    Dear Sir/Mam, I had Requested for changes or Correction in PAN Data for PAN Allotted, below are the details. Acknowledgement No : [protected] The status of this application has not changed since 4 months and is showing as : "'New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN Data' is under process at Income Tax Department" I have also checked with Income Tax department and the required changes in my surname (changed post marriage) are reflecting in their portal. https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/e-Filing/Services/KnowYourPan.html Somehow there is a major confusion between NSDL and IT deptt which is NOT getting resolved and due to which I am suffering. I have NOT yet received updated/new PAN card. Request an update.

          I had applied for pan from bangalore in the month of oct but it was rejected saying wring form filled so karvy basvangudi told that they will send email to hyderbad and rectify the same but around 2 months over saying that, so i filled a fresh form with same ack but karvy basavangudi told they have sent the form but hyd people saying form not recived kindly help me in this regard it is almost 3months, my ack no is [protected]

          Thank you for kind response actually the issue is solved now and pan card no is generated.
          But initially the problem was not NSDL it was with TIN FACILITATOR KARVY they did not process the application and they did not respond to the queries and grievances very bad service by karvy

            Hi, I am Shashidhar Dasi, I try to open a Individual Pension account online with Acknowledgement # 11005680 in eNPS on 21/12/2015. As per procedure of account opening I completed all segment of ENPS registration and it went through payment gateway to my Syndicate bank internet banking page (transaction reference# IB PG Txn[protected] [protected]) and payment is successful(Please check the attached picture for transaction details). After payment, I could not get any confirmation from NSDL. I try to contact NSDL but there is no one is answering my call. Please resolve this

                          I have applied for correction of PAN vide ack no [protected] on 24.09.2015. There after I have made various follow up on call center[protected] and provided various documents through mail and received by them. Last document being mailed on 20.11.2015. However, thereafter every time I call, they informs that within 2-3 days, New PAN Card will be issued. From last 15 days, I am getting the same reply and they are not issuing revised PAN Card. Its almost two and a half month from the date of application. Due to unavailability of rectified PAN card, I am unable to proceed further for my business, as in each department for business, PAN is compulsory. I have occurred loss of profit for that much time period due to non issuance of PAN card. Request to do the needful.

                          I have first time applied for myself pan card ref.no [protected] but it has been invalid due to incomplete of ressidential address.I again submitted online application (Ack.No. [protected]) for pan card which pan no. for this has been alloted.So, kindly refund the pan card processing fees which chargeble from me against the Ack.No.[protected].

                              But still I havnt received my changed PAN.
                              When I check status online it showing "Your application for 'New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN Data' is under process at Income Tax Department" from last 2 months.
                              I sent lot of mails to NSDL. But all in vain.
                              Plz do needful either to get my PAN card or refund my application process fee.

                                I have applied for Duplicate PAN Card for my wife Mrs Malti Anil Saigal, PAN Card no. ALFPS8400E, on 19/11/2015 at WWW.TIN-NSDL.COM and paid Rs. 109.51 through my Citibank Card ending with no. 8637. I have not yet received the acknowledgement or receipt for the same. The Citibank has forwarded me the following letter.
