBPDCPL and my consumer no.[protected] in the name of Kanchan Devi.They didn't send meter reading person every month and calculate on assumption and later they send bill of excess amount .like for MAR they send bill of 59 unit, for APRIL 62, for MAY 58 all on assumption basis and now they send for 705 unit and calculating energy charge more than Rs.4.5/unit as there is limit for upto 200 unit approx Rs.2.5/-.
                          After privatization they are doing monopoly and customer getting trouble but they have nothing with that, customer getting harass.
                          This is not the first time even i complain time but they didn't respond.
                          I am in Delhi and I am not able to visit office.
                          Please look into the matter seriously.

                            We are suffering from over load problem. our transformer capacity is 63 kva but over one hundred connections are joint from this transformer. fuse cut problem comes daily. in the night voltage comes very low like 100 volt. so kindly look this matter seriously and change new transformer with 100 kva. we submit our bill regularly. there are few illegal connection are running from this transformer

The officers came and investigate this matter and they foung wrong meter reading. They promise me that they will revise the bill with currect meter reading
                                As per his reading, the meter reading was 1460 units as of april 05, 2016.
                                Just now i check my electric bill which not corrected...

                                I have not got the electricity bill from month of january and february. your staff was coming for the checking of energy reading but he did not give me electricity bill. I dont no what the problem. But i request you to available ectricity bill for smooth payment.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam, through internet banking i was paying my electricity bill with CA NO.[protected], dated 18 jan 2015.the transaction was failure but the amount has been debited from my account.

                                    I have electricity connection on account of Gramin Upbhokta. So, Electricity Bill was coming for 40 unit. But excess bill of 144 unit 288 unit is coming from December 2010 onwards irregularly. I have registered complain in Bijli office Pipra Bazar, Trivenigang . They said correction will be from Patna Bijli Head Office. And also forward my complain, from almost five years bijli bill is not corrected. And huge amount of fine is also charged.
                                    Please send me the corrected bill without fine.

                                      I have deposited the bill for the month of Jan. 2015 thru airtel money of Rs. 240/- on 17.01.2015 with transaction ID[protected]. But sorry to say that this has been added to my Feb. 15 bill. Please make the deduction so that I may continue my payment thru Airtel money.
