pan card fee not refunded

I use NSDL website to create a new pan card of my neighbor. Temporary Token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.116.20 using my debit card. MY balance was deducted from the bank on 7/07/2018 but Aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any OTP on their registered Aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "Your e-KYC based request...

I had applied for change name for my PAN Card, MY request number is N [protected].

I am trying to check status online, but always getting below message from website

don't get pan card even after one month

I have applied for pan card on June 12 . My PAN card acknowledgement number is [protected] and they are showing that "your application is under processing at NSDL-TIN Facilitation Center.You may contact TIN FC[protected]/46/47/48/49 where the application was submitted by you. It was more than one month and I don't get PAN card till the date...what should I do? When will I get the pan card.?...

Applied for PAN card modification mode to modify my Father's Name(Spelling Mistake). Applied twice for modification and both the time goth the PAN without any correction ( Spelling mistake was as is). Both the time paid application fee. refund- pan card e-kyc failure

I have applied for the pan card multiple times out of them 4 times it got failed after successful payment through sbi debit card.

e-kyc failed due to which it displayed the following message :

online aadhar otp verification

I have been trying to verify OTP for Online PAN Application and I submit my OTP which I receive on my aadhar linked phone number.

Everytime I enter my OTP and click submit, it either shows a HTTP error or it says "Your Request cannot be Processed.Please try after some time".

All of my information is CORRECT.

I am absolutely disappointed by the type of service the portal provides.

pran number is not found for apy subscription

I have registered for APY plan through sbi netbanking on 23/04/2018. But the premium amount is not being debited from my account. Also while I was checking the NSDL website to fetch my APY subscription its erroring out saying No data found.

I applied pan card name chang through the nsdl website and selected the e-kyc aadhar verification process.
The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp three times and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.'

The website status says documents are not valid and there is no reason mentioned. I have submitted marriage certificate, name change affidavit and paper publication for the name change. Please resolve this. Updating in Aadhar was easier than your system. I need PAN on urgent basis, please tell me what documents you require more than just updating a blank description....
