This company nyka online cosmetics (http://www.nykaa.com/) is really disgusting and they are frauds, you buy something from them they will not deliver it to you for 25 days and keep on giving lame excuses then after that they will blame the courier company and later on they will vanish. Don't ever buy anything from them, never
Now I am asking them to refund my amount they said they can't refund the amount now. In India nykaa fraud company is running which have taken my money

    Dear sir/madam,
    First time i was purchasing with nykaa.. But i gotta worst experience with them... I have placed my order of inner wears worth rs 3580rs by trusting there advertisements and return policies. I had issues with my size and color of the products which i received... But when i ordered it was clearly mentioned in app that easy returns are available. But when i received the order in different the size varies and colour varies from which i ordered.
    I checked with customer care and asked for exchange of products.. But they didn't give me proper response. They were rude n rough with me. They came with lame excuses like they can't do any exchange regarding size, due to pandemic no exchanges accepted right now. So better keep the products of worth 2000 for no use.
    At the time of order since the easy returns and exchange options were available i ordered as per the guidelines. But when the issues came up.in bold letters it was written easy returns available but when i asked for exchange they come up with silly excuse which humiliate mr.. They are find new new excuses in each call which i tried to reach them. It's the matter of 2000rs.. I juz asked to exchange the product n not to return back my money.. Totally disappointed with nykaa.. My total money is wasted now.. It's really not a trustworthy brand... Vry bad experience with nykaa...

    I need a solution either they should give me a change in product or return my money.

    Because of the experience with nykaa i totally lost trust in online shopping.

    Kindly give me a solution.

      It's going to be 1 month now. I have already paid the money. Yet order has not been delivered. They are cheaters I have complaint in there customer care. Nykaa guys are very lazy and useless. Yet I haven't received ny order. I will never ever use again nykaa. Please help and delivery my order.

Now these fraud people neither refunding the money nor they are deliver the product. Nykaa is such a fraud company that i running in india

        I had ordered "red label natural care tea" from nykaa. But simple "red label tea" was delivered to me.

        On 17 sept 2020 product was received, i had placed return request on same date, till now no action has been taken.

        Please help asap its taking huge time for a just simple product.

            I would like to state that I had ordered a few items from nykaa. Today I received OTP for delivery for so many items (which I had not ordered also) from Nykaa. Many delivery agents are calling my number and I had to explain that I live in karnataka and it's a wrong number.
            I have always bought several items from Nykaa and never has such a thing happened to me. I used to value Nykaa on a higher note always. Please try to solve this issue as I am still getting OTPs.

              I had ordered 7items and one product is missing. Please find the order# nyk[protected]. I have already raised concern for missing product and provided image information through chat and i have all the details if anything required. We really do online shopping to consume time and missing product is frustrating to provide you all the image and all required details taking hell lot of time.

              I have ordered many times and this is first time happened and not sure how to believe from next time. Please fix this issue and better watch the videos of when it was packed with how many items and help soon as i need the item for my function.

              I got the product but it was too late. Anyway thanks..
              I have ordered totally 4 items in nyka at the end of April and received only 1 item on may 9th and the remaining 3 products were updated as I have received those products.. But i haven't received those 3 products.. And when I called to the delivery boy he said the product is in their office.. It's been 2 months but they are not giving me those products.. What I have to do..

                  I made a purchase of 1825 using my hdfc debit card and below is the money deducted message from hdfc!

                  Alert:you've spent rs.1825.00 via debit card xx9552 at nykaa e-retail pri on[protected]:13:22:44. Avl bal rs.12217.13. Not you? Call [protected]

                  However, my order is not displayed in ‘my orders’ page! Upon reaching out to help via chat, they are saying their servers are down and hence ordered is not placed!
                  And they can’t refund the money as money is not with them!

                  What kind of scam is this? When money is deducted and confirmation message is sent by bank why not refund it!

                  Note: since the products i need is of my imminent need, i made another purchase from the same retailer but this time it is via upi and transaction is successful and order is placed. I don’t want delivery of items for my first order as i already placed one more! I need 1825 inr to be refunded

                    The red colour you've shown in the image and the actual red colour of this top is hell and heaven. I only ordered the top because of the beautiful red colour shown in your image. The real colour which you sent looks so cheap that I am literally shocked. On top of that you guys say it's not in your policy to take return. Then why cheat customer by showing something good and delivering something which looks so cheap?

