      I have appliedfor a new PAN card in the name of Punam Vishwakarma which despatched on address in 23-Apr-18. I couldn't recieve the PAN card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later after couple of day we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days & return to the sender address. Therefore, I requsting you resend my PAN card on the same address & I mentioned on details below:

        I paid online to update my pan detail. I followed everything correctly. But at the last step it's saying "exception in generating esign user pdf inside esigncontroller for token no [protected]"

        I tried to find any support email or contact section. But i could not find on this link too-

          Sir,
          My ack no. Is [protected] and allotted pan number is koops5307j.

          And when i checked my status of pan card, it shows "your pan card has been dispatched on 27-aug-2018 by registered/speed post* vide airway bill no. Ea[protected]in, at the address for communication* provided by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 06-sep-2018.

          * emxxxxxxxxx represents airway bill number for speed post & rmxxxxxxxxx represents airway bill number for registered post."

          The problem is actually i was unable to track the status of dispatched pan card with the given airway bill number.in indian post website it showing "consignment details not found". Is that correct awd number provided. Please give correct awd number

            I have started applying for pan card on 08/08/2018 by online method and have done online payment of rs.106.90 for the physical pan card. Only after the payment that it was notified that it requires aadhar verification otp for ekyc procedure and i did not had my mobile number linked to aadhar.
            So i have linked my mobile number to aadhar which took 16 days.
            After that, on 24/08/2018 when i started aadhar based ekyc, nsdl site shows that aadhar based ekyc has failed and i have to generate a new token and proceed with physical mode. It was notified that my money will be refunded within 7 working days which haven't happened yet.

            Kindly refund my rs.106.90 as early as possible.

            Ps: i do personally feel that with an ekyc procedure with this much failure rate, it would be better to consider introducing the payment option only after successful completion of the ekyc procedure, unless the main income source is interest from these failed ekyc payments.

                I have applied for a new pan card on 26th august 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgment number [ [protected]]. On completion of the process, i have received a message like below.

                "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."
                But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                  I used nsdl website to create a new pan card. I use e-kyc option for my aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.107 using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 27/08/2018 but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on their registered aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed. Hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode.

                        I use nsdl website to create a new pan card for me. Temporary token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.106.90 using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 22/08/2018 but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on their registered aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days. This problem arises due to their otp verification failure. I need all my money to create a new pan card. They have to close their webiste if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of digital india. Do something for a change.

                                  Sir/madam,

                                  I have applied for reissue of pan card on 18th august 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

                                  "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                                  If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                                  But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                                  Please check my application

                                  Your PAN application is processed by NSDL and forwarded to Income Tax Department (ITD) for allotment of PAN. We are following up with ITD for earliest resolution.

                                    Sir/ma'am,

                                    I applied for change or correction in pan data through online nsdl website on august 17, 2018, and received the acknowledgment number: [protected]
                                    The link used for the application is https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/endUserRegisterContact.html

                                    The acknowledgment page said -
                                    "thank you for using online facility for pan application.
                                    If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents.
                                    The file is password protected and the password to open the same is date of birth / incorporation / formation (In the format ddmmyyyy)"

                                    However, when i checked the status using the acknowledgment number, it said: "sorry, no record found".

                                    Please help me to resolve the issue.

                                      Pan card temporart i'd no [protected]
                                      My amount deducted but transaction failed and got no refund and no successful transaction so where is my amount why they have deducted
                                      Nsdl pancards
                                      For what they charged for
                                      Iam waiting for refund still they have not refunded
                                      And on their website they should add an option for if amount gets deducted
