    Sir/madam,

    I have applied for a new pan card on 26th august 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgment number [ [protected]]. On completion of the process, i have received a message like below.

    "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

    If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."
    But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

      I used nsdl website to create a new pan card. I use e-kyc option for my aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.107 using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 27/08/2018 but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on their registered aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed. Hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode.

      Information is insufficient to resolve your grievance. Email your Temporary Token Number, E-mail ID and Date of Birth to [protected]@nsdl.co.in for earliest resolution of your greivance.
      I had opened an Atal Pension Yojana (APY) account in April 2017. Also, I have been contributing to NPS ever since 2014...However, when I try to reset my password using my PRAN, it is showing "PRAN not found in database".
      Request you to please resolve the issue as early as possible.

          I had applied for a duplicate pan card through the tin-nsdl "apply online" facility on their website. My acknowledgement number is [protected].

          My application has been showing this status for about a month now - "your application for 'new pan card or/and changes or correction in pan data' is under process at income tax department".

          Kindly look into the issue at the earliest and dispatch my updated pan.

Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days. This problem arises due to their otp verification failure. I need all my money to create a new pan card. They have to close their webiste if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of digital india. Do something for a change.

                        Sir/ma'am,

                        I applied for change or correction in pan data through online nsdl website on august 17, 2018, and received the acknowledgment number: [protected]
                        The link used for the application is https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/endUserRegisterContact.html

                        The acknowledgment page said -
                        "thank you for using online facility for pan application.
                        If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents.
                        The file is password protected and the password to open the same is date of birth / incorporation / formation (In the format ddmmyyyy)"

                        However, when i checked the status using the acknowledgment number, it said: "sorry, no record found".

                        Please help me to resolve the issue.

                          Pan card temporart i'd no [protected]
                          My amount deducted but transaction failed and got no refund and no successful transaction so where is my amount why they have deducted
                          Nsdl pancards
                          For what they charged for
                          Iam waiting for refund still they have not refunded

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                I had got message from the branch office rejecting my PAN Application without any reason, i had already attached all the document but they hadnot linked and also rejected these POA & POB proof saying I'll torn and these two docs as i only need Aadhar Card for this. Please find attached my PAN Card Application and check my application form filled and documents attached which is alright correct to best of my knowledge and belief.
                                Following document attached & also enlisted in the application form:-
                                POA- Domocile, POI- Aadhar Card, POB- Matriculation Marksheet

                                I had already consult them today, they said we can't do anything without updation application online. thought it will be reached to me either at home or through mail within 7 days as said by the Officials.

                                Kindly review and please rectify as early possible as I need the PAN Application urgently. I shall be highly obliged to you.

                                  Sir i applied for changes in my pan on 19th july and its been almost a month but the status on the site is still the same i need my pan urgently please check and revert me asap. Details of pan are as follows -

                                    I filled up an application online for some changes in my pan card. I verified using e-kyc but i am still getting no record found when i track my pan status.
                                    I have received e-mails with my application in pdf format.

                                    My acknowledgment number is - [protected]

                                    And is it possible to change the communication address? My current communication address is undergoing construction, so it might be an issue for both parties.

                                      While am trying to do register on "https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in" entered the correct name as pan but got error my name is incorrect.

                                      When i checked my pan here i got the message like "no records found".

                                      Could you please have a look of this and fix it. It is very urgent to me i have to file income tax return.

                                        Sir/madam,

                                        I have applied for correction of pan card details on 12th aug 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

                                        "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                                        If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                                        But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."
