I had applied for pan on this portal.. My application was not processed due to not fulfilling the e-kyc.. But paid for it amounting 106. 90. Not once twice on the same day that was 29/09/2018. My temporary token numbers are [protected] and the other is [protected]. I was informed that the fee will be refunded within seven working days.. But not yet.. Kindly make it refunded soon.

    I have registered in apy several months ago. Now, 212.00 is deducted from my account every month but not able to check my contribution. Actually, i have got a mail in which i got the pran number but via this pran number not able to log in. When i try to reset my password it gives me an error "pran not found in database". Pls, solve this issue asap.

      Hi,

      I have done online application on 1st of november 2018, on 3rd morning at 1:52 am i received mail stating certain discrepancy (Proof of name change) at 7:39 am on 3rd nov 2018 i gave proof of name change i. E marriage certificate and every alternate day i keep on following up for my application status customer representative service for nsdl are so pathetic, first of all they dont know how to talk with applicant, today i spoke to ms shraddha im unbale to recall her surname but kindly check call recording at 10:06 am on 12th nov 2018, a representative she was so arrogant over call unable to deliver proper response for my query, and i think purposely this harrasement is happening.

        I have applied for pan card thorugh www.onlineservices.nsdl.com but my ekyc was not completed and
        (Since not able to send otp. You cannot proceed with e-sign. Kindly proceed with generating physical application and sent the application to the mentioned address in next page

          Dear sir/mam, i applied for my pan application yesterday and i used e-kyc method to create pan application. Aadhar card is successfully authenticated and payment of 106 inr is successfully.             Hi,

            I just applied for PAN card through your website for my mother and below is the token ID:

            can't be reached.

            16 digit VID is not getting generated and seems this is important before I apply for e-KYC.

            Please either resolve this or refund the money.

              I have applied for a new pan card in the name of nirmala lute which dispatched our address in august 2018. I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

                Dear sir/madam,

                I open a national pension scheme account. I am individual subscriber of tier i account - i have used aadhar registration process.
                I have also paid initial amount in that account.

                I received pran number through sms & email about successful completion of account opening process.

                When i try to view my profile and tried to reset my password using pran, it is showing "pran not found in database" and sometime shows "unauthorized user".

                Please resolve the issue as early as possible. Below are my details.

                  I applied for the pan card approx one month before and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :
                  Your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days.
                  Now its been over a month but neither the refund has come nor e-kyc has completed.
                  Please refund my money. Details are given below:

                            Sir/madam,

                            I have applied for the reprint of pan card on 4th nov2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

                            "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                            If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                            But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                                I used nsdl website few days ago to create my pan card number. Temporary token number given by them was [protected]. I used e-kyc option for my aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of 106.90 using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 25/10/2018 but aadhar card verification was not completed due to not receiving the otp on the registered aadhar card mobile number. But now when i'm checking the status, it is showing" your e-kyc request has failed hence you cannot proceed to the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of pan application in next working seven days. Uptil now i have'nt received any refund according to my latest updates through bank. This problem arrises due to failure of otp verification. So i want my money back.

                                    Sir/madam,

                                    I have applied for change pan card data on 1st november 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

                                    "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                                    If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                                    But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                                    Please check my application

                                        It has been 2 weeks since i submitted my pan card application but the status on nsdl website is "your application is under process at nsdl - tin facilitation center. You may contact tin fc [protected] where the application was submitted by you".
                                        I was assured by tin fc that i would receive my e-pan card in 7-8 days.
                                        I have to submit my pan card details to my employer within the next week or i will have to face dire consequences

                                        Your PAN application is under process with the TIN Facilitation Center where you have submitted the application. We have forwarded the case to concern department to look into the matter and do the needful on urgent basis. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused.

                                        Now after man days they have changed my status to "Application form incomplete/not properly filled. Kindly contact the TIN FC [protected] for details" . The mobile number mentioned in the status does not work.
                                        The TIN FC from where I had applied was

                                        TIN FC address- Alankit limited
                                        shop no. 250 BDA complex, shivaji nagar, bhopal(MP)462016
                                        I had applied from TINFC and filled all the details that they had told me to but still I am facing problems.
                                        I need my pan in the next 2 days. what should I do now
