I ordered kaya white lumeins brightening beads cleanser, six tony moly mask sheets. But due to lockdown the orders have been returned to the shipper i. E nykaa before delivering to me. The shipment return is also accepted by nykaa on august 1, saturday.
But there hasn't been any refund (Total cost rs 690) in my account. It has already been more than 15 days. I am sorry nykaa but the refund service is taking very long and is unsatisfactory.

    I ordered few huda beauty lipsticks from nykaa, they are bit costly. I placed an order on 27 july on a sale and i received the products in 2 different shipments.
    Here is my order no. Nyk[protected]
    I received the 1st shipment on 29 july 2020, in the 1st shipment according to the invoice there has to be huda beauty power bullet, but instead i received huda beauty liquid matte lipstick and 2 sheet masks that i didn't order. I placed a return request and i donno why they marked it as rejected. I tried to contact customer support many times but they had an irresponsible replies. And asked me to wait more.
    Unfortunately,,
    The 2nd shipment came on 30 july but with wrong shade of product.
    And same goes in this as well, the customer support is not properly giving me a solution. As its been more then 2 weeks now and i am still left unanswered.
    The whole order of mine was worst.
    How can the packaging executives be so lineant.?
    And why can't the customer executives giv quick and prominent solutions to the customer.

      I ordered a product on 24th july, that is 20 days ago. I requested for a return request of the product as i decided to return it, as i did not want the product anymore. The product has already been returned to the warehouse. And i still have not received my refund yet. Whenever i contact nykaa customer care they ask me to wait for 24-48 hours. I have already waited twice, but have not got my refund yet.

      I have not received my refund yet. And there is not even any update regarding the refund. I talk to the customer support, and they ask me to wait for 24-48 hours. It’s been more than 15 days that i have made the request for refund.

        I had placed my order of 592 rupees on august 6 th 2020. It was prepaid. But not received my order so far. Estimated delivary date was 13th august 2020. I want my order to be delivered or i want my money to be refunded before august 14th 2020. I hope my complaint will be given importance and will be resolved asap.

          I placed my order of 592 rupees on 6th august 2020. Estimated delivary date was on 13th augudt 2020. I have not received my products from 4th shipment. But tracking status shows delivered today. I am very upset on nykaa store . I never knew it would fraud customers. I am hereby requesting to deliver my products or refund my money before 14th august 2020.

            Damaged and defective product was received and return request was submitted on 4th August . Nykaa has a standard reply of reverting back in 24-48 hours but this seems to be their standard practice .

                Nyk[protected] is the reference number.
                I was delivered a product which was different from what was mentioned in the product title.
                I have talked to them for over 15 times now but they have probably the most pathetic customer service i have ever seen. Pictures of the product, packaging and bills have been shared at [protected]@nykaa.com long back. I still await any concrete response from their end.

                    Have ordered beautiful products but was shocked when i received it... Its being long time.
                    No one have contacted me for my issue and only asking to waot for 48hrs.. Its being 7 days i am waiting...
                    All the products have damaged.. And other one which i recieved.. I had ordered 2 but only 1 is present... That too not with gift wrap..

                      I had placed an order out of which a Bobbi Brown Lip Duo package has arrived without the lipstick inside an empty box. That lip duo costs 2000 and Nykaa refuses to take accountability and return my money. They have claimed thrice that there has been no mistakes made from their end and they won't be able to help.
                      Inspite of writing to them and sending them images of the missing products, they have not given me any resolution for my problem.

                      They have finally issued a refund to me. They did cut Rs.15 but I am happy that they got in touch on Twitter after multiple attempts of reaching out to them.

                        I had ordered 5 products thorugh nyka's app and they were divided into two shipments. One shipment was due to be delivered today or tomorrow and the other on sat-sun. When i tracked the order today, both of the orders had returned. I didn't get any notification or message. When i enquired, the customer service personnel said that the order was returned by the courier partner.
                        That was my first order from nyks's app and i will not be using it again.
                        This is so so... Wrong and bad the CUSTOMER service you are providing. I ordered a prepaid shipment and it got divided in two parts only 3 items recieved rest were returned without informing or delivering to me and it was a 2355 prepaid and their email.. Support.. Call centre are all useless.. Not giving any information on refund.. I feel like I am dealing with a mafia who doesn't gives a ### after taking money anyhow.

                          I bought this product online from Nykaa(https://www.nykaa.com/) and I am facing size issues, item doesn't fit. This item doesn't show up as non-returnable, it says :"Guaranteed replacements/refunds available for any unused/sealed products within 5 business days of delivery."
                          When I tried to return it, the customer services executive(Pritam R) on chat said they won't accept the return because of the pandemic, then why didn't they mention it as non-returnable. They are ignoring my queries. Worst customer service. This is a new way of doing fraud. Not even providing refund. I am now left with a useless product.

                          Please help. I have attached screen shots of the chat with the customer service. My complaint is also about the customet service agent whom I had the chat with. This is not the way to deal with the customers.

                              Where is my refund till now... It's been more than a month but i haven't received till now. Even i didn't cancel the order the delivery man cancelled himself and wrote that the customer denied to receive the parcel and half parcel was delivered some other day n the other half was returned. Hopefully i didn't complain about that delivery man so irresponsible. You should have a look about the delivery people ridiculous... Didn't expect this from nykaa, very much dissapointed. Plss fixed my problem as soon as possible. Order no.- nyk[protected].. Plss check and let me know soon.

                                Product is not delivering issue

                                As i have ordered products from nykaa on 27th july 2020 monday, and it was prepaid. Since last 3 days i am getting notifications from your nykaa that my order is out for delivery but due to some issue it is getting failed, i am not able to understand that i have mentioned my correct address and contact number secondly i am not getting any call from the concern delivery person so how they are mentioning that i was not available.                                   Received wrong product

                                  I have placed a order on nykaa.com. It consisted of two items.
                                  But i have received another product, which i have never ordered through out my history.

                                  I package was delivered on 20th july evening

                                  I have written mails and raised request to nykaa support on the next day. But have not received any kind o[censored]pdates.
                                  On1st august i received a mail saying, on investigation there is no issue with delivery...

                                  My order NYK[protected] has been cancelled. I have ordered 12 items from the nykaa hot pink sale and two of the items came on time and they didn't have any issue with delivering my order. today 10 of the remaining items need to get delivered but they are saying that my address was incorrect so they have returned my order back to the warehouse. if the address was incorrect then how come the 2 products came on time? and now when the sale has ended they have cancelled my order and told me to place a fresh order. So I've just wasted my time by ordering 10 items from a nykaa hot sale? instead i've shopped from any other platform. I want my items at the sale price only. my address wasn't invalid your delivering services are. please take action soon. I want my order soon. Again sent it from warehouse to my address.

                                    I bought a glamglow product during their Nykaa pink sale recently. I paid full prove for the product worth ₹4500. I got 2 freebies. I understand if they gave me freebies which are expiring soon but they gave me the ₹4500 product that was manufactured in 2018. Given the pandemic, they won’t accept return. Even without the pandemic, their customer service isn’t the best. I had similar experience last year, I had a loss of 2-3k. Just beware of the online sales.
