Sir/madam,

I have applied for a new pan card on 26th august 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgment number [ [protected]]. On completion of the process, i have received a message like below.

"thank you for using online facility for pan application.

If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

I used nsdl website to create a new pan card. I use e-kyc option for my aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.107 using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 27/08/2018 but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on their registered aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed. Hence you cannot proceed the application...

I had applied for a duplicate pan card through the tin-nsdl "apply online" facility on their website. My acknowledgement number is [protected].

I filled up an application online for some changes in my pan card. I verified using e-kyc but i am still getting no record found when i track my pan status.

While am trying to do register on "https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in" entered the correct name as pan but got error my name is incorrect.
