    Sir, we have applied for a New Pan Card online with the NSDL e-Gov vide acknowledgement number [protected] rejected stating that the ID proof and photo not proper. We have also send the proper document i.e adhar card/10th certificate with voter id card but the same is rejected due to inavlid document. So that we are requested to you please provide the refund for pan processing carges paid to NSDL of Rs.106+ charges debited in credit card account. Regards Raghuveer Singh

      Hi, I am Anup Pratap Singh & I am currently working in Vodafone Pune, I try to open a Individual Pension account online with aadhar card in eNPS. As per procedure of account opening I completed all segment of ENPS registration form. After uploading my scanned signature as part of the registration process, I will be routed to a payment gateway for making the payment towards our NPS account but in reality i am routed on initial page of eNPS. Print screen attached FYR. Kindly help to resolved the issue I try many times every time i am facing same issue. If any thing required from my side please let me know. Regards Anup Pratap Singh
      NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      eNPS is extremely slow and often times you get booted out during the registration process. Every time you log back in, you are taken to the opening page, instead of where you left out. Moreover, more than half the questions seem to be of no use. While all the questions are not mandatory, they still have to be gone through - making for a very frustrating experience.
      The government should not pay the developers of this website. Bring on someone competent.
      If the website is so bad, the govt aim of boosting NPS is not going to happen.
      Don't use enps as very poor services of it. subscription amount of Rs32500 is still not received back even after trans

        I am getting that my account on is wrong in my pran card details, its so painful to inform u that no body your workers are working carefully.

        Please correct Bank account no Which is -[protected] instead of [protected] which is sever mistake done by your working staff for our harassment.

          This is your kind Attention that my PAN CARD after information corrections book NSDL Mumbai on the 14 Sept. 2015 by Consignment No. B991Z6241047 through First Flight Couriers and it is supposed to delivered on 24 Sept 2015 as per NSDL in my place Bacheli South Bastar Dantewada Chhattisgarh but yet I don't receive the same I enquire regarding the same in your Raipur Branch of First Flight Couriers they inform me that they do not deliver the courier in Dantewada. So I request you sir please re-send the my PAN CARD if it is returned to you as a undelivered mail through India Post Services/DTDC/Madhur Couriers etc that are very much serviceable at my place.           Hello sir, I am Antony from Geojit BNP Paribas. I am working as a Regional Manager, Trichy. Recently one Mr.Srinivasan (Mob: [protected]) was working in Geojit, Trichy for 2 Months & left out from the company and joined in Sharekhan, Trichy. After joining in Sharekhan, he called many of our Geojit Clients particularly those having good holdings, credit balance & recent trading clients. When enquiring the same with Srinivasan, he told like Sharekhan got database from NSDL. Almost he shared the same information to many of our clients & to our staff also.

          The question is whether NSDL shared any Geojit Client base to Sharekhan? If not how that person Mr.Srinivasan informed the msg to all. B'coz now-a-days in many locations NSDL has conducting Investor Meet & collecting the data for investor protection purpose. But at the same time, when sharekhan trichy using NSDL name often, its creating more confusion.

          Pls let me know the status? How NSDL can share the client database of Geojit BNP Paribas to Sharekhan?

            Dear Sir, I have applied online for New PAN card issue. During online my transaction was completed vide dtd.29.09.2015. But during fee payment by net banking the transaction was unable to complete sucessfully showing my SBI saving account deducted Rs.110.56 vide below transaction. 22-Sep-2015 TO TRANSFER INB National Securities Depos NAT_SEC Payments DSBI[protected]IG0ASMXZS8 TRANSFER TO [protected] BILL DESK TRANSACTION A 110.56 After that no acknowledgement nos. was appeared and showing transaction for payment was not processed. Now, my transaction was completed but I can't get acknowledgement nos. and application copy for dispatched purpose. It was mention that after online application the document should reached to your office within 15 days. If it how can I dispatch in short span of time. Please suggest me.

              Sir I had applied PAN card online and sent my all details with required documents to NSDL Mumbai on 10/08/2015 but unfortunately my photo was rejected and I had sent my photo again to them which they had received on 7/8/2015. They told me that my PAN number would be issued within 3 working days but now it's 4 days but I had not got any inquiry from them. Tell me what should I do now

                    My pran no. Is[protected] and i have sent request to reset the password and recived an acknowledgement no. [protected] at 10:57am on 28 / 8 / 2015. I wish to know what i have to do next and moreover my email id entered is wrong it should be [protected]@yahoo. Co. In but it is entered wronlgy as [protected]@yahoo.com which i didnt entered while filling the form. Please do the correction at your end as this is your mistake while entering data or you can check the form i have sent.

                              Application was filed for correction in the spelling mistake in Father's Name i.e SIRNIVASAN instead SRINIVASAN. Acknowledgement No [protected] My PAN is AAAPN2220K is active till date. But NSDL is stating that the PAN is inactive / deactivated by IT Dept in their website while ascertaining the status of my CARD. My DOB is 25.06.1958. My efforts with IT Dept is also not fruitfull in the past 6 months.

                                    Sir, Myself Mohammad Abdul kareem working as Government Teacher at Medak District, Telangana State. Iam appointed on 19.10.2009 and my service is regularised in 19.10.2011. I applied for Pran Card in the year 2010 and i got it. My D.D.O deducted Cps Amount from the Salary Bill every month from October 2011 to July 2012. and March 2014 also. But the deducted amount was not credited into my Pran Account till date. Kindly take necessary action.

                                      Dear Sir/Mam, I have applied for duplicate PAN card with PAN no. AGVPM7446D (acknowledgement no. [protected], DOB - 15 DEC 1945 ) in the name of BHAGAT SUDERSHAN MATHUR but by mistake TIN facilitation centre wrongly entered surname spelling i.e which they have entered BHAGAT SUDERSHAN MATHOR . in mathur surname spelling its u instead of O. nw over 1 month has been passed i dont have any status what is goin on with my client pan card, NSDL customer care says we still didnt received call to tin facilitation centre, on the other side TIN facilitation centre says we have forwarded . I dont know what should i do, i have file complaint in nsdl but no response is received, daily my client call me nw he want to leave me ... who is responsible for this NSDL or TIN FACILITATION CENTRE ... what should i do kindly please help .
