My pran number is[protected]. I have opted for attal pension yojana (Apy). When i try to login in the nsdl portal i am getting 'pran not found in tee databse'. Kindly help me to get it resolved.

Also i haven't recevied the hard copy of the pran card

    I have applied for new pan card on 30th october, 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

    "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

    If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

    But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

      Recently i, applied for a pan card myself (Individual) through nsdl website and i was happy that i got a mail after completing all the process, saying that there is no need for physical hardcopies as it is e-kyc. But now when i try to check my status i am unable to get the status and i am getting a message saying that sorry, no record found. I will be very grateful if the issue will be resolved as soon as possible and if i get my pan number soon, as i applied for a job where the pan is mandatory.

        I submitted my pan card application form online, and received an acknowledgement number for the same ([protected]). However, when i tracked the status of my application, it says 'sorry, no record found'. What is this absolute sham?
        I have completed the entire procedure duly and have received a copy of my application form, which was sent upon completion of the application process. Kindly rectify the error as soon as possible since i urgently need my pan card and have paid the full amount.

          I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign aadhar verification process.
          The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp two times and
          It kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.'

            I have requested for the change in my pan card details one month back i. E. On 26 sept 2018, but i haven't recieved it yet. I tracked it online but the status is "under process with income tax department" from last 20 days. When i contacted the nsdl team over the phone they told me that now the application is not there in there hand.
            Even we sent an email to nsdl but didnt got any response till now.
            Please check this issue and provide us feedback asap.

                  nps-password creation - unauthorized user

                  I have newly registered with e-nps and allotted with pran[[protected]]. I have also completed by first subscription and completed e-sign verification with aadhar. But when i try to login to website with pran to set my i-pin for the first time i am getting the error - unauthorized user.

                  Have lodged into grievance cell (No#:[protected]

                  Could you elapse check and fix the i-pin issue so that i can login to my account...

                      When i mention the address so why u not delivered in my address...nsdl department dispatched my pan in 08 date so why r u so late and why delivered in my address till now...such bad experince ...very good facilities of blue dart copare as first flight ...u need to improve ur service, , , ...u dont give the satifaction of customer...

                            On 1/9/2018, i have made application for changes in pan for changes in name.
                            By mistake, we were not able to send proof of address

                            On 8/9/2018, i have received a mail from nsdl for acknowledgement no.
                            N-[protected].

                            Dear sir / madam,

                            We refer to your abovementioned application & pan application documents received from you on september 07, 2018. On verification of your application and pan application documents, the following discrepancy (Ies) is/are observed by us:

                            Address has not been mentioned in proof submitted as proof of communication address.
                            Submit proof of address where name in application exactly matches with name in proof.
                            Proof for change in name of applicant required.
                            Submit proof of name change of the applicant.

                            Even after sending document alongwith acknowledgement no.
                            No further mail mail is received from nsdl for document is being received.

                            Please inform as soon as possible if there is still any discrepancies.

                              I have addressed the query in complaint numbers 23998348, 2314217, 23701499, 23715519 and 23731707 where I got the same computerized message each time telling me that the card had already been sent to me and that I should check my spam folder.
                              Gmail automatically deletes spam after a while, so there's a high chance it got deleted.
                              I have also submitted my grievances on the Sparsh portal[protected] and[protected] but have never got a reply from their end.
                              I understand that the PAN might've been sent but the TIN portal showed the status, so I only put forward a complaint after a month and a half of application.
                              I request you to please get the PAN card sent to me again as it has been more than 3 months from the date of application and I am facing financial losses because of it, for now.

                              Respected sir, Still I didnt received the pan card the delivery date has been expired due to the negligence of post delivery person "narshima murthi" so please kindly take the action on the jakkur branch postal.

                                  I have also not received any pran kit and no other t-pin or i-pin.
                                  I also approached my concerned school authorities number of times, but problem didn't get resolve.
                                  Kindly help for getting pran kit.

                                    I was applied for new pan card on 15-oct-2018 by online method. But when i checking today by the acknowledgement number, it shows "no record found".

                                    I paid the money by online transaction. And at the last of application process, it showed the online 49a application form and no need to send the physical documents.

                                    Please help me to get the pan card.

                                    After 2 days only I got my application status from the Pan Card website. Now my details shown in website. Thank You. If the delay timing is informed to the applicants commonly in the website means it will avoid the confusions and fear of application received or not. Than You so much.

                                      I would like to know whether the NPS amount would fluctuate with share market? My amount in NPS account now shown is about Rs.15000 /- less than what it was a few days ago. I have retired on 31.07.2018. But now the amount in my account is very low. Can I wait for the NPS amount to appreciate in accordance with share market as otherwise I will be losing a lot of my hard earned money unnecessarily. Or else can you guide me how to go about it.