                        Dear sir,
                        I have bought two gift cards worth Rs 5k & 7k for my sisters from nykaa. But now while ordering anything there comes error "this item is not eligible for wallet/gift card" I registered a complaint and i was told that only make up items can be bought using gift card. This is totally unacceptable. Both my sisters dont use make up, so what do i do with that 12k now. Big thing is this thing was mentioned nowhere while purchasing gift cards that i will be allowed to buy "make up only" using these gift cards. This is a pure cheating of costumers and looting money by wrong means. Either nykaa should allow to buy all the items on nykaa from gift cards or refund my money. I will give cash to my sisters and ask them to buy cloths from nykaa of their choice.

                          Hi, I placed a order in July and still haven’t received the item. The status of the order says it’s delivered with fake signature as proof of delivery. I have escalated this to Nykaa and they are still
                          Investigating. I called customer service several times and they refused to help. The associates who answer my calls disconnects my call and also the manager refuse to talk or give explanation.

                            I ordered one Twenty Dresses By Nykaa Fashion Yellow On A High Maxi Dress of XL size but i got received this product as XXL due to this i am facing major fitting issue.On the daily basis i am chasing with team but are not working on this request, i am following with team from last 5 days dropped mail also and attached many images of the product still they always say same thing please share clear picture and they are not able to explain what does it mean .I am very very disappointed with their policy .I am using "Nykaa" since 2+ yrs .I have very strong faith in this site and i hope you guys will fix this issue ASAP.

                              I refer to the above subject and regret to inform that I ordered a dress in extra small size and I received extra large.
                              After talking to your customer care I got to know you are not accepting return .
                              Since the mistake was done from your end, I paid the money and I received wrong item due to your negligence so why should I bear a loss.
                              I either want my money back or the dress exchanged otherwise I will be going to consumer care if I don't get my loss recovered because it's not about the money but about the type of service you are providing.
                              Mistake is done from your side then why should I bear for it ??

                                  This company is purely running on stealing money and fraud.. They kept my shipment nearby before delivering for a week and returned without any information or update or call just returned the prepaid order which was of 2353 and delivered only 3 items and rest are not known till date.. They are not reverting over email.. Or support or social media or grievance officer.. I am being tortured mentally not knowing if these refund will ever be done.. Now the shipment show return manifest but no refund details showing

                                    I ordered kaya white lumeins brightening beads cleanser, six tony moly mask sheets. But due to lockdown the orders have been returned to the shipper i. E nykaa before delivering to me. The shipment return is also accepted by nykaa on august 1, saturday.
                                    But there hasn't been any refund (Total cost rs 690) in my account. It has already been more than 15 days. I am sorry nykaa but the refund service is taking very long and is unsatisfactory.

                                      I ordered few huda beauty lipsticks from nykaa, they are bit costly. I placed an order on 27 july on a sale and i received the products in 2 different shipments.
                                      Here is my order no. Nyk[protected]
                                      I received the 1st shipment on 29 july 2020, in the 1st shipment according to the invoice there has to be huda beauty power bullet, but instead i received huda beauty liquid matte lipstick and 2 sheet masks that i didn't order. I placed a return request and i donno why they marked it as rejected. I tried to contact customer support many times but they had an irresponsible replies. And asked me to wait more.
                                      Unfortunately,,
                                      The 2nd shipment came on 30 july but with wrong shade of product.
                                      And same goes in this as well, the customer support is not properly giving me a solution. As its been more then 2 weeks now and i am still left unanswered.
                                      The whole order of mine was worst.
                                      How can the packaging executives be so lineant.?
                                      And why can't the customer executives giv quick and prominent solutions to the customer.

                                        I ordered a product on 24th july, that is 20 days ago. I requested for a return request of the product as i decided to return it, as i did not want the product anymore. The product has already been returned to the warehouse. And i still have not received my refund yet. Whenever i contact nykaa customer care they ask me to wait for 24-48 hours. I have already waited twice, but have not got my refund yet.
