I Manoj T, PRAN no.[protected], didnt receive my PRAN card but got an sms stating it has been dispatched on 6/6/2015 with courier tracker no. But instead i received IPIN & TPIN and not the card. same was informed through the grievance portal twice ( token no. 10080394,[protected] but they responded thru sms with same reply that it has been dispatched with the same courier tracker. On June 23, 2015 i received an email stating a request generated for a signature & photo change, which put me in surprise as i didn't raise this. Is my card in wrong hands ..?..
