My dad's pran no is[protected], we are following up with both nsdl mumbai team and sbi bank to get the amount since december 2017 when we had requested for withdrawal, but everytime these people are passing ball to each other, when contacted nsdl they are saying we have not got details from bank, when contacted bank they are saying we have sent details, i had sent mail many times to bank manager and other authorities they are not responding over mail, neither nsdl team is responding properly they are saying to contact bank, its been 10 month they are doing same, this is last mail i am writing, if not got any reply with have to approach consumer court to get justice

Updated by Ms Dash Till date no solution has been given ..nsdl team called and asked to resubmit datas stating old application has been expired..that too informing after 2 years ..for 2 years not replied to mails..messages on Facebook...suddenly called and said to re apply again.. They are treating as if my father is asking for some other people money.. even I sent mail to directors of nsdl even they didn't reply to me ..and grievance officer Mr Dinesh too didnt reply..request you to take serious action against them and investigate on this matter.. I have all mail proof which I can share
the same is under process. The status does not change even after a week.
Can something be done to expedite.
