Hi I had opened an APY account for my wife.. After somedays, i received the message about my PRAN number & yet to receive the PRAN Kit. Also money got deducted from the saving account of my wife, Can you please let me know, how many days will take to get that & what it contains. How to Track the status of the Kit

Dear Sir, With due regards it is stated that I have registered through SBI internet banking (POP SP Registration Number:6048770) & transferred the amount (Rs 1000/- & Rs 500/-) vide Reference Number: IH20521357 & IH19357390, Contribution Receipt Number:[protected] &[protected] against my PRAN No.[protected] on 29.05.2015 & 09.06.2015 but the same amount is not reflected in my NPS account. My Tier-II account is showing as not-activated & the bank said that they forwarded it to NSDL. I have deposited annual premium Rs 6023 towards my PRAN A/C No.[protected] in post office Bhabha Nagar- 323307 which had been received by the District Head Post Office- Chittorgarh- 302001 on 8.4.2015 vide Receipt No.[protected]. However, on 10.4.2015 I received a telephonic message that the said amount could not be deposited in my PRAN A/c and the amount would be refunded to me. No reason was explained to me, while I am willing to keep the A/c continue. Sir, a long time of about 2 months passed, I have not received the amount back nor its receipt and no satisfactory reply from any authority too. I've applied PAN card online and paid the application fee through Debit card. The payment was unsuccessful. but the amount got deducted from the account. I've talked to a customer care executive of NSDL. I was told to provide details of the application so that the application process can be taken forward. The issue has not been resolved yet although whenever I call the customer care executives they promptly respond by saying wait for another 24-48 hours. How do I contact your office other than email as nothing is being updated or looked into through emails. At least reply to the emails regarding the status or if anything else is required so that it gets resolved.
