Dear Sir,

This is bring to your kind notice that since july 14, i am getting too much of high amount of billl for my residence .

I had already given a written complaint to the S.D.O. (Darbhanga Division) in the month of November 2014 and hence paid Rs. 100/- for the correction of charges of bills and old meter.

He promised me that within a week time someone will visit to my residence and check the meter and replace it with new meter and even he will go through my bills & rectify the wrong amount and adjust it. But till now noone had visited my residence and solve my electricity problems.

Therefore, you are being requested to kindly look into the matter and solve my issue at an earliest.

    Dear sir, My consumer number is PUR/363/M/DS/81. Please note that the meter reading of the mentioned consumer number is noted by your reader every month but bill is not generated since JULY 2014. I have submitted two times my previous bill copy in electricity board office PURNEA but no action taken against the above mentioned consumer number and no fresh bill generated till date. Please note that the reading of the meter for the above referred consumer number has been noted individually by your personnel approx 2 months ago.No body has come to take the reading of the meter thereafter and bill is being raised as per the assumption by your qualified employee, therefore the amount of the bill becomes beyond and behind of my monthly budget. You are requested to please intervene into the matter and please arrange to regularise the taking of reading of the meter.                                 Dear Sir, There is extremely low voltage in houses in the vicinity of Lalganj GH School at Block road for last more than 10 years. At night the condition becomes worse and there is series condition. All house owners are compelled to install automatic voltage stabilisers in there houses. Still it is not sufficient. Though electricity bill comes in full swing and people have to pay bills for the power, which is practically nil and only for the name sake. This is unethical. The power in this area is supplied through the Thana transformer, which is overloaded. One additional transformer is urgently required near Badi Masjid or GH School Lalganj, then only the problem can be resolved. Authorities are requested to look in the problem and arrange to install one high capacity transformer in the area so that load can be shared and situation can be improved. Sudhanshu Bhushan Mishra

                                    Sir Madam, I am having a electricity connection of which 1st bill i
                                    received on May 2010 amount of Rs6864, I have made payment of Rs.2000
                                    dated 31.05.2010. 2nd bill I received on March 2013 of amount 23459, I
                                    paid Rs.2500 on27.05.2013.Now I have not received any bill by the
                                    department, but on net i sow my bill is about Rs35000. Officers from the
                                    BSEB department came and asked me for at-lest half of the amount to pay
                                    within 2days (Without sending me any official notice) other wise they will cut my connection. Sir I am a mobile
                                    recharge Retailer I cannot pay the whole amount at once and all my
                                    works will be stopped without electricity after disconnection.sir please
                                    help me . On dated 28/july/2014 I have Registered a complain on JAGO GRAHAK JAGO Docket no 14073196, Sir no action is taken by Consumer forum. On 30/july/2014 J.E. of Bakhra Substation came and cut my electricity connection and give me a receiving (after asking by me).Sir I am a poor man please help me by re connect of Electricity connection and allow me for part payment of the genuine bill .
