My dad's pran no is[protected], we are following up with both nsdl mumbai team and sbi bank to get the amount since december 2017 when we had requested for withdrawal, but everytime these people are passing ball to each other, when contacted nsdl they are saying we have not got details from bank, when contacted bank they are saying we have sent details, i had sent mail many times to bank manager and other authorities...

fraud visa consultant

This consultant group is fake. They use the money of innocent people and then they started ignoring them. They cheated my uncle. They have taken about 80000 rs from them. They made fake documents, websites, i. Ds and fool them.
I had tried to contact them from last few months but they are not giving us any information and document. And even now they are not responding to us.
Please help..!!

pan application; refund not received

On 20th august 2018, i tried to apply for a pan card through official nsdl website. Since paperless option was available, i used e-kyc as an option and paid using my debit card, hoping that everything goes well. Unfortunately they deducted the amount from the bank and the application failed since mobile number was not registered with aadhar and it said refund will be provided within 7 days. I have started applying for pan card on 08/08/2018 by online method and have done online payment of rs.106.90 for the physical pan card. Only after the payment that it was notified that it requires aadhar verification otp for ekyc procedure and i did not had my mobile number linked to aadhar.
So i have linked my mobile number to aadhar which took 16 days.
After that, on 24/08/2018 when i started aadhar based ekyc, nsdl site...
