I ordered few huda beauty lipsticks from nykaa, they are bit costly. I placed an order on 27 july on a sale and i received the products in 2 different shipments.

I received the 1st shipment on 29 july 2020, in the 1st shipment according to the invoice there has to be huda beauty power bullet, but instead i received huda beauty liquid matte lipstick and 2 sheet masks that i didn't order. I placed a return request and i donno why they marked it as rejected. I tried to contact customer support many times but they had an irresponsible replies. And asked me to wait more.
Unfortunately,,
The 2nd shipment came on 30 july but with wrong shade of product.
And same goes in this as well, the customer support is not properly giving me a solution. As its been more then 2 weeks now and i am still left unanswered.
The whole order of mine was worst.
How can the packaging executives be so lineant.?
And why can't the customer executives giv quick and prominent solutions to the customer.
