Hi Team, I have applied for National Pension System scheme near about TEN months ago via MUTHOOT FINCORP (kon gaon branch). I am fed up by asking THEM about my PRAN CARD but every time I am getting same revert it is in process. I think some fraud is going on... I had given 100 rupees along with my Address proof, Id proof and Photo to MUTHOOT FINCORP. EVERY TIME THEY COME WITH NEW EXCUSE AND AGAIN ASK FOR DOCUMENTS. ALREADY I HAVE GIVEN DOCUMENTS THRICE TO THEM. I THINK THEY ARE DOING SOME FRAUD WITH CUSTOMERS PHOTO AND DOCUMENTS CAN YOU PLEASE LOOK IN THIS MATTER AND LET ME KNOW. MY DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS: Name- Suresh Pandey Mobile- [protected] Branch- Kon Gaon District- Thane State- Maharashtra I have already informed about this to there seniors but still no proper answer.       hi sir i am dr usha working as specialist obs & gynae in ddu hospital govt of nct hari nagar new delhi pin. 110064.i had applied for PRAN through proper channel 4 months ago. i received your mail and sms regarding my PRAN no[protected] and PRAN kit on 3rd march 2015 but as our hospital's dealing PAO office address has been changed from mayapuri DTC bus depot, new delhi to PAO[no. XX], govt.NCT, GBSSS-1, rajouri garden extension, new delhi.so my PRAN kit reverted back to NSDL-CRA, mumbai. so kindly redispatch my PRAN kit to my home address (dr.usha yadav, WZ-37B, first floor, gate no.4, janak park, hari nagar, new delhi, mob.no. I submitted an application for reprint PAN CARD. It dispatched by you through FIRST FLIGHT courier but it’s not received and when I checked the status by waybill no. of FIRST FLIGHT(airway bill no: B991Q9465059 ) its shows that consignment has been delivered to the addressee on 15/04/2015 .But not received till now. Please help me and provide my PAN CARD as soon as possible. Thank you

            Dear Sir We have opened NPS PRAN Account Number[protected] in Name of Rekha Jain as on 29.04.2014 by depositing Rs.1000 and then we have deposited Rs.11000 on 19.02.2015 At your Bank of Baroda, MIA Branch, Jodhpur could not providing the Statement because of Account not showing in the System of Bank of Baroda, MIA Branch, Jodhpur Please help and solve the problem as at earliest.                 I had subscribed to NPS on 27th March 2014 via aggregator Ghaziabad Branch-UTIITSL. The PRAN No. allotted to me is[protected]. Since opening the account, I have not received any communication / statement of accounts. I tried to login to see the details of my account online, but on entering the PRAN as User ID, the error appears “ invalid PRAN/ account does not exist”.

                  Sir, My name is Anu Lekshmi. I have been working as MTS in Income Tax Department since 19/05/2014. I applied for PRAN number in same month. Then I received PRAN number through Email. My PRAN number is[protected] So that my NPS contribution was deducted every month since June’2014. Also I track the kit through PRAN number, the tracking status was ‘PRAN is dispatched to Nodal office on 27/06/2014 through OVERNIGHT courier and Airway Bill Number was [protected]’.                     With reference to my acknowledgement number- [protected] . my pan apply fee debited twice from my bank account .first time payment was unsuccessful but amount was debited from my bank account .After that i do another payment without seen in my bank account. So i request you to kindly reimburse the amount asap. I already mail 10 times on [protected]@nsdl.co.in but no reply come from nsdl side.Kindly look into the matter and reimburse the amount asap.Is this type of service you given to your customer.my mobile number is-[protected].Kindly instruct this shameless company to reimburse the amount asap.

                          Pan card application acknowledgement number-[protected] I applied for new pan application with my fathers name as narendra mehta, but it is narendra Singh mehta in my voter ID card so they asked me for proof for his name as narendra mehta, so I provided them Domicile certificate 10 and 12 th mark sheet My sbi bank passbook My father own pan ID card All as a proof of his name narendra mehta My complaint is that "singh" is used as addon in many castes including oswals and is not a compulsory part of name, WHY EVEN THIS COMMON SENSE IS LACKED BY NSDL OFFICIALS AND WHY ARE THEY HARASSING ME BY ACTING AS ROBOTIC AND no respect for their own pan document issued to my father as a proof of his name as narendra mehta.. Common sense is dead

                            I had submitted for my wife, Savita Kumar, PAN ANZPK2617B, an online application for change of address in her PAN database on 1st Feb, 2015, vide Acknowledgement No. [protected]. The case is still pending after a lapse of 3 months. Follow up by online tracking has yielded only evasive replies such as no time commitment is possible for processing the service request. This is not really acceptable especially when this service is provided on charge basis @ Rs. 105 per request. Can you please do something to expedite the matter.?

                            Referring our telephonic talk, my wife Savita Kumar's date of birth is 14th September, 1941. Her new address is 205, Mount Castle Apartments, Hindustan Colony, Amravati Road, Nagpur - 440033. Documents submitted with her application were copy of her passport for identity, copy of Bank Account Statement for new address, copy of her passport for date of birth and copy of her PAN Card as proof of PAN. Her email id is [protected]@hotmail.com. Telephone number is same as mine i.e. 91 [protected].

                                i applied for pan card, but it showing me the status Income Tax Department (ITD) database shows that you may have been issued PAN in your name.
