I have already applied nsdlpan online today, due to weak network signal wrong OTP is entered, I have also transact balanced from my account. Due to this a message is found that physical application is necessary. Is there any chance to get pan online if already pan application has rejected due to multiple wrong otp is entered my token no. is [protected]. Kindly give me a chance to get a an online.

    I tried for e-kyc/e-sign process 4 to 5 times every time i received an otp but system displayed the msg that your request cannot be processed now try after some time. When i finally got the right page and submitted the otp the system returned with msg that you have exceeded the otp regeneration limit your application cannot be processed through e-kyc/e-sign proceed with physical submission. I am applying from saudi arabia and just because of the faulty system i have to suffer... What to do?

        My dad's pran no is[protected], we are following up with both nsdl mumbai team and sbi bank to get the amount since december 2017 when we had requested for withdrawal, but everytime these people are passing ball to each other, when contacted nsdl they are saying we have not got details from bank, when contacted bank they are saying we have sent details, i had sent mail many times to bank manager and other authorities they are not responding over mail, neither nsdl team is responding properly they are saying to contact bank, its been 10 month they are doing same, this is last mail i am writing, if not got any reply with have to approach consumer court to get justice

        Till date no solution has been given ..nsdl team called and asked to resubmit datas stating old application has been expired..that too informing after 2 years ..for 2 years not replied to mails..messages on Facebook...suddenly called and said to re apply again.. They are treating as if my father is asking for some other people money.. even I sent mail to directors of nsdl even they didn't reply to me ..and grievance officer Mr Dinesh too didnt reply..request you to take serious action against them and investigate on this matter.. I have all mail proof which I can share

          This consultant group is fake. They use the money of innocent people and then they started ignoring them. They cheated my uncle. They have taken about 80000 rs from them. They made fake documents, websites, i. Ds and fool them.
          I had tried to contact them from last few months but they are not giving us any information and document. And even now they are not responding to us.
          Please help..!!

              Dear sir/madam,

              I have applied for new pan card on[protected] through e-kyc/e-sign. After completion of my form i received a message "thank you for using online facility for pan application". After that i got acknowledge no. ([protected]). I have invoice copy of payment receipt and application form in pdf format. But when i checked the status of application it shows that "sorry, no record found".
              According to my knowledge there is no need to send the physical documents when i opt for apply via e-kyc/e-sign.
              Please check my application weather my application was access by tin or nsdl

              Hi,

              I applied for a new PAN card for my mother on "30/04/2018".
              I got the acknowledgment receipt having a token number "[protected]".

              When I tried tracking the status of PAN CARD using the same token number I am getting an error saying "Sorry, no record found."

              Please advice where should I track the PAN card status?

                On 20th august 2018, i tried to apply for a pan card through official nsdl website. Since paperless option was available, i used e-kyc as an option and paid using my debit card, hoping that everything goes well. Unfortunately they deducted the amount from the bank and the application failed since mobile number was not registered with aadhar and it said refund will be provided within 7 days. Nsdl also asked me to generate a new token and proceed physically.
                Today, it is 3rd august 2018 and i still haven't received any refund. Digital india is truly a failure. Please refund my whole amount as soon as possible.

                This is the message that nsdl gave me:

                "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days."

                                    Sir,
                                    My ack no. Is [protected] and allotted pan number is koops5307j.

                                    And when i checked my status of pan card, it shows "your pan card has been dispatched on 27-aug-2018 by registered/speed post* vide airway bill no. Ea[protected]in, at the address for communication* provided by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 06-sep-2018.

                                    * emxxxxxxxxx represents airway bill number for speed post & rmxxxxxxxxx represents airway bill number for registered post."

                                    The problem is actually i was unable to track the status of dispatched pan card with the given airway bill number.in indian post website it showing "consignment details not found". Is that correct awd number provided. Please give correct awd number

                                      I have started applying for pan card on 08/08/2018 by online method and have done online payment of rs.106.90 for the physical pan card. Only after the payment that it was notified that it requires aadhar verification otp for ekyc procedure and i did not had my mobile number linked to aadhar.
                                      So i have linked my mobile number to aadhar which took 16 days.
                                      After that, on 24/08/2018 when i started aadhar based ekyc, nsdl site shows that aadhar based ekyc has failed and i have to generate a new token and proceed with physical mode. It was notified that my money will be refunded within 7 working days which haven't happened yet.

                                      Kindly refund my rs.106.90 as early as possible.

                                      Ps: i do personally feel that with an ekyc procedure with this much failure rate, it would be better to consider introducing the payment option only after successful completion of the ekyc procedure, unless the main income source is interest from these failed ekyc payments.

                                        My pan acknowledgment number is [protected]. I applied for pan on 17th of august, 2018.

                                        My pan status is still 'your application is under process at nsdl - tin facilitation center. You may contact tin fc[protected]/46/47/48/49 where the application was submitted by you.

                                        I have applied for the pan at noida and enclosed aadhaar card as proof of address and proof of identity...
